DAY TWENTY: FAVORITE DIET?
I don't really have one. I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and try to keep my protein intake up as much as possible. I stay under 1000 calories for my net caloric intake, which with exercise, generally puts my gross intake at ~1450 calories!

Going to try to reach my goal of 70kg on july first ! I'll update my w3ight + calorie intake here, stats may be updated during the day if they change

Day 1 :
• ate 0kcal, burned ≈650, drank 2.5L water, w3ight before sleep 75.9kg
Day 2 ;
• w3ight waking up 75.7kg, w3ight post workout 76.3kg, w3ight before sleeping 75.1kg, ate 4 eggs and 1 apple (≈383kcals) and burned 853, net -505, drank 1.6L water + 1 cup of tea
Day 3 ;
• w3ight waking up 74.9, w3ight post workout 75.9, ate 2 eggs, w3ight before sleeping 75.2, ate 2 eggs, some lunch and a frozen yogurt (≈848c4ls) burned 1450, net -602, drank 1.1L water + 1 cup of tea + 2 sugar free sodas
Day 4 ;
• w3ight waking up 74.6 w3ight post workout 74.4, w3ight before sleeping 74.6, ate 2 eggs (≈156kc4l) drank 0.9L lemonade (234kc4l) got one diet coke, burned 1399, net -1009
Day 5 ;

Ok this time I really am back. I’ve gained so much weight over the last few months and I’m so sick of it. I’m currently at almost 125 kg and honestly I am devastated.
So here’s the plan. I’m going to try for 1450 net calories this week just to ease myself back into restricting and then decrease by 50 calories a week till I’m at 1000 cal. Once I’m there I’ll start fasting a day or two a week. I have to loose this weight. My first goal is to get back down to 110 kg as quickly as I can

this time i'm really focusing on whole foods, lots of colors, and macronutrients - i can reach my goals and still be fueled for all of the movement in my daily life!
breakfast:

spinach salad with quinoa, tofu, black beans, roasted red pepper, corn, cucumber, shredded carrot, guac, balsamic vinaigrette (550)

and THAT is why it’s important i look at calories right now. because this was my constant this semester, and its why i don’t feel good physically or mentally going to bed right now. looking forward to a more conscious tomorrow. i do not berate myself, but i can recognize that specific choices (like the granola) could have not been made and I could be sitting on 1500 for today. glad it is gone - i recognize that i have the self control when i am not dangling it in front of myself. tomorrow will be easier.
