i am SO proud of myself, i have never been able to stop myself from binging before, so being able to stay under 200 calories with these snacks honestly made me feel so in control

ok, how do i lose weight when my parents force me to eat dinner? and most of the time it’s seriously unhealthy stuff they cook, just tonight i had 4 slices of medium pizza with chips and i feel so gross. I did 100 situps and i also did 40 minutes of dodgeball for PE, but i still feel gross even though it was my first full meal of the day. How do you lose weight when you HAVE to eat at a table with your family? please help 🥲

First day food diary.
Today wasn’t too bad calorie wise!
Breakfast- Nothing
Lunch- Cheese and Onion french fries (79 cal)
Dinner- Chili (450 cal)
Snacks- Half a knock off twix (35 cal) and a box of fruit pastels (376 cals) :(
Exercise- 25 minutes of basketball (138 cals burned)
15 minute walk (39 cals burned)
5 minute run (71 cals burned)
Total consumed- 989 :(
Total burned- 249
Net calories- 740
I feel really guilty about how much I ate today. My parents found a load of food i had pretended to eat hidden in my room, so I might not be able to avoid breakfast anymore. I’ll try though, i never really like breakfast anyway.
