I spent a lot of time playing Mario Party 3 growing up, it's probably the game I've spent the most time on ever. But Kingdom Hearts 2 and Super Paper Mario were probably the most emotion inducing ones I've ever played.

Super Paper Mario will forever be my favorite Mario game due to it's heart hitting story. And Kingdom Hearts 2 is responsible for my gay awakening. Roxas was for sure my first boy crush at the age of like 13 or so. So yeah, I will forever love those three games with all of my heart.

Paper Mario The Thousand Year Door was one of the first games I played as a kid that challenged me. I didn't understand the turn based battle system at the time so I found it unfair, but now, I have it down and am way better at the game then I was then, still left a hell of a mark on me when I beat it as a kid, it honestly made me cry when I did because I loved the story and I felt accomplished! I beat it in front of my dad and the oldest of my little sisters.

And then Super Mario World I remember watching my dad and uncle play a lot together, and eventually I started playing it learning all the tricks they pulled off and stuff which at the time seemed really hard, but now I find out that they're nothing compared to what speed runners do.

Am I two days late to the party? Maybe (sorry about that 😅)

It's been 10 years since FNAF first released and I can't begin to describe how it's impacted me! I was a freshman, having just recently moved to a new town, when it first came out, and it was such a comfort as I navigated my teenhood. It introduced me to fandom spaces where I've built long-lasting online friendships, and I've even developed my art style through drawing the characters (though it may have been a bit questionable when I first started 😅)

I've had phases come and go, but this franchise has been the one that I always come back to (I couldn't resist 😈), even into adulthood. Though I'm not as active in the fandom as I once was, I still love watching gameplay of the latest installments, and the countless theory videos that followed (watching people lose their minds over the lore is my guilty pleasure 🤣)

Here's to ten more years, FNAF! 🐻🍕🧁
