i bet the stuffy nose thing has something to do with histamines the body releases at certain points during its cycle. i follow some people who have MCAS and i've heard them talk about getting flares during their periods. bodies are so weird!
I'm sorry English acronyms aren't my thing, MCAS?
I've read that it could be possibly be because one of the molecules our bodies release to fight off disease is also used to get rid of the uterine tissue. But it's only a hypothesis because that's another ⨠mysterious ⨠thing about menstruation đ
Edit: I search the MCAS thing and I found something about planes and I doubt it's the right acronym đ¤Ł

yuuji calls sukuna a lot.
it's almost like second nature to him now, muscle memory even, so many years since getting his first cellphone; any time he finds himself idle, maybe on his walk home after his part-time job, or on a break between his college classes, he picks up his phone and dials his older brother without thinking. they never talk about anything of importanceâmaybe just what yuuji did that day, or some gossip he overheard, or what the two of them should have that night for dinnerâbut he still makes the call.
sukuna always acts annoyed when he answers, greeting him with a characteristically terse 'yeah, what?' that yuuji never pays any mind to. but he still answers the callâat least most of the timeâand that simple truth speaks volumes in and of itself.
sukuna's phone rings at a few minutes past 1am, and his little brother's name lights up the caller ID.
"yeah, what?" sukuna snaps groggily, holding his phone up to his ear. he'd passed out on the couch soon after he got home from work, a half-drunk and now room temperature can of beer left abandoned on the table in front of his spread knees. yuuji's babbling starts as soon as the call connects and his brother greets him, and it takes sukuna a moment to make sense of him.
"â'n now i can't finder!"
"the hell are you talking about, dumbass?" the elder of the two grumbles, scrubbing a hand across his face. his brother's voice is panicked and hard to understand.
"we got spliddup at the bar, 'n now i dunno where she is anymoreâ"
"don't know where who is? fuck, are you hammered?" sukuna complains, sitting himself upright on the sofa as he wipes sleep from the corner of his eyes, suddenly a bit more awake than he was when the phone first rang.
yuuji says your name with a croaking, worried voice, and sukuna sighs exasperatedly. he stares down pensively at the can of beer he forgot to drink on the coffee table, then his eyes flicker to a framed photo hanging on the wall across the roomâthe glass smudged, frame slightly crooked, and photograph sun-bleached from the years it's spent hanging there.
"just..." he grunts as he pushes himself up to his feet, "fuckin' send me the address and stay where you are, idiot."
it's not hard to find his little brother once he arrives to the address yuuji sent himâespecially since the youngest itadori brother is waiting (as promised) right by the entrance of the familiar bar near the university campus where both you and yuuji attend classes. it's still busy for so late in the night, but the clubs are closed now and little bars like this are the only places still open. sukuna's not even sure what the difference is anyway, because the lights here are still dim and the music is loud and there are still people dancing off to one side of the establishment, so the distinction between the two seems tenuous if not entirely negligible. but as someone who's spent his fair share of nights in bars just like (and including) this one, he's usually not really one to complain.
but tonight's different.
yuuji is teetering a bit when his brother arrivesâan unusual sight, considering he's usually pretty good at holding his liquor.
"shit, how much did you drink?" are the first words out of sukuna's mouth when he approaches.
the youngest itadori's cheeks are flushed as pink as his hair, and he grimaces in the wake of the eldest's questionâhe's always been a terrible liar, especially when it comes to his brother, so he doesn't even bother trying to deny it. sukuna doesn't wait for a response in any case, turning his head towards the thick of the crowd and letting his eyes scan through it.
he doesn't see you.
"where'd you see her last?" he asks, leaning towards his brother to be heard over the music.
"by the bar!" yuuji replies, raising his own voice to overcome the bass. "she said she was getting one last drink, but she never came back to the table."
yuuji's lip wobbles a bit as he concludes his sentence, but he sucks it quickly into his mouth and catches it between his teeth.
"and you looked for her?" sukuna asks again.
"all over," yuuji nods, letting his lip slip out from between the bite of his incisors to reply. "fushiguro's doing another lap. nobara's checking the bathrooms."
sukuna ruffles a hand through his hair, suddenly realizing it's probably a mess from his rudely-interrupted slumber. "maybe she just left or somethin'."
"she wouldn't do that, you know that," yuuji says firmly. there's an insistence burning behind his eyes as he looks to his older brother, and it's the most sober he's seemed all night.
sukuna rolls his eyes, even though he knows yuuji's rightâyou'd never leave on your own, much less without so much as a goodbye. the two of you have been joined at the hip for long enough he's almost surprised that yuuji wasn't able to find you with some weird telepathic form of echolocation. he swings an arm up over his little brother's shoulders pushing him down a little just to tease him, before using his grip to tug him towards the crowd.
"you track down that little sea urchin friend of yours and i'll take a look around. meet me back here in ten minutes or text me if you find that little pest, alright?"
the bar is harder to navigate the further in sukuna travels from the entrance, the bodies pressing closer together with every step he takes away from fresh night air. he's pissed off, but that's not out of character for him. he's more pissed off than he usually is, considering not even an hour before he'd been peacefully sleeping at home, and now he's glaring at some drunk college kid who just almost spilled their beer on him.
"move," he hisses through his teeth at the wide-eyed kid whose life he can practically see flashing through his eyes as he shoulders past him. sukuna would be lying if he said the look didn't improve his mood at least marginally.
as sukuna weaves through the bodies in the bar, his eyes don't stop looking for you. it's almost startling how quickly he can rule people outâhow definitively he can say that someone is or isn't you with just a passing glance. he starts to doubt himself as he reaches the far corner of the bar and begins to round back towards the entrance, an annoying, grating irritation in the back of his mind. worry, maybe, if he were the type.
then he sees you.
just the faintest glimpse of your profile, caught behind the shoulder of the man who has you backed into a corner by a pillar, hidden mostly away from the crowdâat least as hidden as anyone can be in a place like this.
sukuna feels his lip curling into a furious sneer as he takes a step towards youâpeople move out of his path wordlessly as he trudges over to that dark corner where you're tucked away.
it's only when he gets a bit closer that he's able to read the lines of your body properly. you're teetering, just like yuuji had beenâthe two of you had probably enabled each other in your intoxication that night like the stupid kids sukuna knows you both to be. but you're also distinctly uncomfortable, pressed up against the wall as if to put as much distance between you and the man hovering over you as you possibly can. your eyes glance off to the side, like you're searching uselessly for an escape.
instead, they meet his.
"sukuna," you gasp out in surprise, and the man you're speaking to glances over his shoulder in confusion. he seems annoyed, and a bit nervous, when he spots the man (taller, and broader than he is) standing behind him with a scowl.
sukuna hears the relief in your voice when you say his name. reads it behind your glassy eyes.
"what are you doing here?" you ask, reaching out towards him clumsily.
the man in front of you puts a hand on your waistâpossibly to steady you, more likely to stop youâand it makes sukuna see red.
"hands off," sukuna snaps, wrapping a hand around your upper arm and tugging you into his side away from the creep.
"who's this? you said you don't have a boyfriend," the kid asks you, jutting a thumb towards sukuna accusatorially.
you mumble something quietly in reply about him being yuuji's brother, tucking yourself a bit closer to sukuna as you say it.
"your brother?" he asks as his eyes squint in confusion, having clearly only caught part of your explanation. "you're ditching me for your brother?"
sukuna's anger flares again at the entitlement this little brat has the nerve to display so flagrantly. the older man's hand slips down to your waist on instinct, and then lower still to the curve of your ass, making a show of how his big hand grips into the flesh beneath it. you squeak quietly at the contact, turning and hiding your burning face against sukuna's chest. he keeps his hand right where it is.
the stranger's eyes widen at the inappropriate display before him and sukuna leans in close with a vicious, almost manic grin.
"we're very close."

"Should I really have to suffer for my actions?"

Mentions of escape and kid-napping were noted as well as enforced close proximity with his nurse. Threatening remarks were also made at the end of his lunch in response to mentions of disciplinary action. Patient is scheduled for a bath but is pending the possibility of negative punishment to instill corrective behaviors. đLength of Session (w.c): 8.3k out of "i said we will cross that bridge when we get to it đ" đIntake Chart (tags): mild violence but no in-action descriptors, coercion, manipulation, drug use, angst, unwatched close contact and touch, nudity, mentally unstable Gojo, Nurse!Reader âď¸Doctor's angelâs note: i hope you know what you're doing, Nurse đźWaiting room music: Overheated|Billie Eilish
Choose wisely.
Hunger stirs in your tummy, and Gojo's words sit with you through lunch. Your spoon clinks around the bowl, stirring the soup growing colder by the second though the growls from your stomach are too obnoxious to be ignored. But your mind wanders.
You're stuck. Earlier, you were all for serving up justice on a silver platter, but now you're seriously second-guessing your "genius" idea to punish Gojo by making him someone else's problem.
As if anyone will be crazy enough to say yes.
Everyone already avoids his wing like the plague. It's kind of an unspoken fact that you are Gojo's one and only. The only staff he allows near him. Anyone else would be playing with fire.
And if someone is brave enough to willingly throw themselves into the lion's den, they definitely can't be new. New to nursingânew to the ward. High expertise is needed here. Someone seasonedâexperience which you lack yourselfâotherwise, they won't last a second with Gojo.
It'll be way too easy for him to make them snap, like tossing a bone to a dog.
"Persephone." Yuko brings you out of your coma.
You perk up, instinctively smiling. "Hey, what's up?"
"You tell me," she snorts. "You've been playing with your food like break isn't over in 10 minutes." She touches your arm. "Everything ok?"
It's written all over your face, huh? You could deflate right now.
This is why Yuko is your favorite co-worker. Always reading you like a book without you needing to say a word. Quick to call anything off out.
Leaning back in your chair, you huff, rubbing circles into your temples to relieve the headache you didn't know you had.
"Yeah, yeah," you begin, "It's justâ" You stop, her eyes hold so much concern and you've barely opened your mouth. Not sure if you should now because you know what kind of person Yuko is.
And if she knew even half of what you don't tell her during your lunch breaks spent complaining about work, she'd hang Gojo out to dry if she could. She often makes it very clear she hates you have to deal with him at all.
"âI'm just a bit tired. Gojo's scheduled for a bath later, him and two others. Gojo's easy but...I don't know. I feel slower than usual today. Definitely won't get home until late, again, because of all these sponge baths." You cringe at the last part.
Aside from trying to keep Yuko cool, you also don't want to risk the news getting back to the Director who could take you off of Gojo completely. No one else can take your place. And who knows what would happen if you disappeared from his roster for good?
How would his threats manifest?
Yuko scoffs, waving her hand.
"Gojo and easy do not go together," and you both shake your heads and laugh. "But I get it. You did come in super early."
"Thought there'd be less of us," you sigh.
"Sonya's been on our asses lately, right? But hey, she finally got us all here."
"A little too late. The damage is done," you pout, resting your elbows on the table, realizing you've accidentally grown used to chaos and ever-changing schedule.
You routinely plan ahead to make sure you can stand up when people fall short. Constantly putting yourself on the back burner seems to be a thing that always set you back.
"Sooo, you just need rest, ya? Nothing else? Gojoâ" there she goes "âbeen 'okay' with you lately?"
Your heart skips. "Ya. he isn't so bad today," you lie, "I'd just love to be home on time for once. Maybe even a bit early, I'm soo close. Overtime's been wringing my neck for weeks."
Yuko looks at you with puppy dog eyes. And not in a "I feel sorry for you" kind of way, but one that almost makes you feel bad for not telling her the whole truth.
"Here," she pushes your soup towards you, "How about I do Gojo's bath and you get an early start on my last two? That way you can at least binge that show you won't shut up about later." She smiles.
You immediately protest.
There's no way you can do that to her.
Yuko never even crossed your mind and was far from your first pick, not because she can't handle him but because she's your friend. Not just a colleague, but someone you actually care about more than anyone else in this run-down job even if she doesn't feel the same.
She's too good of a person, and you'd be the Devil Incarnate if you let her do something so risky. Especially when you can just suck it up and get it over with.
"Woah, woah, it's just a bath, calm down," she says, taking your hands in hers as you ramble on, trying to convince her that you'll be fine or that you'll find someone else. Burdening her is simply out of the question.
"Who else but me, Seph'?" and she tilts her head, "You don't you think I'm as good as you?" And the way she says it, giving you that look she does when you're being stubborn, dares you to challenge her.
Now you really have to think about what to say.
Goddamn it, you regret saying anything at all, but Yuko's so motherly, how could you resist? Hiding from her is impossible, she would've sniffed you out sooner or later.
Easing your pains when she can is her specialtyâhelping to calm and settle you down when you blow things out of proportion.
Could this be one of those moments? Or are Gojo's words more than just hot air?
The back and forth is killing you, but the combination of Yuko's reassuring touch and your gurgling stomach puts the final nail in the coffin as she reminds you of the time.
Eyes wide, you look at the clock, ticking away faster than you realized, then back at your lukewarm soup.
Denying that you need help would be silly because technically it's true. You probably should've asked the Director for a little Gojo break forever ago, even if just for a few hours a few times a week. It would be better than nothing because if you can't function, Gojo can't be cared for.
So, who better to help bridge that gap for you than Yuko?
The gutsy woman has been your rock ever since you started at the ward, having your back and sticking with you through tough times when staff constantly dips in and out of the facility like a rotating door, unable to handle the job.
Yuko's a real day one, and next to you, she's the most competent nurse in these walls, fully equipped with a "take-no-shit" attitude that routinely keeps her patients in check.
When you really think about it, it'd be silly, downright irresponsible to trust anyone else.
Her offer is simply too good to dismiss.
"Thank you, Yuko," you cave, grabbing your spoon and finally allowing yourself to enjoy your meal. "You're...amazing. I don't deserve you."
She looks on happily. "Just promise me you'll take some personal time after this," she insists, worry evident in her voice. "We both know how much you care, but even superheroes need rest." She's too kind and right in more ways than one. "Besides, I think Gojo will like me, ya? I'm cool. I'm fun. He'll like a friend of friend?"
You roll your eyesâya, totally, cool people definitely say they're cool.
Not knowing whether to joke back or wave her off, you softly smile at her concern before nodding, vowing to make good on your promise and feel a bit lighter knowing your wish for early release will actually come true.
Maybe.
The latest threat to your miracle in the making is Mr. Hampton, who is personally making it his business to drag the already long day by its edges, almost bringing time to a standstill with the way he's handling his bath.
Enormous and lumbering, the man Yuko usually deals with took his sweet time gathering his things and even longer trekking down the seemingly endless halls leading to the bathing area. Occupying every inch of the space like those massive trucks that hog the interstate, yet inching along at a pace that makes a snail look like it's in a sprint.
All that was missing were the yellow hazard lights.
Oh no, please, take your time, you think, watching Mr. Hampton clean each limb painstakingly s l o w in a tub that's comically too small for him. You may have been able to rush through Yuko's first patient, but this one wanted all that time back.
His pace resembles a giant's, and his cheery, nonsensical hums echo around the hollow chambers and lull you to sleep, turning your eyes into bricks under the spell of his melody. Perfect timing for the energy drinks from early to crash you out, tag teaming with the chair beneath you that feels a bit too soft as you lean over the tub, willing the colossal man to hurry up.
Warm water flows over your skin as you scrub circles on his neck, deciding to bite the bullet and take over the bath so he can play with the bubbles and get out when you hear a blood-curdling scream.
Your entire body goes rigid, shock reverberating through your spine and forcing you to halt as your mind goes blank. But steamy water brings you back to life, drenching your shirt and upper thighs when Mr. Hampton jumps from the noise.
The rude awakening makes you lock in.
The scream. It sounds like...no, you know it came from the west wing...where Gojo is.
And Yuko.
Hurried steps rush past your door, sounds of multidirectional distress and frantic shouts echoing through the corridorâstaff members and patients alike sweep into a whirlwind of panic.
You're number one, dropping the scrubber and scrambling to help Mr. Hampton out of the tub, hands shaking as he grips them.
A security guard bursts into the room, face ashen and jaw tight.
"Nurse! We need everyone in the west wing, immediately!" The command is sharp, laced with an urgency you've never seen before.
And immediately feel responsible for.
"There's been an incident."
Without another thought, you wrap Mr. Hampton in a towel, trying your best to assure him that everything is fine when your obviously trembling body says nothing is. His confused gaze follows you as you lead him back to his room, the commotion in the air moving him a lot faster than earlier before you rush back out and head straight for the west wingâwhere chaos reigns supreme.
The usually pristine floors, normally squeaky clean due to lack of traffic, are now barely visible. Staff members crowd the familiar hall for the first time since Gojo made it his own, filling the space with more bodies than you're used to and making it difficult to find the source of trouble.
Not like you need to. The truth is painfully clear, and it's disrespectful to even pretend you don't know exactly what went wrong.
You push through the masses, clumsily bumping shoulders, your heart beating into your ears and making the world seem quiet as you inch closer and closer to disaster. Dragging imaginary shackles on your feet until you all but collapse once you spot it.
Gojoâbarely restrained by guards, straitjacket nowhere in sightâstanding absolutely furious.
And for the first time today, time seems to slow down, your mouth suddenly becoming dry when you look past him.
Yuko.
Halfway out the door to his room. Sprawled out on the ground. Bruised, unconscious, and no signs of breathing.
Your hands fly to your lips, mouth agape. Murmurs from the crowd swirl around you before attendants rush to Yuko's side, knocking into your pathetic frame as you stand too frozen to move.
They gently pick her up, careful to handle her motionless body and place her on a stretcher. Her usually vibrant face is drained of color, twisting the dagger in your chest when you spot the subtle rise and fall of her chest. Fighting for breath.
Fighting.
It hits you like a train.
Someone as kind as her, always greeting you with warmth and empathy and capacity every time she sees you, should never have to lift a finger let alone fight for her life. The sight is too much to bear.
Waves of helplessness crash over you and you can't even look at her. Regretting with every ounce of your being that you sent her in your place. Knowing this could happen. Concerned only with your silly wants and needs.
But you're so confused.
The ward should have weakened GojoâYuko should have been fine. The only threat Gojo has up his sleeve is mental torture but Yuko might as well be Freud. Her mind is sound, strong.
And that's where you fucked up, forgetting that Gojo's pure strength, especially when he's lost his fucking mind and triggered, is stronger.
Even with his security system in place, the devil is still powerful enough on his own. And like this was some sick and twisted experiment to help you figure that out, Yuko was the one to pay the price.
"I warned, I WARNED YOU!" Gojo's words pierce the overlapping voices like a sword, breaking your shock and drawing everyone's attention to the strange interaction between the two of you. "I don't like to be touched by strangers, Nurse." Guards struggle to restrain him as he pulls away.
All eyes fall on you and the stares are intense. Confusion and judgment.
Why was Yuko here in the first place?Where was Sephâ?Howâd he get out?How did this happen?Â
Whether the murmurs are real or in your head, the effect is all the same, and you wish you could just completely vanish. Standing like a deer in headlightsâand they're so fucking bright.
But Gojo is brimming with malice and amusement, chaotic energy pulsing from the hellish man and threatening to send sparks flying. Daring someone to be brave and push the button.
But despite his outward display of dominance, the pure rage on his face that makes you feel sick to your stomach about every decision you've ever made, there's something...uncertain lurking behind those fiery eyes.
Something like...apprehension.
Like he knows he's done something wrong.
Yet, words escape you, as if anything needs to or even could be said. But soon, fear and guilt turn to anger, threatening to consume you. Ready to eat you alive and spit out the bones with disgust because you are not a victim.
You have no right to stand here, spineless, shocked, or feeling even a little sorry for yourself. Holding back tears because you know what you've done.
Your fists clench, unsure how to deal with it, but there's fire in your eyes because someone needs to pay.
But then you exhale, thoughts shifting to Yuko as you take a good look around at what happened the last time you decided to take things into your own hands. All of your actions, even now, are rooted in selfishness. Like you've learned nothing.
Pushing down the knot growing in your stomach, you turn away to follow the medics, deciding your friend needs you more than you need revenge. Gojo doesn't deserve any more of your attention, even if it means risking your job or life to turn your back on him.
And there's nothing Gojo hates more than being ignored.
Struggled and strained noises grow louder. Guards tighten their grip on the fuming man whose raw strength outnumbers thousands of them even without his cursed energy.
You look back, their determination to keep him contained making you nervous. You don't anyone else to get hurt and Gojo is fully exploiting that.
You're painfully aware that your decisions have put you in this position, watching the guards' valiant but increasingly pointless effort to prevent Gojo from causing further harm. But it's obviously a losing fight, and the unease on their faces is unmistakably clear.
You wonder why they don't just run like hell.
"Let's go," a guard barks, but Gojo remains fixed in place. Moving a boulder would be easier.
"No, I'm filthy," Gojo protests, smirking, "And if I don't have my bath soon, there will be hell to pay."
Seeing no one else in the room, his eyes are locked only on you, his expression a menacing promise that would send anyone else running for the hills. A look that says, "Try that shit again, and there will be casualties instead of mercy."
Reinforcements are called but it won't be enough. The goddamn military wouldn't be enough. Gojo is...the strongest, after all.
"Stop."
Your cry freezes the room. Everything goes silent.
You hesitate, fuck, what should you do?
What can you do? No one else can sufferâno one else should suffer. Because of you.
Taking a deep, shaky breath, you silently apologize to Yuko, swallowing a lump instead of looking back.
"I'll do it," you say firmly, "Just stop this and...and I'll give you your bath. Pleaseâ" The sharpest pang you've ever felt cuts through you. "âjust don't hurt anyone else."
Pathetic. But necessary.
He looks into your pleading eyes with surprise, amazement even, before smiling.
The submission in your voice sounds better than anything he could ever imagine. A sweet tones that feed his already inflated ego.
Unsure of how to proceed, the guards exchange uneasy glances.
Gojo's strength is undeniable, that much is evident, and restraining him forever is simply not possible.
You know offering to give him what he wants is risky as hell...but this is your doing. Your mess to clean up.
So you squeeze your sweaty palms and give a decisive nod, signaling at the guards to let him go. They hesitate a second, then reluctantly agree, stepping back and leaving Gojo standing smugly before you.
Closing your eyes, you breathe, hating to have to look at him, but needing to stay strong. For Yuko. For yourself. And everyone else in the ward.
But Gojo's satisfied grin says it all. He's won this round.
You're ready to get the next over with.
The squeaking of your shoes has never been this loud, each echo bouncing off the empty halls and reminding you of how alone you are.
Aloneâwith a psychopath.
A bit more docile, doped-up psychopath but, the man could probably still rip someone's head clean off if he wanted to.
Still, Gojo despises anything that alters his bodyâmentally, physically, all of the above. Alcohol, medication, coffee, energy drinksâanything that threatens his need for absolute control.
But he also needed to compromise, and you refused to be alone with him again unless he took something stronger. Otherwise, it would be you, all the guards in the ward, and a pay-per-view premiere of his bath time.
He knew he had to agree because his ass is not for free, but only if you took it as well.
You blinked, hard.
You knew he would be skepticalâhell, it could be poison, and he wouldnât blame you. But to suggest something so ridiculous?
"Half, then," he said, as if that made his suggestion any less idiotic, but, as you waited for your supervisor to dismiss the insane idea, the back and forth with Gojo actually didn't save you. And you didn't need to ask why. The entire ward shoots daggers at you any time someone walks by now.
Your supervisor reassured you that you'd be fine, the mild tranquilizer would be out of your system by the end of the day, then she patted your back as if to say, "Lay in the bed you made."
It felt unreal, holding the familiar pill between your fingers, one you were used to dishing out but now had to take.
With a quick snap, you broke it in half, holding his half out to the leering man. Gaze unwavering as he leaned forward and parted his lips, waiting. Taking a deep breath, you placed them both on your tongues, in disbelief at your reality, but Gojo's focus was elsewhere, not wasting this prime opportunity to rattle you more and taste you, closing his lips around your fingertip with a quick lick before you snatched away.
But it wasnât quick enough to avoid the tingles shooting up your arm as you swallowed, no longer needing the water you had set aside, and a confusing mix of emotions churned as the tingles spread throughout your body.
Making good on his promise, he swallowed his own, still watching you with a knowing glint in his eyes. Like he knows what he does to you. And despite just witnessing this man's violence firsthand, you'd give anything to deny that he still has an effect on you. Hating yourself for being more concerned with the way he looked at you and the lingering sensation on your skin than the tranquilizer now coursing through your system.
The guards carefully lead you and Gojo to his private bathroomâthey're more there for show than for protection, but you'll take what you can get, and they keep a firm grip on his replacement straitjacket.
You trail behind, mind buried with thoughts of what to say once you're really alone with him.
The door shuts behind you, followed by the familiar sound of a series of locks clicking shut. "We'll be right outside," one of the guards mutters, eyes shifting between you and Gojo, a stereotypical warning lacing his voice, but even he probably doesn't believe it.
"Perv," Gojo sneers and laughs, but you don't find a damn thing funny, the keys to his jacket digging into your palms as you spin around and face him, furious. What would be better? Slapping him, kicking him, or knocking his teeth out. Or should you be particularly evil and just let him sit in the shower, fully restrained and drenched in cold water and you let it rain down. None of the above will do you any good, but it'll show him exactly how done you are with his shit.
"That isn't funny. None of this is funny," it fumes out before you know you're speaking, "You've hurt someoneâyou hurt my friend." Your rage echos through the vast bathroom.
Gojo's laugh fades, his smug expression slipping from his face. Even you're surprised.
...oh shit.
You're actually confronting him.
The intense words burn through his usual arrogance, leaving a heavy, uncomfortable silence between you.
Then, for a fleeting second, his face does something weird.
Something you haven't seen before as his eyebrows draw together. Is that...regret?
"I'm sorry."
The record scratches. Youâre fully positive you must be dreaming.
But when he doesnât make a joke or even crack a smile, you squint at him.
The words are muttered and reluctant, but there they are, hanging in the air between you.
"It...won't happen again."
And he's serious, the same seriousness you see when his heart races as you take his vitals...but why? Because an apology? From him?? Unheard of.
Gojo has said some nasty things to you in the past that you've immediately scolded him for, but he's never apologized. He'd make a note when certain jokes didn't land, but he never took them back, preferring to cut out his own tongue than to waste his breath being sorry.
You know better than to take anything Gojo says at face value, but...what the fuck??? You almost feel offended.
He has to be joking, fucking with you to dig even deeper under your skin.
Or is he?
Fuck, you don't know how to feel.
He's so good at that, stealing the air back and hanging his words in them. Tempting you to pause and even consider if he ever truly means them. If he could mean them. The mind games are endless.
But then, the familiar cockiness returns and overshadows your doubts, twisting your stomach into knots with that familiar smile of his.
"Now," he says, strutting towards the stalls, "let's get this bath started, shall we?" And his easy, but confident steps call you to follow, a stark reminder of who you're dealing with. But he never knows when to quit. "Or should I really have to suffer for my actions?" and the bastard pouts.
Though you know he's being sarcastic and not to feed into his taunts, you can't help but wonderâwhat would suffering even look like for someone like Gojo?
Violence? Physical pain? A slow and agonizingly painful death?
But the guy is damn near invincible. What on earth could hurt him?
Whatever it is, it would have to be his absolute worst nightmare, but nothing comes to mind at the moment other than frustration because you have to keep making choices.
Return his energy or keep it professional? Tolerance or revenge?
"Apologizing won't cut it," you snap and gesture at his jacket, wondering how the hell he slipped out of the first one without leaving a trace. "And no tricks, or those guards will be back in here faster than you can tell another lame joke."
Smooth.
Gojo sighs sooo dramatically, like he can see straight through your kitty claws. "Fine, fine. Loosen up," he drags, "I won't cause any trouble. Just don't go getting any ideas now, Nurse." and he winks.
He's insufferableâbut despite your smoldering anger, tendrils of doubt still creep in.
Your fingers slightly tremble as you begin to unfasten his straps, but each click feels a bit like victory, a fragile illusion of your 'control'âat least for nowâbecause at the end of the day, Gojo had chosen you to listen to. And after today, he's sure you won't forget there isn't room for anyone else.
The jacket falls with a heavy thud, your eyes immediately scanning his upper body in search of any signs of injury or stress. The cascading bruises on his arms surprise you.
They feel so feeble in your hands; the evidence of him not as invincible as he seems is jarring. Pale, weak, and resting between your fingers. Devoid of the power that makes him so feared.
"Never seen bruises before," he tilts his head, "at least not on me"
You hope Yuko was at least partly responsible for the marks on the villain, but they appear self-inflicted, and he's not as mobile.
Fuck, now you'll have to bathe him too. Still, it's strange, seeing him like this. Even weirder knowing that he could still do damage in this state and you can't shake the feeling of this temporary 'truce'. If it isn't obvious by now, you've learned that Gojo always has something up his sleeve.
Warm water soothes you a bit, flowing over your fingers as it fills the large white tubâpristine, imported from somewhere far away, and standing on decorative claw feet. Your eyes wouldn't stop rolling the first time you saw it, completely annoyed with Gojo's over-the-top alterations and sense of style, but you'd be a liar if you said you never thought about sinking your body into it.
The best you could do was cope with the little porcelain tub in your apartment, and you get lost thinking about how you'd love to take a long, hot, and steamy bath when you get homeâif you'll even have the energy. There's no way you'll be leaving early now, not like you deserve it, and you feel sick for even thinking about it. You doubt you'll even have a job tomorrow.
You look so defeated Gojo thinks, sauntering forward and lifting the hem of his shirt. You turn away, focusing instead on the temperature of the water, but the rustling sound of his shirt being pulled overhead and pants falling to the ground warms your cheeks.
His physique certainly isn't lacking, even in his current state, but still, you wonder how such a slim but toned frame could be so...powerful.
Could you be more obvious? Your flickering eyes are so telling, shamefully darting between him and the water, but he catches your gaze from the corner of his eye as if he's read your mind. How cute, he thinks, trying to hide away your thoughts.
Clearing your throat, you toss in his loofah. "Well...go on. It's ready." But Gojo only grins, amused by your attempts to look away despite seeing his muscled frame a number of times. Relishing in the fact that he still manages to fluster you.
"Your shirt," he eyes your top, "Your pants. Looks like you've already started without me."
The water stains from earlier sit beautifully across your chest, not yet fully dry, and drawing his eyes to your semi-erect nips.
His teeth tug at his bottom lip, eyes shamelessly raking over your hefty chest. "Always such a tease, aren't you, Nurse?"
You grit your teeth, cursing the conflict swirling in your stuttering heart, fully aware of the thin line between professionalism and this game of intimacy he refuses to stop playing. Everything is always a game no matter the circumstances. And he loves to push your buttons.
"Just get in, Gojo," you order, and after what feels like an eternity, the silence is broken by the sound of splashing water as he steps into the bath.
He slowly sinks in, sighing at the warmth of the water. Ringlets of steam engulf him, almost making his silky white hair disappear with it.
His arms string over the rim of the tub, a look of relaxation resting on his face as if he's had a long, hard day. You resist the urge to slap it off.
Sudsy bubbles form from the solution you pour under the faucet, hoping to shield your eyes from his body. You've seen enough today and expect the mini-rebellious act to piss him off, but as the bubbles grow, so do his eyes. Picking up a handful, he actually starts playing with them.
"Nice touch," he adds, blowing them right into your face, and you watch with a tight lip as he decorates the bathroom with them, knowing you'll be the one to clean it all up.
He sits a crown on his head and gives himself a bubble beard, nipping your nose with some that you're quick to wipe away, and his pale eyes flutter and settle on you in a curious way.
His arms flex as he leans over the edgeâsteam-slicked sweat dripping down his face that he doesn't bother to wipe away. "I'm ready for my sponge bath," he says, and if it was hard to take him seriously before, it's damn near impossible nowâespecially with that ridiculous bubble mustache.
Sickening, him still being so playful, so unserious, at a time like this.
You know Gojo's unhinged, yeah, quote, "mentally unwell and a literal danger to society", but to nearly take someone's life and then make jokes afterward?
God, you feel so stupid, walking around him like you were the shit but with the wrong guard up the whole time, playing right into his hands and accidentally rewarding this grown-ass man who likes to play with suds.
The reality of your circumstances replays in your head, the story of how you ended up here, coddling this monster, and you're still confused as hell as to why it had to be you.
Then again, this is what you signed up for...right? To heal. To help those who can't help themselves. To offer redemption some sort of redemption no matter how sick and twisted the person in need is.
With your loofah in hand, you resist the urge to roll your eyes for the 400th time today and keep your morals in mind. "Keep talking like that and I'll stop, Gojo," you say, reluctantly drenching the tool in soap before proceeding to do your job.
Gently washing his back, he sinks into your touch, closing his eyes and letting his body completely rest on the cool cast iron, breathing. Feeling like he's won no matter what you say because your scrubs feel like magic.
Across his arms and over his broad shoulders, you work your way down, bubbles glistening in your trail as you're careful not to miss a single inch of skin but don't linger too long.
Every now and then, you catch glimpses of raised marks between the foam, and because you hate yourself, your brain absolutely refuses to give you a break. You have to give kudos to his dedication to his craft. The muscle definition, the scar tissue telling stories of battles won, the evidence of his past before corruptionâeverything it takes to be a hero.
It's unsettling, yet fascinating, the polarity between his beauty and his monstrous deeds.
You've never really noticed because this level of care is another first for you. Usually, Gojo just hops into the shower and takes care of himself while you wait outsideâeasy and thorough but always taking his sweet time, all while loudly singing some annoying song that inevitably ends up stuck in your head.
But after today, it'll be impossible to trust him or you again, and the hushed whispers as the guards walked you both to the restrooms made that abundantly clear.
The pitiful thoughts seep into the way you hesitantly clean him, moving down to his chest and abs while making sure to avoid more sensitive areas, but the malicious glint in his eyes is unmistakable.
"Whatsamatter, Nurse?" Gojo taunts, feeling you slow around his stomach, "Afraid of gettin' too close?" And you can't believe you're praying for a speedy recovery for this monster so he can handle this himself again.
You ignore his comment and try to get this over with as quickly as possible, feeling humiliated enough as it is and he can sense it, mocking you with a laugh.
"You're so uptight. Can't you just relax and enjoy the view?"
God, please make him shut up, begging for relief so you won't scrub his cocky brow right off his face. "Just doing my job," you mutter, twice squeezing the loofah that feels a little funny in your hand as the soapy water rinses his chest.
It feels heavenly on his skin, but the subtle change in your movements makes his brows furrow. Slowing, more deliberate, heavy as if you're wading through molasses. You keep adjusting your grip but the material feels so strangeâthe texture almost too soft like it could melt into your palm.
Your breath catches when you brush his skin, not realizing how close your fingers drifted to the edge of the sponge, and though it was only a second, it sends an unexpected jolt through his chest.
The muscle relaxers. How could you have already forgotten, you both think.
But Gojo, ever observant, doesn't miss a thing.
His eyes narrow slightly as he watches you. "Feeling a little funny, Nurse?" His velvet voice teases.
"I'm fine," you lie, though you couldn't be less certain as the muscles in your hands start to relax more than you intended, the sponge gliding over his abs, and down his sides, the rhythm almost hypnotic and making his head fall back. You try to push through the haze, to finish quickly and be free of him, but you're losing the battle against numbness and heightened awareness.
And fuck, he has to bite his lip at your touch that suddenly feels so intense, a sensation too good to keep to himself, and one that you obviously need to stop being such a tight-ass.
You need to loosen up in a way that medicine can't help. And Gojo knows just the trick.
He licks his lips, tongue curling over his canine before splashing a wave of water on you in one swoop.
Saying you gasp is an understatement as the steamy wash drenches your face and front once again, setting a new record as you're hit not once, but twice in a day. The loofah slips from your hand as you instinctively reach up to shield yourself, but Gojo is quicker, wrapping his hands around your wrists and holding you in place.
A scream is ready to surge from your body when Gojo maneuvers both of your wrists into one hand, placing a finger to your lips.
"Ssssh ssh ssh ssh ssh," he hushes, his voice a little too calm, "I'm not going to hurt you." A lone droplet hangs from your eyelash and he swipes it. "I just want you to listen."
You freeze, your nerves on fire as you're forced into close proximity with him for the second time today, inches away from his face that gradually softens.
Though you can easily call for help, you know better than to argueâhe knows you know better too but he never felt threatened in the first place. Besides, he can feel your breathing slowing, the effects of the pill combined with his firm hold sending a faint buzz from your wrists to your stomach, and his finger remains on your lips as he brings his closer.
His eyes flicker to your bottom lip. "You're so good at your job, Nurse," smoothly pulling it with his thumb. "That's why I like you. You're thorough but real. Just what I need to keep me sane."
Sane?
"Sane," he repeats like he's heard your thoughts. "Believe it or not, you keep me grounded...like a good boy. Be proud, not a single soul here or anywhere else can compare to me, let alone deal with me, and yet...here you are." He looks at you like you're a marvel. "You can handle that...can't you?"
Words fail you. This feels rhetorical. Why does he keep torturing you like this? What is it about you?
You haven't really thought about it since your first few weeks with him but now he's forcing you to think about the little 'power' he's given you that he can easily snatch back.
What happens if he decides to go further than flirting?
You can't handle it, any of this.
Hesitating, you're unsure of what to say but know it could never be the truth.
Gojo must sense it because he leans closer, his breath warm on your cheek.
"If you leave, I just might crack completely, beauty." A breath you didn't realize you were holding slips. "How do you think everyone else will do against me then, hmm?" Gojo knows he's a prodigy, but still manages to surprise himself sometimes, his eyes lingering over the spots on your uniform soaked through just enough to make the fabric clingâperfect aim.
Ice shoots up your spine from the heat of his unadulterated gaze, but you refuse to let him see you falter, and he can almost feel a prick from the daggers in your eyes.
"Oh, don't be like that," he purrs, thumbs grazing your wrists in a mockingly gentle touch. "We all have our boundaries, right? I thought communication was key in a relationship."
"Let go of me," you find your voice, "We're done here."
His head slightly tilts.
Look at you calling the shots, he thinks. So strong, so very serious.
"God, I can't help it," he breathes, "You're so fun to mess with."
He could laugh in your face, have his way with you, and show you that your resistance means nothing, but instead, he slowly releases your wrists and lies back against the tub. "I know you think about itâthere's nothing wrong with a little fun...right?" and though the connection is severed, you don't know if it's the drugs or just him that makes his amplified touch linger as you sheepishly rub your wrists.
Gojo watches you blush redâthoughts you didn't know lived within you rushing to the forefront as if he's pushed a button.
Grimy, raw, unwanted thoughts of forbidden fruit, wandering hands, and stolen touches in the dark, wondering what his idea of "fun" is like under the sheets. With a psycho named Gojo.
You feel like you should throw up in disgust but the nausea never comes, burning hot between your legs instead.
Fuck, you have to get out of here.
You draw a breath, forcing away the torturous daydreams and quickly finish his bath.
"You should rest," you firmly say and pull the plug to let the tub drain. "And don't expect any more favors from me."
He sits up slow, his expression stone-cold as he slicks back his wet hair. Then he smiles. "I promise. Now dry me off?" he quips.
You ignore his request, swiftly handing him a towel before he can flash you. With a gruff, you lower to your knees, beginning to dry the floor of his messes and hoping to distract yourself from your questionable sanity.
The sounds of rustling fabric fill the chamber as he dries off, and once you figure it's safe, you look up to find a nude Gojo. Dripping with bubbles, hair plastered to his derpy face, and toned muscles, all the muscles, presenting themselves in all their glory.
The only things dry are his damn hands.
He throws the towel over his shoulder, sauntering towards you with a wicked grin.
"Well, aren't you gonna help me put this thing back on?" He nods at the jacket he knows is more bullshit than security. "Don't want you getting all worked up again."
The first time your brain registered that Gojo was flirting with you was on your third day as his nurse.
"Well, aren't you a breath of fresh air?" Gojo was sitting on his bed, leaning against the wall. It was the second time he'd noticed how sluggish you looked while tending to him, suggesting with a grin that you must be quite the party animal.
Ha. If only.
You tsked, tossing his bedsheets into the hamper, and assured him that your sleepy eyes and dragging feet were the result of long hours and running on fumes. Having time for fun was just a dream.
"I don't get out much myself," he says, alluding to the situation he's in, wearing sarcasm like a necklace. "I love a good night in as much as anyone else but, I don't know. The stuffiness hasn't grown on me yet."
You tugged the collar of your scrubsâthe air did feel a bit thick, like the room hadn't been aired out in ages and you couldn't help but wonder how long he'd been sitting in itâhow he could. That alone would be enough to drive you up a wall.
Sunlight flickered in your eyes, and you raised your hand to block it, noticing the small window perched above his chair.
"Let's open this then," you said, walking over and wrestling with the ancient wood for a moment before finally pulling the creaky flap up to the ceiling.
A sliver of your midriff peeked out as you stood on your toes to reach it, but what captured Gojo's attention most was the way the sun rays washed over your face. You scrunched your nose, the breeze sending wisps of your hair to tickle it, and he imagined the feel of your strands between his fingers.
The view was beautiful, you thought, hands gripping the warm bars. Trees surrounded the vast area, stretching out as far as you could see, the pathway to civilization completely covered in dense forest from this angle.
You never realized how high up his ward wasâor how long the drop was from here.
"Too bad I'm not small enough to slip through those bars." He rubbed his stomach. "But you know me, 'Mr. BigBack.'"
He joked around as he usually did, looking to trigger your defenses, but your reaction was...odd.
Not only was this the first time anyone cared to do something so simple for Gojo, but it was also the closest anyone had gotten to him without their knees buckling.
The first two days of your trial, the Director had guards posted right outside of Gojo's door, their presence a constant reminder to stay alert and maintain a safe distance from the convict. Gojo was positive the mental barrier would keep a wall between you forever.
But then, you laughed. A real laugh. Snickery and cute. Finding his joke funny instead of threatening.
It surprised him, that sound, so natural and pure without hesitation. And he wanted to hear it again and again and again. "Who knew you could bring so much light into this place?" he sighed.
Later at lunch, you sat with Yuko, having your usual midday catch-up. You never start with yours but she, like most people in the ward then, was absolutely dying to hear about how you were dealing with the villain of the century.
"He's actually not so bad...yet. Corny, but," you took a pondering breath, "He kind of thanked me today?"
She immediately scoffed and waved you off, and who could blame her?
You were an anomaly, Gojo already showed that he was capable of mercy and now he was thanking you??
Being polite was too far of a stretch to believe, you must have been mistaken. But when you gave her the deets on why he'd do such a thing, she nearly choked on her apple. "He said that??"
"Ya?" You patted her back with a concerned look.
"Watch out, Casanova," she teased, clearing her throat with a nervous laugh.
Her comment threw you off for the rest of lunch, but when you thought about it later that night while surfing for new shows, a light bulb went off.
He flirted with you.
Thinking it was just another one of those literal dry-humor jokes or simply gratitude for making his stay a little less crappy, it flew right over your head. You always feel warm inside when you help people so you didn't think too much about it.
To you, it was just a kudos. Nothing more.
But the way Gojo stands in front of you now is everything.
As bold and brash as it gets.
Fuck. Me.
And your body betrays you, sending all of the vulnerable sensations you've been fighting to suppress from your soaking chest, tingling wrists, aching thighs, and heavy breath, straight to your throbbing clit.
Air escapes you and you couldn't feel more conflicted, scrambling to grab your supplies and leave.
Enough is enough. The guards outside can restrain him and escort him back to his room for all you care. You just have to get out of there.
Away from him.
Away from temptation.
Hot, overwhelming, guilty, mentally and physically unstable temptation.
In the quiet of the hallway a level below Gojo's ward, you lean against a wall, taking deep breaths and completely disgusted with yourself.
How are you supposed to keep dealing with this, with him?
This force that keeps pushing and pushing and pushing you to the edge until there's nowhere else to go. You can only imagine the hell the nurses he didn't like went through.
Taking care of him isn't getting any easier, and now you were fucking up and making mistakes.
But you're the only one who can do this. Who must.
So suck it up. Play along, Stop thinking only of yourself. Pretend.
Pretend.
Pretend?
...
What terrifies you the most is the thought that you may not have to.
You keep your scrambled thoughts to yourself when you're called into your Director's office at the end of the day.
You tell him the same story you told Yuko and take full responsibility for what happened, blaming it on exhaustion and needing a break. Swearing to never let it happen again.
By some miracle, you get to keep your job, though your one wish to leave early ended up costing you an hour and a half of unpaid overtime, and almost a friendship.
When you finally get home, you collapse onto your bedâimages of the day, the ward, and Yuko flooding your thoughts, refusing to be pushed aside. You tell yourself that it's just the guilt talking, just anxiety gnawing at your edges.
But then there's Gojo.
The most prominent one of all.
Staring you in the face with lifeless eyes and a ghostly smile. Tugging on your moral strings like a puppet.
When you close your eyes, you can't shake the feeling that he's waiting for you, a lurker in the shadows watching and anticipating your every move. Have you become predictable? Now you're wondering if you could do something he wouldn't expect.
Leave it. Leave it. Leâ
You're scrolling through your phone on a deep-diving, scouring the web for any info on your tormentor.
His past, his affiliations, anything to tell you who Gojo was, and who he is now.
But the man is an anomaly.
Not much is known about him outside of mainstream news and internet rumors.
He's just this guy that kind of popped out of nowhere in the worst way possible, conveniently on the tail of what could have been the most devastating incident in the history of Tokyo.
The media says he's a hero gone rogue but not much else. They've damned him to hell and that was that. Even the Director disclosed very little about him during your briefing and you weren't allowed access to his files or records because it's all 'confidential'.
Nothing.
The more you search, you less that comes up. Not even silly conspiracy theories that you definitely thought would be riddling Reddit. The longer you scroll, the more you find yourself beginning to question your own mind. Your interest. Sweet little buds of obsession.
Even though you hated taking it earlier, you actually need the pill now more than ever to relax as sleep eludes you and your mind wanders to imaginary scenarios as you stare at the ceiling.Â
Tomorrow, you'll have to face Gojo again. And the day after that and the day after that and every day after.
In between your nearly non-existent off days, you'll have to see him and decide what face you want to put on.
Because you simply cannot walk away.
After all, he's rightâno one else can handle him like you can.
extended angel's note:
when i originally decided to make this into short story, i had no plans on using a y/n perspective. it was just going to feature an OC name iâve used in stories before, named Persephone, buuuut i decided to wanted to keep it immersive and include no physical descriptors/personality specifics bc i knew i wanted to upload it to tumblr.Â
to keep it reader-friendly, yk?Â
alas, Persephone has had her claws in me the entire time iâve been editing and said with her whole chest that i couldn't just dismiss her like that chile. so i decided changed the perspective but keep her name in place of y/n.Â
you wonât see it too often in the story bc itâs not super significant or said a lot in general, bUT it is relevant for a certain moment later in the story. youâll know when you know đ¤.Â
anyway, hope it doesn't bother you guys too much. and def feel free to mentally plug your name when you see it to keep yourself grounded into the story.

â DOOMED ăź +18, mdni
ăź aaron hotchner x fem!BAU!reader.
ăź summary: three times he tells you he's leaving haley and the one time he does it.
ăź content: angst, cheating, allusions to sex, crude words, ooc!hotch in the sense he would not be a cheater. NO HAPPY ENDING.
ăź w/c: 1.4k
ăź a/n: pain, cheating and guilt are my favorite emotions.
This is not a love story. But it began with shared cigarettes and a confession.
I - COME SHOVE ME OVER THE EDGE
"I think Haley is cheating on me." He's not looking at you as he says it, eyes on his feet as he takes a particularly long drag of his cigarette ăź one of yours he asked for, you didn't even know he smoked until that very moment, but the way he held the white poison between his fingers and let only part of the smoke leave his nostrils showed you it wasn't his first time.
It's good he isn't looking as you aren't able to mask how wide your eyes opened, completely shocked at first, but it isn't the shock you wished to mask, the following shrug of your shoulders was the bad reaction to such confession. It shocked you because Haley was obviously in love with the man by your side, but then ăź it made sense. Loneliness is a powerful motivator for the vastest of actions. And working with Hotch it was easy to see Haley was lonely.
"Complete silence wasnât the reaction I was expecting."
"And what were you expecting?"
"Not entirely sure. Empathy? Pity?"
You grin to yourself more than to him, if he wanted one of those, he would've gone to one of the other girls. "Don't feel those when I see consequences catching up to the actions deserving of them." Hadn't he complained about your silence you wouldn't be so blunt. But it was almost like he was teasing you, hoping you would bite back.
You hear the air come out of his nose and he coughs part of the smoke he was about to inhale, surprised but amused at your response. Truth be told, part of him needed that, needed some sort of punishment, or so he felt. It's why he went to the roof after you to smoke, and not Emily.
"I think I'm gonna file for divorce," he says after some minutes of silence, watching as you put your cigarette out by throwing it on the floor and stepping on it.
"That's probably wise." It's a short reply to end a short conversation ăź one you didn't really wanna participate in. You and Hotch aren't friends. He's your boss. Has been for six months, and by now you made it obvious to everyone that you enjoyed being alone and treating the job as what it is: A job.
As a young new female agent, fresh out of the academy you were designated to the white collar division. It wasn't as physically dangerous, but there you were forced to shut others out, the competitiveness and misogyny made it impossible to have them as family.
The BAU is different, but old habits die hard, especially the ones you gathered as protection.
II - YOU KNOW THAT I'M IN LOVE WITH THE MESS
Aaron teases you, breathless telling you he melted your icy heart, you let him know your heart is as icy as three months ago.
His fingers grip on your hips with much more strenght than before, it hurts in the best way and you know there will be red marks there in the morning as a treat and reminder. He uses the newfound support to thrust up into you, setting a new pace, faster, relentless, no warning.
You can't react any other way, a loud moan escaping your lips as your nails sink into the skin of his shoulders, a muttered curse leaves his just before a smirk is plastered on his face, amused at your pleasure.
"Sounds melted to me."Â
Replying to that is useless, so you don't. Enjoying the feeling of his body against yours and him throbbing inside of you holds more importance than protecting your ego.
You brought him home, the sanctity of your bed now tainted by your sins, so he wasn't wrong, he was melting your heart, finding a place for him there in the depths of your soul in the past three months.
It started slow, you aren't sure if it was his intention all along, following you every time you took your smoking break, buying your cigarette brand and giving it to you as a thank you for sharing it with him, buying you coffee and talking to you. But most of all, enjoying the silence with you.
A month in he offers you a ride home, lips to yours as soon as the car reaches your street. You couldn't wait, neither could he. Fucking in the car was never comfortable, but it was hot, the look on his face when you left the car after you both came, saying goodbye instead of inviting him inside was completely worth it.
In the daze of your desire you didn't even notice his wedding band intact on his finger. It became more apparent with time, so much so he began taking it off before meeting you in hotels. He thinks he does it for your sake, but you know it's actually for his own.
He feels guilty. You wouldn't like him as much if he didn't. But it would make things easier if he didn't have reason to be feeling that way.
"I talked to a lawyer last week." He gets sappy after sex, hands caressing your body with feather-like touches, promises made in loving tones you pretend not to hear. You know your place too well to show how easily swayed you are by him. You hum in reply, nodding into his naked chest. "I'll just wait for Jack's birthday to pass, I want to spend one last birthday without the weight of the divorce. Then I am all yours."
You try not to care, but you do. And worse than that, you believe him.
III - WHEN IT RAINS IT FUCKING POURS
You are angry and embarrassed, but mostly you just feel so humiliated it physically hurts both your head and your heart. Alone in a conference room, all you can do is think and relive how stupid the situation was and estipulate about what everyone was thinking about you.
A nice good-looking cop flirted with you, and you weren't bothered by it, you even flirted back lightly, nothing serious about it and it wouldn't come to anything, you weren't looking to date anyone. It was innocent and you are single.
Aaron didn't see it that way. Made a huge deal of it, told you and the guy off for not paying attention to the case and the way he looked at you... Your colleagues are profilers, the deal was to act normally, and now you know they know it.
It's not like you're the type to care too much about societal morals but the newest team member that doesn't open up ends up sleeping with the boss. No need for any profile course to know the type of assumptions to be made.
You may not care about much, but you care about your job and being seen as less than capable for taking your boss' cock every other day was not in your plans.
You can't even make a scene. Morally wrong women helping men cheat don't get to make a scene.
You get to wallow alone. That's your prize.
That and an explanation text as you won't be alone with the other for a while in favor of professionalism.
I'm sorry. l got overly jealous.
It's hard seeing you smile like that at someone else.
But soon it'll be just us and when you're officially mine everyone will know it.
Everyone will know it. You can only scoff at that. As if his jealousy fit masked as concern for the case wasn't enough for your team of profilers. Everyone knew now. No going back. From ice queen to office whore in a blink, all for a man who has been promising to leave his wife for almost an year now with no actions to keep such promise, nothing to prove his intentions but your trust to his words.
IV - NOT WORTH SAVING IT
You are on your annual leave when he finally does it, signs the papers Haley served him. The fact she was the one to file should be clue enough, but it took the excruciating knowledge of how long it was taking him to sign the damn thing to snap you out of his grasp.
It's just a coincidence, a bitter one to him at that, that Strauss handed your transfer papers and substitutes' files on the same day he signed and mailed back his divorce papers.
He tries to call you, goes to your house but traveling for your AL was your plan for that reason. You didn't want to talk, didn't want his honey-dipped words and warm hands to blur your good sense.
It's done. You are done. There's no way back, you were doomed from the start.

blue eyes so green (18+)
Ewan Mitchell x reader / Aemond Targaryen x reader
A oneshot where Ewan becomes cross with you for having a sensuous dream... about his character, Aemond.
a/n : yet another Ewan fic to ring in the season premiere! Expect a whole lot of Aemond fics while we're in the thick of the new season. Happy premiere day, my loves!
word count : 1k âŞď¸ masterlist
The silver-haired Targaryen emerges from underneath your skirts, his deft fingers buried in the layers of cloth to keep them away from your prized cunny.
His curved lips are left puckered, parted and glistening from the sheen of your juices. He had practically lost his mind when you finally returned from your duties with the Septa, the hours far too long for him to be away from his lady-wife.
So, with only a few raspy words of desire -
You have kept me waiting
All day long I have longed for a taste of you, my wife.
I will make certain that you never wish to be parted from me again.
- he had lifted you atop the desk in his study, haphazardly shoving his heavy leather-bound volumes of histories and philosophies.
And in a haste, he delighted in a sweetness that can only ever be known to him. Just him, because you will only ever be his.
Your cunny is his. Your kisses all his own. Your heart, his possession.
And he is yours. All yours. He will never tire of making this known. "My love," his tone is desperate as he kisses you hungrily, the exquisite rarity of a prince begging, "I am yours to take for tonight, and every night, for as long as I am breathing."
"Oh, Aemond," you croon, tracing his features with your fingertips, "my sweet husband. Is that your fancy way of telling me that you wish to fuck me for eternity?"
He smiles against your skin. He has always loved the pert particularity of his wife's humour.
"Oh, my sweet sweet wife," his hands seek and they find the fastenings of your dress, the keys to his kingdom, "you know me so well."
And long into the night, you ride a dragon.
All throughout the morning, you can count on one hand the times your boyfriend actually spoke to you.
A few rushed, almost incoherent responses are all he seems capable of sharing.
And it is starting to bug you.
"Baby," you reach for Ewan's hand as the two of you peacefully have your Sunday breakfast.
He squeezes your hand in return, at least, but he doesn't fully meet your gaze.
You retract your hand, and for a split second, his hand scrambles to keep a hold of yours on instinct, but he lets it go with a sigh.
You try again, your tone now more demanding, "Alright, Ewan. Tell me what's wrong."
"Nothing's wro - "
"Look at me."
He takes his sweet time in doing so, his blue eyes raking from his plate to the expanse of the dining table, to your arms and finally your face. He takes another deep breath, unfazed by the attitude you're showing him.
"Some dream you had last night, huh, babe?"
"Excuse me?"
"Oh yeah," he tilts his head, with the solemn confidence of someone who thinks he has the upper hand, "you just about woke me up with all your squirming and moaning."
"Oh." It dawns on you just what he is hinting at. Normally you would only recall some odd bits from your dreams, and sometimes they would even be gone from your mind as soon as you wake. But not the one you just had - no.
That one was just too good to forget.
"Baby, come on," a giggle escapes your lips, feeling less heavy now that you know what he is so worked up about.
"It's not funny," he pouts, fighting back a laugh as he can't help but mirror his beloved's glee. He dramatically pushes his plate away, but the annoyance isn't there. "You basically cheated on me," he pretends to complain.
"Do you even know who I dreamt about?" You amble over to where he sits, and his eager arms take you onto his lap. So much for being infuriated at you.
He doesn't answer, shaking his head as he absently caresses your hips.
"You," you clarify, and his eyes shoot up to meet yours, "well... you meaning Aemond. I had a dream about the one-eyed prince."
He shrugs, "I know."
"You... you know?" You try to stand up but his sturdy arms keep you firmly in place. "You know who I was dreaming about, and yet you sulk all morning?"
"So what? I can't deny that I'm still jealous. Aemond would be a pretty fierce competitor for your heart, darling."
"But he's you!" you squeal, lightly punching his chest. He takes your forearm and pulls you closer to press a soft kiss against your cheek.
"I know," he smiles. "I suppose I was just getting way into my thoughts."
"You think?"
"Hmm," he narrows his eyes, his features taking on that cheeky guise he expertly sports so often, "if you were to choose, between myself and Aemond - "
"Oh no," you laugh dryly, prying yourself from his arms and returning to your seat, "I am not playing this game."
"Who do you think would be a superior lover in bed?"
"Ewan - "
"Come on, darling," he prods lightheartedly. "Humour me."
"Well," you say, "why don't you hurry up and finish your breakfast so you can convince me to your side?"
His cheeky sneer disappears at your insinuation, in its place an indicative clenching of his jaw.
A moment passes. You take a delightful sip of your orange juice, satisfied.
Sure enough, you hear his chair scrape loudly as he stands and makes his way to you.
"Fuck breakfast," he rasps. "Time to make your dreams come true, darling."

Heart On Your Sleeve Part 8
Part 1 | Part 2 | Part 3 | Part 4 | Part 5 | Part 6 | Part 7
written for steddiebigbang2024 and belatedly posting here!
-----
The kids leave the next day, after Steve's heart has mostly reformed itself. It's still a little beat up and mangled, but it's clearly a heart again, and it barely hurts anymore.
He doesn't know how he'll ever be able to thank them.
Eddie doesn't call.
â
His house stops being empty.
Robin's over almost constantly, their hearts in each other's chests more often than not. He can tell Robin's worried about him, and he likes feeling her emotions - it tells him when she's upset, or sad, and he can respond without her having to say anything.
The rest of the kids are over almost as constantly, as though his house has just become the de facto hang out.
He minds it a lot less than he pretends to.
Erica sulks at him, and he can't figure out why until Lucas makes a comment about their heart sharing and she rolls her eyes so hard he's afraid they're going to pop out.
Steve frowns at her, hanging back after the others have gone on into the kitchen.
âThat's an extra level of snide, even for you,â he says.
She gives him a look. âYou want it directed at you?â
He holds up his hands. âWhat'd I do?â
Her look only becomes more unimpressed. âYou had my brother over for your little healing pow-wow? He wasn't even part of Scoops Troop.â
Oh.
That's.
Oh.
Never in a hundred years did he think Erica Sinclair would be throwing a fit because she didn't get to be a part of their group heart sharing, but here it is.
âYou want to swap?â Steve asks.
Erica scoffs at him. âI don't need your pity heart exchange.â
âIt's not pity,â he protests.
This time the look practically burns through him.
âRobin and I do it all the time,â he insists. âIt's easier. It means we can understand the way the other one feels without having to figure out how to say it.â
Her eyebrows raise. âAnd you want to know how I feel?â
Steve holds out his hand in response.
She stares at him for a long moment, then sighs in a far too long suffering manner before she takes her heart out and gives it to him. He exchanges his for hers, and -
âIs it messed up again?â Dustin demands. âWhy didn't you tell me?â
He honestly isn't sure if the surge of somewhat affectionate irritation he feels is his or Erica's, and he exchanges what he suspects is a near identical look with her.
Dustin narrows his eyes at them. âWhat's this look you're doing, I really don't like it on both of you.â
âThat's because it's bad news for you,â Erica retorts.
âWe're just swapping,â Steve says.
âIt's what you do when someone is a little too hard headed and out of touch with their feelings to realize how insensitive they're being.â
That is absolutely not what Steve had been going for, but Erica says it with such superiority and Dustin is looking so contemplative at it that he just sighs and goes with it.
Erica shoots him a smug little look - she knows exactly what she's doing and how he feels about it.
âMike!â Dustin shouts. âCome here, we're swapping, so you can know that I'm right!â
Steve groans, but there's no stopping it now.
Swaps are called to settle arguments, to prove that this movie really is scary guys come on, for a dozen other reasons until Steve honestly can't be sure who has whose heart at any given moment.
He'd worry about the effects of so much heart swapping, but - the kids seem happy. Sometimes he even catches them just sitting with each other and swapping, and after everything they've lost - who is he to say what's healthy and what isn't?
Steve can't complain.
Well. He can, and he does, but he also knows this is probably the happiest he's ever been in this house, so he doesn't complain too much.
â
Eddie still doesn't call.
He doesn't answer, either, when Steve calls him. Any of the times Steve calls him.
Steve drives out there, once, stupidly. He's pretty sure he can hear Eddie's music, but the trailerâs dark, and no one answers.
Steve takes the hint after that.
He doesn't let anyone but Robin swap with him for a while, as long as he can get away with. He doesn't really have a name for what he's feeling - he doesn't want to put a name to what he's feeling - and she doesn't make him.
â
The Hopper-Byers are moving.
None of the party take it well, but it seems to hit Max the hardest.
Or at least, he assumes it does, because she's suddenly not over for a week straight, and Steve knows avoidance when he sees it.
He finds her sitting at the skate park, all alone, but she doesn't protest when he sits down next to her.
âSwap?â Steve asks softly.
Max rolls her eyes. âI'm fine.â
He gives her the most unimpressed look he can muster.
She scoffs, then gives him one right back. âOkay, so, what, you want to feel angry and miserable too?â
Steve weighs his options for a moment, considering how to respond, then decides just to go for honesty. âYeah,â he says simply. âI'm not here just for the good stuff, Mayfield, I'm here for all of it.â
She looks at him for a long moment, her expression hard. Then she wrenches her chest open.
He pops his open, too, taking his heart out and offering it to her. Steve expects her to take it and put her own in his hand, but instead she shoves her own heart into his chest before he can so much as blink, snatching his out of his hand. He blinks at her, but - yeah, okay, fine, that works.
She is angry, and miserable. She hated Billy, and she's still sad, and El is the only one who really gets her, and she knows that's not true, and everyone leaves, and he hasn't left, and she loves and she hates and she's so tired.
Steve can't really put any of it into words, but he doesn't have to.
He just has to be there.
â
School starts, and it gets quieter. He and Dustin still have their weekly movie nights, and he plays ball with Lucas, cooks dinner with Max, but Robin's the only one over as much as she used to be.
It's - actually fine, this time. He gets a job at Family Video, and he hangs out with Robin and spends time with the kids and goes on dates, and he's still happy.
Well, except the going on dates bit. Something's missing, something obvious, but he tells himself that's fine, too.
â
Dustin starts talking about Eddie, a few months into school.
Well, he talks about Hellfire, which Steve doesn't really put together at first, but he's happy Dustin's having fun with his club.
When he mentions Eddie, Steve probes a little, asks how he joined up. Dustin lights up, talking about how Eddie looked out for them starting from day one, even if he's definitely a little scary at times, and Steve -
âSwap?â Robin asks the second she gets to his house later, like she took one look at him and knew he needed it.
They both need it, actually.
She has feelings about Vickie, and he has feelings about Eddie, and they're both complicated and messy and neither of them know what to do about it.
âAsk her out,â Steve tells her.
âShe doesn't even like girls!â
âHow do you know?â
âHow do you know?â
And that's - point, okay, Steve has nothing to counter that. Yet. He just has to start collecting proof.
Robin feels his intentions and gives a dramatic huff, but she doesn't try to stop him.
She won't admit it, but she's grateful.
âDo you regret asking Eddie out?â she asks.
He makes a face. âI mean, I didn't ask him out so much as take him out a bunch of times, realize like halfway through it that's what I was doing, and then he ran the second I made it obvious, so⌠I guess I regret not actually asking him.â
She considers that. âDo you think it would have changed anything?â
âI don't know,â he admits. âMaybe I could have made it so he didn't feel like he had to run, maybe we could have still been friends? I wish I'd known what I was doing and I'd done it different, but⌠I think I'd regret it more if I didn't try at all.â
She drops her shoulder against his. âOf course you would. You always go for what you want, it's like you have no fear.â
He has plenty of fear - she's felt it - but not about shooting his shot. She's right; he's a man of action, and he's not sure he knows how to be anything else.
âUgh, let's stop talking about it. I'm glad he's still a good guy and is watching out for the little shits, end of story.â
It's not the end of the story, but for now, they both let it be.
â
Dustin calls him to beg him to play in Hellfire with him, and Steve groans audibly.
âDoes Eddie know you're asking me?â he asks.
Dustin scoffs. âOf course not, but I have to show up with someone on Friday.â
Steve frowns. âOn Friday? That's the championship game. Lucas is playing.â
Dustin groans, and Steve makes a little bit of a face at himself when he realizes the kid sounds almost exactly like him.
âDon't remind me,â Dustin grumbles. âHe's the reason we have to find someone in the first place.â
âLucas asked you to find someone to sub in for him?â
Steve doesn't even need Dustin's heart to be able to tell the silence that follows is guilty as hell.
âDustin,â Steve says.
âUgh, fine! Lucas asked us to come to the stupid game. He asked us to get Eddie to move Hellfire so he wouldn't miss the last session.â
âAnd did you?â Steve prompts.
âOf course!â Dustin says, indignant. âEddie was pissed. Called Lucas a traitor, said now it was our responsibility to find someone to fill in for Lucas since he ditched us.â
That - isnât what Steve was expecting at all.
âAnd instead of standing up for Lucas, you're doing what Eddie says?â
âHe ditched us!â Dustin insists.
Steve pinches the bridge of his nose. âGo swap with Lucas.â
Dustin makes an almost incomprehensible noise of protest.
âSwap with Lucas, and tell him what Eddie said. If you guys come to an agreement and you still need a sub, I'll think about it.â
He'd rather watch Lucas play, and that's sure as hell what he's going to do if Dustin doesn't follow through, but if both Lucas and Dustin agree, then he'll sub in.
Not just to give Eddie a piece of his mind about this whole thing.
âYou're no help!â Dustin retorts, hanging the phone up.
Robin leans against him. âAre we talking about it now?â
He considers that, then wordlessly takes his heart out and offers it to her. They swap, sitting in silence for a moment as they adjust to each other's feelings.
She's upset. He is, too, though not about exactly the same thing.
âI'm still not mad at him for how things went between him and me,â he says.
âI am,â she replies, sharp and firm. âHe made your heart hurt, I still think I should get to kick his ass.â
It's not Eddie's fault, though, not as far as Steve's concerned. Steve was the one that fumbled around without knowing what he was doing, that came on too strong. He didn't get it then, but now that he knows Robin and Will and how difficult things are for them - he understands it better.
But one of the things that made Steve fall for Eddie in the first place was the way he watched out for people. It wasn't the same way Steve did it, but - they were both protective, both willing to take the hits so other people wouldn't have to. It's disappointing to see how he's pitting the kids against each other like this.
He wishes they were still friends, wishes he could call him and ask what was going on.
âIf he hurts one of the kidsâ hearts, then you can kick his ass,â he says finally, once he's worked through his feelings and felt Robin's support.
â
It comes back, because it always does.
It comes back, and Eddie comes back, and Steve wasn't expecting that.
â
There's tension in the boathouse even after everything's been explained, and Steve knows everyone can feel it.
Knows because it's only a few moments before Dustin's announcing, âHearts out! We'll show you we mean it, right, guys?â
Steve sneaks a look over at Max. He still hasn't gotten a really good look at her heart since after the 4th, but maybe - no, she clearly hasn't shown anyone else here, because she's gone pale, and she looks a combination of pissed and afraid.
âDustin,â Steve snaps, trying to keep the irritation out of his voice and failing a little. âDid you forget that some of us have hearts that aren't all that reassuring to see?â
Dustin's expression scrunches for a moment, and Steve feels most of his irritation fade away as he realizes that, yeah, Dustin did forget that.
âOh,â Dustin says quietly. âIt's okay, Steve, you don't-â
âNo,â he cuts him off, still a little annoyed. âLook, we all know that I'm the one causing doubt here, right? I'll show my heart so Munson knows I mean it and we can get this over with.â
He doesn't want to, but he wants even less for this to put a spotlight on Max.
So he takes his heart out, gets back in close enough for Eddie to see it, says, âWe're not lying, man, I promise.â
His heart beats true, true, true in his hands, but Eddie's eyes are going wide and wet as he stares at Steve's heart, and he isn't any less pale.
âJesus fucking Christ,â he whispers. âWhat the hell happened?â
âNothing you have to worry about,â he replies, putting his heart back in his chest as soon as he can. âIt's not going to happen to you.â
It comes out a little more protective than he'd intended, and it makes Eddie's eyes dart up to his, trying to search for something in there. Steve can't tell what, and he doesn't have Eddie's heart in his chest to help him out.
Strange, how quickly he's come to rely on having that familiarity with those he cares about.
Less strange that Eddie is still someone he cares about.
âDo you want to see mine?â Eddie asks, soft enough that Steve's pretty sure he's the only one who can hear it.
Steve does, is the thing. He really does.
But not like this.
âDo you want me to?â he asks, just as soft.
Eddie looks away, silent enough that Steve knows what the answer is without him saying anything.
âPeople try to make me show it all the time,â Eddie says, a little bitter. âI'm not trustworthy, you know. I'm not honest. I'm just going to screw them over.â
Steve's quiet for a moment, unsure what to say. He doesn't know how to tell him that Steve's never seen him that way, that all those other people are stupid.
Finally, he settles on, âI still haven't asked.â
Eddie turns to look at him again, his eyes gone molten. âNo,â he says softly. âYou haven't.â
Steve gives a half shrug. âThere you go then.â
This is already written, and my plan is to post one part a day until it's all up here!

So there's this post with a troubling number of notes going around insisting that "dead dove" is not a genre, it doesn't inherently have anything to do with darkfic, and that the tag could be applied to fics that are "100% fluffy where everyone's having a good time" if they happen to contain some abnormal (though entirely non-problematic) content like an unusual kink. The claim is that "dead dove: do not eat" is simply a "courtesy tag" that means "this is a very specific niche, mind the tags." And that's just... wrong.
I wrote up a whole rebuttal to this post since I can't stand misinformation and frankly OP was being kinda rude and judgey on top of their wrongness. But right after I posted my reply, OP turned off reblogs because, and I quote, âsome fuckwad added some dumb shit onto this post and it is no longer educationalâ (the âfuckwadâ being me and the âdumb shitâ being proof that they were wrong). A couple people have asked me to make a rebloggable version of my response, which I've decided to do because this isn't the first time I've heard similar claims and I want to help set the record straight. However, I'm not linking the original post on the off chance this gains traction because OP did the right thing by turning off reblogs, preventing it from circulating further, and I don't want them to get hate for being unfortunately misinformed.
For those who don't know the history, "dead dove: do not eat" was originally proposed as a catchall "hydra trash party" alternative label for any fandom to warn that the content of a fic may be considered problematic or potentially upsetting and to read the tags carefully so you know what you're getting into and won't complain later. Specifically, DD:DNE was intended to convey that the Bad Things in the fic would likely be reveled in and not explicitly condemned by the narrative, which some people tend to get up in arms about, hence the need for the extra warning in addition to the tags. Don't believe me? Here's the original proposal (note DD:DNE can be found on a handful of fics dated before 2015 but this is when it really took off and became a Thing).
There are currently around 50,000 fics tagged as "dead dove: do not eat" on AO3 and close to 50% of those also include the rape/noncon warning (which of course is not the only type of "dead dove" but is one of the most popular and most consistently tagged). The normal percentage of noncon fics in any given fandom? Around 1-3%. That's a HUGE disparity. So don't tell me that dead dove is just a general "courtesy tag" and doesn't or shouldn't have dark connotations. Even the context of the original joke on Arrested Development has a dark undertone. Micheal Bluth casually finds an animal carcass in a bag in his refrigerator with the label "do not eat", as if eating it would be any sane person's first thought. The whole situation is kinda fucked up. And this fucked up vibe very much carries over into fandom usage too, as was intended.
The claim that dead dove has nothing to do with the content's genre and could just as easily be used to describe a 100% fluffy fic in which everyone's having a good time is straight up Wrong, or at the very least, severely warping the original meaning. Also, when someone these days says that they like/dislike "dead dove" most people in fandom automatically understand what that means because of the consistency of its usage over the years and the way language evolves. Whether you like it or not, "dead dove" IS a genre now and the term does carry a specific connotation. I do agree that DD:DNE should definitely still be used in conjunction with other tags, when applicable, to be explicit about the exact type of fucked up content you may find, but to say that the term is meaningless on its own is patently false and I'm tired of people who don't know what they're talking about pushing this narrative and causing even more confusion.
You want a generic term that also means "mind the tags" and doesn't have any inherently dark connotations? Just use good ol' "what it says on the tin" instead of trying to force dead dove to be something it's not.
#fyi I've tweaked my response slightly to remove specific references to OP and make it read better on its own#I hope I don't regret making this post and inviting The Discourse#but dead dove is a topic that is very near and dear to me#I feel like someone has got to say something and put a stop to all of the misinformation around it these days#fandom#long post#my words#psa#wendy's help desk

Why I feel Jack Darby isn't like Orion Pax/Optimus Prime
This is probably not gonna do me any favors in the wider Transformers community, but that's fine; I don't want to be in the good graces of half those people. Besides, I've grown to really dislike Jack over the years, and now that there's a new TF film that actually shows us Optimus and Megatron's past that has everyone cheering, I can actually cite that film in my argument should I encounter any whiners.
Fair warning, this will not be in Jack's favor.
So, as we see of him in Transformers: Prime, Jack had a really poor life. His dad is missing for reasons unknown, his mother is working herself to the bone to keep the roof over their heads, and Jack himself is working a horrid job to try and lift some of the burden from her shoulders. A standard modern day life for teenage boys, right? Oh, and don't forget him going all gaga over prissy cheerleader Sierra; that's of course the icing on the cake of this cut and dry trope, because the loser boy has to have a thing for the social climber girl who he can't recognize as trouble.
However, when he crashes into the Autobot-Decepticon War, Jack is adamant against getting involved. He whines about his new lot in life, complains that he just wants "a normal life", and overall is ungrateful to the Autobots that saved his skin a short time ago. Yes, he pulled through in the five part premiere and did so at other points in the first and even second seasons - but those were all life or death situations.
Every other time, Jack caved to peer pressure and stayed inside the lines. He never stood up to the school bully, let himself get embarrassed by said bully in front of Sierra, and then broke his deal with Arcee by going to an underground race. Heck, if you ask me, the only reason he helped save the bully in that episode was because Jack didn't want to have a dead guy on his conscience. Sure he said "it's the right thing", but where was that nobility when you were ogling your crush throughout the episode, hm?
And to say that he's like Orion Pax after all of the above is an insult to Orion and Optimus' integrity. Can you truly see Optimus whining over his lot in life, being spiteful and rude to guys who were mean to him specifically and not his friends, or just losing brain cells when a pretty girl is involved and getting himself into trouble in a misguided attempt to impress her?
No.
Orion/Optimus would never do that. He'll take the hits to himself and make the best of it with a smile on his face, he'll fight for his friends rather than himself alone, and even if he's head over heels for Ariel/Elita One, he won't compromise himself or his morals just to impress her. Orion/Optimus is better than that, and would never stoop to such actions.
But you know who would do all of that?
This guy.
As TF One shows, Megatron in his youth was much like - gasp - Jack Darby. They both kept their heads low to avoid further ridicule and pain, they never wandered outside the lines for fear of the unknown/repercussions, and despite advocating for a change or better life, they didn't really lift a finger to do that. They both needed an outside force to push them onto a new path. And they both ended up having a low chance of heroism when there was pressure on them: Jack's was anytime Sierra or Vince the Bully was involved, and Megatron's was when the 'Bot responsible for ruining his life and all of Cybertron's population was at his mercy.
Speaking of, what are the odds Jack would have a similar reaction to meeting his father? Yeah sure, he spared Megatron in S1, but Megatron also taunted him by asking what Optimus' response would be if he killed him. Put Jack in a position where he gets to beat up his dad, and are we sure that Optimus would still have that sway over him?
Just ask Sentinel, he can tell you how well that turned out when Orion Pax tried talking down D-16 - oh wait, you can't, because D-16 killed him.
Honestly, there are far more similarities between Jack and Megatron than Jack and Optimus. I'm tired of Jack getting all the love and being heralded as Orion-like or Optimus-like when he never was. He's far closer to Megatron, and if I'm the only one who can see that, fine. I don't care.
These are my observations, my beliefs, and I'm sticking with them.
Now on the same token (but coming later), Smokescreen actually has more in common with Orion Pax/Optimus Prime, something the new TF flick has shown, even if I disapprove of a chunk of the writing and characterization in it. But, given I'm probably setting some people's hair on fire, I'll leave you alone for now to digest this post.
Good day, and remember:

~this is simply a piece of fiction. My imagination onto âpaper.â This is in no way is mean to be taken as an actual and real representation of anyone.~
if you donât have an age indicator saying youâre not a minor in your blog then I will be blocking you! So minors dni!!
â˘â˘â˘â˘â˘â˘â˘â˘â˘â˘â˘â˘â˘â˘â˘â˘â˘â˘â˘â˘â˘
his arms lock tighter around where your plush thighs and knees meet, he pants heavier, drilling into you with such passion your mind goes blank with noting more inside it then dumb babbilling thoughts that bounce around like a computer screen saver.
youre left wondering how you somehow knew it was gonna come to this.
when you had appoched your boyfriend of a year asking him to do some TikTok trend you had been having saved for a while and had rediscovered.
he scoffs at you with a smile "what is it baby?" he cranes his neck to look at you standing beside the sofa. "can I tie a bow around it?" you ask, innocent smile on your face as his eyes widen. when you show him the video of a girl tying a bow around her boyfriends bicep to your surprise he, in one swift motion stands up, circles his arms around your waist them brings you back down to the sofa with him.
"around what?" you can feel his smirk on your spine, hear it in his voice.
you know what hes doing but he can't fool you so easily. you can feel his heatbeat on your back as he presses you against his firm chest. "hm, so you like the idea then baby?" his only response is nibbling at the tip of your ear, pressing his face into you.
a second later and you feel hot air hit your neck, tickling you. "You like my biceps that much, yeah? you like that ive been working out and how big they've gotten?" you fiddle with your own fingers. "maybe." "you like that I can do this--" he turns you around so he can carry you princess style, carrying you to your shared bed.
he flips you down on it, but still being careful to cradle your head even though it only hits the soft blankets on top of the plush mattress. he looks down at you, sprawled out on the bed, the two of yous bed. and he looks at you like youre a master piece, a beautiful piece of art he wants to preserve forever. "I didnt even tell you what I wanna do."
he flops down next to you "im good with whatever." you reach into your jeans pocket to pull out the pretty silk ribbon you'd put there in case he'd say yes. which to be honest you knew he would. He couldn't resist you. not for long anyways. you roll yourself on top of him, legs on either side of his hips as you straddle him. he sits up and you make a show of wrapping the ribbon around his bicep and maybe hes a little miffed you didnt want to wrap it around anything else.
but he quickly recovers because as soon as you move on to his shoulders, rubbing them with just the right amount of pressure hes shivering. starting at the bow, you kiss, nip, then lick his skin. eventually youre at his color bone and then eventually youre at his jaw, though now just peppering it with more kisses than anything.
thats when Minho decides he has enough and flips you around, caging you in as you smile and giggle at each other, a cute little moment-- coupled with you playing with the ribbon.
but filled with want, he couldn't help himself he pounces on you like an animal
You let out a cute little squeel of surprise that turns him on even more. His hard cock is pressed shift your thigh as youâre chest to chest, your hot breath in his ear as he nips at your collar bone. Someone you end up finding his bicep and biting at it, your lips covering his smooth skin. He stops pinning you to the bed in the little play fight you two have going on. Just long enough to whine out a complaint.
âAhhhh shit jagyia you broke my arm!â You sit up on your elbows and raise your eyebrow âoh stopâ you playfully slap him on his knee, knowing he was only joking too âyouâre fine.â âIâm bleeding!â âNo youre notâ âok but it left a markâ you lean down and plant a light kiss on the very much not marked up place you bit.
He makes a little ~ahhh~ face of contentment along with the sound. âWow I suddenly it feels so much betterâ âso all the pain⌠gone?â You laugh, âis that all you wanted, aââ he pins you back down, cutting you off because you both well know he wouldâve agreed that yes all he wanted was a soft kiss from you. He was not wasting any time devouring you like a man starved. Though you wished heâd direct his attention elsewhere. Further down your body. To your aching core preferably.
He gets there soon enough. Your pretty pussy hot through your panties. He looks up at you once heâs done kissing down your throat and body, his hand gripping onto your breast thumbing over your pebbled nipple. âOh yesâ you whine, knowing he was asking for permission. âTell me what you want babyâ itâs all overwhelming for you. But thatâs what makes it so fucking good.
âWanâ you to make me feel goodâ he gets a little closer to your heat, pressing his sharp nose to your clothed clit, making you shiver. âOh yeah,â he mumbles against you,âhow?â You knew that he wasnât going to do much of anything until you said what he so desperately wanted to hear.
"touch my pussy, Min. can't you see im already so wet for you?" you feel him take another deep breath in, inhaling your intoxicating scent. "come on sweetheart you can do better than that. act like you want it." its borderline a command and you love it. your hips buck up into his face, chasing some sort of friction, just anything to satisfy the want you have inside you.
to your surprise he doesn't pin your hips down like usual, letting you buck up into his face a second time. "mmm yeah," he groans, muffled by your flesh. "fuck yeah just like that baby. you want this so bad dont you." and hes right you really did
"I-I" you try to start your sentence. "what's wrong?" he lifts his head up and pouts in fake sympathy for your breathless state, "can't speak baby? c'mon I know you can do both. keep humping my nose, doll."
you bite your lip in consentration "I want you to finger fuck me while you lap at my clit."Minho chuckles "what is my nose not enough anymore? thought you liked it" you roll your eyes and are about to tell him to shut up until he yanks your panties down your legs until the won't go any further and youre stuck having them dig into your thighs. not that you mind though, the sensation adding to the whole lustful feel in the moment. besides you know they won't be there for long. soon enough he'll be pulling them off completely because he can't get enough of you and needs to be as close as he can to your body.
"too bad, they looked so fuckin sexy on you." you dont even get a chance to say anything cause hes diving head first (literally) into your pussy. lapping at your clit just how you asked him to. but it did make your knees weak and your face heat up.
they were just some old underwear you'd had for a little while you had grabbed out th drawer this morning cause they were the first thing you saw. noting special, in fact, the waist band was starting to have the tiniest bit of fraying. but apparently only you noticed. that was the thing about him, no matter what you were wearing or what time of the day it was he always full heartedly thought you looked amazing. and for all the shit he gives you, you know he thinks that every time he looks at you. and by those looks he shamelessly gives you, well, anyone could tell.
he lifts his head, chin glistening. "I can feel how much youre enjoying this baby. want me to finger you now, hm?" he says it with a fake pout, almost in a slight mocking tone. but you dont care. hes right, fuck you really wanna feel his fingers. you pant out a yeah and when he slides in two fingers, the stretch mixed with the pleasure of him already moving and curling them how you like sends you to another planet.
you focus on his face, somehow concentrated but cocky, proud of the reactions he was getting out of you but longing for more. your legs try to squeeze shut but he forces that back open again and again.
and once hes got you cumming around his fingers and you start to sit up he drags you right back down by your thighs, "im not done with you yet." and it sounded like a promise. your lips curve into a sloppy and dazed smile, "good" you commend. "yeah I bet you feel so," he pauses to kiss your collarbone, "empty. without something filling you up dont you?"
"I do. please ,hurry up and fill me with your cock" he breathes in the scent of the skin of your neck, obviously pleased.
somehow you ended up with his cock drilling into your sopping wet pussy, the sounds your bodies moving together were making driving your a bit insane. with Minho behind you, your nose pressed in the fold of his arm as his hand caressed the side of your face and other free arm held onto your hips for dear life for leverage to fuck you better.
he leaned down to your ear âyou gonna be a god slut for me? Yeah, gon take this cockâ as he presses his thumb into your mouth on your tongue "oh my god, fuck yeah right there, " you moan as his cock drills into your pussy, hitting your cervix, "hm? god isn't here baby."
you moan in pleasure, knees weak and elbows tired from supporting you. "no, no," he exsencuates his words with sharp pumps oh his dick. "moan my name for me baby." you dont question it, the next time you moan you do. its choppy, long and drawn out but you can feel his smile against your neck. "mmmmh" he whines, "letting the neighbors know who's fucking you so good, hm?" you gasp and make another sound of pleasure at his words.
Minho knows full well what hes doing, and between the gruff tone in his voice, his other hand reaching down to rub at your swollen clit the way you like, and the way his other hand is half pressing on your neck with his thumb on your chin... its all so much but in the best way. he pulls you to him, whispering, coaxing you to cum on his cock, squeeze him so so fucking tight like he wants you to, clamp down on him, soffocate his cock till he cums.
with his heart beat against your back and soft kisses on your neck, you get pushed over the edge with your back arching into his chest. and you barely get enough time to recover till he lays you down gently on the bed, cradling your head and kissing your lips. you gasp when he slips back inside your warmth, and he hisses as his pace picks up to a break neck speed, chasing his own orgasm.
as the pleasure turns into overstimulation he fucks into you with newfound vigor. but you dont care, the look on his face above you making you feel euphoric. he cums soon after and youre sure you'll walk a little funny tomorrow.
you fall asleep on his chest, warm as ever. hm, maybe you should ask him to do more TikTok trends more often... wait... that reminds you, shit! you never filmed the stupid thing. well, guess you'll just have to do it again once you wait up.
~end~

¡ Pairing: Geto Suguru x Reader
¡ Summary: The girl you're supervising for a mission is a spoiled brat princess. Once her eyes met your boyfriend, she becomes obsessed with him. You decided you've had enough once she took the chance.
¡ CW: 11.6k (sigh) // Fluff. Angst. Annoying behaviour. Act of deception. You and the girl having a beef. Jealousy. Suggestive themes. Implied and mention of sex. Implied past oral sex. Mention of genitals lmao.
Female reader, uses she/her pronouns, called âgirlâ and âmissâ.
âExcuse me, but what?â You look at your teacher, Yaga, after he tells you what your next mission is.
âYou heard me. Your next mission is to look after one of the higher-ups' grand-daughter. Her parents are going out of town for a five days, and they want you to look after their only daughter.â Yaga explained once more.
âYour job is to keep her safe from cursed spirits. She's not a sorcerer therefore she can't use cursed technique, but she does see them.â He adds.
âBut, why me?â You complain but make it sound as polite as you can since he's the teacher. âShouldn't I be going on a mission to exorcise cursed spirits around the city instead?â
âYou're the only one available right now,â Yaga answers straight to the point. âAnything else you want to say?â
âThe only one available, my ass.â You curse in your mind.
âHow about Utahime-san? She doesn't go much on a mission, right?â You try to bargain, hoping he would change your position.
âThat's exactly why you're assisted. You're a frontline sorcerer, Iori is not, she's a support. What would happen if a cursed spirit attacked?â He answers sternly, not buying your suggestions.
You huff at the reasonable answer he gave you. âAny more questions?â He looks at you intently. âNo.â You shake your head. Yaga nods at your response, âGood. You're dismissed.âÂ
You turn around to walk out of his office before he speaks again, âThree million yen of reward will wait for you if you complete this mission.âÂ
You stop your track, turning back to him slowly. âThree million yen?" You repeat as if in disbelief. âFor taking care of a rich man's daughter?â You ask again.
Yaga nods at you for confirmation. âJust another piece of information.â He said. âFor motivation purposes.â He adds tad a bit quietly.
âWell, I'll be damned.â
You walk side by side with your boyfriend in the school's hallway, heading out to grab some snacks and drinks before heading out to your respective missions.
âWhat about your mission?â He asked, looking at you. âAnything special, or just some lower-grade curses?â
You huff in annoyance. âMy next mission is actually to look after the grand-daughter of one of the higher-ups because her parents are out of town. You know, keeping an eye on her from cursed spirits.â You shrug. âI hope she's not a brat.â
âOh? So youâre just a glorified babysitter for now.â He chuckles. âDonât screw up now, okay?â He said playfully, then looked at you and smiled. âAre you at least getting paid extra?â He then adds in a joking tone.
âHey!â You nudge his side with your elbow. He chuckles again, smiling brightly before looking at you and stroking your cheek.
âIf I had a yen for every time you make that face, I'll be able to buy myself a house.â He said with the most teasing tone. âBut seriously, is that all youâre doing? Looking after a girl? It can't be hard, right?â
âYeah, but she's the only daughter from a rich family, her parents paid a lot for this.â You answer.
âSo, they're rich? Do you get to be fed delicious food, perhaps?â He suggest with a sly smile.
âYou just earned yourself the easiest mission ever, love,â he then said with a small nod. âWell, that depends on the princess you're going to babysit.â He jokes a bit while still leaning close to you with a smirk.
âI could lend a hand for you if you want?â He jokingly asks you with a wink.
âPlease, do. I'll split the mission's reward with you, just a bit, though.â You shake your head at the thought of something that might happen in this mere mission or is it just you overthinking.Â
âI have a feeling I'm the one who's going to have a hard time.â You let out a harsh sigh before shaking the negative thoughts off your head. âAfter that, we can get some good food.âÂ
âI'm just messing around. I'm not taking your reward, love." He chuckled a bit, patting your head. âSo long as Iâm with you, itâs already a reward.âÂ
Then, he thought for a moment before nodding. âHey, maybe we can also cook some good food ourselves.âÂ
âWhat do you say?â He asked. âI can show you how to cook some dishes that my mom taught me.â He smiles sweetly at you.
âReally? That sounds wonderful. We can do that, too.â You nod at his suggestion. He pats your head again in response.
âSo, are you excited to have a new job as a babysitter?â He asked you while walking, a little smug smile appeared on his face again. âI'm sure you can manage.â He added.
âOr... Do you want me to try babysitting you first to see what it's like taking care of a child?â He asked you jokingly, looking at you.
âI'm not a child.â You pout at him as you both walk closer to the vending machine.
âHmm? You're not?â He asked with a teasing smile, knowing that you were being affected by his comment. âAre you sure? I'm seeing a certain toddler in front of me right now.â You huff at his words.
He reaches into his pocket and takes out a few coins. âSay, do you want anything, love?â He asked you, then looked at the vending machine in front of you and the snack options.
âCola, please.â You step closer, standing next to him. âSuch a spoiled little girl.â He said jokingly before chuckling. He inserts the necessary amount of coins and waits for the cola to drop down.
âAnd snacks.â He took out some more coins and put them inside of the machine before getting out some chips for the two of you.
âHere you go, my child.â He said jokingly before handing you a can of cola and some chips. âDon't eat too much.â He ruffles your hair gently.
âYes, Father. Thank you for the treats.â You play along with the game and kiss him on the cheek as gratitude.Â
He takes out his food, looking at you while he talks to you. âSo, I guess we both have our own missions now. Who do you think will have it easier first, me or you?â He asked you, trying to initiate a little conversation.
âYou.â You roll your eyes in annoyance. âI'll be stuck with a brat here instead. The only child of a rich family is not far from being spoiled after all.â You complain once again.
âYou never know.â He said while eating his snack. âThis person could be the sweetest thing on the face of the earth, but with the way you're talking, she probably senses your dislike for her, which will make her act out in return.â He said, still joking around with you to ease your mood about the mission.
âPlease, don't jinx it.â You groan at the thought. Geto chuckles at your reaction. âMaybe this brat of a princess can be your bestie, you'll never know.â He said playfully.
âAnd if the brat ends up acting up like you're expecting them to, you can always ask Daddy for help.â He teases you more. âI think I will.â You roll your eyes.
Your phone vibrates in your pocket, you take it out with your free hand to see that you got a text from Yaga, saying that the rich man's daughter you're assigned to has arrived at school, which means your mission starts now.Â
âThe brat is here. I'll see you later, okay? Be safe on your mission!â You give him a short kiss on the lips. You gathered the snacks on your one arm and hold the cola on your other.
âI'll see you later, love.â He replied with his soft smile, waving goodbye to you. âDon't worry about me, I'll be back before you know it.â He added.
âJust be a good babysitter, okay?â He then smirked playfully, still waving goodbye to you. You wave back as you walk towards Yaga's office again to begin your task.
Once you reached the office, there's Yaga standing with a girl beside him outside of the office's door. They turn to you at the same time, expecting your arrival.
Did Geto really jinx it or did your instinct come true, you don't know, but you're cursing fate and whoever has sent this evil spirit to your presence.Â
âOh, how kind of you.â She grabs your chips and cola from your hands. The one that your boyfriend bought for you, and this brat thought you bought this for her.
âIt's the first day, come on. You can do this.â You mentally cheer yourself. Pessimistically.
âThis is Hanada Yui, the girl you'll be looking after.â Yaga introduced you to the girl as she held the chip close to her chest. âAnd this is (L/N) (Y/N), the one who is going to look after you for the next five days from now.â He adds, introducing you to her.
She looks young, but not far younger than you. She dresses well with expensive brand clothing, as expected from a child coming from a rich family.
âNice to meet you, Hanada-chan.â You forced a smile, trying to be friendly with her, grimacing at the word âniceâ since you know it's not true at all.
âYou, too.â She answers casually, a small smile gracing her face, you're not sure if it's genuine or not, but you brush it off, trying not to care so much.
âAlright. She's yours now.â He said to you before pointing toward the girl. Yaga walks closer to you before leaning a bit closer, âBe nice to the girl, okay?â He then said to you before looking at the girl. âTry to have a conversation with her, too.â
Yaga knows that you're not exactly the friendliest around new people, let alone the ones that don't strike well with you.
âYes, got it.â You nod at him, assuring him and yourself. âGood, good.â Yaga gives you a small approving smile before excusing himself, letting you both talk with each other.
Yui, on the other hand, looks up at you with a slight pout. âSo, you're my babysitter?â She asked you, her arms crossed in front of her and still holding onto the chips and cola.Â
âI thought so.â She said, sounding disappointed. âI was hoping for a hot guy who's going to look after me.â She shrugs, her decorated pigtails moving as she tilts her head to the side.Â
âHow long am I stuck with you, by the way?â She asks. âFive days.â You answer shortly, trying to not let any annoyance come out of your tone.
âOhh, that's long.â She groans as she eats the chip. After a while of her eating her chip in silence, she suddenly asked you a question. âWhy are you even a babysitter in the first place? Shouldn't you have a real job?â She asked you, curious at your response.
âBecause I'm not.â You grumble to yourself in your mind.
âYou can see curses but you can't use a cursed technique, that's why your parents sent you here and assigned me, a Jujutsu sorcerer, to look after your safety. It's my mission.â You explain to her.
âWell, that's boring.â She looks at you in disapproval.Â
âWhy can't you at least play games with me?â She said to you while continuing to eat her snack. âI'm sure they pay you to let me have fun, I don't see the reason why you want me to just sit here all day. Do you plan on watching me until I sleep?â She asks you while sounding slightly annoyed.
âI'll do whatever you want.â You answer her, keeping your cool together. You just know that this brat is going to be a pain in the ass.
âYou'll do whatever I want? No way. You're probably just trying to mess with me. I mean, you already seem like a boring babysitter to me.â She said while giving you the most unimpressed look ever.Â
âHmm...â She looks at you curiously, tilting her head while looking at you with her arms crossed. She then grins at you when she sees that you're actually taking her words seriously.Â
âYou'll do whatever I tell you to do, right? You're going to be my slave the entire time.â She then says with a smirk, and by the way you two are interacting, it seems like this is what she wanted.
âBabysitter to slave? What a downgrade.â You roll your eyes.
âWhatever you said, princess.â You answer with a hint of mocking. It's official, you got beef with this brat.
âOh... Did I strike a nerve there?â She asked you with a smirk, clearly enjoying this. âI like you.â With her still smirking at you, she finally finishes her snack and hands you the empty packet of chips, looking at you while waiting for your response.
You grab the trash from her, âYou're welcome.â You smile sarcastically at her as walks past you. You roll your eyes once more behind her back before following her.
âHhmm... Alright, what should we do next?â She asked you, clearly looking for some fun. âOh, how about a shopping spree?â She suggested.
âI think my wardrobe needs a bit of improvement. Don't you think so?â She said, expecting you to obey her orders.
âYeah, sounds good.â You answer her, clearly not enjoying it. From now, you just have to answer her straight on, not entertain her ego even more even though Yaga just told you to be nice and talk with her.
âOhhhh, you're actually going along with my idea, huh? I thought you'd be more resistant. Well, this is going to be fun!â She said with a slight snicker.
âHurry up! We don't have all day!â She yelled at you as she walked ahead. It seems like she's the one in control of the situation right now, which might become a big problem if she keeps on treating you like that.
Yui wanted to go to the mall for shopping, and who are you to deny that? Your job is to look after her anyway, which means you'll be stuck around her to your own dismay. Good thing you're going to get paid well with this mission.
After the assistant manager drives to the mall and drops you both off, she excitedly enters the mall with you following close behind her.
It seems like Yui has a specific place in mind where she wants to go. She quickly makes a beeline towards a boutique store, pulling you along by the sleeves of your uniform.
âCome on, hurry!â She said as she opened the store door for you. âYou better get me everything I want, okay? It's your job after all!â She said, looking at you with a smug smile before stepping inside the store.
âI thought the little princess was rich? Did Daddy not give you enough pocket money, sweetheart?â You answer mockingly with an equally smug smile. You're not going to let this brat have whatever she wants.
âHmph.â She grunted once she heard your comment. Your words got to the little princess. She made a pout on her face, crossing her arms in front of her while letting out an angry groan.
âOf course, he gave me money! I just don't want to use it.â She said, trying to act tough. âWhy should I use the allowance my daddy gave me when I could use your money instead?â She said, sounding bratty now.
âOops, sorry, didn't bring any.â You pull the inside of your pockets out from your uniform, showing nothing with a feign apologetic tone.
It seems like that's not the right answer to say at the moment as Yui's expression immediately changes, her eyes widening as she lets out another groan of annoyance. She was pretty obviously expecting you to be her piggy bank, but that was quickly put to a stop.
She then tugs on the cuffs of your uniform sleeve aggressively, almost pulling your arm, before speaking to you in an angry voice.
âWhat?! So, you're saying that you're my babysitter but you didn't bring any money?â She asked you, sounding outraged by your reply. âHow are you going to buy things for me then?â She then said, sounding demanding. âYou better fix your mistake!â
âThe garbage outside is free. I could get you that.â You shrug, looking around the boutique, not giving in to her bratty needs.
The comment you made clearly stung her heart, causing her to ball up her fists with anger.
âHow dare you suggest to get me garbage, are you mocking me?â She said, her tone becoming a little more aggressive than before. âI'm not some poor kid that you could trick into thinking that getting garbage is even a good idea.â She then said, her voice getting raised a little.
âNow, let's find something to spend your money on.â She then added, pointing at you to get moving.
âAlright, alright.â You lift your hands in defense, letting her pull your uniform sleeve by force once more. âGood, you're understanding.â Then she just walks forward, expecting you to follow her.
She starts looking for something that she'll like while you're left to look after her and make sure she doesn't get into trouble.
She quickly walked over to a dress rack, and without even looking at you, she started to pull out some dresses that she wants to try
âHm... I think I'll get this red dress.â She said to you, pointing at the red dress on the mannequin. âWhat do you think?â She then asked you, seemingly wanting to hear a response from you.Â
âThat's pretty.â You look at the dress she's pointing at. What an expensive-looking dress with an equally expensive price.
This got her smiling a little bit. âYou really do think it's pretty?â She asks you while still looking at the dress that she's currently pointing at. âDo you want to go ahead and pay for me?â She adds with a proud smile.
âOh, what's the limit again? Can I get more than one dress? Hmm... I'm sure you have enough to pay.â She said before looking at you with a cheeky grin.
Oh, how you want to wipe that off her face.
âYeah, I'm filthy rich after all.â You cross your arms smugly. âPick any clothes you want, princess.â You play along with her game.
She seems happy to hear that. âGreat! Then, I want this green dress as well.â She said while pointing at the green dress near the red dress. âAnd also those shoes, they'll go great with my dresses.â She added, pointing at a pair of white shoes.
âWe might as well get some accessories too. Let's see...â She strokes her chin, looking at the accessories. âI'll get this headband and... How about... This one, this one, and... This one?â She picked more dresses out of the rack. âIs that a yes on my request, Miss Babysitter?â She then asked you still with a smug smile on her face.
âYes, princess.â You roll your eyes. She keeps going here and there. You followed her with boredom, choosing to stay on your phone. After she was done, we went to the counter to pay.Â
âHow about you wait outside while I pay for this?â You offered. She tilts her head in confusion but does exactly what you ask her to do.
You wait at the counter, holding the things that she's chosen to buy while the saleslady is scanning the barcodes to price them individually.
âWhat a funny girl.â You shake your head, eyeing her from inside the boutique to make sure she doesn't go anywhere, and there are no cursed spirits around her.Â
âThe total would be three hundred forty-six thousand yen.â The saleslady put the clothes and accessories in the bag. You give her the credit card, watching her intently.
âWith the name Hanada Yui?â She asks to make sure. âThat's right.â You nod, trying to hide your sly smile. âJust type in the code here.â She turns around the card swipe machine for you to enter the pin.
The thing about being a sorcerer, you got to learn how to be sneaky and smart, never let them know what your next move is. That is exactly what you did.
While Yui was busy, you sneak inside her purse, grabbing the card from one of the pockets. You're kind of surprised she doesn't notice, well, that's what people do when they're too focused on one thing. You spend your time on your phone to search for the numbers of her credit card and get the code.
âFilty rich, I wished.â You chuckle at your words earlier.
Poor girl really thinks you're buying all her stuff, which she chooses many on purpose, even though you feel bad for deceiving her.
âThank you for shopping.â The saleslady gives you back the card along with the bags with a respectful bow which you return.
She waited outside while you paid for all of the dresses that she picked out. When you got out of the store, she looked at you, expecting you to hand the dresses to her.
âIt took you forever.â She said, not seeming too pleased by your actions. âAre you trying to make me unhappy? Because it's working.â She added, still not getting the dresses you bought for her as she looked at you with an annoyed expression.
âHere you go, princess.â You hand her the bags full of clothes and accessories she bought. âWanna go back now?âÂ
She took the bags you gave to her while looking at you with a surprised smile. âThank you, Miss Babysitter.â She said, sounding much more pleasant and bratty in a way.
âOf course, I want to go back. What? Do you think I'll willingly spend the entire day out here?â She sound annoyed by your question.
âOh, right, I don't have to worry about that.â She then said, smirking once more. âSince you're my babysitter, you'll be with me for the entire day, whether you like it or not.â
You let out an annoyed sigh, dialing the same assistant manager to pick you up from the mall. As you wait, you got a few text from Geto.
I just finished the mission in Yokohama. Heading to Hachioji right now.
How was the babysitting duty, love?
You smile at his texts before typing,
Okay, stay safe ( ŕŠ Ë ÂłË)ŕŠââĽ
It's horrid.
After a while, he read the your response and replied back,
I'll be back after a day. Be a good girl, okay? âĽ
Tell me about it.
Yui seems to be curious on why you're smiling while on your phone, âWho are you texting?â You look up from your phone with a shrug, âNo one.â
I'm always a good girl!!!ă˝(`д´ďź)/
I will later.
You put your phone back into your pocket as the car arrived. You wonder what tomorrow would be like with this brat around.
The second day doesn't get any better. This spoiled brat Yui keeps demanding things, and the more she does it, the more irritated you become.
âCan I have that?â
âCan we go here?â
âCan you buy me this?â
She keeps on asking you in a pushy tone, but you can't refuse her demands if you want to accomplish your mission.Â
She still doesn't show any signs of calming down as she keeps on giving you multiple different requests for you to do. She seems to be trying hard to make your mission harder than it actually is.
She's not just asking for normal stuff either, like eating snacks or drinking cold drinks in the afternoon. No, she asks for the latest fashion accessories, the newest phone model, or the trendiest hairstyle.
In other words, she's the most bratty princess you probably have seen, which makes your mission harder than you'd think.
âI thought I'm your babysitter? Not your sugar mommy?â You look at her ridiculously, refusing the things she wants. Expensive stuff? Hell, no.
âAwww, Miss Babysitter doesn't wanna be my sugar mommy?â She asks you, putting on an exaggerated fake-cute voice. âAre you too poor to buy these things for me?â She asks you mockingly.
âOh, I suppose I am, that's not good.â You feign the act of being sad, putting a hand to your forehead for the dramatic act, before relaxing back against the couch, crossing your legs.
âI'm starting to doubt you're actually rich when you keep refusing to use your own money.â You say, trying to get a rise out of this brat. âIs your credit card actually zero?â You feign surprise.
She tilted her head in confusion for a few seconds before her face suddenly grew tense with anger. âYou dare say that I'm lying about being rich, huh?â She asks accusingly.
âI'll show you, Miss Babysitter.â She reached for her handbag before taking out a big bundle of money. âLook.â She shows you the money. âIs this zero to you?â She asked with a smirk on her face, wanting to hear your answer.
âOho...â You chuckle at the sight, amused by her reaction. âI've seen more.â You say nonchalantly as if you're not impressed.
âYeah, Gojo's money when he lost a bet.â You snicker to yourself.
âMore? Who do you think you are?â She asked, offended by your remark. âAre you trying to say that you're richer than me?â She said like a spoiled princess. âYou want to play the âI'm superior to youâ game now, huh?â
You let out a yawn, choosing to play on your phone instead as you relax on the couch, letting her talk whatever she wants. She doesn't seem to like your behavior right now, especially since she's trying her best to make you entertain her.
âHey! Aren't you supposed to be looking after me?â She snapped at you, wanting your attention. âIt's your job, isn't it? I thought you'd been hired to look after my safety, not to sit on the couch and be lazy!â She added with a scolding tone.
âDo you want to get fired? You won't get paid if you don't look after me.â She said, trying to intimidate you.
âJujutsu sorcerers don't get fired, smartass.â You answer nonchalantly as you keep playing with your phone. âWhat do you want me to do anyway?â
This seems to make her even more angry again. âIs that how you react when someone hires you? By ignoring their orders?â She asked you, sounding annoyed.
âAs I said before, you were hired to look after my safety. Now, do your job, or I'll complain to the teacher!â She then said, sounding a little bit more stern with her words as she looked at you, waiting for your response. âDo I really need to give you instructions, Miss Babysitter?â
The princess is angry again. Text you later (â â Ëâ â Âłâ Ëâ )â âĽ
He replied soon after you sent him the text,
wwwwwww alright. Later, love âĽ
âOkay, then, princess. What would you like to do?â You put your phone down, leaning against the couch with your attention on her.
Her frown is replaced by a smug smile when you finally give in. âCan't you be imaginative by yourself? Do you need me to tell you what to do?â She asks you sarcastically while crossing her arms in front of her with a smug smile.
âBut, I could give you some ideas on what to do.â She added before uncrossing her arms. âThere's a cute cafe nearby. We could go there and have a chat. What do you say?â She sounds somewhat sweet as she says this.
âAlright, we can go there.â You get up from the couch. She seems delighted to hear your approval. âThat's the spirit. Let's go there now.â She said excitedly, and with that, you both walked out of the dorm to get a ride from another available assistant manager and go to the said cafe that she mentioned earlier.
Once you manage to reach the cafe, she takes a seat and beckons you to sit down with her. âCome, sit down with me. I want to get to know you better.â She says to you, sounding pleasant. You sit in front of her right across the table.
âNow, let's begin by getting to know you first, Miss Babysitter.â She leaning towards you a little bit. âWhat do you like to do in your spare time? And are you in a relationship currently?â She asks you while looking at you with a small smile.
âWell, I like watching movies in my spare time. Maybe rest when I have no missions or school work.â You shrug.
When you didn't answer her last question, Yui made a curious sound. âOh, then you're single?â She asked with a smirk on her face.
âYou want to know?â You ask back teasingly. âYou still didn't answer the last question, aren't you in a relationship? Don't be scared.â She sounds a little bit frustrated.
âDamn, she's pushy as always.â
âI am.â You smile smugly. âHe's a Special Grade sorcerer, he's on a mission right now.â You answer with a sense of pride.
âI see.â She leans back into her chair and crosses her arms. âSo... You're saying that you're in a romantic relationship with some Special Grade sorcerer right now, huh?â She asked you, trying to make you tell her about the sorcerer she's talking about.
âHow about you? Do you have any hobbies?â You avoid the topic. She seemed to be in a bit of a mood after hearing your reply, trying to change the subject.
âI asked you a question, I want you to answer that first. Tell me about this Special Grade sorcerer.â She asked you. âAnd no, I don't answer your questions while you're not answering mine.â She added, sounding a little bit more annoyed than before.
âWhy would you want to know your babysitter's love life, hm? You wanna know if he's a hot shot or something?â You answer teasingly. Yui let out a groan while rolling her eyes.
âI should've known you won't give me a straightforward answer.â She said, annoyed. Her frown slowly changed into another smirk after you answered her question like that.
âActually, I'm curious to know what kind of man your boyfriend is. Is he cute? Is he handsome? Does he have a great personality?â She asked you, sounding a little bit sarcastic while holding back her giggles.
âHe's all of that.â You lean back on your seat, crossing your arms as well. Rubbing to her face about your boyfriend.
She raises both of her eyebrows in surprise, seeming to be a little bit frustrated now after hearing your answer.
âWait... You serious? You actually have a hot boyfriend? He's both cute, handsome, and has a great personality?â She looks like she couldn't believe what you just told her. âNo wonder you won't tell me about him.â She said with a pout on her face, crossing her arms and looking at the table.
âWhat? You jealous?â You snicker at her reaction, knowing exactly where this is going.
âJealous? Me? Jealous over your boyfriend? Ha!â She answers sarcastically, shaking her head while looking at you. âI'll have you know that I can steal your boyfriend when I want to.â She added arrogantly while looking at you with a smug smile.
âSo, you might want to watch what you're saying, otherwise, you might find yourself without a boyfriend by the end of the day.â She said sarcastically but a little bit intimidating at the same time.
âMy boyfriend doesn't like bratty girls. Sorry, you don't have a chance.â You answer back with a feigned sympathy tone.
Her face turned into a displeased one upon hearing what you said. âWhat did you just call me?â She asked you, her voice sounded a little bit shaky as she gripped the arms of her chair very tightly.
âI'll have you know that I'm not a bratty girl at all.â She's defensive and a little bit prideful while giving you a cold stare. âYou shouldn't assume that your boyfriend doesn't like bratty girls just because you don't like them.âÂ
You shake your head in amusement. âWhatever you said, princess.â
We spend more or less two hours at the cafe. Yui also leads you towards the arcade since she wants to play there, this time, you really paid for it.
You can't lie, you did enjoy playing the arcade with her despite her attitude problems. After it gets darker, she requested another meal at a restaurant before heading back to the school dorm.
It's 10:34 PM once you head back to your room after assisting Yui to her room. You plop down on the bed, drained after the day.Â
Not long after, you heard knocking on your door. You get up with a groan, walking towards the door, ready to be greeted with the sight of Yui with her night cravings.
But to your surprise, you see your boyfriend, already home from his mission. âI'm back.â He opens his arms wide with a smile on his face. âSuguru!â You quickly jump into his embrace.
âAww, you missed me, too, love?â He asked, holding you close into his warm body. He gives you a long kiss on your forehead before leading you back inside your bedroom before closing the door.
âI've missed you so much.â He rubs your cheek slowly while he stares at you lovingly with his soft eyes.
He chuckled slightly as you jumped into his arms, wrapping his arms around your body to hold you.
He laid you down on the bed as he lay beside you. âHow was your day?â He asked you sweetly, caressing your hair.
âTiring.â You groan, remember how you're babysitting a bratty girl who's almost the same age as yours. âThe brat did give me a hard time, but she was okay today.â You've been talking about this through text, and he wants to hear it directly from you.
He chuckles lightly at your reply. âOh, that girl again?â He asks you in a playful tone. âI see she got you all worked up, huh?â He looks at you amused.
âSo, what did she do this time? Or should I say, what didn't she do this time?â He asked, curious and teasing at the same time.
âShe asked if I have a boyfriend or something. She doesn't seem pleased when I answer her.â You shake your head with a dry chuckle. âAre you interested in bratty girls?â You caress his cheek with your thumb, remembering Yui's words from earlier.
He raised an eyebrow in surprise upon hearing your story, âWhat did she say when she found out that you're in a relationship?â He asked you while stroking your hair lovingly.
âAnd no, I'm not interested in bratty girls. Well, when you are being bratty, then yes. You're the only one for me.â He added in a flirty tone before leaning in to kiss your lips. âGood.â You said after returning the kiss. âBecause she said she can steal you from me.â You huff.
âSteal me from you? She said that, huh?â He asked you with a chuckle, still stroking your hair. âShe really thinks that she has a chance to be with me?â He asked you in a bewildered voice.
âRight? Glad you think so, too.â This time you lean to kiss him first. âDon't worry, my love. I'll always be by your side, only you.â He said assuringly.Â
âShe can keep trying but she won't succeed.â He gave you a kiss on the forehead before adding, âShe probably just said that just because she wants to make you jealous, darling.â
âYeah, I know that.â You frown, your hand slowly sneaking under his t-shirt for comfort, feeling his toned abs and cold skin. Seems like he just took a shower before coming here.
He lets out a hum as he feels your hand touching him underneath. âAh, you're a one handsy girl. What's getting you in the mood, darling?â He seems to be enjoying the moment as he leans closer before kissing you.
He takes off his t-shirt and tosses it to the side, holding your hands onto his chest to feel his body more. âMmm... Forget about the bratty girl. Let's enjoy each other.â He whispers to you, the mood starting to get intimate. âLet's focus on us.â
He lets out a small groan of pleasure as you pull him into an even deeper and more passionate kiss, one that could lead to something more. He closes his eyes in bliss as he deepens the kiss, his hands gently caressing your waist.
He makes no attempt to stop you, allowing the kiss to go on for as long as you want it to. He immediately holds your body in place, wanting you to be on top of him instead.
He looks at you as he continues to kiss you, his hands traveling down your back before he holds both of your hips. He starts to unbutton your sleeping shirt, his eyes still looking at you.
âLet me give you a good time, darling.â He says in a seductive voice. His eyes traveled slowly from your shoulders to your hips, his tongue teasingly sticking out for a moment before he finally took off your shirt and threw it beside him.
âMy princess deserves to be treated like a queen tonight.â
In the morning, you wake up at the continuous knocking on the door. You snuggle onto Geto's bare chest, ignoring the sound.
You're still tired after last night, and you can't even think straight right now. But the knocking is getting louder and it's starting to annoy you.
Geto wakes up as well after hearing the knocking sound. He looks at you while lying down on the bed, annoyed.
He groans, bothered by the knocking sound, so eventually, he gets up from the bed and puts his pants on. âHmm... Who's knocking so loudly like this...â He adds, still sleepy.
He heads to the door and opens it slightly, only to see Yui, standing outside. She seems surprised to see a man, a very handsome man opening the door of your room, shirtless even.
Geto is only wearing his pants, showing off his gloriously upper body from his v-line, abs, and chest. Not to mention there's a bulge from his pants since he doesn't wear anything underneath. His long hair is disheveled across his shoulder.
She just stares at Geto silently for a moment, then starts to blush as she turns her gaze away from him, feeling a little bit embarrassed at her actions. After a moment, she speaks up.
âW-what are you doing at (Y/N)-chan's room?â She asked, still looking away as her face looks a little bit red now.
âWhat are you doing? Knocking on someone's door this early.â Geto answered back, leaning against the wall. His face is not pleased after being disturbed in his sleep, especially after the mission and intimate moment with his girlfriend last night.
She looks up at Geto now, her body in a more confident position. She raises an eyebrow at his reply. âWhy? I'm checking in on my babysitting assignment, she's supposed to take care of me by now. Isn't that what I'm supposed to do?â She replies angrily.
âPlus, I've been hearing some noise coming from this room. Is it normal for you to let your assignment make all the noise at such an hour?â She adds with more annoyance in her voice. âI could've been sleeping instead of hearing all that noise.â A scowl appears on her face.
âAh, right, sorry for that. We were busy last night.â He gives her a small apologetic smile, even still in his half-sleep state. She seems to be flustered upon seeing Geto's smile.
"A... ah... I see. You were busy last night doing... things." She looks away once again as she blushes slightly. âWell, at least, you're sorry. As for the noise, make sure it won't happen again.â She says while looking back at him.
âI expect you to be a proper babysitter. That means, no noise past your bedtime. Is that clear?â She asked while sounding a little bit like an annoyed teacher.
Geto shakes his head with a chuckle, starting to know why you're always rambling about this girl over the text. She has quite an attitude, and he knows you don't like being on the receiving end.
âGot it, princess~â He replied with the same tone you used on the nickname. Yui can't help but feel even more flustered at the nickname this handsome man just called her.
âWhat were you two doing last night? What do you mean âbusyâ?â She crossed her arms, always wanting to know everyone's business.
âHaving sex?â Geto answered casually, saying the most obvious thing. âWhy?âÂ
âWhat?!â She exclaimed as she looked at him in shock, her eyes widened at his sudden answer.Â
âThat's... A bit inappropriate for you to say in front of someone.â She then said, sounding a little bit embarrassed for him. âI'm sure your girlfriend wouldn't like it either.â She added.
âI know my girlfriend, she doesn't mind.â He chuckles at Yui's reaction. âBy the way, what do you need this early?â He asked, back to the topic.Â
The answer seems to fly out of her mind once she sees Geto like she's charmed so badly that she got a few seconds of amnesia.
âN-nothing... Just tell (Y/N)-chan that she's late for babysitting. She need to accompany me, right now.â She crossed her arms in annoyance, yet her eyes are somewhere else, trailing over Geto's body, and he doesn't seem to be bothered even though he noticed.
âShe's still sleeping. Do you mind a bit later?â He offered. âAre you still busy?â She raised a brow before mumbling under her breath, âFine, then.â She said before walking away.
He could only raise a brow for what just happened before letting out a sigh and closing the door. He takes off his pants before climbing up the bed with you, cradling your body against his.
âWhat does the brat want?â You ask him sleepily. âShe wants you to accompany her.â He answered you, still sleepy as well.
"I told her that you're still asleep, but she doesn't seem to believe me. She probably thinks that you're busy with...â He then said as he pointed at himself, wanting to imply that you're busy doing intimate things with him.
âBut I told her that I'll convince you to accompany her, so please wake up.â He said to you in a stern voice, but he's definitely smiling.
âAh, yes, my babysitting duties to take care of the brat.â You groan before slowly waking up. He smiles at you, laying his head on the pillow, âYeah, she's really persistent in having you accompany her.â He said while rolling his eyes playfully.
âYeah. Two more days and I'll be free from this miserable duty.â
You noticed how you feel less annoyed with Yui around. She doesn't seem to need your company like she always whined about. And you suddenly come to the realization that this brat is paying attention less to you, and is locked onto her new target.
Your boyfriend.
You frown as you sit on the dorm's living room couch, crossing your arms and looking at their interaction as you slump against the couch.
âThis little brat...âÂ
Geto seems to be aware of Yui's presence as he looks at her while she's clinging to him, and the way she occasionally leans towards him is making him uncomfortable. âWhy are you clinging to me like that?â He asked Yui with a curious look on his face.
He doesn't want to say anything mean to Yui, but he also doesn't like the way she's clinging to him.Â
âDo you want me to buy you something?â He added, confused but a little bit annoyed at the same time. âYou shouldn't be so clingy with strangers, you know?â
âLet's get to know each other more, then!â Yui exclaimed happily, her personality changed when she was with him compared to when she was with you.Â
Geto seems quite troubled by this suggestion. âWhy should we get to know each other more? I mean... you're already being clingy with me right now and I barely even know your last name.â
"You should be thankful I'm even tolerating you right now." He said in a stern tone. Not even a few seconds after, he sighs for a moment before deciding to give in to her demands.
âAlright, let's get to know each other more.â He said in a soft tone, sounding somewhat reluctant, but he didn't want to come off as rude.
You could see him roll his eyes while talking to Yui. âWhat do you want to know about me? I'll answer your questions sincerely. As long as it's not too personal.â
Yui seems to still be thinking about what to ask, but she eventually comes up with a question to ask. âOkay... Um... What's your type? Oh, and don't be embarrassed about your answer.â She asks him in a soft tone, a tone she never uses with you.
Geto raised his eyebrows in surprise upon hearing her question. You roll your eyes in annoyance at the sight. What kind of shameless ass would ask a man his type when his girlfriend is right here? The brat.
He thinks about his answer for a moment. âWell, I think I have a thing for nice and beautiful girls.â He said, looking at you when he said the word âbeautifulâ. âWhich means, my girl right here is my type.â He added with a loving smile as he looked at you.
He noticed your annoyed expression, turning to Yui again. âWhy did you ask me about my taste in women? Do you want to know if you're my type or not?âÂ
âYeah!â Yui answer. âDo you think I could be your type?â She asks in a flirty tone. You roll your eyes in annoyance once more at the sight.
Geto looked at Yui and you while rubbing his chin, trying to come up with the right answer. Instead, he gets an idea. He just wants to mess around with you, wondering how you'd react if he responded to Yui's flirting.
âHmm... I'd say, yes, you're definitely my type.â He said with a flirtatious tone while looking at Yui, clearly trying to get you jealous.
âWho wouldn't love a cute girl like you, right?â He then said while stroking Yui's hair, looking at you while doing it. He wanted to see your reaction to their small flirting.
He kept entertaining her for a while, right in front of you. Responding Yui's flirt with his own with the gesture he only uses with you.
âWhat the actual fuck?â You scoff in disbelief. The audacity of him to mess around like that.
You're already been annoyed for the past two days stuck with this brat, and another annoyance just added to the list of your headaches.
Can't stand the sight any longer, you get up in a harsh manner before walking away, every step of your feet is hard against the wooden floor with how irritated you are.
He smiles a little bit while looking at you, noticing that you walked away after feeling annoyed.
âI see that my darling is jealous.â He said with a smile on his face before looking back at Yui. âI guess I'm going to spend the entire day with Yui, then.â He said in a playful tone while looking at her, wanting you to get even more jealous.
You frown at his words, clearly not entertained as you keep walking, not minding his comments.
He seemed to notice that you were hurt by his words as his smile turned into a soft one and got off the couch to catch up to you.
âHey, sweetheart. Don't feel sad.â He said while reaching out to you, pulling you into a gentle hug from the back.
âYou know how serious I am when it comes to our relationship, right? And I'm just joking when I was talking to Yui, you should know that by now.â He said, sounding a little bit defensive. âI was just trying to make you jealous.â He then added while caressing your hair gently.
âYeah, I know. Why shouldn't I?â You pull yourself away from his grasp, starting to get mad at him. âDarling...â He called out to you, sounding a little bit disappointed when you pulled yourself away.
âIf you know I was just trying to tease you a little bit, then why did you get mad, huh?â He asked you while caressing your arms. âI'm just trying to have some fun with you, my sweetheart.â
âI'm not in the mood, Suguru. Thank you for that.â You glare at him before walking away.
He widened his eyes in surprise when you called him by his name instead of his usual nickname, knowing that you're seriously mad right now.
âLove... Can't we just talk things out?â You can feel him following you while trying to talk to you, he still calls you by your nickname even though you called him by his name earlier.
Before he could catch up to you, Yui grabs his arms. âJust leave her, okay? You still have me.â
He looked annoyed as Yui grabbed his arm, causing him to stop in his tracks for a moment, giving her a stern look on his face.
âStop trying to get me away from my beloved, Yui.â He looks at her, pulling his arm out of her grasp.
âHey, hey!â Yui holds his arm yet again to hold him back from going after you, this time with more force, like how she did with you on the first day at the boutique. âWe were talking before, right? Shouldn't we continue?â She smiled at him cheekily.
He lets out an irritated groan. âYou really have a lot of boldness for a brat, you know that?â Yet she doesn't seem amused by his words.
He wants to talk to you and resolve this problem between you two, but it seems the brat is not letting him go that easily. He decided to give you space for a while.
âFine, okay. We will continue, but after that, I'm going to try to talk to my girlfriend again, alright?â He said to Yui with a serious look on his face. âYeay!â She gladly pulls him back to talk his ears off.
A few hours have passed and they're still at it. That brat keeps clinging to him wherever goes, like a parasite. You watched from afar this time, the girl has someone who's looking after her right now, why bother staying close to that nuisance?
The longer you watch her and Geto together, the more you feel frustrated and annoyed.
Geto was smiling, and Yui, at some point, laid her head against his shoulder while giggling at something he said.
âWhat a joke.â You mumble under your breath, feeling irritated. It almost felt like they don't even have a care in the world like they're not even thinking about being in a relationship with you or that you're right here.
Once the day comes to an end, you enter your room with a frown on your face, not planning to talk with Geto since you're still pissed at him for what he did earlier. You lay on the bed and tried to calm down, wanting to cool off a little bit in the room first.
After he escorts Yui back to her room, he lets out a sigh, âNo wonder she's in a bad mood.â He shakes his head, understanding your behavior, because, damn, being close to that girl really drains your energy. Maybe she does have a cursed technique after all.
He walks towards your room, hoping to finally talk to you after making you wait for so long. He decided to not go in immediately but instead wanted to wait for a few minutes in case you're not ready to talk yet.
âLove...â He says to you from the door, not even going in yet. âAre you ready to talk?â He asked softly, guilty and worried about what he did earlier.
âGo away! Go with that brat you're having fun with earlier!â You yelled from your room, not even moving an inch from your bed.
He flinches a little from your sudden yell, slightly surprised by your tone as he tries to speak up once more. âBut, love, you know I was just joking around, right? I just want to mess around with you.â He said in a soft tone while scratching his head.
âIs it really that bad?â He asked you, sad from your reply. âPlease talk to me, love.â He added softly.
You keep on quiet, too tired to deal with this, but he's persistent. âDarling?â He calls out to you again, still standing right outside the door of your room.
âPlease, could you just listen to what I want to say? At least give me a chance to explain.â He sounded desperate, wanting to fix whatever problem you two were having right now. âI just want to talk and spend quality time with you, is that too much to ask?â
His face filled with disappointment as he hears your silence outside the door, unsure if he should just enter and try to talk with you or not.
He sighs, trying to figure out what to do before he decides to try and enter your room in a moment. He hesitates and then, he finally does it. He slowly opened the door and entered the room without saying anything.
âWhat do you want?â You heard the door open and close. âI want to talk to you.â He said, somewhat defensive from your tone toward him.
He looks at you for a moment before sitting near your bed, deciding to stay in your room for the moment to talk things out. âDarling, you need to understand that I'm just trying to have fun with you. I wasn't being serious when I was flirting with Yui earlier.â He said, sincerely.
âI know.â You mumble. âI'm just not in the mood, okay? That brat gave me a hard time, I don't need my boyfriend adding the fuel.â You grumble, not even looking at him. He seems more relieved to hear that you understand his intention, but he didn't know how to react to what you just said.
He sighs before laying down on the bed and turning his body toward you, still looking at you. âI'm sorry that I have made you feel this way, darling. You're right, I wasn't thinking about your feelings at that moment.âÂ
âFine. Now just go to sleep or whatever.â You mumble, your back is still on him. âI can't, love.â He immediately answered.
âDo you know how worried I am right now? I don't want to lose you over something like this.â He added. âYou're not. I'm not that dramatic.â You answered shortly before silence fill the room again.
âAre we really going to sleep like this? I don't want to leave things like this between us.â He said while stroking your head from the back.
âTalk to me, love.â He's desperate from your continued silence. âYou're so difficult to handle sometimes.â He said in a playful tone, hoping to lighten up the mood between the two of you.
You pout against the pillow at his words. He chuckled softly at your response before he slowly lifted his body to move your front so he could see you.
âDo you always have to be like this when you get moody?â He said in a teasing tone before he started to poke at you playfully. He can't help it, he always feels like poking you whenever you pout and act like a child.
He suddenly stops poking you and sits down, sighing loudly before he speaks up again. âI'm sorry, love.â He said again. âI didn't know this would turn out to be a serious issue. I thought you would laugh or play along with me like you always do whenever I tease you.â
âCan you forgive me?â He asked in a pleading tone. You only nod against the pillow, âOkay.â
âIs that really all I get?â He whispered with a soft chuckle while trying to joke with you. âI know you're still a little bit upset with me from what I did earlier.â He went silent for a moment. âCould you smile for me, please?â He asked softly as he looked at you with a smile of his own.
âNot in the mood.â You mumble the same words again. âJust hug me.â He gives you a small nod and moves even closer to you before opening his arm and pulling you in for a warm hug.
âYou're not allowed to move away from me, okay?â He said playfully before kissing you on the forehead, stroking your hair gently while still hugging you.
âYou don't need to talk or smile if you're feeling moody.â He kisses you again on the forehead. âI just want to feel your presence here right now.â He said before giving you a squeeze in his embrace.
âShe's going to cling all over you again tomorrow, don't get attached to her, okay?â You mumble with a hint of worry.
âAttached to her?â He asks you curiously while stroking your hair. âIs that what you're worried about?â He chuckled softly.
âDarling, why would I be attached to her? You're the one I love, and I love you for a really long time now. I'm only treating her like another girl, nothing else.â He added without sounding offended by your possible accusation.
âNow, don't get jealous of her, please.â He then said while smiling sweetly at you, wanting to reassure you that he loves you and only you.
âYeah, okay, whatever.â You nuzzle your nose to his chest before looking up. âKiss me. I miss you today.âÂ
âYou're such a child, aren't you?â He chuckled at your demand as he got closer to you, leaning in and planting a soft kiss on your lips before he deepened the kiss.
He presses you closer to his body as his other arm wraps around your waist, holding you in place while he was still kissing you, causing him to moan softly.
His hands are now grabbing your body, wanting to feel you more. He's holding you tightly while his lips and tongue are still playing with yours. He breaks off the kiss briefly and lets out a deep breath before he continues kissing you again.
Just like you predicted, Yui is all over your boyfriend again. This time, you're not as annoyed as yesterday after getting his assurance last night.
âSuguru-kun~ Let's walk around?â She clings to his arm as she speaks with her exaggerated sweet tone.
âUh... Sure, I guess.â He said, sounding a bit unsure of his answer. He starts to figure that Yui can be very persistent, but it's not worth it to push her away so he gives in.
You followed closely from behind. Seems like you're no longer looking after her from cursed spirits, it's more like looking after her so she won't do anything beyond the line with your boyfriend.
âMiss Babysitter! I'm thirsty, buy me something to drink.â She turns around to talk to you, again with the demanding tone.
You roll your eyes with a sigh, âYes, princess.â before you walk away to find the nearest vending machine.
He looked at you when Yui asked you for a drink, not liking the way she talks to you, it makes him irritated by how demanding she was. âYou can't buy it yourself?â He asked her with a raised brow.
âIt's her job as my babysitter, isn't it? She's paid to do that.â Yui shrugs, not seeing the problem with this.Â
âYou know... You can ask her in a nicer way, Yui-chan. I'm sure she will get you a drink without your demanding tone.â He advises Yui in a soft tone, like how he would scold Gojo for the way he talks.
âBut, I'm being nice, though? I didn't ask a lot, didn't I?â She answered as if it was a normal thing to her. He was a little bit stumped by her remark, not expecting her answer to be like that.
âYou could've said âpleaseâ, Yui-chan.â He chuckled softly without sounding annoyed. âBut, seriously though... You should be nicer.â He switches his tone to a stern tone. âDon't ask it like that, it's rude.â
âSo boring!â She whines. âAh, by the way, I've been wanting to say this since last night, but I like you.â She lets go of his arm and steps in front of him.
He stares at her, both surprised and shocked at her sudden confession right in front of him. âWhat? You like me?â He asks back, somewhat confused.
âYou... What do you mean?â He said in a rush voice, trying to process his thoughts right now since he doesn't know how he should respond.
âDo you mean you like me as a person or...?â He then said, still sounding confused and unsure about what was going on with Yui right now.
His eyes then widened as he finally realized what she meant with her confession, not believing what he just heard.
âWhat?â He sounds surprised and more scared this time, also wondering if she just made a move toward him.
âYou can't be serious, right? You do know that I already have a girlfriend, and I love her.â He brushes it off after a while with a small chuckle, thinking that her love confession was just a joke of some sort.
Yui's face quickly turns into an annoyed one when he doesn't seem to take her confession seriously. âI'm serious!â She frowns at him. âI'll prove it to you.â She reached his shoulder before leaning up to kiss his lips.
He flinches back when Yui leaned in quickly to kiss his lips, taken by surprise by the sudden action that the brat just did. He stepped back, looking at her with a mixture of surprise and disappointment.
âYui, what are you doing?!â He said in a hurried and panicked tone, asking her what she was trying to accomplish by kissing him right now when he already has you as his girlfriend. âWhat was that for?â His tone turns cold by the second, still trying to process what Yui has done just now.
At the same time, you just come back and are greeted by the sight. You slam one of the three soda cans that you just bought in anger, which it's supposed to be for her.
âWhat is this?â You glare at them. Geto immediately turns at you, wanting to explain himself and what the brat, Yui, just tried to do earlier.
He notices your angry look, but he can't really say anything against you. You have the right to be mad after what Yui was trying to do.
âDarling, I can explain everything. She's just... trying to get a reaction out of me...â He explained, sounding worried and desperate. âIt's nothing like what you think it is, love!â He continued, the panic in his voice as clear as day.
He pulls himself out from Yui's hold and quickly walks towards you, holding both of your hands in tight grip. âDarling, please, trust me. I would never do anything that would hurt you like that. I love you, I only love you!" He looks at you seriously, still with a hint of panic and concern in his tone.
âSo?â You turn to Yui, still standing there as if she did nothing wrong. âWhat does my pussy taste like?â You ask Yui straightforwardly, tilting your head to the side and crossing your arms as you glare at her.
Both of them instantly freeze at your vulgar and embarrassing question to Yui, as she lets out a surprised yelp at your word. She didn't expect this to happen, and she didn't expect a harsh word like that from you.
âIf you want to taste his dick so bad you should have kissed me instead.â You look at her in disgust. Yui's eyes widened as she heard what you said and that you were serious about it.
Geto then looks at you, feeling surprised by the way you confronted her right now. âDarlââ He started, wanting to say something, but then he stopped, letting you do the talk and let out your frustration at her.Â
âDon't you dare talk about such things, (Y/N)-chan! I only want to be close to him because I like him, not because I want... something else." She said nervously, clearly not telling the truth, before she started to tremble when a mixture of fear and embarrassment washed over her.
âYui-chan, what makes you think you can try to kiss me without any hesitation? You need to learn that everyone has boundaries, including yourself.â He looks at her disappointedly as he scolds her once again.
Yui's face turns red from how angry and humiliated she is after being confronted like this. And for the first time in four days, she doesn't know how to talk back like she usually does.
âI'm sick of her ass. I really am.â You take out your phone, quickly texting your upperclassmen. âI'm switching with Mei-san. She knows how to handle a brat like this one.â
âGo back to your room! I'm not assisting you again this time.â You raise your voice at her after days of keeping your annoyance back. She looks at you wide-eyed, ready to complain but when she sees how Geto looks at her, she shakes her head and runs away to the dorm.
He nods, glad that you made a good choice. âYeah, that's actually not a bad idea. Mei-san is a good choice... I think she'll be able to handle Yui.â
He then looked at where Yui is going, wanting to confront and advise her more about her behavior, but he doesn't want to continue talking to her for too long, as he knows it will only lead to another argument and possible trouble.
He turns to you, sensing your silence while you're busy on the phone. âI'm sorry about Yui, love... I know you're still mad at me, but, please, hear me out.â He looks at you, wanting to talk to you right now as he wants to clear out this misunderstanding between the two of you.
Eventually, he walks to your side and stands close behind you, wrapping his arms around your waist. He then leans on your shoulder before kissing it gently. âAre you angry... with me, too?â He said in a quiet tone as he gently caressed your hair with his free hand.
âMy baby...â He sighs softly when you don't answer and takes your hand gently on his own. âCan you look at me, please?â He pleads, wanting to see your face, hoping to get a chance to see your beautiful smile again.
âI'm upset.â You put your phone down. He lets out a small chuckle as he looks at you. âI know, you just gave me âthe lookâ of your sulkiness just now.â
âStill, can you look at me for a little bit? Even if you're mad at me at the moment, I still want to see your beautiful smile... I miss it.â He said softly, stepping in front of you again as he held your cheek.
âMei-san wants the reward of my mission in return.â You pout, showing him your text with Mei-Mei, another reason you're upset.
3,000,000 yen for 5 days? Interesting. I'll take the last-day offer, then.
I'm expecting the 600.000 yen in return~
âHuh.â He reads her text. âWell, that's Mei-san for you. She loves money more than anything else.â He said in a light tone.
You look at him again. âYou know, I really want to wipe your lips after that kiss with Yui.â His eyes widened at your comment. He then lets out a small chuckle, feeling slightly embarrassed by your comment.
âBut, she forced herself onto me.â He said, guilty but still wanting to make things clear. âI'm sorry... If you want me to wipe my lips, then you can do so anytime.â He said, not refusing your offer.
You smile at him, cupping his face to give him a long, deep kiss. He let out a soft sigh, enjoying the feeling of your kiss, even for a moment. âThis lips... Is mine to taste...â You say between kisses.
âMmm...â He lets out a soft sound in response to your action, leaning toward you even more. He returns your kiss, making sure that it's deep and full of affection for you. His eyes were closed as if he just wants to savor your kiss as much as possible. He pulls you closer, wrapping his arms around your body while caressing your back.Â
âMm, I needed that..." He said softly after you two broke off from the kiss, looking at you with a smile on his face. He kisses you again, one of his hands going up to the back of your head to deepen the kiss.
You pushed your tongue against his lips to part them open, letting your tongue enter his mouth to savor him. âMmm... Love that... Your taste...â He murmur between kisses before he pressed his lips more against yours with a bit of aggressiveness, wanting the kiss to be as fiery and lustful as he feels inside from this moment of the kiss.
He slowly moves both of his hands to your hips and pulls you towards him, wanting to feel you closer to him. He starts to kiss you down your neck, his lips trailing down your throat, nibbling the skin of your sensitive spot, his teeth lightly grazing against the delicate skin around your skin until it leaves a mark there before licking it.
âSpeaking of taste...â His lips trail back up from your neck to your cheek, kissing the side of your lips. âWhat did you say I tasted like?â He reminds you of what you said earlier, wanting to hear it again.
âMine.â
Got carried away with this đŽâđ¨ It's originally longer, but I decided to cut some parts and replaced it with shorter words because it's already long enough đ

Heya! I love your "half a bed" fic!!
You said to drop any "only one bed"-trope ideas in your inbox so I'm hoping I did this correctly? But I'm thinking for Asterion x Tav that since Cazador controlled Star so much, he doesn't really own anything for himself? And maybe Tav notices and because the others are already asleep, she offers for him to share her bedroll? He's snarky and rude and she's unimpressed but it's the start of a mutual very strong infatuation and eventually relationship?
Heyo sorry it took so long!! Had some trouble overcoming the writer's block for this but hey I did it in the end! Hope you like it!
"I don't recall giving you my bedroll." You raise an eyebrow at the pale elf who has taken to using your bedroll every night ever since you first offered to share it with him.
He yawns, flashing his fangs at you before grinning, "we're sharing it, are we not? That means I have every right to lie on it."
"It doesn't mean you can take up the whole thing! Where am I going to sleep?" You attempt to shove him to one side but he refuses to budge an inch. "Move!"
"Nope." He pops the 'p' on purpose, knowing it will irritate you. You scowl and shove harder, half ruing the night you offered to share your bedroll. He laughs at your futile attempts, a genuine smile playing on his lips until you give up and flop onto him, causing him to yelp in surprise. You glower when he complains about you being too heavy, giving his side an annoyed poke but you can't really bring yourself to be mad at him even if he just stole your sleeping spot.
Then again, you always had a soft spot for the vampire spawn.
The first time he shared your bedroll was early on in your adventures. Everyone else had gone to sleep but he had remained outside, seated by the dwindling fire with the excuse that he wasn't tired yet. You'd woken up in the middle of the night to relieve yourself, noticing that even though the fire was long gone, he remained outside his tent.
"Still not tired?" You ask, slightly concerned.
"No." He answers curtly, leaving no room for further questions. You sit next to him, much to his chagrin and he shifts away ever so slightly. You notice it, of course, but choose not to comment on it.
"You should still try and trance, you'll need your strength for tomorrow," you hum, looking up at the night sky. The stars are bright tonight, shining in stark contrast to the dark sky.
"Shouldn't you take your own advice?" He snorts.
"Well, I'm not the one who has been out here the whole time," you retort, suppressing a yawn. He notices, however, the twitch of the corners of your lips and rolls his eyes.
"Go and sleep, idiot. Can't have our dear leader collapsing midway because they didn't get enough rest can we now?"
"Is that concern I hear?" You smirk.
"No." He scowls, sending a glare your way. You give him a look of disbelief, which then morphs into amusement and you grin.
"You're terrible at hiding it you know?" You huff, giving an amused shake of your head.
"Hiding what?"
"Your concern for my well-being."
"What concern?"
"That concern." You fold your arms across your chest, undeterred.
"Tch, stop bothering me and go back to sleep." He snaps, looking away. You, however, remain undaunted by his attitude.
"Is there a reason you can't trance?"
"Stop it and go back to sleep."
"There has to be a reason. Nightmares perhaps?"
"Shut up and stop asking so many questions."
"I'm trying to help you here."
"Then stop trying to help me. I don't need it."
"You don't want it, you mean."
"Yes, finally, you get it. Now leave."
"No." Your response surprises him.
"No?" He asks incredulously. "What do you mean no?"
"I'm not going to leave you to deal with your problems alone. We may not be friends yet, but we are companions. If you're stuck dealing with your own problems, you're not going to be able to fully contribute to the party and that's an issue. So we're going to solve it together, with me helping in whatever way I can and you doing the rest." You put your hands on your hips, daring him to talk back.
"And what if you can't do anything to help solve 'my problems'?" He sneers.
"Then I'll accept it and rely on you less so you can sort your own issues out first." His eyes widen slightly and you can see the panic that flashes across his face. Your heart aches upon seeing his reaction but you steel yourself, reminding yourself that it is for the greater good of the party.
"I â" He pauses, looking down. He sighs, looking back up at you reluctantly, all the fight having left his body. "I don't exactly have a bed roll to sleep in, you see. Cazador never allowed any of his spawn to have any personal belongings, everything belonged to him and he 'loaned it to us out of the kindness of his heart'. Trancing on hard ground isâŚdifficult."
"We can share my bed roll if you're comfortable. Each of us can take a half, it should be big enough for us both."
He blinks, surprised. "Are youâŚsure? WeâŚ" He swallows hard.
"We've slept together before, don't tell me you're squeamish about sharing a bed roll." You raise an eyebrow.
"I'm not. It's just thatâŚ"
"Don't worry. I'm not some horny bastard who can't go a night without lying with someone. We can have our own side of the bed roll, no physical contact required." He still looks uncertain, and you sigh. You can't exactly fault him, he's dropped enough hints about certain aspects of his past and you're not going to tear open any of those wounds.
He laughs, the sound ringing hollow. "Are you sure about that, darling? It would suit my taste better if you were~"
It's your turn to roll your eyes. "Yeah, right. Anyways, are you going to take me up on my offer or not?"
"I'll take you up on it if you don't mind, darling." His usual smirk replaces the quiet sad look on his face.
"Well, come on then. We don't have much time left."
You can't help but smile upon remembering that night. He'd come so far since that night, the two of you had grown more comfortable with each other, and even after you had bought a bed roll for him, he still preferred sneaking into your tent to steal half your bed roll.
"What are you smiling about?" He pokes your cheek with a huff.
"Nothing." You grin. He rolls his eyes in response, running a hand through your hair. You bury your face in his chest, letting the gentle feeling wash over you. He presses a kiss to the top of your head, loving the way you sprawl on top of him without a care in the world. He's a vampire, for goodness sake, and yet you bare your neck to his fangs like that, not the least bit worried he take advantage of the situation and drain you.
"Hmph." He wraps his arms around you, nuzzling into your hair. As much as he complains about it, your weight is comforting. It reminds him that he isn't alone anymore, that he has you to turn to when he needs someone to lean on, and that you have him to lean on in return.
"Good night, Star." You yawn cutely, stretching your limbs.
"Good night, love." He murmurs back, pressing one last kiss to your head before he drifts off into a trance. You watch him for a while, smiling softly at the way he slowly relaxes as the trance takes hold, worries forgotten for the night.
Wrapped in the cocoon of your vampire lover, you too drift off and let sleep claim you, knowing that when you wake, he will be the first thing you see just as he's always the last thing you see before you sleep.

So, I saw that you write Gambit, and I fell in LOVE with your style and portrayal. I also saw your smut list? Could I maybe request Gambit with a female S/O? I can't decide between 100, 117, 127, 144. So uh.... You pick? I'm honestly a sucker for first times/possessive/protective/ would burn the world down to protect troupes. If it's too much though, feel free to ignore me. I don't mean to bother you about my hyper fixation crush xD
warnings: smut (female receiving), fingering, remy being selfless and concerned with your pleasure only, uhhhhh I think that's it. I'm sorry my smut drabbles have been kinda mild lately, I haven't got the braincell during the work week lmao.
The sound of the world outside your window fades away as he touches you. Your back arches against the mattress, pushing your chest up into the air and as it does, Remyâs hands trail over your ample cleavage, admiring it as his fingertips ghost over the flesh, leaving a trail of goosebumps in its wake.Â
Every ragged breath has your tits bouncing, jiggling underneath his touch, and Remy gobbles up the visual like itâs dinner. Everything he does seems to elicit lewd reactions from your body, actually â not that youâre complaining. At all. In fact, youâre just about blissed out with the way heâs touching you. A shiver erupts down your spine, shaking your entire body. He smiles a half-smile as he watches your reactions.
He has you whining at the attentive way his hands move over your body, tracing every inch of it like heâs trying to remember it in case he never gets to touch it again. One hand traces the curve of your stomach, while the other is slotted between your legs, fingering you masterfully. You swallow, laboriously lifting your head to look down at his hands. Heâs been going at you for God knows how long, youâve lost track. You can feel the outline of his erection on your leg, yet he oddly hasnât insisted upon anything.Â
âYou feel so good⌠butâŚâ He looks at you with concern in his eyes, as if heâs suddenly realized that youâre unhappy. Remyâs fingers slow their pace, ready for whatever comes next. Heâd do anything to please you, even if that meant stopping.Â
âB-But what about you?â you continue, worried.
Relieved, he chuckles low, and slides his finger down to your entrance, ready to resume. âWe can worry about Remy later. Itâs allaâ âbout you right now.â
His selfless response floors you⌠or maybe itâs the way that his middle finger breaches your dripping slit, and crooks up inside to find your G-spot with ease, while the wide pad of thumb continues swiping at your clit. Maybe itâs both. Youâre going with both.Â
Youâre used to being pleasured. Youâve felt all this before â well, not this, specifically, because no man has ever pleasured you the way that Remy Lebeau is pleasuring you currently. From the way his finger encircles your clit, applying just enough pressure to drive you crazy, but not enough to make you orgasm yet to the way that he leans down every so often, kissing along your collarbone.
âRemy,â you plead. âI want you to feel good, tooâŚâÂ
âOh, donât you worry âbout âdat, chere⌠I feel just fine right now.â
Serving as punctuation, Remy thrusts his hips into the meat of your thigh, bumping his swollen, aching cock against your leg. You can feel the heat of it through your pants, and long to touch it, to stroke it, to taste it⌠but he has you whipped underneath his grasp, heâs in control and youâre certainly not about to test his strength.
#replying in the tags: FIRST OFF PLEASE ALWAYS BOTHER ME WITH YOUR HYPERFIXATIONS ESPECIALLY IF THEY'RE GAMBIT LIKEHSEUKF#THANK YOU SO MUCH?????? you're literally so sweet for enjoying my stuff and aaaaaah I hope this was okay!!!#gambit#remy lebeau#gambit x reader#gambit x you#remy lebeau x you#remy lebeau x reader#questions answered#mydrabbles

plastic palm trees â gojo satoru
caught in a dream, it's not what it seems
contents: gojo satoru x f!reader (exes), from the reader's pov this time, nicknames (sweets), angst, hurt + no comfort, questionable coping mechanism, small moments of happiness/fluff (in the flashbacks/memories), suggestive themes for like one memory, swearing/cursing, insecurities from the reader's side, drinking/alcohol
summary: memories from during and immediately after your relationship with satoru (pt. 2 to deeply still in love)
wc: 4.7k (wow that's a doozy and sorry on my part for any errors you might spot because this is kinda not proofread)
a/n: ahhh ty guys sm for the love on deeply still in love, i was not expecting it to blow up like that but i'm just so happy that you guys also enjoy it as well !!! this is kinda a part 2 but not really since it's mainly flashbacks. there is a part 3/conclusion to this whole mini saga coming soon so watch out for it :000. art by objectgraphy on x (nsfw warning for the full pic)
It plays again in your head like a clip from a movie you've seen way too many times.
It's you and him, just the two of you and no one else, sitting in his stupid beat-up black jeep wrangler that's probably seen too much by this point that's parked in the middle of some random parking lot well past midnight by now.
Satoru always complains that something's broken for the hundredth time whenever he comes to pick you up from your dorm for another one of his late-night rendevous however despite all this complaining, you're always greeted with the sight of the same black car even though you know he has a car collection that's way too extensive for any reasonable university student to have.
You're pretty sure you've lost count of how many times you've asked to just get a new car at this point but he always refuses for some reason that's beyond you.
Nostalgia, he says as he pats the well-worn leather lining of its interior. We've been through a lot, me and this one, he'll add on, talking about the vehicle as a person rather than some inanimate object and then he'll start pouting at you like some sort of petulant child when you stare back at him unconvinced.
There's a part of you that wants to call him a 'sentimental idiot' for stuff like this but actually, habits like this only serve to further endear him to you in some weird twist of fate and you can only muster an affectionate eye roll as a response.
There's no particular reason as to why you and Satoru would drive out and just sit and be together like this. It wasn't even because of this specific parking lot as well since you two would just usually drive around until you found a parking lot that looked empty enough and just park there to bask under the canopy of the night sky above.
It was always so quiet. You liked the quiet.
Before you met Satoru, you thought this quiet was something only you could keep to yourself but he taught you that there was merit to be had in sharing the quiet with someone else. Even if that someone else might make your 'quiet' much louder than what you're typically used to.
"I like it here." You mumble softly in the sleeves of your (his) sweater. It was one of your favourites because it was soft and it smelled like him.
"You like the city?" There's an edge of suspicion in his voice like he can't believe someone could ever like this place coming from someone who's grown up in said city. To be fair, the place had its good, bad and ugly and maybe as a city native, he had become accustomed to more of the bad and ugly rather than the good.
"I mean, it's nicer from where I came from. A lot of places are nicer than the town I'm from." You laugh half-heartedly as you lean against the cold glass of the window.
Satoru goes quiet for a moment. You don't talk about your hometown that much and for good reason, in your opinion. University was one of your few chances to get out of there and you took that chance without so much of a look back or regret in your mind.
It's nice, cosy even, if you ignore the slight tingling sensation crawling up your legs when you sit in the way you like to sit for too long or the fact that you're both hanging out in an abandoned parking lot in the dead of night. Whatever this is, you think you wouldn't change it for the world if you were given the choice.
Too bad, your getaway couldn't last forever.
The words are weighing heavy on your tongue, just there on the tip as if they're ready to jump off any second but you tighten your lips in a frail attempt to stop them from spilling out. You know the words you're going to have to say will change the way that things are, no matter how much you want things to stay like this.
Satoru leans his head against the car window next to him, hitting the glass with a soft bonk that you're sure hurts but of course, he doesn't react to the collision. Instead, his attention is focused on staring at you, angling his body in a way so that he can get a better look at you, with that classic dopey smirk of his plastered on his face as he does.
A part of you hates him for being able to look so good even in the broken glow of the overhead parking lot lights that would have made anyone else look sickly under its cracked yellow hue.
Not him though, never him. He looks like an angel, you think to yourself, with the way the wisps of white hair splayed out around him illuminate into something that resembles a halo which further elevates his already ethereal features into something otherwordly.
"Shame, it can't last though." You murmur quietly to yourself, moreso of in the vein of thinking out loud rather than starting a conversation. Unfortunately for you, it seems he's heard you.
"What do you mean?" He asks, sitting a little bit straighter in the driver's seat as he looks on inquisitively.
You avoid looking back at him because you know if you could see his expression, it would only make saying goodbye harder. "I can't stay, Toru." You tell him as you gaze into the black nothingness of the night sky from inside the car. "I'll have to move back after graduation."
"What? Why?"
"The rent is crazy expensive here. The only reason I can stay here for uni is because of the student pricing and now that we're graduating, there's no way I can afford to find a place in time." You gnaw nervously at the bottom of your lip as you speak, a bad habit, you know, but it's just something you can't really kick.
You don't want it to end like this, who would? You don't want to say goodbye to the city, to your life, to him. You've had your first taste of true independence and it's being taken away from you because of stupid expensive rent prices, of all things.
A very anti-climatic way to go out if anyone were to ask you.
The car is dead silent for a few minutes. You're scared for whatever his reaction is going to be. He's going to break up with you, isn't he? You think to yourself and you hate the fact that your mind instantly jumps to the worst option but you can already feel a pit start forming at the bottom of your stomach .
The longer the silence drags the more you're convinced he's going to kick you out of the car or something worse and you can already feel yourself bracing for whatever fallout is coming your way.
"Then move in with me. I have an apartment here, a pretty good apartment if you ask me." He states, shrugging his shoulders casually as if he were simply talking about the weather instead of suggesting something as major as this.
"...What?" You reply, though your words come out more as a question as you try to comprehend what he's just asked.
A beat of silence passes the two of you. You don't move.
"I'm serious. Move in with me." You scan his face for any of the typical telltale signs that he might be pulling a prank on you and you find his face scarily devoid of any of them.
Oh, he's dead serious, you think to yourself, with the way he's looking expectantly at you.
"Satoru, do you understand what you're asking?" You ask, still in a state of disbelief at his offer.
He makes a face at you like the answer to your question is the most obvious thing in the world.
"Obviously, if I didn't why would I ask you." He remarks as he raises an eyebrow at you and before you can open your mouth to retort back, he brings a finger up to your lips to silence you. "And, it's not that strange of a request considering the fact that you're my girlfriend. Don't people in a relationship usually move in together like isn't that some big relationship milestone that they look forward to?"
"I-I mean it is but still."
"Okay, then what's the problem."
"I don't know." You sigh, mulling over his proposition in your head for a bit before turning back to him.
"Just promise me this, Toru. Promise me you won't get sick of me?" You ask him as you reach out your pinky towards him.
A pinky promise. It's childish you know but Satoru knows how much small things like this mean to you.
He reaches his hand out to you and interlocks his pinky with you but before you can pull away, he laces his other fingers with yours and brings your hands up to his lips for a soft kiss. The tips of your ears burn red at the way his lips brush your skin.
"Sweets, I could never get sick of you. Actually, I don't think I could ever get over you as long as I lived."
"You better hope that's true or I'm gonna make you eat your words." You grin cheekily at him, a smile which he reciprocates tenfold before basically pouncing over the console to wrap his arms around you. A squeal escapes you as you burst out into a fit of giggles as he peppers your face with feather-light kisses all whilst fighting off your weak attempts at pushing him off.
His arms rest against the plush leather of the passenger seat, trapping you against him, as his flurry of kisses dies down. He stops for a second, admiring the sight of you so close to him and a part of you wants to shrink from the intensity of his gaze. Unfortunately with the way that his arms are caging you in, there's nowhere to hide and you're left at his mercy.
Satoru leans closer, barely inches away from your face as he hovers right above your lips. "Oh yeah? Well, you're gonna be waiting for a long time because that's never gonna happen." His lips find their place against yours, melting into you like they were made for you and you think to yourself that this must be what home feels like.
Another memory of a happier time flashes through after that.
This time, you're lost in between the bedsheets with him, bare skin on skin as the two of you whisper sweet nothings to each other like lovers do in the dead of night when there's no one watching.
"I like it here." He mutters softly. His arm is wrapped around your waist, pulling you into him like you're his very own lifeline, and his legs are haphazardly intertwined with yours in some mess of limbs that might be able to pass as an abstract art piece if you look at it right from a certain angle.
The blanket is resting dangerously low around his hips and you're wondering how he isn't freezing as you cling onto him as your own personal space heater in the darkness that surrounds the two of you.
It's quiet once again.
"What? Us naked in your bed?" You quip.
"You know that's not what I meant." He groans into your bare shoulder as you giggle softly to yourself, clearly pleased with your well-timed jibe.
"Sorry, I just had to take the opportunity to tease you."
You can't necessarily see him right now but you're sure he's probably lovingly rolling his eyes at you. A sigh escapes his lips and you shiver slightly from the way the blast of hot air hits your skin.
"I like it here when it's just me and you and there's no one else except us in this world." He confesses to you as his fingers begin to explore the expanses of your body as if trying to commit the way you feel under his fingertips into memory.
You bite the corner of your lip as you fight the urge to shrink under his delicate touch.
There's another jest resting on the tip of your tongue but you decide that Satoru's had enough terrorising on your behalf so you say nothing and instead quietly soak up this rare respite from the busyness of everyday life that has been afforded to you two.
"Just us, together, in this bed where we don't need to care about anything else except just that." He adds on, his voice resolute and although you don't say anything out loud, you think you agree with him.
In here, in between these four walls, you two can pretend that the entire world existed within these confines and all the two of you needed to do was to reach out and you had the world at your fingertips. At the end of the day, it was simple and something the two of you could forever return to.
You wished that things could stay simple.
Before you can linger on that moment any longer, it's gone in the blink of an eye as another memory swoops in to take its place.
The door to your shared apartment creeks open and as you crane your head towards the doorway from your spot on the sofa, you're greeted with the sight of a slightly dazed Satoru clumsily entering.
"What's up?" You ask as you shoot up from your place, quickly making your way across the apartment to check up on him as a pang of concern over his current state hits you.
At the sight of you, Satoru is suddenly drawn back into reality as he blinks owlishly for a few seconds as if attempting to reacquaint himself with his surroundings and bring his clearly distracted mind back into reality.
"I just got a call from my family's company. They're giving me the chance to head a new division they want to expand into." He replies as he runs a hand through his hair, a nervous habit of his which shows that this offer is clearly weighing heavy on him. You take his hand in yours and give it a comforting squeeze in the way that he would do for you all those times before, a gesture you can tell he greatly appreciates with the way his shoulders sag with relief.
He confesses softly to you. "I don't know if I should do it."
"Why? What's holding you back?" You question, somewhat confused by his hesitation. This is a major offer and you're surprised that he isn't jumping off the walls with excitement but you're sure he must have his reasons.
"I just- The hours are going to be long and well, you know how many family is and the elders are-"
You cut him off sharply, sensing that Satoru was on his way down a lengthy ramble. "I think you should take it." He stares at you, almost slightly bewildered at your apt response. "It'll be good for you."
"Are you sure?"
"Of course, I'm sure Toru. If you don't take this opportunity, you're going to regret later down the line." You insist, sending a reassuring smile his way. Even if he can't see it now, you're sure that this going to be good for him. For the both of you.
Whatever new hurdles that might come your way from this like Satoru is convinced is going to happen, you have faith that the two of you can make it out relatively unscathed.
It's good to have faith right?
The new question was, how long can your faith carry you?
You're pacing back and forth in your shared apartment for what seems like the millionth time as you anxiously watch the seconds tick down on the clock.
"Hey, Toru. What time do you think you're going to be back?" You're trying to balance the phone between your ear and shoulder as you smooth out a napkin to the best of your ability. It's looking a little wonky, if you're going to be honest and maybe tonight of all nights wasn't really the time to find out if you were good at folding napkins into fancy shapes like they do at the restaurant but you needed tonight to go according to plan.
It had to. Tonight was an important night for both of you.
"Why, what's the occasion?" From the way he's asking, you don't think he's putting on an act of pretending not to know for the surprise. Rather, it's a genuine question on his behalf and somehow, for some reason, that feels even worse than outright disgust.
"Did you forget?" You feel your voice falter ever so slightly, another crack etching its way onto your already fragile heart. "It's our anniversary dinner."
"Shit, I'm so sorry, sweets. It totally slipped my mind with all of these meetings and stuff they're having me do." You hear an exhausted sigh ring out from the other side of the phone in between the cacophony of other voices taking up space in the background. "I'll make it up to you, I swear."
"...No, It-it's fine. We can just reschedule this stuff for another day." A breathy laugh leaves your lips in a weak attempt to try and convince him that it was truly alright and that it was just something else to brush off.
"...If you say so."
"I'm serious, Satoru. It's fine, I can just reschedule things for another day that's all." Another one to add to the evergrowing pile, a bitter voice barks from within the recesses of your mind.
Much to your chagrin, you're unfortunately becoming much more acquainted with this voice and although you haven't responded to its taunts yet, you can feel your resolve wearing away with each late night you watch the streets below for any sign of life, his life to be specific.
Worst of all, you can't say you regret this, can you? Because if you do, then it would basically be confessing that all of the pain and late nights the both of you have been sacrificing have been all for nought and that you were wrong for pushing the both of you down this path.
It needs to be worth it so that there's a reason for this pain that you're feeling when things like this become an afterthought but you're starting to wonder how many times you have to say it until it becomes real instead of just a pipe dream you had the misfortune of being caught in.
Soon, it seemed that these doubts weren't just one-sided anymore.
"This is good for us, right?" Satoru asks one night as the two of you are getting ready for bed. It's been a while since the two of you have gone to bed at the same time as your clocks fall further and further out of sync the longer you two spend out of each other's embrace. There's a strong hint of uncertainty in his voice like he's trying to convince himself as much as he's trying to convince you. "...You're happy right?"
You don't look at him in the eye. You can't. "Right, yeah. I mean, this is what we want." Your answer isn't as resolute as you hoped that it would come out but you brush past it in the hopes of making sure whatever doubts you may have bubbling underneath your surface remain there.
"You didn't answer my other question."
A nervous laugh escapes you. "What do you mean?"
"Are you happy?" You stop in your tracks for a moment as you process his question.
There were a lot of things you could have said at that time, the truth would have been a good option, but instead, you chose to swallow the difficult choice down and take the easy way out by plastering on a sickly sweet smile and lying to him through your teeth.
"Of course, I'm happy Satoru."
As soon as the words leave your mouth, you're greeted with that oh-so-familiar sensation of that pit in the bottom of your stomach as the bitter voice you've tried to suppress makes its infamous return to the forefront of your mind.
Looking back at it now, maybe you should have said the truth, it would have saved you two a lot of pain in retrospect but pride is a funny thing and you're sure that Satoru was in the same position you were in at this point.
That's probably why he didn't push any further after your response, no matter how fake it probably sounded out loud. It's either that or he wanted to believe that you were actually telling the truth.
You're not sure which one is worse.
In another world, you would like to think that there's a point to your mind deciding to subject you to this trip down memory lane aside from dredging up your past pains and regrets to torture you. Maybe, in this other world, you would have a sudden life-changing revelation awaiting you at the end of the road but all you can see just nothing.
It's better this way, right? For the both of you.
You told yourself that when you sat him down and broke up with him in the total sum of a few sentences before leaving because you didn't want to truly say goodbye to him as that would make everything more real and therefore much worse. You told yourself that when you sat in the backseat of your friend's car they came to pick you up for a night out because they insisted that you needed to get out of your head sometimes. You tell yourself this when you stare into the barrel of the gun in the form of the glass of alcohol sitting in front of you.
He deserves better than being lied to on the daily and someone like you holding him back. You can't even remember the last time you actually, truly looked him in the eye for longer than a few seconds. You imagine the old you who loved to get lost in the vast expanses of his cerulean eyes that would gaze at you like you were the one who personally hung the stars in the sky.
Before, if his eyes were the great roaring ocean, you would gladly let yourself get pulled under by the tide even if it meant drowning in its depth. Now, you're scared to even dip your toes in the shoreline when the wave is nothing more than just the remnants of sea foam.
You reach over for another sip, pretending like the burning aftertaste left in its wake doesn't make you want to wince.
Maybe Satoru was onto something with his dislike of alcohol. You've learned that after a few drinks, all liquor, no matter the amount of zeros slapped onto the end of its price tag starts to taste the same by the end of the night.
There's just so much of him everywhere. In the objects, the, hell even the air. You think you might suffocate from the sheer amount of him you're surrounded by. It doesn't matter where you go, all you can see is him.
You needed to get out.
Pushing past the crowd all whilst ignoring the confused calls of your friends to your sudden switch in behaviour, you stumble your way to the bathroom and lock the door behind you as you slump down defeated next to the sink.
Truth be told, his question haunts you more than you would like to admit.
"Are you happy?"
You don't think you are. Maybe you should be, you have everything that would usually qualify for someone to answer that they are happy and you're no longer that struggling student you were a few years ago which is definitely a plus.
You tell other people that you are 'happy' when they ask, with a smile that never reaches your eyes and a grip that's probably too tight on whatever you're holding in your hands at the time but the answer never feels right, no matter how many times you say it out loud and let it roll off your tongue.
Despite what you tell yourself, perhaps the time when you were happy, truly happy, was when you were with him.
Deep down, you think that if you were given the choice between now and then, you would trade all of this for a chance to be those dumb kids sitting and making out in parking lots without a care in the world except for each other again in a heartbeat.
As you study the tiles of the wall opposite you, you think to yourself that it would be nice to stay here in this bathroom, far away from the rest of the world and far away from what feels like all your regrets personified but the logical, reasonable part of you knows that there's no way you could realistically stay here any longer before your friends start worriedly banging on the door.
Slowly, your shoulders deflate with a defeated sigh as you stand up and make your way out of whatever bar you've been dragged to as you bid your friends goodbye in a way that you hope doesn't raise any suspicions.
The air feels bitingly cold as the wind nips at your face while you stand awkwardly on the curb, waiting for a taxi as you go to both the first and last place you want to be at; your apartment. Ironically, in a cruel twist of fate, the total absence of anything relating to Satoru only makes his lack of presence only more pronounced.
If this was the universe's doing, then you had a few choice words for them to say the least.
You wrap your arms around yourself in a vain attempt to maintain some semblance of body heat as you quickly flag down the nearest car and clamber in. When you arrive back, you glance at the clock and you have to fight the urge to let out a laugh when you see that it's barely even past 10pm and you're already back at home.
Pathetic, the bitter voice in your head spits out.
You do what you do best and ignore it as you collapse into the embrace of your bed and try your bed to lull yourself to whatever empty dreamscape awaits you this time if only to get a moment away from your current reality. It doesn't last long though because you're awoken by the shrill ringing of your phone.
Should have silenced it, you curse yourself silently as you blindly reach for it. Once it's in your hands, you squint as the blinding brightness of the screen and a flicker of recognition flashes through you as you realise who's actually calling you and for some reason, against your better judgment, you pick up.
When you hang up, you don't go back to sleep. Rather, you're unable to go back to sleep as you're left staring blankly at the ceiling above you. The bed feels too big for one person and you find yourself missing the nights where you could go to sleep alone and wake up in the arms of another.
Much like when you're forced to watch a replay of all your memories, you're wondering if what you said was right. If you were to go by what you've been telling yourself since the breakup, then sure, you did the right thing. But if it is truly the right thing, then it doesn't explain this inexplicable emptiness gnawing deep within your chest or this aching feeling that sits in a place you can't quite reach but are all too aware of.
The longer you let your mind run through all the possibilities you can think of, the more often you find yourself coming back to the same conclusion. It's better this way, be damned, you think to yourself and with that, you make up your mind to set off on a mission.
Out of all of the places you could have found yourself at, this is definitely quite down low on the list and maybe this is what you deserve for trusting your feet instead of your head but you decide that at this point, you don't have much else to lose and so, you gather up the courage to say the words that you've been waiting to say for a while.
"Hi."

the last night
shauna shipman x fem!reader
summary: shauna comes back after 19 months in the wilderness
warnings: shauna and r had a situationship, very suggestive content but nothing explicit, wilderness time, mentions of mental illness (depression, anxiety), r cheating on her actual gf, manipulative shauna (?), angst but happy ending, not proofread
"i can't believe you're leaving me," you complain in a purposely whiny tone, your voice ringing in shauna's ears as you sit across from each other on the bed. she grips her familiar journal while you help her go through her checklist of essential items.
"i'm not leaving you. It's only a week," she murmurs, her head bowed over her journal, but her eyes lift to catch yours. a playful smile dances on her lips, secretly entertained by your antics.
shauna played as the midfielder for the yellowjackets, a girls' soccer team. their recent victory had secured them a spot in the nationals in seattle, and it was all she could talk about.
you were genuinely excited for her, but the thought of spending so much time apart made you anxious. it wasnât a full week, technically, but you couldnât help worrying about shauna meeting someone much cooler in a much cooler place.
"remember the last time?" shauna reminisces about her trip to denver five years ago, also for soccer. you were just middle schoolers then, and you were forced to make new friends while she was gone for days. "you found new friends," her voice crackled slightly.
"so we are friends now?" you say, your voice constricting. shauna doesn't look up but you hear her snort, contrasting with her muscles tensing up. the silence settles in and you don't wait any longer to fill it, not wanting to make things any weirder than they already were.
"anyway. it's just not the same now," shauna understood your words perfectly well, especially considering the kind of friendship you had. still, she questioned.
"why's that?" she inquires, her hands absently rubbing the pen against her journal as she finishes her list.
"you know why," three words of yours were responsible for the abrupt stop of her writing. shauna places the journal and pen aside, focusing on you.
"because no one is as cool as me?" she quips, a self-satisfied grin spreading across her lips.
"that's debatable," you retort, feigning skepticism as you mock her with a playful expression.
"you hurt my feelings like that," her false frown deepens as she leans in.
her hands move surreptitiously toward your legs, eventually landing in a gentle and not so innocent touch on your knees. inch by inch, she traces your skin with her fingertips until her full hands were on your thigs and crawling up to your waist.
"i'm so sorry," you try to keep yourself unbothered by her touch but she's smarter. her nose strokes your cheek, stopping to give your upper lip a messy kiss, and she kisses her way town to your neck.
brushing your hair out of the way along with the heart necklace, her teeth gently grazes on your skin.
"nuh-uh. this won't do," her hot breath into your skin makes you shiver. "i have a better idea."
đ
everyone remembers where they are when an upsetting event happens. the death of a celebrity, a natural disaster, a medical trauma. you remember, clear as water, where you were when you read the newspaper. walking back home.
it was all over the news. flight 2525, the private plane that lottie matthews' dad had chartered, had disappeared. the plane shauna was in. making everything worse, the news would often use the word 'crash' instead and you couldn't bare the idea.
soon enough, it hit you that the night before her trip was the last time you would ever see her again. the only thing more unbearable than that was the uncertainty; not knowing if shauna was still out there.
after a month of silence, you thought you had your answer.
people don't move on from things like that, not completely. especially if their best friend was envolved. spending your days in bed, skipping meals and not going to class became part of your new routine. you lost track of whether it was day or night, whether the sun was shining or not. your mind was consumed by her.
moving on or not, life goes on and the world doesn't slow down for anyone. after six months, normalcy had returned for most. apart from the parents and a handful of students, the yellowjackets had faded from people's memories, just like their plane. this pissed you off. you barely had time to grieve as the rest of the world rushed forward.
forcing yourself to merely exist, not truly live, you returned to class. like a ghost, you attracted curious glances and avoided them like the plague. after graduation, college was the next step.
a year later, shaunaâs parents asked if you wanted anything from her room. something special, or perhaps just to visit. you were certain it wasnât a good idea, but you went anyway. under her pillow, you found an envelope from brown universityâthe same school you were attending, the place you and shauna had planned to go together.
that was all it took to break you down into a sobbing mess on her bed.
đ
things got better. not perfect, not the way they used to be, but better. you weren't alone anymore but always had to push away the idea of losing all of your friends at once, one in special. luckily or not, college kept you busy.
"have you finished tomorrow's essay? It's so boring I might just drop the class," your girlfriend says, dropping a pile of old books on the cafeteria table and sitting across from you.
"i have dark circles under my eyes, what do you think?" you groan, lifting your head. she leans over the table to kiss your forehead.
"i think you still look pretty, baby."
"thanks, but I'm not letting you copy my work."
"worth the shot," she chuckles, placing two cups of coffee on the table, sliding one towards you.
your plan was to finish that damn essay and be completely free. the cafeteria was buzzing with students, but at least they were minding their own business. that's what you get for studying in a campus cafeteria.
"did you hear what happened to them? i'm so glad they're alive. It must have been so tough," her sudden comment startles you, taking a moment to register.
you swallow a lump in your throat as you glance over your shoulder at the TV, where crowds of people are watching the news: 'yellowjackets rescued'.
"holy shit," you whisper, the shock setting in as you realize you hadn't revealed not only your awareness of their situation but also your complex connection with one of them.
đ
a week after shauna got back, her parents had called you your stomach was turning upside down and your anxiety levels were through the roof. you couldn't manage to put your feelings into words.
you knocked on her bedroom door, too anxious to wait, just to announce yourself. for the first time in almost two years, shauna stood before you. she bore a few scars, nothing too severe; her hair had grown longer, losing its waves; her eyes seemed somehow larger, fixed on you as if she had just saw something extraodrinary.
she leapt from the bed, a cautious gaze scanning you, before rushing toward you and embracing you tightly.
her arms wrapped around your shoulders, her fingers digging into your clothes so intensely it almost hurt. you reciprocated, holding her waist tightly to keep her close, unsure when the tears started flowing, but you feeling your shoulders becoming wet.
"hi," she whisper between tears, her voice crackling.
"hi," you echo her. "i thought i would never see you again."
"i know," she sniffs, clinging to you. the last thing she murmurs for the long time you two spent hugging.
shauna was back, but she was much quieter, easily irritated, and frightened by everything. she had every right to feel that way, but you were worried. no one was allowed inches close to her journal and you respected that, encouraging her to write about her feelings.
your finals didn't matter anymore; nothing else did. for the next few weeks, you were constantly by her side. even waiting outside the bathroom door like a loyal dog.
however, you weren't the same as before. you weren't as touchy or intimate, especially after shauna discovered you were dating someone else. she became distant and strange, pushing you away and ignoring your calls.
"hey, I bought you a new book. It's from that author you used to like before..." you stop yourself mid-sentence. "you know."
forcing a smile, you place the book on her desk. her vacant eyes meet yours, but she remains still, lying in bed staring at the ceiling.
"is everything okay?" you ask hesitantly, walking towards her and offering your hand.
the silence lingers but she accepts your hand and joins you.
"shauna?" you say. as soon as she's on her feet, she drops your hand quickly.
"everything is fine," she says sharply.
"right... it's just that you've been acting weird lately," you explain, trying not to upset her.
"in case you didn't know, I was trapped in a cabin in the middle of nowhere for almost two years," she snaps, her body stiffening.
"yes, i know," you say, inhaling deeply. "but Iâ"
"don't you have to go back to your girlfriend anyway?" she interrupts, glancing at the door and then back at you. she clearly wanted you out.
"no, I don't," you reply, frowning. "is she why you're acting like an idiot?"
she snorts, taking a step forward, her eyes narrowing.
"It's funny how I'm the idiot when you've replaced me with someone else so quickly," you would feel bad thanks to the pain in her voice if it weren't for her absurd words.
"replace you?" you scoff. "she's my girlfriend, shauna."
"and what was I?"
"you were my friend! we were friends."
her face shuts down completely, lips parting as if ready to shout something, but she stops herself. you weren't sure if you agreed with your own words, but itâs too late now.
"i thought you were dead," you say, taking a deep breath to keep your voice steady. shauna, however, seems perfectly fine with letting her voice rise.
"you sure did," she says, shaking her head slightly.
"well, you left me."
"not because I wanted to, you fucking idiot!" she snarls, suddenly pressing her forearm against your collarbones and pushing you backwards. you gasp in surprise as your back hits the cold wall.
"shauna! what are you doing?" you try to push her away, but sheâs stronger than you remember and hold you in place.
"do you ever think of me when you kiss her?" she whispers, ignoring your question. her breath is ragged, her chest heaving. she tilts her head slightly, studying your face. then she leans closer, her lips just brushing against yours.
you can hardly make sense of her words, stunned by her sudden change in behavior. your mouth hangs open, but no sound comes out.
"answer me," she growls, pressing her arm harder against you. her jaw clenches, making you yelp, and you immediately whisper a faint 'yes.'
she smirks, crashing her lips into yours. though you hesitated for a moment, you quickly recovered, syncing your movements with her rough rhythm. when you try to pull her closer by the hips, she lets go of your chest, grasping your wrists and pinning them along with you.
the urgent kiss didn't last much longer as she trailed her way down to your jawline with small bites and feral kisses, eventually reaching your neck. in her preferred area, you cry out her name when she sinks her teeth into your skin, drawing blood.
when did she got so into biting?

Take What You Need
pairing: cassian x reader
warnings: just swearing and porn with little plot, prolly a few typos
summary: Stress wears hard on a General's body, so you offer up yours in hopes to provide some much need relief
â
He'd been working so hard.
Forgetting to eat some days and once you'd noticed, you made a point to wake up a bit earlier than normal; a whole hour before he'd stir awake to ensure he had a warm meal and a canteen full of water that you'd ordered be refilled at least twice throughout the day. Cassian always grumbled out some complaint while sleuthing his swords between large wings; hands still wiping sleep from his eyes but he always came home with it empty and a little more life in his cheeks.
"Why not just take a little vacation?" You murmur into his shoulder later than night, his fighting leathers a heap on the ground and Cassian's giant body is pliant in your touch, muscles relaxed from a hot bath and head cushioned by your thighs as your fingers rake through inky hair. "Rhysand wouldn't mind."
"I know but I have too much to doâtoo little time to get it done. I can't get distracted at a time like this; when Velaris and its people need their safety ensured the most."
It's another version of the same thing he'd always said when you'd ever tried to suggest such a thing but you don't fight it and no anger builds because you know how much this means to him; being able to use his skills to protect his family and his home. "I understand your responsibilities completely; I only worry about the toll they take on you." Your point is easily proven, hands grazing over bare skin and while the hard lines and strong muscle is attractive and jaw dropping, the pained groans that pass full lips makes your heart lurch from the soreness that followed. "When do you get to relax?"
"Whenever you bend over my desk and let me have my way with you."
He means it as a jokeâyou think. A boyish smirk on manly features, eyes closed in content as you continue your exploration, knuckles grazing the membraneous wings behind him and you'll never grow tired of the goosebumps that litter your skin at the moan that pulls from him. "Okay," You whisper, legs moving below him and he goes to complain, eyes peeling open to make some spoiled little comment about how he hadn't yet given you permission to stop your caring touches but the words never leave his brain. Not when you'd peeled off yourâhis shirt and tossed it somewhere behind you. "Then have your way with me."
Cassian doesn't answer right away, a little stunned by the breasts displayed perfectly in his line of sight, the dangling little belly ring you'd done yourself with a clean needle and entirely too much time alone. "You're serious?"
"Very." It comes out like a hum, a pleased smile on your face and confidence swells now that you've effectively stunned him to silence with so few words. "You work hard," You explain, eyes actually appreciating the bare skin before you. "I see it and I'm proud of you and if all I can do to help you feel a little better at the end of the day is by being your stress reliefâthen, I'd be happy to oblige."
He takes no longer to ponder it, rising up and taking in your bare chest like it were the first time all over again. "It's been a rough week, sweet girl." For a second, you think he tells you to fill the silence, to ease you into his fingers hooking into the waistband of your night shorts to slide them down your thighs and over the length of your legs; its dangling over one ankle when he moves on to the next, a low groan emitting when he takes in the bare cunt beneath. "So fucking good to me," Cassian praises and it's when a strong soldiers hands curl around your thighs, fingers gripping at your hips when he drags your ass over the arm of the couch. It's a strain on your back, hips jutted in the air and spine stuck in an arch but you push the mild discomfort aside at how much praise he offers for it. âYou just always know exactly what I need.â
The position does little protect you from the ravenous assault of Cassianâs mouth that lowers down against your cunt; lips smacking kisses and tongue darting out to explore until your legs were searching for purchaseâsomething to hold onto or maybe to push against to feel more of his mouth or push it off, you canât tell but the pleasure is addicting.
Weeks and weeks of your fingers that could never quite compare to Cassianâs; digits thick and skilled when they coat themselves in your arousal and shove it back inside. Every filthy moan encourages him, positive reinforcement fueling his ego more than a million compliments on his physical appearance and he doesnât slow down until youâre dripping between your legs and struggling for breath. âYou sure you can handle it?â
âI have many times before unless something here has changed.â
He chuckles at your smart mouth, the snarky response second nature and he probably wouldâve let it go if he wasnât so high on the dominanceâthe way you were so quick to offer up your body to him and lay at his mercy while he fucked off the stresses of his job. His heart clenches at the huge display of trust, hands gentle after working an orgasm from you; slick fingers grazing over the soft curve under your breasts. You expect him to linger there; to stick to his usual routine and work as many hickeys onto the malleable flesh until there was no space left to mark but it doesnât happen.
Just one kiss is pressed to the center of your chest, ears a cutely aware of the boxers dropping to the floor and the throbbing cock burning between your thighs when he smiles down at you with a look you canât place. "Remember something for me, yeah?"
You nod, words escaping you as you try and fail to figure out that glint in hazel eyes darkened by blown pupils. He's slow about it at first; intentional in the way he teases you with the weeping head of his cock and it takes everything in you not to squirm against the bruising grip on your hips. "I love you."
Your brows furrow at the sentiment, ready to return it either way when it becomes clear why Cassian was being so sweetâso kind and eager to give you pleasure before taking his own because something curls in your stomach when you watch the way he braces himself. Certain he can hear the way you swallow thickly, you glance up at him, voice hesitant. âCassââ
He cuts you off with a gentle shush, almost placating as he watches where the two of you begin to join and the thick stretch of his head is barely inside before heâs talking again. âYou said you wanted to help, right? Help baby, be a good girl and take me.â
Itâs easy to give him what he wants when you go boneless in his grasp, each excruciatingly perfect inch of his cock fucking into you like you were as insubordinate and stubborn as his recruits. If it werenât for the unwavering grip on your hips, the sheer weight behind his thrusts alone wouldâve been enough to push you clean off the couch.
It wouldâve been a mercyâa reprieve from the brutal pace spurred by your words and thereâs nothing you can do but take him, moans spilling and eyes squeezing shut as every single nerve ending felt like it was being electrocuted over and over and over again.
The love shows in his words even when he fucks like he hates you, cock unbelievably deep from this position and the sound of your pussy slurping up his girth is obscene. It couldnât get any better; watching the hard lines fade to relief, nothing but unrestrained pleasure screwed up on golden skin and your eyes flutter shut when a hand slides up to your throat. âToo good to me,â His voice catches and you know heâs close but thereâs something comforting about the fingers loosely gripped around your neck. ââdonât deserve you for a second.â
Youâre trying to tell him that itâs not trueâthat he deserves more than you could ever scrounge up but the words donât come because Cassian is and heâs spilling such sweet words out even though his fingerprints are bruised into the skin of your hips and youâre certain thereâs no way youâre going to be doing much else but sleeping anytime soon. It doesnât matter, not when his seed is so warm inside and his face finally looks calm as he watches it spill out of you. âCassââ
âI know youâre tired baby,â The hand around your throat shifts into gentle knuckles dragging slow lines against your cheek; a sweet gesture meant to distract while his other hand stroked around a quickly growing cock. ââbut Iâm not quite finished yet.â

For the hour of great humiliation by Naicele - (Rating: Explicit, Words: 8,278, sterek)
There are witches, but maybe they are mostly a plot device to get Stiles and Derek to spend time in very close proximity. -- âStop that,â Derek growls. âStop what?â he whines, because, this situation is worthy of some complaining on his part âStop smelling like that,â Derek hisses, breath hot on Stilesâs ear. âHow do I stop smelling? Dude thatâs insane,â he whispers back. âWhat do I even smell like,â he adds and then immediately regrets it. Surely Derek canât smell that on him, can he?
Point me where my life begins by Gotta_seduce_the_Rainbow - (Rating: Explicit, Words: 39,430, sterek)
When Derek wakes up without his memory, he is left with nothing but a note he wrote himself. He no longer remembers anything personal, not himself, not anyone else.
The note is pointing him towards the town Beacon Hills and once he is there, he is greeted by strangers telling him âDude, I didnât know youâre back in townâ, which is confusing. Apparently, he grew up in Beacon Hills, but left a few years ago without telling anyone about it.
There is this one stranger, who calls him dude and has the most amazing scent. Derek might just want to start his new life here. With this person.
letâs make a reckless memory by EvanesDust - (Rating: Explicit, Words: 4,283, sterek)
[excerpt] "StilesâŚ" Derek groaned, his head dropping between Stiles's shoulder blades as he thrust his cock against Stiles's hole. "God, please tell me you know that I love you."
Stiles clenched in response, desperately wanting to be filled, and nodded. They'd only been dating for a week when Derek first told him. It was New Year's, and they'd just kissed at midnight. "Y-Yeah, I know. I know you love me. I love you, too."
And he did. So fucking much.
"Good. Because I'm going to fuck you like I don't."
âŚor the one where Stiles surprises Derek by coming home for spring break, and they fuck in the sheriffâs station.

After the whole ordeal with the nogitsune Stiles struggles with proving to himself that he can be good again. He starts learning to control his spark in hopes that he could be helpful to the pack once he manages to channel it's power. Everyone thinks it's a great idea and are willing to help him anyway they can, but Scott, Scott doesn't see the point in it.
It's not like Stiles' tiny spark could ever be powerful enough to be an actual asset to the pack.
Stiles just wants a chance to prove himself.
Million Reasons by FireAndIceHeart - (Rating: T, Words: 20,474, sterek)
After a nasty fight between Derek Hale's Pack and three witch sisters, Derek kicks Stiles out of the pack. His friends abandoned him and his father is always at work and Stiles has never felt so alone. Well at least now he has the time to think of all the reasons why he deserves to be in the pack and figure out where it all went wrong. That is...until he gets kidnapped.
I'm Only Human by DarkAlpha67 - (Rating: T, Words: 3,477, sterek)
Stiles has always placed otherâs needs above his own⌠And no one ever took the time to notice the strain that burden had on him.
Until himâŚ
*
In which Stiles neglects to take care of himself and ends up in the hospital where he will learn a werewolf pack is just another word for Family.
Hale's Theory of Exclusivity by kitsunequeen - (Rating: T, Words: 4,098, sterek)
For the request: "Stiles visits a wolf rescue/sanctuary type thing (like the one TW donated to!!) and gets really friendly with the pack alpha and then he comes back and Derek is all angsty because /another alpha's scent is all over Stiles/." --- âYouâre the one,â he huffs, âyouâre the one who was always trying to assure me that my past relationships were unhealthy. That I deserved something better. And this? This is your idea of healthy?â
âAre you seriously throwing that in my face?â Stiles demands, tears suddenly pricking at his eyes. He wipes them away roughly, jamming his hand in his pocket. âThatâs- thatâs pretty shitty, dude.â
âAre you kidding me?â Derek seethes. How is this happening? How on Earth is this spiraling so badly? âIâm throwing it in your face? You go around pretending weâre exclusive, and Iâm the one acting shitty?â
âYou know what?â Stiles snaps, tears streaming freely now. The room is swirling with the scents of hurt and confusion and anger and betrayal and- âFuck you, Derek.â
Happy Son Happy Spouse Happy House by alikatastic - (Rating: Not Rated, Words: 3,085, sterek)
Eli was so much like him, a stark reminder of who he was at sixteen. It was a grand statement of nature vs. nurture. Eli Hale might not have shared any DNA with him, but there was never a doubt that he was Stilesâ son, his pup. Stiles would do anything for his kid; missing sleep after a long case and threatening the Coach were small tasks for him. As long as Eli was happy, Stiles was happy, and if Stiles and Eli were happy, so was Derek.
