hi its midnight but im thinking about 3 star family

do you ever think about how well the three of them connect in their post-sb struggles? how each of them, in one way or another, lost some major part of their lives and now just have to… force themselves to move on?

popular hc that gregory has amnesia post-ggy. he doesn’t remember what happened- and we dont actually know how much he does remember. its entirely possible he lost more memories than just his time under glitchtraps influence. but now he lives with vanessa and freddy, and he doesn’t remember who he is or who he’s supposed to be. he should be getting to know his new family and home but he cant to that because he can hardly get to know himself.

in contrast to vanessa, who, pre-glitchtrap, had to have had some sort of circle of close friends or family that she knew. not only that, but her own life. she probably had plans for careers or hobbies or etc that she never got around to since she became vanny. i doubt she would even still be in contact with anyone she knew before. but now its over, and shes living a new life. shes got a kid, and a bear.. head. would she have trouble adjusting? just, having to give up what she had before?

and all that in contrast to freddy, who had his own purpose before sb. he had a job to do, as a singing mascot for the plex. he had that obligation, and reason, but all of a sudden he doesnt. all of a sudden hes just a head, he had no need to perform, and no band to play with. i dont think he dislikes living with greg and vanessa, but i wonder if he struggles with that lack of purpose. if he ever gets stuck because he doesnt know what to do anymore.

all of them dealing with such a similar problem of being thrown into a living situation that they arent used to, because they lost whatever they had before. but they’re figuring it out together. because they have EACH OTHER and everything WILL BE okay

I turned off reblogs on the writing post bc I got sick of everyone telling me it was maladaptive daydreaming based on a singular paragraph about my life.

This is 100% absolutely the fault of people who decided to do that. And who especially decided to imply in their tags they thought that's what I was doing. Rather than what they were doing.
