Did you use any eye preset on your Asian sim cause every time I try to make my bf in sims the eyes don't turn out like I want them to

i do use presets and eye masks! i think i use obscurus and northernsiberiawinds for the presets and @/sammi-xox's eye overlays

It's been a while!

Hi all! As stated above it's been awhile. I'll see if I will be able to put all that has happened down this week and otherwise it'll be in 2 weeks. It'll make more sense then. Just for now know I've turned on and sat behind my pc for longer then the last 2 months combined. I missed it here, missed my tumblr buddies and missed gaming! I'll get back to sims and updating the challenges when I get to it. Again more info on everything later about what's happening irl here. For now I'm playing some FFXIV and couldnt help myself so I've made these below of my Dez:)

Honestly I thought I would've had a meme saved that was relevant to my prolonged not-quite-absent-but-definitely-not-fully-present state.

I do not.

So. I had assorted misadventures with my game, ranging from "Every in-game pic I take overwrites the previous one" to "I deleted my entire mods folder and emptied my Recycle Bin without having archived it first. I am an incompetent fool."

In other news, my spouse had a stroke in March and nearly lost a leg. I have been having an extended...failure of self? combo attack of crippling depression, extreme anxiety, and more physical pain than I am equipped to tolerate. I will leave it at things have been bad.

So I rebuilt my mods folder and my current install of my game seems to have decided I can take as many snapshots as I like, so I'll have some things up in the near future.

Today This whole week has just been blah. I’ve opened and closed bodyshop like five times just today, thinking, oh, I’ll get started on the next batch of hairs, but then I’ll look through the ones I’ve already decided I wanted, then go, “meh” and close the program again. (contributing to this is my indecision about unnaturals again... because making 68? (86?) files in bodyshop of each hair just sounds like a level of hell I’m not in the mood for lately...)

I need to do the images for the LBB stuff anon asked for, and the SBB uni stuff another anon asked for, and I need to finish writing a short little exchange story that’s due in like a week that I’ve had two months to do... but I don’t really feel like doing any of that. Don’t really feel like doing anything.

day 3 of fighting with DLC unlocker bc now on the ingame main menu it says i own the dlc, but when i load a save or create a new sim it says i don’t have access to the content, and it doesn’t show up in CAS and only shows 3 worlds ingame.

i know no one may really care all that much but yeah i think my boyfriend and i are done for now -- it's a lot of stuff to go through and i'm not gonna bore ya'll or accidentally trigger anyone who also has mental health issues or anything but i've just been so miserable hence my lack of posts but this has not spurred me to clean my entire mod folder by going through everything and getting rid of things i don't really use or want in my game anymore... as well as downloading other stuff. lol. so the postcard legacy is on hold ojikSDFJK CAUSE i may make her over entirely before actually starting EH
