22. Did you do anything special to celebrate finishing a fic? I post it!! but really no i just love the rush of finishing something and then seeing people react to it over the next couple days :)

23. What’s a story you’d love to write but haven’t even started yet? I think I've mentioned it before but in my head there's a sprawling celebrity au that's been building for like. honestly probably about eight years and there's so much lore to it all but idk if i could ever actually write it bc it's not ever a story, it's a whole little world with my little guys from newsies. if i ever did write something it'd probably be in social media fic format instead of a traditional narrative lol

What is something you recently felt proud of in your writing? doing it at all tbh since I've been working full time it's been harder to motivate myself to keep up with it so just spending a few hours focused on actually writing feels so good when it happens. i also think I've gotten better at efficiency of storytelling, like knowing what small moments serve the story and characters and which are only there because i put them there and didn't take them out

Ralbert bully each other on Instagram so relentlessly that some people think they actually hate each other despite the fact that they write 99% of those comments while draped over each other send tweet

NO CAUSE YOURE 100% RIGHT AND NOW I HAVE TO TALK ABOUT IT

it starts as a joke under one of jack’s posts cause albert does that dudebro thing and comments “damn sexy 🤤” or something cause he thinks he’s funny

and then race comments “fuck outta here 🙄” back

and thus. the war begins

it’s mostly just really fuckin stupid stuff like “nice shirt, moron” under a picture of race literally in albert’s shirt

but then one time it’s them completely sarcastically arguing but without knowing them it just looks Mean

and they’re typing the whole thing out while race is actively sat in albert’s lap n they’re both giggling to themselves at how fuckin funny they are

they literally get distracted by a conversation about the morality of tickling (albert pokes race in the stomach, race is a little bitch about it. we move.) and forget they’re supposed to be fighting in their instagram comments

and then ???? the next day at school ???? someone asks albert about his beef with racetrack higgins ???? like he didn’t literally just make out with him in his truck ???? five minutes ago ????

so obviously. their dramatic asses. pretend to get into a screaming match in the cafeteria at lunch

jack films the whole thing

and then at the end they break and start laughing and everyone’s really confused when they take a bow

they’re more confused when albert literally dips race and kisses him in front of everyone

but hey. that’s going to highschool with these fools

long story short ralbert as a duo is chaotic and stupid but they’re in love so at least they do it together
