Just wondering on updates for the Wolfwood plush?

hello! yes, here are some updates ^_^

from my manu, i've confirmed with them the changes to be made and he's coming along! a fully formed mini wolfwood + all the embroidered faces are completed + the changes made on the straps and punisher. in the 2nd image, he has this white film thingy on his face as part of the process, but they said it'll be cleaned up :D that's all i've gotten from them so far!

from my end, i've ordered all the needed materials for shipping/packing + freebies. i'm just waiting for them to arrive :] the ones that did come are the button pin and stickers!!!

i really enjoy the feeling of them and the colors are suuuper vibrant, i'm so happy about it TT i hope you guys will all like it too... please keep looking forward to him and thanks yall for your patience!!! my manu and i are communicating frequently so when i get my next update, i'll be sure to inform it here! 💞

The Gabriel tarot necklace being him with both swords out and, from what I've gathered, the two of swords card means being at a crossroads and having to make difficult decisions or even being at an impasse.

I also want to point out the text on the store page is from the cutscene where the council tore out his light and gave him a difficult choice of either killing the machine or dying. You could also argue this is meant to reference Gabriel's confusion and how difficult it was to finally realize God is not absolute and neither is he and no one is better than the other.

Disclaimer: I have very little experience with tarot readings or meanings and I got most of this from a few Google searches. Sorry if this is inaccurate!!

when you're into the Big Ship™ in a Big Fandom™, you have the luxury of having an OTP - a real One True Pairing, where you can read about just them for ages, and you will never run out of fics, and everything is perfect and beautiful and nothing hurts

but when you go to a smaller fandom, you'd better pray to whatever god you worship that someone else in this room ships the same thing that you do, and that if they do, they're writing more than late-night crackfic, because you're on thin fucking ice!

and how small is your small fandom? is it less than 100 fics? maybe even...less than 20 fics?

welp, then it's time to make peace with that god and either open up a text document or learn how to ship everything, because it's swim or drown babey! and your ship is sinking fast

anyway all of this is to say that after hanging out in small fandoms and shipping less-common pairings for a while, going back into a Big Huge Fandom™ is wild because suddenly it's like...wait, why didn't I ship these people again? I don't remember. why was I only sticking to one ship in this fandom?? boring of me, honestly. these guys should make out.

i know that new rome/san fransico bay has like a demigod safe area where people have houses, and live like normal lives, even up till their old age, but I wish they established some estates like that in ACTUAL rome, like I don't see why not? I know rick only did this because the story has to take place in america, but it would be so cool if some of the roman demigods, lived in actual rome, and went to college there (instead of 'new rome university' it could be old rome university)

I know according to the pjo logic, living in greece/rome or even going there, is extremely dangerous because that's a target for monsters, but it's not as though they are safe elsewhere. especially if they're a big three kid, they'd be tracked no matter what. if new rome had instilled a safety border in america, then why can't they do the same in rome?

all they need to do is worship the roman gods, and ask them to enchant a safety protection charm in a slightly deserted land of rome (which isn't even necessary because mortals can't see demigod stuff unless they have clearsight, this is just for extra safety).

Like there's no way you could tell me that jason if he didn't die wouldn't want to settle down in rome. He was THRILLED when they visited, and he's a roman history freak, he would love it there.

I feel like Daphne rolled to get unlucky trait for the day as it was probably the most unsuccessful leisure day ever 😭 After losing bunch of simoleons at arcade she stumbled upon Shen's current gf and her soon-to-be-ex-bestie Ariel and ultimately broke their early friendship by sharing some unfortunate news with her (the timing couldn't be more wrong as they just got a baby!!! wtf)
