One such fresh and flaky dosa recipe is Onion Rava Dosa or Semolina Dosa which is known for its thin and permeable surface.
In any case, I was repeatedly getting a lot of inquiries regarding freshness and how to achieve it in non stick pan. In my previous post I used my cast iron pan which was the necessary justification for a fresh dosa. In this post I have shown a similar recipe with non stick and got fresh and crispy semolina dosa. Dosa has to be cooked on low flame. additionally, i have added 1 tbsp of hard curd which helps the dosa to get a great refreshing variety. Also, despite the fact that this Rava Dosa Recipe is promoted as temporary, letting the dosa mixture rest for about 20 minutes gives the best results for fresh onion rava dosa.
Furthermore, I might like to add some additional tips and ideas to make amazing Fresh Moment Rava Dosa. Now add some more water to it and prepare the batter by looking at the consistency. 7. Now keep the batter aside for at least 20-25 minutes. 8. After this stir the batter again. Now your batter is ready for dosa. 9. Now we have to take the dosa griddle and heat the griddle. 10. Now the flame has to be medium and while stirring the batter, spread it evenly on the pan. 13. The holes in the dosa have to be left as they are, don't fill them, otherwise the shape of the dosa will look bad. 14. Now cook on medium flame till it becomes crisp and golden. 15. Now your dosa is ready. Now with the help of a spatula, the dosa has to be removed from the griddle and folded. 16. Now this is your instant Rava Dosa recipe is ready.
