So I got into dungeon meshi and i’ve been telling everyone who I talk to. I love everything about the world, characters, the art, etc.

BUT

People are not kidding when they say that senshi will manifest in your head to tell you to eat better. Like I have a hard time remembering to eat but my brain would be like “you haven’t eaten in some hours, you need a meal” and I would be like you’re very right internal senshi I’m gonna see what I can make. Hey! First of all I do apologize for not getting back in time I've been insanely busy just taking time away from social media, working and just focusing more on myself and spending time with family and friends. Same I hope my Instagram comes back soon I've been fighting for it believe me I have. 😭

College has been great I took this term off tho but I'm back at it in January next year and I'm pretty much almost done upgrading I have about 2 and a half terms left, hoping I can start my computer science in I.T. program in 2026. 😁 excited for it tho.

Hi, I saw your post from May 2023 on the struggles you’d been having with your Knee Hyperextention - please ignore this if you want - I don’t mean to overstep and I really hope by now it’s not having such a prevalent impact on your life, but I am a resource disability advocate in Michigan, it’s what I do everyday! But I’m also a fellow person with chronic pain and if you live in the states you may have free access to a CIL (Center for Independent Living) near you! They all very in what they can provide because of funding, but my CIL is decently underfunded and can still buy braces and A.T. (Assistive technology) for consumers with disabilities as they need them. Specifically because Medicaid can be such an ass about giving people what they need to thrive not just survive. If we can’t buy something for them, then it’s my job to refer them to someone else who could help cover that cost. All that to say, I’m happy to send more resources your way if you ever need them! Just shoot me a message!

This world is lonely and isolating and painful enough with adding disabilities and chronic pain to the mix, I get it and just wanna help in anyway I can. I hope you have a magical, low pain (to no pain at all if possible!) day and I wish you all the best!

Howdy! I'm actually doing pretty good these days! I moved from Arizona to California (talk about a cultural shift!), I also moved in with my partner and we had our 1 year of cohabitating anniversary at the start of the month!

I now understand I have fibromyalgia, which is actually my second auto-immune disorder... yeah... the doctor never mentioned that having 1 increases your chance of getting another T_T

Managing my pain ok, hilariously enough my knee was giving me issues the other day because of the exact same injury you're referencing lol. I wear a brace and I'm starting to work out with my partner so we can get stronger and healthier together.

I think I will harass my doctor about getting a real knee brace though. I just have a compression brace (for workouts and walking about) and a cheap Amazon brace for when it's really bad.

AND HAD LUNCH WITH DAVID TENNANT???? and she just told me so casually because she's interested in the art, not the show? I mean, excuse me? She worked on SHERLOCK???? FOR A WHOLE SEASON?? She worked on Peaky Blinders and Lord of the Rings and Game of Thrones??? And probably other things because she has a shitty memory and according to her everything is a blur?? decidedly unfriendly reminder that fanfiction is written by real people with real feelings for free in their free time. it's a labour of love and something to cherish. if you come across a fic that you don't enjoy, that's totally fine, but it is your due diligence as a fellow fan and decent human being to click away. leaving mean comments, absurd rating systems or harassing writers in their inbox while hiding behind an anonymous icon is not an acceptable manner to behave in any fandom and online space ever. it's disgustingly entitled, wildly disrespectful and only serves to discourage people from sharing their writing in a community that is meant to be fun and supportive. the next time you read something you don't enjoy, stop reading it and move on with your day. read something you like and leave kudos and a nice comment there instead. have some common sense and don't be a fucking asshole. it's not that fucking difficult.
