unfortunately, due to budget cuts, the pokémon assigning quiz has been canceled. instead, you must spin THE WHEEL, assigning you a random, unevolved, non-legendary and non-mythical pokémon. you must now go on some sort of world-saving adventure as this pokémon. good luck!

tell me in the tags what you rolled, and how you feel about it - for bonus points, you can spin the wheel again for (or just take your pick of) a pokémon to be your partner.

bonus rules:

you're not shiny unless the wheel tells you you're shiny

take your pick of regional forms and evolutions (for example, if you roll vulpix, it's up to you whether that means normal or alolan vulpix)

Sempre conosciuto invece degli Ariete bambini, specie all'ascendente, cui gli sia sottratto un giocattolo che nemmeno avevano mai avuto o solo sognato di possedere.

Altro che cry.babies. I segni di fuoco sono quelli che si lamentano sempre, e pensano di essere i più furbi, e poi piangono quando qualcuno si è preso il pallone, che non avevano nemmeno portato loro.

Difendo quelli del Cancro, perché ho l'ascendente. Non ho mai pianto in vita mia, se non dopo l'ultimo attacco di cefalea a grappolo durato tre ore e mezza.

Una cosa che ti spacca il cranio, per giorni e settimane e mesi.

Seduto nel WC a molte ore della notte, nel buio, immobile, sperando che passasse prima o poi.

Quelli ascendente ariete sono i veri bambini. Praticamente i più tonti, pensando di essere i più furbi. E naturalmente si lamentano sempre, perché il mondo è adulto e loro sono dei bambini che sperano di fregare tutti.

A Napoli dicono "chiagni e fotti"... bellissima definizione di quei bambini poco intelligenti dell'Ariete.

I'm not the first to mention this, but one bit that I thought was really clever in Steven Universe is the ways in which the show subtly justifies the cartoonism of the principle cast always wearing the same outfit for ease-of-animation purposes. The gems are a gimme in that they're all hardlight-projections, and even before that's solidified as a plot point they're otherworldly and superheroic enough that you don't really think to question it. But Steven canonically just owns hundreds and hundreds of those star shirts, which are leftover merchandise from his father's fizzled-out career as a rock star. Into which you can read a whole bunch of other stuff if you really want to, right? And I do want to. It's reflective of Greg's misplaced optimism that he got hundreds of those made in the first place, and it's a benign but visible example of how Steven's life is shaped by the knock-on effects of decisions his parents made before he was even alive. He's got his mother's superpowers and he's wearing his father's shirts.

Having negative traits allows incredible flexibility within your characters, what makes them intriguing, what makes them easy to relate to. If you want to write people, then write people. But they can’t be good and clean all the time.
