In "All of Nothing" Jay uses lightning to travel down an electrical pole (as the lightning himself) at the beginning of the episode, and then never does so again.

Which is sad, but why doesn't he? Is it dangerous/painful/draining for him to do so? Or is it something limited to the Nunchucks of Lightning that the Elemental Master of Lightning alone cannot do without merging with it?

I find it highly amusing how in situations where the ninja are separated/it's just the OG four, Kai and Zane immediately assume control/start spearheading the team because apparently no one else is sane enough or in the right mind to do so.

Your honour, they literally have one of the best dynamics in the show, with how they're probably the most protective people in the team. And it makes me mad how this is overlooked by the fandom and the show.

i know plot convenience is a thing but i can’t stop thinking about the implications of jay finding bonzle in the fake monastery’s basement of all places. did he know it was there before he walked into the building? did his feet carry him there, subconsciously retracing old steps? did he wait there, knowing he was far from the fight, because his side of the fight wasn’t the one he truly believed in?

Isn't it fun how everyone saw what terrified them most, but Nya's was so "unbelievable" that she broke out instantly? She was shown the one thing that was supposed to terrify her, make her spiral. But of course it wasn't real. It's Jay. If there's one thing she never once doubted, its that Jay is absolutely smitten, so of course he'd never forget her. What a silly thing to think, to be afraid of. She went through so damn much for this boy, and him for her, and we know how she is. Wouldn't it be petrifying if all that work, all that emotional turmoil, that clawing for love, could be forgotten just like that? Its quite a feat, really, that she can finally be confident in knowing such a fear is irrational.

It was easy to break free from such a place. It was only ever meant to scare her, and she has nothing to be afraid of. Right?

I feel like DR has an issue with introducing an idea but then underutilizing it or just flat out never doing anything with it. You can argue the show has a long planned future ahead, but that's NOT what I'm talking about!

I mean shit like the Mergequakes supposedly getting worse, but only ONE naturally occurs in episode 11, and we don't see or hear about any new ones until Beatrix uses her big gun. I mean the "disasterous consequences of overusing the Gong" which we NEVER see. You could claim Argus is an example, but he used the Gong ONCE, never again or before. I mean the technological control device which Ras only uses twice, once in it's debut episode, and once the episode right after.

All in all, it really feels like DR has an unhealthy obsession with introducing an idea and just letting it go to waste... it feels like we spend too much time with like Nothing at times... it's ok I forgive u tho DR I still love you
