04/08/24 - Lago Vista, TX - TOTAL SOLAR ECLIPSE - Something rare happened today. This is what it looked like at 1:35 PM in the afternoon. It was kind of cool experiencing the darkness of nighttime in the middle of the day. The next time we’ll be able to see the moon get between us and the sun, a total solar eclipse, in the lower 48, will be in 2044. If you can’t wait that long, you can travel to Alaska and see it in 2033.

#kingdom hearts 3#kh3#arendelle#scenery#my gif#it's nighttime when you first arrive in this world and you get to see the auroras shimmering in the sky#it's very beautiful but once you reach a certain point in the game it becomes daytime and you're not able to view this world at night again#that's pretty unique and i can't think of any other worlds that are like that#except maybe the kingdom of corona when you see the lanterns fly at night but that's just for a short segment#at least san fransokyo gives you a choice to view the city during night or day#anyways i'm glad i had an older save file that i was able to return back to so i could get shots of this world at night#i would have included elsa's castle but every angle i tried looked really awkward and bad lol#i don't use mods when collecting footage so some things are out of my hands when trying to get a nice shot#how sad is it that the interior of her castle is fully modeled (you can see right through the front doors) but you can't go inside#all of the characters stand in a line outside the castle and i wonder why they couldn't just hang out indoors#let me in. let me innnnnn

#my animals all should be okay#im just a bit worried about the half wild chickens who wont let me put them in the coop#or even the garage#i know theyll be ok with the cold im just worried about how deep the snow will be#ill have to keep up on making paths for them#other than that#i have enough animal and people food to last awhile and i have extra straw in case someone needs more#also got ten gallons each of diesel and gas#lots of blankets medical supplies board games#oh dang i should make sure my portable phone charger is charged#i really need to get a solar charger#the thing im worried about most is if the power goes out#we have a generator but if we can keep the house warm during the day we might turn it off at night#and i know its stupid but i have anxiety and nighttime is really hard for me#especially in pitch black silence#i dont like the way my fear and anxiety makes my heart feel#anyway#ill stop rambling now#yall are in my prayers#please pray for us

opening the faucets in this c/hili’s tonight
#it’s my yearly viewing of ‘the farwell’#I’m on minute 12 and I haven’t stopped crying since it started#had to pause it in order to look for a toilet paper roll#i cannot watch this with other people. I’ll be bawling my eyes out and they wouldn’t like that#moreover. I’m home alone and I allow myself a good cry only when nobody is around#last monday doesn’t count#also. I only cry during the day. crying at nighttime can’t do. my nose gets stuffy and I cannot fall asleep#it’s insane to have rules about crying ik#onlookers should play a drinking game while I watch this movie#take a shot every time niki starts crying again#I wasn’t a good grandchild. nor a good nieph. #subconsciously defaulted to his younger design from the comic whoopsies skdjfshds#and y'all just know that I would take every opportunity I could to show Eusine's hair at full-length without the extra styling he does hehe#I like to think that he gradually loses the sharpness in his hair points throughout the day so come nighttime it's like nearly fully down#he does touch-ups every now and then while travelling (wants to look his best for when he comes face to face with Suicune after all)#but on slower days (research hours/days he spends recuperating at Morty's place........... 🫣) he doesn't bother as much#he's definitely not used to others seeing him with the full-length though---and it catches Morty by surprise the first time since it's--#--terribly easy to underestimate how long Eusine's hair Actually is when its not pointing outwards (right before the middle of his back)#(that first time occurrence also being when he trips and falls into the lake during a chase aksjdnasd it's sillyyyyyyy)#so Morty finds himself staring in an unintentional daze as Eusine shuffles in all drenched#and when Eusine Does catch him staring Morty worries about creeping him out and hurriedly blurts out how well his hair frames his face--#--in a way he hadn't been able to appreciate before and the both of them just Stand there in that sinking realization that Morty basically-#--called him pretty and ooouuh they're both flustered messes skjdfnsdfsdns/////////////#(Morty later apologizes for the unintended gazing and helps Eusine dry off his hair as the other assures him that it's all fine)#(they deserve to be soft with each other 🥺💖💖💖💕💕💕)#mystery man eusine#eusine pokemon#eusine#pokemon#pokemon hgss#pokemon gsc#fluff draws !!!#doodle#Destiny Bond comicverse

#part of what makes summer suck so much that I don’t see people talk about#is that yes it’s hot and that sucks but the devices you have to use to cool down are SO LOUD!#even when they’re quiet they’re overstimulating#I’m in the living room downstairs currently without the fan on because I can’t handle the noise of it#and I can hear my sons fan buzzing upstairs#when you’re actually in the room it’s super quiet but I’m directly below his bedroom and it’s buzzing slightly through the floor#nighttime is the time to unwind after a full day of constant touching and noises that come with 3 children#I knew the house would be loud during the day and I can absolutely handle it then if I get some time to chill by myself at night#but everything is still so loud even though everyone is asleep#and I can only have an earbud in one ear in case a child wakes up so I can’t fully drown it out#it’s just a little thing I know but it sometimes feels like too much#especially after a long day
