#new years intentions

my new year intentions for 2024 are pretty simple, but hopefully I can build on them throughout the year:

spend more time with family

invest more in relationships that are fulfilling and reciprocal and less in relationships that are frustrating and one-sided

save money to put towards financial goals 🤑

cultivate a robust emotional ecosystem and maintain my peace

Sharing my intentions for 2024. The only one I’d change is #2, because I would change “every day” to “more.” I usually try and make my intentions low pressure and attainable! Every day is probably unattainable for me and I don’t need to set myself up for feeling like a failure.

Tip #7: Stay Exclusive

Tap into your IT GIRL energy this upcoming year. Dont let everyone have access to you. This includes your body, ladies! You must protect your energy. So many times we get too comfortable in our preparation season; we start sleeping on the very thing we were designed to become! Don’t let that be your reality this year babe.

Tip #10: Take The Risk.

Bet on yourself! This is a year that you will be happy to do things that scare you! Believe in yourself! This is the year to embrace challenges that intimidate you! View this as a chance for personal growth and development. You will learn that when the year is done, you will appreciate the fact that you have stepped outside your comfort zone and tried; putting you in positions you never thought you'll be in! You miss 100% of of the shots you dont take. 💋
