Meanwhile (some or most) Eurovision fans: 🤬🤬🤬
Meanwhile Nemo and Baby Lasagna: 🫂🤗🤝🏻
Look at the photo below, see.... Baby Lasagna becomes a class act by hugging Nemo - as a sign of congratulating the winner.
THIS IS WHAT EUROVISION SHOULD BE!

i know i might be outing myself as a bad person to some people on here. but let me tell you that the amount of trans joy I feel watching Nemo win the ESC this year. I have never before in my life as an out non-binary person felt proud of my identity. The amount of shame I feel on a daily basis, the amount I have to correct people on my pronouns, the numher of times I just let people refer to me incorrectly because its so much energy to correct them... and Nemo's performance tonight made me feel proud of who I am for the first time in my life. I have been to pride parades. I have walked with my flag. I have come out to the vast majority of people in my life. And only today did I really experience trans joy.
anyway, fuck the IDF, fuck the EBU, fuck the tories, fuck anyone who tries to take tour basic rights away from you for whatever reason. trans people have always existed and free palestine.

Thoughts on eurovision, since I had to sit through it with my family:
Absolutely disgusted by the amount of votes I*rael got. Absolutely vile. Over 300? Are you kidding me? Even if they weren't committing mass genocide it was such a basic boring song. The zionists really pulling out all the stops for that sweet, sweet propaganda. Thank the stars they didn't win.
Still absolutely furious at what happened to Joost. Even if he was the most vile human being it shows the double standards within eurovision, kicking the entire country for one act but keeping Israel who, again, are committing a genocide as we speak. "United by Music" my ass.
Despite all that, I'm still so proud of Nemo. Its really refreshing to see a young queer artist get represented like that, and they absolutely deserved it, as well as their speech when they got the trophy absolutely giving a little nod to Palestine. They were my number 1 choice and I would've voted for them if I wasn't trying to boycott. I really hope they have a promising career ahead of them, and it was also lovely to see the support they got from Bambie, and just generally how many queer artists were at eurovision this year, shame it was ruined by I*rael and the ebu

"I broke the code and I broke the trophy, maybe the trophy can be fixed - maybe Eurovision needs a little bit of fixing now and then too."
