has he been doing anything else in his life besides looking for sora?

will riku need to have some sort of revelation in the future about his own importance and self-worth separate from sora, in a similiar vein to pearl from su?

thinking of the campaign in terms of storytelling really re-contextualizes it for me. ​they are nothing more than characters made up for a fairytale. they are trapped by the narrative. they are trapped by their stories. the story has to end but it can’t it won’t it’s the never after

yes i’m a solavellan through and through but i’m also absolutely obsessed with the solas/rook dynamic in a worst ending/everyone dies scenario actually.

interesting that his best case scenario (in the case of a romanced inquisitor) involves walking off into the fade prison with lavellan, and the worst case scenario involves both him and rook being violently pulled into the fade prison together. idk what it means but it’s soo interesting. to me

Sighs. Ever since I got done reading The Ballad of Never After 3 days ago, I’m left stuck waiting for A Curse For True Love (US paperback) to be released next year April. 😪 While I’m still drenched in my sadness after TBONA, I can’t seem to move on and read a different book. I looked into what Caraval is about and honestly, I don’t think I’ll be interested. With OUABH, I read the synopsis and I INSTANTLY knew I was gonna love it right away. I didn’t need to read any reviews because I had a good feeling about it. However with Caraval, I don’t feel the same pull like I did with OUABH—although I do want to read some more magic fairytale books since I’m still not over the ending of TBONA. I don’t think I’ll be interested in the couples or the storyline of Caraval. I feel like the only reason I want to read Caraval is JUST because I want to know more about Jacks’s backstory + personality pre-OUABH, and I also want know more about the 16 Fates from the Decks of Destiny because I find them to be VERY interesting when I was reading OUABH. They honestly should’ve made an oracle deck by now. 👀👀 Anyway, let me know your thoughts + votes! ���️
