Release day: I'm not going to make a Reverse 1999 self insert. I'm not. I won't do it.

One week later: I seriously won't do it. No OCs either. It's not like I have any ideas to work with.

One month later: What would I even theme myself as, a millennial zeitgeist? I'm mostly interested in modern aesthetics, but the whole point of the game is that time wasn't able to progress to the twenty first century. I can't think of any past historical eras I resonate with.

Now: Willowbrook State School was a state-supported institution for children with intellectual disabilities located in the Willowbrook neighborhood on Staten Island in New York City. The institution gained national infamy in 1972, when Geraldo Rivera did an exposé on the conditions there. Public outcry led to its closure in 1987, and to federal civil rights legislation protecting people with disabilities.

#I'm also considering the Capital Crawl on 1990 and that general era of disability rights activism #tho essentially that is the...same era. CONCEPT DOODLES for an AU I dabbled in with a few friends after the winter king episode but kinda forgot about after the Fionna and Cake finale... I decided to revisit it and explore a little more after coming to terms with everything LOL... So, it's another "Winter King doesn't die immediately after his crown gets nuked" AU, but THIS TIME he's just dying really slowly (like Simon in the Betty episode) and ALSO joins Fionna, Cake, and Simon on their search for magic crowns. this one took me a while due to trying out different techniques (studying a Lot of art nouveau) and making a couple changes to her outfit (the details help), but I’d like to think she’s learned a lot in her journey and wanted to reflect her experience more in her champion fit

Okay but idea: instead of Ultra Magnus, Wheeljack and Predaking fighting, it devolves into an orgy 😳😳 maybe predakings in rut or something, he's obv pissed at losing the rest of the predacons, but luckily for him he's got a nice big bot in front of him perfect for breeding.

They do fight of course, well, Wheeljack and Ultra Magnus think they're fighting but Predakings trying to get a perceived rival (Wheeljack) out of the way long enough for him to claim Ultra Magnus. Wheeljack gets thrown into the wall and gets back up just in time to see Predaking fingering Ultra Magnus open, just enough prep so Ultra Magnus can take the heads of both of his spikes.

Maybe fucking you mate on top of your defeated 'rival' is some kinda instinctive predacon thing 🤭🤭

Optimus comes back to check on them and make sure Wheeljack and UM are okay, and instead walks in on Ultra Magnus being spit roasted, covered in paint transfers that make it clear Wheeljack and Predaking have both fucked him multiple times. Optimus and ultra Magnus have been dancing around a whole 'thing' since Magnus landed on earth, so of course he's going to want Optimus to take a turn filling him up with transfluid.

They ground bridge back to base later like "surprise! New dragon autobot :)" and the kids are distracted enough by a cool ass dragon transformers they don't notice Ultra Magnus hiding away until the transfluid bump goes away. But it turns out with three attentive sires, the bump doesn't go away. In fact, Ultra Magnus just gets bigger as the sparklings of a prime and a huge predacon (and Wheeljack's tiny bitty that was kinda a surprise cause she was hiding behind her siblings in the scans) grow inside him. Poor Magnus 🤭🤭🤭

(also poor fowler, having to deal with these horny robots having BABIES. Maybe him and June can have a nice date night to make up for it lol)

Drew some family portraits to figure out how I want to draw everyone!! I was so brave and basically kept them in canon greyscale even though coloring is my favorite thing in the world 😤

#in stars and time #isat siffrin #isat isabeau #isat mirabelle #isat odile #isat bonnie #silverstarsart #gotta say. no matter what website you're on 5 pics is an awkward amount #i experimented with using tints to bring in a little color without actually inserting color and i think that worked well #i also experimented with using textured brushes to add more visual interest but that worked less well. time-consuming for fairly-#imperceptible results since i also put my usual watercolor textures on top too #woulda been a lot quicker and less frustrating to just do flat colors and a couple extra texture layers!!#oh well i'm sure i've gained useful knowledge from the attempt #anyway i was so nervous about translating SUCH cartoony designs but it ended up less scary than i thought! i forgot i have fun doing that #though the one thing i got stuck on was bonnie's hat. if anyone knows like an irl equivalent PLS show meee i don't understand pillow hat 😭#anyway i'm excited to draw them in more interesting ways now >:333
