The tl;dr I guess is that i still can't really imagine wanting to be alive. Which makes it hard to gage the pros and cons of any type of plan for the future

The "what career/college should I pursue" thought process is really hard to lock in for right now because it keeps inevitably circling back around to "where would I be most likely to make friends". Which I feel like can't really be a factor in what college I'm going to potentially stake my life on... So I try to keep operating on the assumption that I'll still be pretty isolated as an adult and think about what's most PRACTICAL. But then the issue is that. That seems to be the only desire that motivates anything, and when I take the prospect of making friends off the table, nothing really sounds desirable anymore... which makes it hard to determine how comfortable I would be in any given career. etc etc . So I end up deadlocked & just going around in circles about everything

Hey jake, thank you for your comics, thank you for your art, your rants, your vents, everything, im really glad i found your replacement ingo comics around when you started them, and im glad i stayed to see what else you also did,

as someone who is disabled and who also deals with mental illness and an abusive family, it's just absolutely so validating to see someone who feels the same, and conveys it in such a genuine way, i absolutely adore your art and you and i just wish you the best, you're my favourite artist.

I've realized just how fucked up the world is these past few years, and how we can't do anything about it, but i still pray for you and for everyone i love, since that's all i can do,

and while that won't change your situation, it's still comforting for me to think that maybe in the afterlife everyone will get to be happy and at peace, please don't be harsh on yourself, there's a lot of people here who I'm sure love you just as much as i do.

Ordering pizza is SO expensive now all things considered, and you would think that if you dropped ~40 bucks on a papa johns order you would kinda keep tabs on that to make sure you get your food. But when I worked there it was a shockingly common occurrence for someone to order for pickup and then seemingly just forget about it and never come in for it or follow up in any way. Which was great for me I guess because it meant that I got a lot of free pizza, but there are people out there living vastly different lives than I am who simply do not care if they waste 50 dollars
