i really don't understand where anyone is coming from when it comes to reload Aki. he is terrible in p4au but reload is literally perfect

i think a lot of people can word this better than me but. the issue with reloadhiko is the fact that they leaned in so heavily to adding moments that allude to the fact that p4au is his (and the others) canon futures. obviously i knew that to be true in general, but since p4au is so ass it hurts to see that they had to assassinate akihiko in reload to make him fit with how he becomes in p4au. if that makes sense

if they completely ignored p4aus existence i think they probably wouldve wrote akihiko way better 😭 but alas. protein obsessed meathead coming through

also i was annoyed with how much he yapped about training so either im fake as hell & i just dont remember if he did it that much in the og Or im onto something. shrug

truly some people have no genre savviness whatsoever.
