You know what I would have loved? One more story right before they leave the east blue where they have to save Luffy after he gets kidnapped.

It could be a light, funny story where he is stolen by dirty tricks and is completely unconcerned (much to the chagrin of his captors) because he has full faith in his crew to come get him.

Or it could be a gut-wrenching angsty story where he and the crew are beaten by someone with superior strength, and he thinks he failed them because as their captain it's his job to always win and protect them. He thinks they had a fun adventure together and now it's over, since they have no reason to follow him anymore, and he tells them as much as he's dragged away. They're too beat up to speak in protest, maybe only one of them is even conscious to hear his words.

In either version they wouldn't be able to retrieve him by brute strength, so it would be a great story where we'd see Nami's cat burglary skills on full display. Usually we only see it when she pick-pockets at important moments, WHICH I NEVER GET TIRED OF, but it'd be SO MUCH FUN to watch her direct and star in a full heist.

The hardest part, even more so than getting Zoro and Sanji to work together silently, would be after she gets to Luffy. Can you imagine trying to sneak him out of anywhere. She can do it I believe in her but GOD. Lmao.
