Anxiety

I am 20

I am suffering with anxiety and yes... Suffering

I decided to set up a Tumblr to vent my feelings and my daily challenges as a way to get some of the anxious feelings off

I have just started my final year at university and only been here a week and have noticed some things

Not everyone who advocates for mental illness actually understands what it's like

When I get anxious or have low moods I love to hide away, be by myself watch some films, paint some pictures. The last thing on my mind is going out clubbing.

Being at uni there is a huge stigma about not wanting to club and not wanting to binge drink. I get called boring and lame, I have eyes rolled at me constantly because I don't want to do something I do not enjoy.

I guess the purpose of this post is remember not all illness's are visible, if someone doesn't want to go somewhere or do something respect their wishes, understand that we are not all the same people.

Be kind to one another.
