Nope, Uzi never experienced something like this as a kid. It's why she's so concerned for her daughter. Cyn won't tell her anything about her early life either, if she even listens to a word Uzi says at all, so no clues there.

Oooh at the end of S5E17 where House asks Wilson if it bothers him that they don’t have a social contract and Wilson says no, basically explaining that he can unmask with House and be himself instead of an anxious mess who is constantly trying to read a situation or overthinking about what’s the appropriate answer for a given situation, is SO relatable.
