Hey anon! I had to consult a friend of mine @maireyart who does speak Japanese, and as it turns out, "obitover" IS possible in Japanese, isn't it great? 😁

Japanese has a lot of English loan words, including the word “over” (oobaa) which has the same meaning in expressions like ゲームオーバー (英: game over) etc. So in the Japanese version of this comic the pun could be:

Which is オビト + オーバー (obito + oobaa)

Obito’s name is a fav pun base in both English and Japanese fandoms 😎😋 Also, Naruto characters live in an original fictional world that is indeed heavily influenced by the Japanese folklore and culture; however, it is not real Japan. So we can fantasize and headcanon anything we want. Let's just be open-minded and supportive of each other's creative flow :3

Today, something wild and unexpected unfolded, and I can't help but share it! Growing up, I have been inundated with words that cut deep: "You look unpleasant to be around." "You seem super scary; if I didn’t know you from school, I would never approach you." “You have a lovely personality, but when you walk by, you look like you’re ready to attack—could you smile?” It’s as if the world has constantly painted me with the brush of an intimidating image, completely at odds with who I truly am.

I recognize that my appearance might give off a certain vibe, yet it baffles me! When I see someone who might seem unapproachable, I often think it’s simply a choice of aesthetic—like goths, rockers, or punks who wear their fierceness proudly. But me? I’m just a girl in the simplest of outfits: a plain T-shirt and jeans. I don't believe I have a frightening visage; in fact, I perceive my face as quite pleasant. Yet, I’ve been labeled with the dreaded "resting bitch face." This misunderstanding makes forging friendships a steep uphill battle.

So here I was, just trying to navigate the mundane task of grocery shopping, but fate had other plans. For nearly an hour, I felt the unsettling presence of some random guy following me, and it was so perplexing! I sensed that he was going to linger since, honestly, I take my sweet time shopping.

As time dragged on, a thought crossed my mind—maybe he just has a preference for big girls, considering their rarity in my small town. But every time I mustered the courage to approach him, he would abruptly retreat. Frustration bubbled inside me until I exploded, shouting at the top of my lungs, “Are you a chubby chaser, bitch boy?” My words echoed through the aisles, drawing the startled gazes of everyone at the checkouts.

To my astonishment, he bolted from the store like he’d seen a ghost. Maybe that moment encapsulates why my circle remains so small—why relationships seem just out of reach. I just wanted to share this wild experience from my day with you, Ozz!

In my second year of high school, I ended up sitting next to a transfer student out of sheer coincidence. She was a bigger girl, knew how to box, smoked like a chimney and had a terrible temper; most of my classmates were afraid to approach her. I was the shy, studious class president.

One day - she later told me the silence had become unbearably awkward - she asked me if I liked Naruto. That was it. From that moment we’ve been best friends. Went on multiple trips together, hung out every weekend, moved in together for the first year of college. We went our separate ways since, but every time we meet it’s like we just left off the day before.

I'm sure one day that special someone (whether romantic or platonic) will just show up out of nowhere, under the most ridiculous, coincidental circumstances. Think of yourself as a mysterious, difficult to unlock game character. Is it because you're unpleasant? Nah, it just means that only the special few can achieve that kind of prize. 😎

Ooooo boy I hope you’re ready for a whole ass essay 😎😎😎

Shonen as a genre has changed over time as any art form does, but it is still mired in tropes that can be traced back to the classics. The shonen genre is thus named bc its target demographic is boys to young men, for our discussion we’ll say teenage boys. While it obviously has big appeal for other demographics, it is mainly designed to both appeal AND communicate life lessons to that crowd of impressionable kids.

Because of this dual function you get this really odd genre full of super powerful special boys who love their friends but have no qualms about slaughtering their enemies. They typically espouse lessons about the merits of hard work, sticking to your beliefs ((so long as your beliefs are beneficial to society at large)), of goodness and friendship triumphing over evil. Look no further than DBZ and Naruto which can broadly be divided into Battle Arcs and Training Arcs, upping the ante for our special boy main protagonists until we literally have them fighting gods as the logical extreme of continuous escalation.

The Standard™ Shonen formula has a boy main protagonist who’s got some sort of motivation that is so ideologically pure that he’s basically impossible to defeat. Goku loves to fight, Naruto wants to be hokage, Tanjiro wants to cure his sister and slayer all the demons, etc. He forms/joins a band of merry outcasts with their own tragic backstories and sets out to defeat whatever villain appears for that arc. If they win, arc is over move onto training arc, if they lose, they train, fight and win, then train some more. The fun of the genre comes from the colorful side characters, and the little twists that come with each battle system, which brings us to Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure.

At the time JJBA was being published, the big influence on manga was big beefy male led 80s action movies and Fist of the North Star, a manga about a beefy martial artist named Kenshiro going around beating baddies in a post apocalyptic world. Battle systems in Shonen were usually incredibly soft, most tied to physical combat enhanced by some poorly defined life force energy that could be called upon to even out fights and give big climactic finishes, like Ki from dragon ball and their iconic kamehamehas. Even JJBA starts off this way, with our beefy boys learning Hamon/Ripple and duking it out with vampires, til my man Hirohiko Araki was like “mmmm this is kind of limiting. Time to Change Everything~” and he came up with the concept of Stands, incredibly limited psychic/magic abilities that manifest as furries or sexy robots or a Lego version of the White House (?). You can see this idea really grow and expand within the part it’s introduced, going from “fire furry” and “robot knight with sword” to “guy whose stand turns into a ball that immediately erases anything it runs into but he can’t really see what he’s attacking since he has to be inside his stand in order for it to work also his name is Vanilla Ice and he’s a vampire in a thong.”

You can FEEL the impact this had even to this day. Stands became Jutsus in Naruto, quirks in MHA, Nen in HxH, Cursed Techniques in JJK. And part of what made it fun was that it added strategy to the mix! Str8 physical fights are hard to strategize bc it’s basically just a numbers game, right? Like bc his power level is over 9000, it’s going to be a tough time until some plot contrivance and/or training occurs to drive *my* power level over 9000. But now there is an additional layer of *how* these powers interact.

My ability is to blow bubbles and his ability is to turn a single person who comes into contact with bodily fluids into a mindless zombie? Create bubble shields so they can’t splash blood on you. My ability is to fold anything into origami and if you touch the origami you begin to see one object as something else and his ability is an automatic tracking stand that hunts me down by creating face shredding tornados when I breathe? Make a city bus look like my dad ((part 8 is fucking nuts)).

As you can tell, JJBA really burst open the dam on creativity, but as per the examples I’ve given they can often feel very… silly and contrived. The Serious Anime Fan™ will complain and say those fights are full of asspulls, which they are, but that’s very much part of the fun of the series. BUT because diversity is the spice of life, you also get artists who are less interested in adhering to the Rule of Cool and more interested in making things explicitly “logical” which is how we get Hunter x Hunter.

While JJBA dabbles in using stands for characterization, HxH goes HARD into it. Nen abilities are ((usually)) manifestation of their user’s idea of power, creating a direct link between who that person is and what they can do as a result. This is balanced by people having innate Nen types which means the kinds of abilities they can use are limited, though there are rules restrictions and exceptions to this as well. We know all of this bc mangaka Togashi literally gives a college level lecture on Nen in the story, describing how it manifests, how it works, what it can and can’t do, and how individual rules can supersede the basic set of rules and the rules for doing that. I call this style Erudite Shonen, bc bitches be TALKING. In erudite Shonen, powers usually fall on the complex side, even Bungee Gum, which has the properties of both rubber and gum, can be used in insane ways like ricocheting bullets, gluing minors together, and/or cheesing a game of dodgeball and it’s all both shown AND told.

Now where does JJK fall into all this? Listifying the common Shonen tropes we have A Special Boy main protagonist with a pure motive, a crew, goodness triumphing over evil, prioritizing bonds and community over selfish gain, and the winning power of hard work.

Early JJK fits the mold pretty well. Yuji Itadori starts off the series special, with superhuman fitness before he ingests sukuna’s finger at which point he becomes a Naruto analog, where he is strong because he has a powerful spirit trapped inside him. He has the rather off kilter but still acceptable goal of “dying a proper death”. His squad of mentor Gojo, Fushiguro, and Kugisaki is established by episode 3. The villains are cursed spirits who want to eradicate humanity, the good guys are the jujutsu sorcerers who say “no u” to that. Yuji wants to gain power to protect others instead of just becoming powerful himself. And there’s a training arc! Sure, it happens after Yuji gets his heart ripped out, but he’s not even dead that long. Even the powers in early JJK present themselves as pretty simple, Fushiguro does shadow summoning, Kugisaki does hammer and nail resonance, panda, Inumaki does cursed speech.

It wears its darkness on its sleeve however, presenting Junpei as a potential future team member only to shockingly kill him. The whole star plasma vessel incident casts an unflattering light on Jujutsu society. But none of that COMPARES to the shitshow that happens in Shibuya, where JJK finally shows its real hand.

Over the course of the Shibuya arc, we watch our protagonist mount an offense against the villains that have been building themselves up over the course of the show, sacrificing so so much just to ultimately… lose. The Shibuya arc subverts not just idiosyncratic plot beats but story telling traditions as well. “The strongest” loses, multiple fan favorite characters are either taken out of commission or outright killed, the story progression slams the fast forward button as Yuji goes from having ingested 4 out of 20 fingers to 15/20 resulting in mass civilian casualties because his version of the 9 tailed fox is an actual monster, and ((meta-narratively)) worst of all, Yuji doesn’t even get to defeat his arch-rival, Mahito. Instead Mahito is unceremoniously absorbed by other big bad Geto/Kenjaku. It’s supremely unsatisfying and the weight of the tragedy is so immense you wonder how our heroes are gonna come back from this.

And thus begins the “deconstruction” phase of JJK. Cuz they just… don’t. As dark as Shibuya got, a standard Shonen would then go on to give the heroes a big fat W, some sort of come back after all that. But not JJK! Bc JJK is subversive 😏 this means the fact that the story is super unsatisfying is like, the point mannnn. This isn’t the worst thing that can happen. Chainsawman is also a story of major L’s and minor W’s and it’s my #1 favorite modern manga series. The difference is in intent, however. Chainsawman works as well as it does bc at its core, it loves Denji. He REALLY goes through the ringer, but it’s all in service of understanding what life is like for someone trapped on the hedonic treadmill and how one can ((attempt anyways)) to break out of it.

And then there’s JJK. It truly feels like the manga is designed to tear Yuji’s self sacrificial mindset to shreds for the sake of making him suffer and for the reader to feel bad for ever feeling like good has to triumph over evil. The real problem is, it feels as if the series is bending over backwards to make this shit happen.

Part of the change over is what was a previously simple-ish battle system goes full Erudite Shonen. There were hints that cursed energy could get more complicated, what with domain completion competition and guaranteed hits and simple domains and that one guys FPS ability I can’t explain. But we go FULL HxH level afterwards. All of a sudden oxygen delivery to the brain becomes important to cursed technique, there’s domain range and boundary fidelity and incomplete domain properties, disruption of somatic components becomes a factor, and… it honestly feels like utter nonsense at times.

Complexity isn’t bad, like I mentioned I LOVE HxH and could probably explain the chrollo-hisoka fight if you gave me a few hours to study, but I could not tell you all the new rules for cursed energy that seem just kind of invented on the spot in random chapters during this back half of JJK. Bc they involve concepts never really mentioned before, it feels like an asspull, like this was something made up to force the situation at hand. Thing is, more of those situations only benefit the villains. You get shit like a character winning a battle at the end of one chapter and then starting the next one to find they were killed off screen moments later, actually. It’s just like yeah it’s subversive, but the reason stories aren’t told like this is bc this shit sucks lmao. I think out of all the plans the heroes make like only a handful of them are actually successful, and even then they get so unwound by the next step in the plan that they may as well have not happened. It doesn’t help that the abilities are so complicated now you’ll get a chapter dedicated to explaining what one guy can do just to have him wiped off the face of the earth the next one.

So the crew is gone, our special boy is actually the most disempowered guy ever except for the fact that he can’t be killed for some reason, the good guys are NOT doing a great job standing up to evil since like 86% of their plans fail or have bad results, a gag character wins one of the most important fights in the story and it’s unironically the best thing JJK has done in a while, and it’s all just a very confusing slog to read. This is the danger of writing subversion for the sake of subversion with intent for contempt, kids 😮‍💨

Granted we aren’t at the end of the story yet so maybe I’ll be wrong and there’ll be like a reset button that fixes everything (( which would also suck )), but yeah. JJK wants what HxH did in the chimera ant arc but forgot that that story was possible bc it was fundamentally about humanity and love, not just the parts about how people suck and goodness can fail.

He's pretty good at hiding it. He doesn't need to share his emotions with the world. It's none of their business. He's used to it being just him, so he knows how to handle himself.

When he gets you alone though, he wants to talk it out—and he's not above raising his voice when things get heated in arguments.

He always apologizes if he goes too far though. Not always immediately, sometimes it takes a few days, but he knows his faults and when to have some grace.

On very rare occasions, if he's truly furious, he might throw something, break something, and/or storm out without telling you where he's going or for how long.

He would never a raise his hand to you, but he might pin you between him and a hard surface.

Naruto

There's a learning curve for Naruto—as there seems to be with many things. You're his first... Everything. (Except kiss lmao) But especially his first real relationship. He had good enough role models growing up, for the most part, but without parents his knowledge of how couples fight is... Minimal.

Initially, he takes every little argument personally. He feels guilty. Blames himself. But as he grows within the relationship, he can certainly bite back.

He talks with his hands, more than ever, when he's pissed off and exasperated. He would occasionally truly yell, but he's more likely to bottle it up and go train about it.

Before he learns to manage his emotions with you, a horrible fight might lead to the kyuubi getting a foothold in his mind, one—or even two—tails releasing. This is the only time he's ever hit you, and the reason he's put so much work into better controlling his feelings.

Itachi

He's a good person at heart, and when things are good, they're great. But his emotions make him reckless and possessive.

If it's a fight stemming from jealousy, he has no problem grabbing you by the wrist roughly. Enough to bruise.

He doesn't yell. He's always eerily calm, but his words become more hurtful and venomous. He always knows exactly what to say to hurt you if he feels he needs to. He's too stubborn to apologize in the aftermath, but he'll show his apology through sweet actions.

He'd never truly hit you... Unless you cheated on him or hurt his family in some way. If things escalated that far though, he would also end the relationship.

I guess I'm not sure what "fandom words" are. But you know what I don't like? Posts tagged "anti-sakura"  or like anti a certain character. Usually a character who's pretty innocuous. I know as soon as I start reading a post like this. Most of the time I stop and scroll down- there's the tag. I just find it really unnecessary and kind of funny in a stupid way to write a whole post about a character that you supposedly hate when you could just. ignore them? It isn't even in the spirit of media criticism or character analysis, because there are never any references to how the character could be rewritten, or things that almost came to fruition but didn't, or any single detail that OP didn't find abhorrent. Just a really annoying stupid read to me. This of course doesn't apply to characters who have something glaringly awful and triggering about them like jiraiya the pr/dator. I see anti-sakura the most, and it's usually just someone telling on themself about how much they hate women lol

I loved getting rare pair requests when I had my requests open because it's like, "Oh, I never even thought of that pairing. That's great", and you could tell by reading the request that some of the lovely Anons were starving for stories of their favourite ships! So yeah, all rare pairs!

A few ships (some rare, some not!) that I would adore to write for in the future that immediately come to mind are [Neji x Naruto], [Neji x Lee], [Shikamaru x Temari], [Sai x Ino], [Gaara x Fū], [Ino x Sakura], [Minato x Kushina], more deffo [Shikamaru x Hinata].

I would also love to do more [Kakashi x Gai]. I have written them as a side ship in a few of my stories, but I would love to write more of them as the main ship. Also, more gen stories. Just friends hanging out, causing mayhem 😁

okay it's way too late to continue working on chapter 6 of FQTP and I can't really pull an all-nighter cuz I got medical check-up in the morning for my unexpected job (my ao3 writer notes are gonna be fucking insane), so i'm gonna be rambling about the random stuff that i've been doing today

i finally started doing the natlan archon quest and GOD THE PRIMAL FEAR THAT I FELT IN MY SOUL when Ajaw spoke for the first time

for context i play genshin with japanese voiceover and with the new region we got a number of new characters (welcome to gacha world) and two of them are Kinich and Ajaw who are always attached at the hip but also argue a lot. and whoever is responsible for casting decisions in the japanese department really loves doing silly funny little things, thus Kinich is voiced by Sugiyama Noriaki, while Ajaw is voiced by Takeuchi Junko.

Yes, we've got Sasunaru in Genshin Impact.

This is not even the funniest thing that japanese dub did here. Half of major characters in Fontaine arc were literally voiced by people from the Attack on Titan's cast. Ono Daisuke (and his most famous role is arguably Jotaro from JJBA) voices Wriothesley there. Only in japanese dub Wrio does the "ora-ora" thing. It's insane and surreal and I love every second of it.

anyway, back to the original point, Ajaw appears and he sounds excatly like Naruto. my soul started to leave me when i was confronted with the idea that Kinich is seconds away and can sound just like Sasuke. thank god Sugiyama did the less bitchy and more calm pitch, otherwise i would have been bouncing off the walls screeching like a vulture.

also there was an absolutely hilarious explanation on what a piligrimage in natlan is. close enough, welcome back chunin exam.

but also it's so funny how the devil family tree is getting to the point where we really should be doing the infographics like JoJo fandom has. for now we certainly know about the Horse(wo)men of Apocalypse aka Conquest (Makima then Nayuya then ehhhh good luck Denji), Famine (Kiga), Death and War (Yoru) and War's got babies in Gun and Tank devils. hopefully in a few years the entire plot devolves into a gigantic family drama i will die from crying of laughter.

(also fuji is so fucking real for making the four of the most powerful devils to be all women. my man.)

but the implications of this chapter are fucking insane, cause are Gun and Tank the only Yoru's kids? Did the Weapon Hybrids use to be her children? Is it possible for Chainsaw devil to be born of her as well? Nuclear Weapons devil is supposed to be inside Pochita and Yoru refers to them as her comrades??? Anway holy shit just what a chapter.

i am also so insanely hyped for Death Devil, because she is bound to be absolutely fucking insane, like horror beyond human comprehension. also i feel like she has to not only be one of the Horse(wo)men, but a Primal Fear as well like Darkness and Aging (I believe that's what the most recent one was supposed to be)? the entire devil classification system is so confusing lmao

1. Gush about your f/o's sense of style/fashion!

OOOOOO it's so beautiful... I know we only saw Sephiroth in his SOLDIER/battle uniform for the entire game, but I personally like to think that he's into dark academia style/elegant/clothing with dark colors and that look plain. He's a simple man. I don't see him as a fan of bright colours, tbh, and Tsizilia HATES colours. So, good thing is, their house is black or grey themed. Tsizilias wardrobe has black and white things, while Sephiroths has a bit more colour to it.

They both like to dress for the occasions, even as simple as going outside for something. Never leaving the house without the style mhm😎

Sephiroth likes to wear plain sweaters and sweatpants, or t-shirts and pants when it's hot. He's a fan of knitted sweaters a lot. As for when going out, he'll choose coats, usually black or dark beige, simple button up white shirts, or again, sweaters, jeans/leather pants and boots. He even adds a scarf sometimes, not because he's cold, but just because he wants to look fabulous. When it's hot, shirts are unbuttoned, and the sleeves are pulled up. Sephiroth also likes do add sunglasses (Tsizilia chose them for him because she wears hers 24/7, she knows what she's doing alr)

For the special occasions, suits with a special silver lining, black cravat with a pin decoration, maybe even gloves... JSHDLUSGDIUSGIUGFYSD~

Just as I said, simple and practical, yet elegant man.

(Bonus: Sephiroth doesn't weak any pyjamas in bed. When it's winter time, he sleeps in boxers, and when it's summer, he sleeps naked. [IDFC HE SEEMS LIKE THE TYPE IF YOU THINK THAT'S NASTY I DON'T GIVE TWO SHITS- FIGHT ME-])

THAT MAN HAS THE HOTTEST VOICE I HAVE EVER HEARD. BOTH JAPANESE AND ENGLISH.

Sephiroths japanese lines are voiced by my FAVORITE voice actor, who also voices Minato from Naruto and Ubuyashiki Kagaya from Demon Slayer! That man REALLY knows the way to act with that calm voice of his... It gives me so much comfort and warmth...

The japanese one does sound a little more 'menacing' compared to english, but both of them are soft as COTTON CANDY... So sultry, and velvetty, dripping slowly like sticky, hot honey~ Sephiroth literally PURRS when he talks. His voice is literally hypnotizing to listen to, like of a siren. I would be EASILY swayed if he was to try and talk me in to his will. It's a real voice of a manipulator. And I fucking LOVE it.

The way it never raises, that guy NEVER yells. EVER. He's as calm as the sea at night. Sephiroth is the most suave of the suave-st ever. Even when he's angry, he's CALMLY angry. And it's even more unsettling than the yelling, in my opinion. You don't know what to expect.

Oh, and when he whispers lowly into Clouds ear every time he decides to mess with him, LORD... I BECOME SO JEALOUS- LIKE I WANT SEPHIROTH TO TEASE ME, PLEASE- TELL ME I'VE BEEN A BARD GIRL, OR A GOOD ONE, ANYTHING--

I can only imagine the way he says stuff when we- when whne um uhm whnw- make out or something-🥴

MY FAVORITE THING ABOUT ALL OF IT? His possessiveness. That man is the most pssessive man I have ever seen. Like it's borderline crazy, almost close to yandere-ish. First, and primary one: Acts of service

Sephiroth is the embodiment of 'Actions speak louder than words'. That is his primary love language, when he first even started dating Tsizilia (me).

As I said once before, Sephiroth is definitely touch starved, but greatly touch repulsed at first. He only ever experienced a forceful touch, touches he had to endure when countless of scinetists exprimented on him, treated him, monitored him. They were always rough, without emotions, treating him like an object, another obstacle, a lab rat, and not a human being. So, being afraid of a loving touch is a 'normal' reaction. He's afraid he might be used again, and he wants to avoid it at all costs. But Sephiroth doesn't realise it won't hurt him, that he is loved, and that that touch isn't fake, it is indeed quite real, and full of love and care for him.

So, he shows it through small acts like, preparing food, helping in the house, remembering something Tsizilia mentioned, doing the chores, bying her gifts, and always being there to listen to her, to help her, to enjoy time with her. He's willing to literally sacrifice himself in an instant if she asks. Anything for her. Because Tsizilia has ALWAYS been by his side, and now he wants to return the favor.

Physical Touch

After experiencing a loving, harmless touch for the first time by Tsizilia, and out of the constant fear of ending alone again, of being left on his own, of being pushed away like always before, he holds close like his life depends on it.

Sephiroth becomes hungry for touch: possessive, greedy, like a dragon to its treasure. And Tsizilia understands that, hell, she even loves it herself (Similar shit happened to her, she's a chaser, a people pleaser, and she always thought her touch meant nothing to anyone ever every time she showed affection, because her heart, when she was young, was sensitive and very loving, but due to life treating her that way, she closed off.) In the beginning of the relationship, Tsizilia was always initiating contact, but seeing him reject it every time, she got scared, and eventually gave up... Until Sephiroth reprocicated for the first time. (AND THERE WERE TEARS LET ME TELL YA-)

Sephiroths touch is firm, but gentle. Even though Tsizilia keeps telling him she isn't made of glass, Sephiroth insists he handles her with care, like she was made of porcelain. But the firm grip she has on her is always there, indicating she AIN'T GOING ANYWHERE, even in sleep- and the fact that it's constant, almost becoming clingy... (HELL YEAH YOU GET ME BABE IM HELLA CLINGY TOO) Sephiroth uses any given moment he has to hold her close. To feel her. To keep reminding himself that this isn't a dream, that it's real. Reading a book? Cooking? Sleeping? Watching TV? Even showering together? That man is acting like a sloth.

But the situation slightly changes when in public. Sephiroth isn't a fan of PDA at all (dw me too), but at least hand holding is a must, or an arm over her shoulders. He STILL wants to make sure Tsizilia is close. Rarely, she kissesher cheek, knuckles, forehead, temple, and hug her. But the definite rarest is direct kisses. He initiates it only when he's like DESPARATE. But, sneaky glances, secret touches under the table on hand brushing? YES. YOU BET YOUR FUCKING ASS ON IT, YES.

There's also gift giving!

No, but really. Sephiroth is VERY perceptive as a person, and I just KNOW he'll look out and pinpoint on every longing look Tsizilia directs at a jewelry piece she sees on TV, or a game she wants to buy and play, or when some of her favorite bathing salt runs out, or a flower she saw on the way home. Oh, you BET he saw/heard her. And next time you know, he's bringing a big ass boquett of her favorite flowers, the jewelry lying on the table, or a video game bought and installed on her laptop, you NAME it.

AND- AND THE MAN HAS AUDACITY TO ACT DENSE- like what are you talking about, I didn't hear anything, I just thought of you and brought it... SHUT THE FUCK UP AND KISS ME RIGHT ABOUT NOW—

Every once and then, he will even buy something he thinks will fit her pefectly, like a dress, accessory, or a piece of... l1nger1e hehe~😏 That man NEVER fails. He knows what's he doing, alright. So.... I’m back. 😎 Well, this (mika080) blog is. I want to return to being a ‘posts and reblogs GaaSaku content’ blog. As for gaasaku-fanfests... that depends. More on that in a minute.

FIRST THINGS FIRST:

As far as mika080 is concerned, it’ll be business as usual very soon. I am aware of how much content on tumblr I’ve missed. 🙁 This blog is supposed to be a ‘reblogs everything GaaSaku even if I have to post links to other sites’ blog, so to catch up, I’m going to do a queue of posts to reblog, etc. to get them done over the coming week. Or 2 - I have no idea how long it will take.

When it comes down to it, I don’t really want to let this blog go...

SECONDLY:

I am not sure what this means for gaasaku-fanfests, though. I’ve been doing my research and looking around the Naruto fandoms, and it looks (to me, imo) like there’s been a downward spiral in a number of shipping and non-shipping events - mods disappearing, participants not participating. I could be wrong. There are still many out there. But compared to how it was before my siesta, it just seems less.

So I’ve decided I’ll leave it up to you guys to decide if I’m going to try to breathe life back into gaasaku-fanfests this year. If enough people want it to go ahead it will likely take place anywhere from May to December. A lot of time, but everything is still a bit hazy in my head.🙂
