If you are someone who looks at celebrities as less than human beings, I don't want to talk to you. Even if you are someone who frames celebrities as a product, the moment that stops being of their own free will, it stops being what they're selling and it becomes treating a real human being like an object. Treating people like people isn't putting them on a pedestal it's just basic human decency. I do not fuck with the whole "they chose fame over being a person". Like, no they didn't, YOU have it in your head that having the supposed privilege of doing something that you love for a living (most of the time that isn't even the case) is an invitation to completely violate someone's personhood and experience as a human just because you are maladjusted and can't comprehend that people just simply exist in the world. No person deserves to be perceived as an object that solely exists for other people, that shit fucks with you. Celebrity culture is severely out of hand, and I'm so sick of seeing the argument of "they asked for it" in any context. Please examine the way you perceive celebs because, obviously, there is a bigger issue overall with the situation than just this but it's a compounded issue and the first thing we can do is realizing that EVERYONE is owed their humanity, further judgment is reserved for after that happens.

Freshly hatched. still wet with mucus and whatever#Have you ever seen a butterfly fresh from the cocoon and their wings are all crumpled up?#so yeah their unevenness is intentional lol#I spent forever debating whether I wanted to put Peri there#but ultimately I thought it made the composition more interesting so I kept him#Also youll notice his wings are slightly different now I decided to redesign them to be a bit more galaxy like#its hard to see here but Ive changed the 3 dots to resemble planets in a row: Green for cosmo pink for Wanda and different pink for timmy#I think it came out a bit ugly in this but whatever Ive spend too long on this already#I wanted Devs wings to be reminiscent of gold. For some reason I really liked the idea of them curving inward too#Maybe to represent that hes selfcentered. House M.D. but it's when Wilson says House's name
#house md#james wilson#prince's talk tag#finally!!! it's done! this and the house version took almost two weeks to do#first off thank you to the clinic-duty team on livejournal for making the transcripts for these episodes#because this video would be near impossible to make without their clear transcripts. I hope y'all are doing well#ive been reading a lot of fics with these two and i see how the authors have the characters refer to each other in their fics#and that got me wondering how much do they say each other's name in the show and how do they refer to each other#since this is the wilson video ill put his stats here#s1 was 11 times s2 was 18 s3 was 45 s4 was 32 s5 was 41 s6 was 60 s7 was 47 and s8 was 48#in total he says his name 302 times. Mostly refers to him just by House#the only time I've heard him say his first name its when he's being professional or when he's really angry (and that one time he proposed)#and even then it's always the full name not just the first name#the only instance I've seen him use just his first name was on that note he put on House's xmas gift that we see in season 5#and as much as I wanted to put that moment in here he never actually says the contents of the note out loud so i had to leave it out#but what surprised me was he says House's name more than House says his name#especially when the earlier seasons didn't have him say his name as much
