Tumblr media
(this flag was submitted by @satyrradio as a plegg flag, but Tumblr's acting up whenever we try to post the submission, so here it is as an og post)
This looks very nice!! Initially, I had concerns that this flag wouldn't see much use, but then I thought of the hilarious potential of drawing or describing characters as having this color palette to indicate/hint/foreshadow that they're egg cartons. I now have new plans for a particular character's outfits in one of my fics.

hi! is there any blog/site you would recommend for me to get informed about systems in general? mostly about self diagnosis (to like, get to the conclusion if I'm not a system or smth.. I've been confused and I don't know how to approach this matter)
sorry if I didn't use the right words here! English is not my first language and even if I can perfectly read it, I can't express myself fluidly on it yet
Firstly, no need to apologize for not speaking English perfectly. I can understand what you mean and that's all that matters.
Secondly, I do have a couple!
In terms of blogs, @ask-plurals seems to be pretty reliable and accurate from what I've seen of its posts. @plegg-culture-is is and @plural-egg-culture-is are good places to go if you want to hear about signs of plurality that people only recognized in hindsight; these may be useful as a reference. If you don't mind going through inactive blogs, @dear-systems was a great resource when We were first discovering our own plurality.
In terms of websites, I recommend this one, as it gives a pretty good general overview of plurality, and it has a link to this web of resources that you may find useful, along with some other links. This article is less general compared to the other resources, but it's good for those who are questioning due to an imaginary friend or similar seeming a little too autonomous for something they supposedly made up. A lot of people find pluralpedia useful for finding specific words and communities, as well as the knowledge that they're not alone in their niche experiences (which is great if you happen to be a questioning system who feels unsure due to not relating to the majority of systems you see), but the sheer amount of information may get overwhelming if you dive in headfirst, so I'd say it's best to have an idea of what you're looking for or looking to learn about when you look through it. If, however, you're very new to plurality and would like our own introduction to systems, we have one right here.
I hope this helps, anon!

Plegg culture is talking to yourself about something but stopping because you feel embarrassed... Only to then get the strong sense that you should finish your thought because it would be wrong to "leave yourself hanging."
This is an oddly specific one that we are guilty of a lot

hot syscourse take: imaginary friends are headmates and part of the plural experience. they are formed from the mind, and share it with you. they are your friends. i see no difference, headmate is headmate /hj
I actually completely believe this with the caveat that there are some imaginary friends who are just purely controlled with no autonomy, and thus aren't plural.
But I think a majority actually could qualify as headmates.
Here's an even hotter take: I think the plural community has done a huge disservice to young pleggs by running so far away from any association with imaginary friends.
Obviously, the sysmeds who recoil from terms like "imagian plural" and use "imaginary friend" as an insult to fakeclaim.
But also the old "natural multiples" movement that, from what I've seen, mostly slept on the most culturally accepted form of multiple autonomous agents sharing a body in Western society.

im following this blog and why what is this even about fucking what i can't think
This blog is for sharing experiences from before people realized they were plural/a system! We have a long explanation of what being plural means here, but in short, to be plural is to have more than one self or entity sharing the same body. It's also known as being more-than-one or many-in-one. It's not a very well-known phenomenon, so it's very common for people to not realize immediately that they're plural, especially if they grew up this way and assumed everyone was the same as them! You may be following this blog because you find the experiences shared here funny or relatable, or because you're simply interested in the community. If you'd like to learn more, we recommend this simple website about plurality! It gives a basic overview of the most common topics.
I can't be certain what's going on on your end, but it looks like you might be experiencing some distress. I hope you feel better soon, anon! Maybe try some grounding techniques; it sounds like you might be dissociating, and tricks such as holding ice in your hands or the 5 senses technique (where you go through each of the 5 main senses and list things you notice with each one) could help with that. Dissociation is a common experience among systems, so you're definitely in the right place to get some help with that!
Whatever the reason for you following this blog, we hope you'll feel welcome here!

brainmade plegg culture is getting really confused by introjects, because their whole internal story thing doesn't exist?? they just remember people who were never in the system?? they don't have an internal life with complex interwoven strands?? because for some reason your brain decided to make them a different way??

system with a fnaf fictive culture is as a plegg being "sometimes when i consider certain theories it feels like someone who knows more than me stares judgmentally at me from the void. yeah so i avoid those ones 'cause it feels kinda mean"
Oh yeahhh... We completely get how that feels.

median plegg culture is assuming you kin a bunch of characters until you realise you ARE that character.. but also thats not me???
being constantly confused until you realise they're all facets
That's a very familiar one. We put on an outfit that turned out to be tied to one of our fictives and got reeeally confused by that before we realised we were a system.
