Hello Mr. Gaiman. I know you’re probably busy but as with all fandoms, bullying is going on within it. A Twitter artist made some fanart of Crowley x Muriel and got bullied off the platform (and I think all socials?) for it. People claiming Muriel is a child just for being innocent despite clearly being played by an adult actress. Could you possibly address this, if you have the time?

People need to stop being idiots. Thank you.

Okay, while I have mixed feelings about the end of MHA, I do believe they got one thing right.

Izuku is a fantastic UA teacher.

For the moment, lets ignore that he's brilliant at quirk analysis and would be able to help his students understand their quirks. Let's also ignore how amazing of a hero he is and how his experience would benefit his students. Or how he's passionate about what he teaches and will encourage his students.

Because while good, these aren't the main reason he'd make a good teacher.

The thing that makes him an awesome teacher is that he knows what it's like to have unfair teachers and be discriminated against.

His classroom rules are relatively lax. He doesn't threaten or intimidate his students like Aizawa does.

But a student makes a discriminatory comment??? Bullying happens???

The air in the classroom seems to evaporate, and a chill enters the air. They see Midoriya Sensei standing there, his smile more like bared teeth. They know his quirk is gone—it's gone—but green lightning seems to flicker over his skin.

"Those comments and that behavior are not tolerated in my classroom."

The bullies nod frantically, of course. Of course! They won't do anything like that ever again.

Freedom of speech is wonderful, is it not? Literally NO ONE will infringe upon my right to speak freely…here or anywhere. And I will not infringe upon yours, whether I agree with you or not. But on my posts, all I ask for is that we keep it fun, respectful, and healthy. Nothing harmful to anyone. Dare I even say, mindful and demure? 😝

Now, with all that being said, have I commented on some of these posts? Have I reblogged these posts because I agreed with another blogger’s response to a troll anon? Of course I have! I’m not “holier than thou,” if you will, and will never claim to be. Sometimes I get fired up and get a tad spicy because, like most of you here, I too am a passionate fan of our 2 lovebirds, and Bridgerton, and so on. I share my thoughts and opinions like everyone else, and I enjoy showing my support for bloggers whose posts align with my beliefs as well. I do not have hard facts like everyone else here because (unfortunately, lol), we do not know them personally, nor do we know their families/friends personally. We are fortunate to get what we do get from them, considering how chaotic this fandom can get at times.

Anyway…it is on MY posts that I choose not to give the trolls any undeserved attention. I cannot bring myself to indulge in that kind of negativity on my posts, because it’s a waste of my time. Do I win something if I do? No? Okay.

As I said in my first post, trolls need not waste their time here. Channel that energy into something more productive. You can enjoy your side of the fandom without shitting on mine. Besides, I’m not budging from where I sit on this lovely ship. 🛳️

Allow me to clarify a couple more things before I sign off—I DO NOT discourage anon messages, and I DO NOT discourage varying opinions. In fact, I look forward to receiving your messages and discussing things with anyone who wishes to do so! But if it is laced with hate, bullying, or any other form of vitriolic fuckery, I WILL NOT share it here.

They have already tried to pull this "she slept her way to the top" bullshit on Kamala Harris. And it will only become worse and more prevalent.

Please remember, when someone says that about a woman, what they deeply believe, and have absolutely no problems with, is that men in power withheld promotions from women unless they were given sexual favors.

But they may not think that is what they believe. What they think they believe is that the woman they are insulting is some kind of sexual predator, who could use the act of intercourse as a magical way to enslave men. So that these poor men, even though they are grown ass adults, just become slobbering fools at the suggestion of sex. They cannot be blamed for anything because obviously they are just perpetual bags of hormones in heat, but without the morals. So a woman could ask for anything, blank checks, blank contracts, any position they want in an organization, and the man would have no choice but to give it to her, because SEX! The man can't be held responsible for taking advantage of a power dynamic, or betraying a possible spouse and children, because what else could they possibly do when they are offered sex?

Understand that when someone uses the insult of "she slept her way to the top" they believe one of the above to be absolutely true, and absolutely normal. That is the kind of person you are dealing with.

There has been some light drama happening between one of my mutuals ( @silvashapeshifter ) and a group of proshippers on this app recently, and i decided to speak up about this.

My opinion and my DNI can be summarized by saying "illegal or problematic shipping is something somewhat bad,it makes me uncomfortable therefore stay away please."

The argument with the proshippers that my mutual was facing was that "proship doesn't mean problematic shipping, it just means open to all shipping!"

Okay. Awesome. If that's how the non-problematic ones want to define themselves, all great, I support you guys to a certain level.

Except the problematic ones don't bother using a term specific for them. They call themselves proshippers, that's facts. "Emm you say "Proshippers DNI" but you dont know what proship achtually means!!" I do, but sorry y'all, you are under the same term and I want to keep myself SAFE. I cannot stop using that term because a few of you sticked to the original meaning while a disturbing amount of them romantically ship minors and adults/family members... and interacted with me a few times.

I am not pro bullying, doxxing, harassing anyone. I want my page to stay a safe place for me. And that includes calling problematic shippers proshippers until their community collectively decides to use a new name.

If any of you are on Wattpad, beware of this user. They hate age regression and are extremely hateful. They aren’t even educated on it and they wanna hate like if you hate it that much, why comment? Then reverie made a account and jumped in to the rescue which i appreciate because it honestly made me upset and I just didn’t understand why this person was hating on me so much and thinking that they can just say whatever they want.
