I’ve gotten some really good tips on how to eat more and how to get the most calories in but I think the main issue is that I simply don’t have the motivation. Like I just don’t particularly care enough to make the effort to stop losing/gain weight. The only time I’m motivated to eat is when im at work and it’s affecting my ability to focus (which makes me spiral) and even then it’s obligatory so that I don’t embarrass myself or get fired. And I’m not hungry most of the time anyway. Not sure how to address that, tbqh
