Sorry if this is a triggering topic but I was always uncomfortable with my body but rottmnt the show made me feel a lot better about it cause the ourtles always seemed so comfortable in their skin and your art is just speeding up the healing process

Okay, my time has come.

I've run through the list of North American turtle species and I think the Bog Turtle is the closest match. They have this single orange blob mark where Leo would have his red one.

Fun fact: the Bog Turtle is the state reptile of New Jersey lmao

And there's the Spotted Turtle. I've seen some people suggesting that too. Their patterns look a lot like Box Turtles', specially Ornate Box Turtles' (Mikey's species), and people have also been saying that her design looks like Mikey's sooo...

If she turns out to be a Spotted Turtle, I'll excuse her big glossy lips and eyelashes.

I know the boys are all turtle species native to the USA, and not land turtles either, but also if anyone here is Brazillian and wants to go wild with headcanons, she could be a jabuti :]

My first gif set of Hiroyuki Sanada as Momochi Takamaru in Shogun’s Ninja (1980). When this movie was shot he was 19 and it shows in his acting, but his martial skills were already amazing (his 'leg game' too, but I digress here 🤣). Nice 'wink' in the 4th gif too 😉

The movie is pure action and all stunts are well executed too, but if you don’t like action or ninja/samurai movies there's not much else in it, the plot is basically an excuse to show the rest.

P.S. bonus points to the costume department staff who decided that Hiroyuki Sanada had to be half naked for 80% of the movie 🤣🤣
