I've long accepted that top surgery healing, or the surgery in general, can cost you your nipples—like they could just shrivel or melt off in the process. I also remembered Gabriel from ULTRAKILL has no nipples. Like angels DON'T have nipples.

Don't worry 'bout losing your nips, boys, it just means you're going ULTRAKILL.

Wanted to make a post for my chest cause I'm going to be hitting my 4 months mark on the 26th !

I had a bilateral mastectomy due to fiberdenomas. So not exactly top surgery but close enough lol

I reeeeally like how my chest has healed. Especially compared to the like fresh healing stage and it's honestly made me really happy and much more confident ^^

This was around the like 4 days-1 week mark

Compared to now at almost 4 months !

Okay artists drawing trans men, here’s a ref of top surgery scars that are years old (at least 6 years). Please stop drawing your guys like someone took a chainsaw to them. Most trans men don’t even have visible scars, I just didn’t do anything to make mine less visible cuz I didn’t/don’t care. Men who had smaller chests will have even less scarring (I had tubes running from the center of my chest that exited behind my shoulders for drainage but smaller guys sometimes don’t have to deal with that).
