I got this bitter stuff to help me stop biting my nails which didn't work but whatever, it's surprisingly helpful to put some on the back of my hand or whatever and lick it whenever I feel like I'm about to do something dumb and eat. it fills my mouth with this horrific bitter taste that makes me sick to my stomach and kills any cravings in a snap.

ok, how do i lose weight when my parents force me to eat dinner? and most of the time it’s seriously unhealthy stuff they cook, just tonight i had 4 slices of medium pizza with chips and i feel so gross. I did 100 situps and i also did 40 minutes of dodgeball for PE, but i still feel gross even though it was my first full meal of the day. How do you lose weight when you HAVE to eat at a table with your family? please help 🥲

Today was a really good day
Me and a load of friends went to the beach today and they all ate chips, ice-cream, doughnuts, sandwiches, crisps, nachos, and more and I only ate one 50cal biscuit and burned about 250cals just walking around all day. I also had a really fun day, and I didn't miss out on anything at all so I'm super happy with today!

First day food diary.
Today wasn’t too bad calorie wise!
Breakfast- Nothing
Lunch- Cheese and Onion french fries (79 cal)
Dinner- Chili (450 cal)
Snacks- Half a knock off twix (35 cal) and a box of fruit pastels (376 cals) :(
Exercise- 25 minutes of basketball (138 cals burned)
15 minute walk (39 cals burned)
5 minute run (71 cals burned)
Total consumed- 989 :(
Total burned- 249
Net calories- 740
I feel really guilty about how much I ate today. My parents found a load of food i had pretended to eat hidden in my room, so I might not be able to avoid breakfast anymore. I’ll try though, i never really like breakfast anyway.

night: 257.4 lbs
breakfast: redbull - 0 cal; few bites of baklava - 150 (idk for a fact so i'm gonna round up to 200)
lunch: half uptown salad w no dressing from potbelly - 190 cal
dinner: potbelly half skinny blta - 355 cal
after dinner snack: laxatives
today's thoughts: i was dreading going into work because i knew my coworker was both bringing me these pastries from her culture and also wanted to get potbelly for lunch. i feel disgusting because of how much i ate today and last night. i don't know if my complex's gym is open yet but if it is i'm gonna go tonight. otherwise, i'm gonna have to figure out how to exercise without my boyfriend becoming suspicious. i'm also pretty grateful for the two day weekend because that means i can take laxatives tonight and not have to worry about being near a bathroom. also, every time i eat now i immediately feel like i have to go to the toilet. is that normal?
i ended up working out for about an hour while this man tried to talk to me about it the entire time. he asked if i was trying to lose weight or gain muscle and i tried to be vague asf because ik i'm notorious for giving away too much information also why r u asking me so much info. i just did like 10 minutes on an upward incline treadmill and then i worked on the machines for the rest of the time (trying to figure out how to do them- it's been a while). my boyfriend came by just as i was about to get started on the rest of my workout so i didn't do that yet but i'm going to before i go to sleep since it's like squats and pushups and whatnot and i can do them in my apt.
