Meet Theo and Reggie! <3

We adopted these cutie pies (brothers) in June of last year when they were just about 3 months old from a rescue in NJ. We had been looking for awhile to adopt a pair of floofy kitties when we finally found our little ones! Theo is a rambunctious black (black smoke, maybe?) cat with a long furry bib and light undercoat and Reggie is super furry silver boy who loves stretching his legs out like superman! We think Theo could be part Maine Coon or Norwegian Forest cat and Reggie seems to have some Nebelung or Russian Blue vibes. One thing we know for certain is their mom is a medium haired Tortie.

I love these two so much 🥹

Smudgie’s fur is growing back nicely! I’m trying to brush it regularly as it grows so it doesn’t get too badly matted because of the double-coat thing.

he’s still wobbly, but overall is doing so much better than expected (we expected to lose him, so that was a very low bar!)

The ramp is absolutely a huge help. He still struggles to get down it, but at least he doesn’t fall from it like when he tries to get directly from couch to floor.
