Bleach. I absolutely love Bleach. It has some of the best relationships in anime. Surprising no one, I think early Bleach was expertly done. Also surprising no one, I think it got weaker and weaker as it continued. The idea of hollows all having spanish/Mexican themes was cringe. It's only made better by humanizing the arrancar. Chad, the half Mexican character having hollow powers without insinuating Orihimes powers as hollow based increased the cringe.

I actually like the fights in Hueco Mundo for the most part. Just a few things led to the deterioration of the show. Orihime deciding on a mission in Hueco Mundo was promising for her character, but it was dropped completely. She should have insisted on returning to Karakura with Ichigo. Uryuu, Chad, and Renji were injured badly, so it made since for them to stay behind, especially Renji since he would fall victim to Aizen's illusions. Orihime and Rukia on the other hand should have gone. Neither would have fallen victim and could have been useful. Having another healer is always helpful, especially one with shielding capabilities. Rukia and Ichigo work well together, and neither would fall victim and I guarantee he wouldn't freeze about motives with her there. I'll get into that in a moment. I understand the need to show ichigo and his father having a moment, but the idea he couldn't with them there is ridiculous. Also making aizen plan ichigos conception is to much. All knowing villains are great, but you can't push them that far. Ichigo wondering why he's there all of a sudden is beyond stupid. This guy tried to kill his friends, there should be no freezing up. Have Orihime and Rukia go with Rangiku. Rangiku can have her moment with Gin, while they save their friends and hold off Aizen after gin fails until Ichigo gets there. Rukia gets majorly injured, Ichigo shows, giving him that final push to use final getsuga, while Orhime and Tatsuki get her, and others to safety. That would also give Tatsuki that explanation on screen. Once Aizens defeated, have Orihime use her power to eliminate the hogyoku like foreshadowed.

That would have rounded out Orihimes character much better. And utilized Rukia more. Maybe their friends join them while they are fending off Aizen. Just a thought. Just a little thought on where Bleach went wrong. I still love it. That doesn't mean I don't wish it went a bit differently. No I don't have a scenario for the final arc...that's a whole other monster.

my favourite mdzs/cql character dynamic will always always be jiang cheng and lan wangji. born to be mortal enemies forced to be in laws is the funniest relationship of all time. that brief establishing shot in cql episode 2 of them sitting in a tea house at different tables, facing away from each other, not talking is like a sister to me. wei wuxian's death turned a mutual disdain into outright hatred and now sixteen years of boiling rage down the drain because wei wuxian had to get RESURRECTED like an IDIOT and now they have to MAKE NICE and try their utmost not to THROW THINGS at each other at FAMILY DINNERS. which they have now because LIFE SUCKS. such an unparalleled dynamic that i'll be thinking about until i die.

Jazz takes care of a de-aged Danny, and they lay low in Gotham. But just because Danny’s body is younger doesn’t mean his powers have lessened. In fact, they’ve only grown harder to control. Having the energy of a child makes containing his powers harder (just like when he first got them) until they realize that Danny’s powers are much easier to control when he can get rid of some of his excess energy. Jazz hears about a free gym open to all that is also meta-proof (more durable) from a wonderful woman at the library. (Lookin at you Babs)

The gym has a gigantic kids play area, along with classes for all ages and a training area complete with an American Gladiator style obstacle course for adults. Jazz will use the obstacle course sometimes when her boss has fully ticked her off. Stephanie and Cass volunteer there whenever they can. Jason always sends the alley kids there too because it’s close by and a safe place. Dick leads a class there whenever he can.

Dick actually holds the record for the obstacle course. Until Jazz gives it a go after a particularly trying day. She doesn’t realize there’s a record. She never would have used the course if she’d known. Training with Pandora and Fright Knight gave her plenty of advantages with how she can use her liminality and she definitely doesn’t need to stand out.

But again, she doesn’t know there’s a record. Or that someone saw her going repeatedly through the course (Stephanie) and decided to time her on her next go. (She doesn’t film without permission because she’s respectful of boundaries like that) She does post Jazz’s time in the Batfam group chat to take Dick down a couple notches though.

Or someone else (not Batfam, just a random citizen) takes a video of her doing the course and posts it on the internet and now they (Jazz and Danny) have to stay one step ahead of Vlad, the Batfam, their parents, and avoid the GIW. How hard can it be?

that big hug in the airport when character A comes home for a holiday. B runs into their arms and squeezes them so tight that A is thinking they might break a rib.

character B feeling character A’s hand on the small of their back while going through a crowd.

character A knows exactly when character B needs cuddles. long day at work? cuddles. didn’t get enough sleep? cuddles.

Character B is away on a trip (either with friends or for work) and Character A is laying awake in their empty bed. the only thing that can get A to sleep each night is a long phone call with their favourite person. telling B about their day calms them down enough for sleep. and they do it all again the next day.

“we don’t have to talk about yet it if you don’t want to. we can just lay here like this, just relax into my arms.” one whispers in the others ear.

Character A is worried about coming off as too clingy and first. Once Character B realised how much A thrives on physical touch, they make sure they set aside enough time each day to just hold them.

If they ever go to bed while in an argument Character B still wraps an arm around Character A, knowing that they won’t sleep without it and to let them know they still love them although they’re arguing.
