Beat that heat type of morning again. I’m really sick of summer. Some people get SAD (seasonal affective disorder) in winter, but I get it in summer. 😩😕🥵what matters most is I’m out there though. . Going through a different kind of recovery lately, and it’s wayyyyy better than cesarean or gallbladder surgery or herniated disc recoveries!!! It’s a #postworkoutrecovery so I aid my muscles by fueling them with #protein and #aminoacids from @nutriblendprotein shakes. The fact that this is also Vanilla Cappuccino flavored makes it even moreT perfect since my coffe time was cut short due to walking the kids to school! 🙌🏽😜☕️. . Yesterday was a really nice long’ish hike to the river and back. I got 4.5 miles in and really felt how out of shape I am. Don’t you hate that?? Now that all my recovering from surgeries is over it is full steam ahead. .
