A/N: This felt like a real breakup tbh. I had a concept in mind and I was really in the feels for this...I always am. It's Lee Sangyeon, since when was I normal about him? Then one day I got caught in the rain, on my way home after doing some errands, and I got the ideas on what to write for this piece. You glance at the clock and sigh. It's been two weeks since you and Sangyeon decided to take a break from your relationship. The emotional distance had grown too vast even before you decided to take time off each other, and the gnawing suspicion that he might be cheating on you only worsened things. You stare at your phone, the urge to call him battling with your pride. But before you can decide, a text notification pops up. It's Sangyeon.

"Can we meet? We need to talk."

You hesitate, your heart racing. Finally, you type back, "Okay. Where?"

"Usual spot. 15 minutes?"

"Fine."

You grab your coat and head out, the ominous clouds overhead matching your mood. When you arrive at the café, he's already there, looking as tense as you feel. You sit down across from him, your heart pounding in your chest.

"Hi," he says softly.

"Hi," you reply, trying to keep your voice steady.

"I've missed you," he starts, his eyes searching yours.

A moment of silence fills you and Sangyeon’s booth in the café until you let out a scoff. “Interesting choice of location considering our current state. Through our time together, you never once struck me as someone who needed an audience when discussing personal matters,” you remark.

“Would you have agreed to go to my apartment then?” Sangyeon counters, his voice still gentle but with an edge of frustration. “I know you’re angry at me, Y/N. I’ve known in the years we’ve been dating, and I knew inviting you to talk things out at my place would have made you feel trapped and forced.”

"Then why the text?" you snap back, the frustration bubbling up. "You can't just expect things to go back to normal after everything."

"Because it’s killing me, Y/N," he says, his voice low. "After that fight we had and you told me you needed space, what was I supposed to think? That it was the end? That we couldn’t talk things over?"

A lump starts to form in your throat. Your anger hasn’t subsided, but you feel it in your heart—you want to fix things. The fact that Sangyeon is here, pleading once more to mend the relationship, both uplifts and tears at you. You clear your throat, attempting to control the tears that threaten to pour out.

"Sangyeon…I needed to know if you were seeing someone else," you manage. “I’ve been feeling so inadequate around you…you’re just so perfect, kind, and loving…yet it sometimes feels like the whole universe doesn’t consider us a good fit. In the process, I started to think that you would cheat on me.”

Sangyeon purses his eyebrows together, shutting his eyes. Even he was starting to fight his own tears. "Y/N, I swear I would never cheat on you. How could you think that?"

"How could I not?" you counter, your voice rising. "We’ve both been so busy with work and life, I didn’t know how to tell you about this. You treat me like I’m your world, but I can’t help but think I’m so selfish for inconveniencing you with my insecurities! And don’t even get me started on that old classmate of yours at the reunion who seemed to be your picture-perfect idea of a girlfriend. What else was I supposed to think?"

"It's not what you think," he says, running a hand through his hair. He reaches for your hand, but you move away from him, the action making Sangyeon’s blood run cold.

“Y/N, she’s just a classmate. You’re perfect the way you are.”

Your anger simmers, but doubt begins to creep in. "You could have told me."

"I know," he admits. "I should have. But I didn't want to worry you, since you also had a lot on your plate."

“Well, you could have. You could have reassured me that we were still going strong, that you still loved me.”

“Yeah, and I’m not a mind-reader all the time! Sometimes I can’t figure you out unless you talk to me,” he fires back, his anger finally rising to the surface. Neither of you pay attention to the thunder rumbling outside, which somehow matches the tension between you two.

“Then tell me! Tell me to my face right now I’m a burden to you!”

Sangyeon shakes his head "Why did I even bother…this was a mistake," he mutters, but you manage to hear what he says.

You feel as if a rug was pulled from under your feet, your body starts running cold. You sniff, surrendering to the tears that begin to pour down your cheeks.

“Glad you finally told me what you want,” you say, getting up from your seat and leaving the café.

He follows you outside, and that's when you realize just how hard the rain is pouring. The streets are close to flooding, the water rising ominously at the edges of the sidewalks.

"Y/N, you can't go home by yourself in this weather," he insists, grabbing your arm. "It's too dangerous!"

"I'll be fine!" you snap, pulling away. You open your umbrella, but the wind is so strong it nearly blows it out of your hand.

"Please," he says, his voice softer now. "Let me walk you home. I don't want you to get hurt."

You hesitate, the anger still simmering but less intense now. Reluctantly, you nod. "Fine. But don't think this changes anything."

He takes the umbrella from you, holding it above both of your heads as you start the walk back to your apartment. The rain is relentless, the wind whipping around you, making it difficult to see where you're going.

"Be careful," Sangyeon warns as you navigate the slick streets. "Watch your step."

"Yes, I know, Sangyeon!" you snap, but there's no real venom in your voice. It's hard to stay angry when you're both struggling against the elements.

A particularly strong gust of wind nearly tears the umbrella from his grip, and you both wind up laughing as you fight to keep it steady. It's ridiculous, really, trying to stay dry in this downpour.

"This is hopeless!" you say, shaking your head. "We're going to get soaked no matter what."

He chuckles. "Might as well embrace it, right?"

You glance at him, surprised by his change in attitude. Despite everything, you can't help but smile. Maybe it's the absurdity of the situation, or maybe it's the way he's looking at you, but for a moment, it feels like it used to. Before the arguments, before the doubts.

The rain intensifies, and soon you're both drenched, your clothes sticking to your skin. The umbrella is practically useless now, but you cling to it anyway, more out of stubbornness than anything else.

As you near your apartment, the wind picks up even more, and you struggle to keep hold of the umbrella. Sangyeon steps closer, taking it from you completely.

"Let me," he says, his voice gentle. "You're going to hurt yourself."

You let him, the small gesture chipping away at the last of your resistance. By the time you reach your building, you're both laughing, breathless from the effort of fighting the storm.

"That's not how I pictured our moment in the rain to pan out," Sangyeon says with a wry smile.

You roll your eyes. "What do you mean? When I told you about that fantasy of dancing and then kissing in the rain, you scolded me and said I would get sick."

"Yeah, I did," he admits, a small smile playing on his lips. "But it’s something I remembered."

His words catch you off guard, a flutter stirring in your stomach. You hadn't expected him to remember that conversation, let alone mention it now.

"Come on," you say, feeling a sudden warmth despite the cold. "You can wash up and stay here until the rain dies down."

He nods, and you both head upstairs to your apartment. Once inside, you peel off your soaked jacket and shoes, shivering from the chill. Sangyeon stands awkwardly in the hallway, dripping water on the floor.

"You can use the bathroom first," you say, pointing him in the right direction. "The towels are in the cabinet."

"T-thanks," he says, his voice soft. Yet, Sangyeon doesn’t move an inch and instead looks at you as if he’s been holding something back.

You hesitate for a moment, then turn around and say, “Okay wait. It’s too soon but…look, you’re drenched and I don’t want you getting sick, so what if…”

“No, Y/N, you can go first, it's okay,” he assures you, but there's a flicker of something in his eyes.

“I meant…we could clean each other up,” you suggest, the invitation catching you both by surprise.

He looks at you, eyes wide, then nods slowly. “If you’re okay with it.”

“Yeah,” you say, trying to keep your voice steady. “It’ll save us time, and…it’s not like we’re complete strangers.”

You step into the bathroom and he follows right behind you, the tension from the argument still lingering but softened by this unexpected intimacy. As you undress, you catch glimpses of each other, the familiarity of the routine blending with the novelty of the moment.

“Oof! Oh no,” you grunt, struggling to remove your jeans, which have become heavy and drenched from the rain. Sangyeon notices your struggle. He hesitates, unsure whether to offer help or let you manage on your own. Although you were the one who suggested showering together — something he had been thinking about before you mentioned it — he didn't want to be too forward until you signaled that you were ready, hoping for a sign that conveyed not just “I need your help” but also “I don’t want to be mad at you anymore, I forgive you.”

so!! starting off to say Moon 263 [part 2] might be one of my favorite fallenclan updates ever. here are some more specific thoughts because i have A Lot

the first panel with the "not actually chosen" ones chatting is so nice. the colors for this update are so tasty and really have a mystical vibe, but i especially like this first panel with the mushrooms. also, the textboxes look so neat overlapping. i like how wolfbite is quieter and not saying much while feathersight is speaking the most. it can be inferred that he's explaining about how starclan/the glowcave usually works with darkstone and honeysong occasionally adding on, and at the end wolfbite is just like "all right guys, i get it."

the way the starclan cats are drawn is so cool... the "fading" effect that makes them look all watery, as if bits and pieces of them are drifting away?? incredible. i love it! i also really like how the stc textboxes are a different shade. it's just a neat detail. the star effects surrounding them is so pretty also. i just love how you draw the starclan cats in general, they look so magical. i like how away from the glowcave, their colors bleed past the lines, but at the glowcave they appear more solid, as if they're stronger there. i just,, i love it

the cameos! omg. i literally never thought i would see nick again but here we are. i'm a big fan of all the appearances!!

silverbelly is adorable. i love how excited feathersight is to see her. also, when she first appears, i like the detail of darkstone sweating. despite being a medicine cat, he's literally never seen a fully formed starclan cat before. he's nervous!! wolfbite looks shocked but i feel like this is more about the idea of her being "special" rather than seeing silverbelly tbh. she's like "damn i guess i actually am plot relevant."

salmonskip... i was so happy to see her... she's such a goober. nick's "we all had our own cats we hoped would come" was such a fun line as well for its thought provoking effect. i feel like it's a nod to how there were so many different "fourth cat" theories in the discord server but i could be wrong. we all had our ideas! now i'm super curious as to who nick was rooting for... and also who each of the previous leaders wanted (should i send another ask with my theories on who specific starclan cats wanted to be the fourth cat?)

big fan of the "you weren't actually chosen, you chose yourself" yada yada. wonderful! i love choosing your own destiny narratives. i'm sure nothing bad will happen to our little feline heroes

the ending! darkstone and honeysong look so envigorated whereas feathersight looks exhausted and wolfbite... looks ready to "do what has to be done." i love how happy she was to see sandsnap, and then how her happiness is buried once the poppyfeather and cherrystar step in with their plan, as if seeing sandsnap only strengthened her desire for revenge.

i had a dream after this post where the squad was about to confront ravenstar and he was all like "you thought i didn't know about your little schemes? cute." and his little gang rolled up (sleepydawn, flamefall, levi, patchback, etc.). i don't remember much else of what happened but i woke up like " oh no . . . the little guys are in danger . . . " anyway this segues into my prediction that there will be at least one death as a direct consequence of their attempt to depose ravenstar.

IT WAS SO FUN TO DRAW THEM LIKE THAT... the white lines made it kind of difficult to see the white cats (looking at you sleepycloud) but otherwise. so fun. your assumption is correct, they're more solid there than they are as ghosts, and then in Starclan they arent wispy at all, just faintly glowing with those white lines (though they're so fun to draw like this i might have to just draw the ghosts like this always. idk)

thoughts on simulacra stories, change in mc's lore and aesperia's main story skip

im late on this one probably (and this is more of a ramble) but i created a new acc yesterday and said a lot of wtfs to the changes made in the first part of aesperia's mq (im currently otw to banges).

i mean i did like that shirli accompanied us from the start of waking up till the end of exploring the ruins cuz' 1. more shirli time helps establish a bond between her and mc, 2. zekes initial reaction to shirli disobeying fits in the scene better now

tbh i did miss the part where we fly up the sky and shoot a plane/skyship(?) down during the assault cuz i thought that was cool, and i liked it better when franz didnt straight up say zeke is connected to the heirs and he didnt almost spill what time retracement was all about- LIKE, FRANZ SHOULDVE STAYED AS A DISCRETE/SECRETIVE CHARACTER WHO KNOWS MORE THAN WHAT HE LETS ON

and i think it disrupts mc's lore a bit cuz in the old version we had gone through our first time retracement there in hykros and have realized with the second one in claire's quest that mc is currently the only one in the game who isnt affected by time retracement/remembers the past timelines, (mc's connection to time retracement is important i feel) pointing out the motifs here

i also noticed that they added more emphasis on the mystery of mc's identity with shirli continously questioning it and franz (and elric probably) having his suspicions(?) i like that they changed "mc being part of district 9" to "mc being part of an unknown district but will work with district 9 for now"

defintely making a seperate post to ramble about mc's lore more

i started spewing extra wtfs in the events afterwards, CUZ SERIOUSLY WHAT. it felt like i got hit with a pan after that dialogue with franz about uploading the memories 😭 then all of a sudden im going to vera, LIKE WHAT IN THE AIDA IS GOING ON.

i did realize eventually that the story was skipped for some reason, so i watched a vid the next day to get it cleared up. this change was terrible really 😭 maybe convinient for some older players (who like me, intended to get things done quick upon creating a new acc) but not for newcomers, cuz it ruins the flow of the story and the surprise of entering new places gradually.

its a better experience to slowly connect with characters as the journey progresses instead of suddenly meeting a bunch of em in the middle of the desert like "am i suppose to know who you are already??"

(ALSO THEY REMOVED COBALT B FROM THE START AND FRANZ GAVE US THE VEHICLE INSTEAD NOOO. this contradicts her simulacra side story, as it was emphasized there that they had met before and we meet her again in mirroria)

speaking of which, i feel that the simulacra stories shouldve been integrated into the main story instead of it being on the side for players to come back later (ig i just enjoy lining up the plot in order instead of it being out of sequence)

yes i understand that the mq would take longer if they did that BUT THE FUTURE INTERACTIONS WITH CHARACTERS WOULD MAKE MORE SENSE/FEEL NATURAL

like something twitches in my brain when i think about how much i love the reunion of shirli and zeke but realize its a side story LIKE WHY. THE REASON MC ACCOMPANIED SHIRLI ON THIS TRIP WAS CUZ THEY NEEDED TO FIND THIS MAN AND DRAG HIS ASS BACK TO ASTRA AND YOURE TELLING ME ITS A MF SIDE STORY 😭 I THOUGHT THIS WAS THE POINT OF THE PLOT.

also is it just me or the simulacra stories have better "atmosphere/mood" than the mq? like i love the camera shots and angles during dialouge sequences and cutscenes, and mc seems to have more reactions/personality? i need more of them 😔💚 and i will continue to ramble on a different post.

Anetra has always been kind of insecure about the scar on her eye, and tries to cover it with makeup a lot but because of the spot it’s in and how big it is it’s hard to fully conceal. Marcia on the other hand thinks it’s part of what makes Anetra Anetra and also wants her girlfriend to fully love everything about herself, so she’s the one who suggested that she start painting the scar beautiful colors when she does her makeup and making it a beautiful highlight instead of something she feels like she should hide. Her personal favorite is when she does glitter. Anetra wasn’t sold at first but when she saw how happy it made Marcia she started to do it more and more and it honestly did help her confidence a lot and she loves the colorful accent now too!

Marcia can dance like nobody’s business, but she’s also clumsy as hell, which Anetra always teases her for but is also there to catch her and give her kisses to distract her (though Anetra loves to wear super high heels so half the time if Marcia goes tumbling and Anetra tries to catch her, they’re both going down)

You know those videos on TikTok and YouTube of people sewing like gorgeous princess ball gowns? Yeah, Anetra makes those for Marcia because she knows Marcia loves to feel like a real life Disney princess, and also she just thinks her girlfriend looks gorgeous in them. Marcia, in turn, helps Anetra make her dance costumes and cute club wear cause she knows that’s what Anetra feels the most beautiful and confident in. Every once in a while she’ll make her a gorgeous elegant gown though and they’ll go out for a fancy dinner date in their extravagant handmade dresses, looking 1000x hotter than any other couple in the place.

This one is courtesy of my friend! Marcia loves to play little jokes on their friends due to Anetras RBF. She’ll tell people that Anetras upset about something, or doesn’t like something and they always believe her cause Anetra absolutely looks like she is in a shit mood if she doesn’t actively think about her face, and then when people bring it up to Anetra she’s always very confused where people are getting that idea from. Clearly Marcia likes to be a brat sometime am I right ladies ;)

I personally believe that, like me, Anetra is a big fucking baby when she’s sick, and Marcia is low key a hypochondriac but only about Anetra cause she gets so worried seeing someone she loves so much not feel good, but she takes such good care of her and goes absolute mother mode. But it took Anetra a long time into their relationship to accept the help cause she isn’t used to being taken care of like that and she is more used to just curling up under the covers and whining about how bad she feels until it passes on it’s own. Marcia simply won’t let that stand and goes the whole 9 yards: soup, meds, cold compresses, shoulder rubs, even helping her shower (albeit they shower together most of the time anyways so this isn’t particularly novel)

As with before, my head is teeming with so many thoughts about this duo, especially after rabidly consuming any content I can find where they interact (they looked at each other once in a clip at the reunion and my friend immediately went omg Rachel look! Inspiration for your fanfic! so trueeee nagi and rin’s parallels will never not be so cool to me too!! like obviously there’s the visuals of black hair vs white hair, bright eyes vs muted eyes, similar builds, but then they’re also so opposite narratively too?? like nagi’s the prodigy who doesn’t care abt soccer but is naturally good whereas rin is almost obsessive about it and works mega hard (ofc he’s talented too no doubt but for the sake of the comparison he takes it much more seriously than nagi), nagi has no family and no one who cares about him/who HE cares about until he meets reo, rin is super attached to sae and does everything because he loves him and wants sae to approve of him…they also have a lot of similarities too though!! like nagi being the “god of the field” vs rin being the “puppet master of the field”, the death and destroyer auras, how rin is only playing soccer to defeat sae and nagi was only taking it seriously to defeat isagi + only even got into it because of his friendship with reo…honestly my deuteragonist goats this is why rin would make such a good second lead to nagi (or vice versa but yk i’d never pick rin over NAGI HAHAHA) they play off of each other really well if written correctly despite not really interacting much!!! also i think they kinda have similar senses of humor in terms of roasting other players like if rin wasn’t such an emo hater he’d honestly probably get along w nagi (and hiori) quite well

The Very Dramatic Final Episode Of "Vanderpump Rules" Aired Last Night, And It's All I Want To Discuss

I'm still thinking about the "big reveal" in the final few minutes, TBH. Also, Tom Sandoval's comment about Ariana Madix wearing a T-shirt during sex is going to have me upset until at least 2055.

Well, we made it. It's finally here: the last part of the reunion for Vanderpump Rules Season 10. This week, we finally get to see Raquel Leviss face the music — or just her other castmates — and the last five minutes promise to knock our socks off.

So I have my Peacock account logged in, my heart is beating fast, and my fingers are ready to type every single thought I have about this moment in cultural history so we can experience this together. All of that to say, the third and final reunion episode of Vanderpump Rules Season 10 aired last night, and it's time to GET INTO IT.

OK, I am immediately starting the episode — and I'm going with the uncensored version again, for obvious reasons. This is something I have only dreamed of being able to do since I began watching this show in 2013, and I am so excited to have this option now.

And for anyone who needs a quick refresher on what has already transpired, check out last week's recap here.

The episode kicks off — and we immediately get into a small recap from last week and a small preview for this episode. We see Ariana Madix crying and saying, "I can't think of two worse people, I can't," and then a tease of the big reveal of Raquel "telling the truth" at the end. And now it's finally time for Raquel to get on this stage and film with the rest of the cast. I am waiting with bated breath, quite frankly. She enters as Scheana Shay has to leave to go to a trailer 100 yards away because of the restraining order Raquel filed. SO dramatic, LMAO. But the shots of Scheana in said trailer? Already iconic. Here she is clutching a White Claw hard seltzer.

Raquel says she is "super embarrassed" and "not proud" of herself. She also acknowledges that she owes a lot of people apologies. Right away, we get into the girls trip and how the ladies treated her. I truly would not have been on Lala Kent's or Katie Maloney's side on this trip a mere three months ago. Raquel was doing extremely questionable things we now know, yes, but bringing galaxy lights to a hotel room was not one of them. Who cares!

I could've sworn the channel accidentally changed to a commercial for Lisa Vanderpump's Las Vegas restaurant, but no, it's still the reunion, and Lisa is selling it well. We learn that the reunion lights are modeled after LVP's restaurant. Listen, I could have done without this ad, but I will still visit next time I am in Vegas.

We then get a flashback to Raquel's panic attack in the car on the way to the girls trip in Lake Havasu, and I think we can all agree that this outburst makes so much more sense now. It was nice for the women to show up for Raquel in that moment.

At this, Ariana interjects to say that the word "selfish" does not cover a description of Raquel and that she's "subhuman," among other things. Raquel responds that she thinks her actions "are human." Tom Sandoval then attempts to interject to...defend Raquel? Argue with Lala because he hates her? Yell at a woman because he enjoys that? It's honestly unclear, and even though I side-eye every single thing this man has to say, I would still like to hear it, and Lala and James Kennedy seem incapable of allowing this to happen. They tell him to shut up every time he opens his mouth, which, while it's a MOOD, also makes for an odd reunion viewing experience.

Andy Cohen brings up the fact that Raquel brought up Ariana and Sandoval's relationship on camera to Ariana — even discussing their sex life — and called it "diabolical." Raquel says that it was "so hard for [her] to watch" and that they had only slept together once at this point, and she had been encouraging Sandoval to "reflect and see if he was really happy" and figure out what he really wanted.

From there, things escalate quickly. As Raquel is describing how she "just wanted Tom to be happy, blah-blah-blah," Ariana chimes in and tells Raquel to "fuck [herself] with a fucking cheese grater" and says she "wishes nothing but the worst things that could ever happen to a person on you." I feel so conflicted in this moment. It's beyond obvious why Ariana is upset — more than upset, really — and I would feel the exactsame way. But telling Raquel to fuck herself with a cheese grater is something I personally could have lived without hearing my entire life!!!!

After this, Tom Sandoval thinks it's an amazing idea to chime in and let everyone know, "The thing is, we don't live our lives by logic," and everyone starts laughing, including me, because what the fuck are you even talking about, Tom?? And also, more importantly, we know????

Also, it's important to note that we occasionally get shots of Scheana eating what appears to be Sun Chips in her trailer 100 yards away, and I would like someone to please frame these and send them to me and I will put them in a living room, thank you so much.

Raquel then interjects to say that Lala and James can't talk because they hooked up while she and James were together and "kept it a secret." Let's get this out of the way now: I completely agree that James and Lala should self-reflect about their actions a little bit more, but it is also most definitely not the same situation, and it's OK to acknowledge this, too. Which Lala does with several uses of the word "bitch" and even at one point the term "ho." Also, Tom Sandoval tries to do a James Kennedy British accent impression, and even though I HATEEEEE to admit this, he was not terrible. SUE ME!!!!

Lala's past is then brought up — Raquel says she was Randall Emmett's mistress — and Lala says she is not a mistress and she is "so fucking done with this mistress comment" because she "is not one." Which is interesting, because it feels like any time this is brought up, she absolutely loses it and refuses to actually discuss the fact that she was very much with a married man at the beginning of their relationship. She says that she was lied to for a very long time, he gave her a ring, and she believed he had been separated. And I believe that is true. But it doesn't negate the fact that he was married. It is OK to say, "Hey, I didn't know, but I know now, and I wish that things had been different." Instead, we get Lala yelling about how she is not going to tolerate this and it's like, if you are going to call out cheating, you have to expect this on some level.

Anyway, Sandoval keeps yelling at Lala, and then Lala says, "He hates me because I see him for who he is," and I agree with this. I also think Sandoval hates a woman who shares her opinions and dares to go against him in any way. See: Ariana, Lala, Katie, Stassi Schroeder, Kristen Doute, etc.

BTW, we also have to deal with LVP defending Garcelle Beauvais's son, Oliver (who was married when he made out with Raquel, according to his then-wife), and saying he's innocent or whatever. We absolutely did not need more of LVP defending questionable men, so I am moving on!

Annnnd now we're on to Tom Schwartz and Raquel, who claim they "always had real chemistry," which is so funny because I want to know when Schwartz felt the real chemistry and if it was when Raquel was clearly having a long-term affair with his bestie Tom Sandoval. Raquel is also asked about Katie's mom Teri's reaction to Raquel pursuing Schwartz and whether it impacted her. She says yes, but everyone laughs because, how did it impact you, girlie? You still made out with Schwartz in Mexico!?!??!

We have moved on, which is a relief because I honestly could barely keep up with who was saying what, and it's now time to discuss Tom Schwartz and Raquel making out. I have said it once and I will say it again: I am Team Katie on this one. You can disagree and be wrong, and that's your right. But it seems pretty clear that Katie asked Schwartz not to make out with a cast member in their group, and he blatantly disrespected this, and they both laughed in her face about it. And while I do see Schwartz's argument on some level, I think his past behavior as One of the Worst Husbands Ever negates anything he has to say on the topic.

Now we shift back to discussing James and Lala hooking up when he was with Raquel: I do wish both James and Lala would straight-up say that what they did while he was dating Raquel was wrong. It was wrong!!!!! Point blank, period. Raquel having an affair with Sandoval a couple of years later does not negate this at all. Raquel even says, "It seemed like she had no respect for me," and Lala says, "I still don't." Listen, Lala, this is my issue with you. You can resent her now because you have a reason to, but please stop pretending that you "knew all along." You may have disliked her, you may have questioned her character, but neither of these things makes sleeping with her boyfriend when you knew they were in a relationship together OK.

Raquel then starts trying to share that she believes Lala was resentful that she was getting attention from James when they started dating that took some attention away from Lala — and Lala calls Raquel "my love" before asking her to get "mentally evaluated." It's a moment that is probably meant to sound like an amazing read, but mostly it just makes me sad. I don't condone anything that Raquel has done, but I also can't help believing that she probably is really struggling right now. Someone who does this is struggling on some level. And when Raquel responds that she is being mentally evaluated, to a chorus of "thank god"...it's, in one word, dark.

Andy then asks Lala about why Raquel making out with Schwartz was "unforgivable" to her but no one really seemed to care when it came out that James and Lala slept together — and James says they should stop bringing up stuff from five seasons ago because they have so much to talk about now. AKA: I don't want to talk about the things I've done because we now have someone in the cast who has done worse and I want to focus in on that. And, like, I GET IT. But again, WHAT YOU DID WAS WRONG, AND IT'S OK TO SAY THAT. IF YOU DID, IN FACT, SAY THAT, WE COULD ALL MOVE ON. :)

James is then asked about throwing a drink in Schwartz's face, and he says that he did it because making fun of his DJ career is unforgivable, which is not meant to be funny but is actually very fucking funny. He then insists that Schwartz should apologize before being reminded that he has, in fact, apologized a lot and James has yet to apologize for throwing the drink, and James then delivers what I guess could be considered an apology.

We head into a break before seeing LVP tell James, kindly, to STFU so that they can get through the segments, and I am fully with LVP on this one. A James interjection every now and then is funny, but it's becoming incessant, and I WANT TO HEAR WHAT THESE RATS HAVE TO SAY.

We are back from the break. Tom Sandoval and Raquel being seen together at the Abbey is brought up. According to Ally, it was 1 a.m. and they were alone. The "Tom and Ariana being in an open relationship" rumor is then brought up, and the question is posed whether or not Sandoval started this rumor on his own. Ariana says that yes, she thinks so. Raquel also apparently told someone after Coachella in 2022 that Sandoval told her that he and Ariana were open, and Raquel's response was, "I would rather hook up with Ariana than him." I gasped, but you can't hear it.

Raquel is asked where she has been staying since this all broke, and she says she stayed with her sister before driving out to Tucson, Arizona, to be with her family. Sandoval says, "Yeah, we've hung out" when asked if he had seen Raquel since this all broke. Raquel reveals that she thought about skipping the reunion because she is so "ashamed and embarrassed," and that she is "so sorry to Ariana for betraying her." I mean, remorse is nice, to see. It's.......something......

Ariana then says, "My dog had just died, I cried in your fucking arms, and you thought, I should go fuck her boyfriend." Raquel does not argue with Ariana when she tells Raquel that she's "lower than the fucking lowest of low people." She also calls her a "psychopath" and a "dementor" because "I know you like Harry Potter..." LMAO, not a dementor! OK, that was funny.

Raquel admits that she is still in love with Sandoval — OMFG — and then Andy asks him if he feels the same, and he takes a massive pause before saying, "I'm sorry...yes."

Lala tells a visibly upset Ariana that "they both did this for you" and that Ariana will one day be grateful that they revealed who they are. Ariana then looks Raquel straight in the eyes and tells her, "You are nothing. Let that sink in. I know it's not hard for you to let other people's thoughts go in your brain because you never have a fucking original thought of your own; you are nothing." With this, Raquel walks off the stage in need of "a water." I'm sorry — maybe an unpopular opinion? — but this is not as fun for me to watch as I expected. It is very bleak! I know many of you may not agree, but watching a silent Raquel sit there as people tell her she's nothing is not nearly as satisfying as I would have once believed it would be. It's just...sad.

Andy asks about the support Ariana received, and Sandoval reveals that he was hurt by the fact that "people who were just as close to both of [them]" took to the internet to create funny memes instead of reaching out via text. I am screaming. This is such classic Sandoval: "Nobody texted ME to check in on ME after I cheated on and publicly humiliated my long-term girlfriend in a horrific way." I mean, my GOD, Tom.

Sandoval is asked about dressing up as Raquel for Halloween — Ariana helped him plan his outfit— and they all ask how the fuck he was able to do this because it is undeniably FUCKING WEIRD. He has no explanation, but his only explanation would be, "I am a disgusting man who definitely got off on this secret affair."

Ariana is then asked about her egg freezing — and she says the eggs are "just frozen" and not fertilized with Tom's sperm, and "thank god," because she "doesn't want that DNA mixed with [hers]." Andy asks Sandoval if Raquel is the only woman he's slept with, and he says yes, but Ariana and others interject to mention a woman in Chicago.

Oh my god. I just had to pause the episode and rewind to make sure I heard correctly. I AM ABOUT TO THROW HANDS, AND I DO NOT EVEN CONDONE VIOLENCE. I am shaking! OMG, this man is disgusting. Ariana says that Sandoval had actually slept with her while he was with Raquel, to which Sandoval interjects with, "Yeah, she kept her T-shirt on, it was really hot." YOU MOTHERFUCKER. YOU ARE LUCKY SHE EVEN SPOKE TO YOU. I am not going to dignify this disgusting comment with any more attention. Fuck that.

This was also my face watching this man open his goddamn mouth.

I am still shaking. Fucking Tom Sandoval. The audacity. Just the lowest of LOW. But now Andy is asking Raquel about the fact that people are calling her Rachel, and she reveals that her friends refer to her as Raquel and her family refers to her as Rachel. She says, "Anytime someone says your name out of the preferred name that you want, it's disrespectful, and Lala would know." Lala then calls her a "moron," which is not hitting the same way from someone whose real name is Lauren!

Sandoval admits that Raquel has met his family, but maintains that it was at the opening of (the wildly underwhelming) Schwartz and Sandy's. When asked when their relationship went from a "one-night stand" to a full relationship, Sandoval says that it became a relationship in "January" and that he told Schwartz he was in love during that month. When asked where they would be a year from now, Raquel says she doesn't know, and when Sandoval is asked, he can't answer because James is shouting about how they are both going to live "in a fucking house made of dog shit" or in a "poo-poo house" because they are both "poo-poo heads." I need James to eat a lollipop and take a time-out.

Schwartz then says that he told Sandoval he needed to tell Ariana so that it didn't come out. If Schwartz did say this, Sandoval clearly didn't listen. And with that, it is somehow already time for Raquel to leave the stage so that Scheana can come back and hopefully perform "Good as Gold." Just kidding, but I do wish. It's a bop.

Lala interjects to say that she's thrilled Ariana is away from Sandoval because he's toxic — and Raquel agrees, which is wild...girl, run, save yourself, etc.??? — before Sandoval interjects to say that "Lala doesn't love Ariana dearly," to which Lala responds, "I do love Ariana dearly, enough that I ate her cookie in the back of your car, and I'd do it again." LMAOOOO, LALA!! OK, 10 points for Lala. She won in this moment. I barely even heard anything after this because I was laughing. Sorry to whatever Raquel said.

We're getting close to the end here, and still no massive revelation. We saw ALL KINDS OF RUMORS, from Raquel allegedly being pregnant to there being alleged threesomes, to James and Raquel breaking up because of Sandoval, and more. While I have no idea what it is, I hope I am not disappointed. It's time for final thoughts from the group, which means we are GETTING CLOSE.

I am so excited for the reveal that I can almost barely clock anything else that is happening. Scheana says she doesn't want another child anytime soon, and Katie wants to avoid another marriage and perhaps wants to be a cool aunt. Normally I would probably care about all of this, but right now I NEED THE REVEAL!!! OK, BTW, now Sandoval is crying and saying that he is a human who made a terrible mistake and that he will always love Ariana and "cheer her on from afar." I genuinely wish I believed him. I will say this: I hope he works on himself. But considering that like a week ago, he was going off on Instagram stories on a female journalist over nail polish, my hopes aren't high!

Ariana's final thoughts are that she is grateful for everyone — except Sandoval and Raquel — for being there for him and that she "will not forgive him and will not be cheering him on from afar." Chills. Poetry. Etc. I am glad she gets the final word here. She deserves it and more.

Oh my god, OK, everyone, get in your position, the episode is ending. There are approximately five minutes left. IT'S ALL HAPPENING.

We see everyone walk off. Ariana leaves in a car. Things seem normal. And then we get WHITE TEXT ON A BLACK SCREEN. IT'S HAPPENING. It says, "Six days later, Raquel sat down for her final interview of the season." OH MY GOD, IS SHE GOING TO TURN ON TOM SANDOVAL??? A SOLO INTERVIEW?? NO COACHING??

OK, it's Raquel, and it's a talking head interview. She says that it's important for her to tell the truth and she "doesn't want to lie anymore." She says it's not worth trying to keep up any lies — including timelines — because it's already all out there and she essentially has to face the music. She admits that she maintained some untruths, or lies, at the reunion. When asked why she did this, she says she felt that it would be less hurtful to say that it wasn't an ongoing affair but, rather, isolated incidents.

When asked when the affair became a regular thing, she admits it was ongoing during filming and that the second time they hooked up, they were IN MEXICO FOR SCHEANA'S WEDDING. Which is why you definitely cannot convince me the Schwartz thing wasn't a cover. But moving on. The producer then asks if they had sex "multiple times" while in Mexico for Scheana's wedding, and Raquel says yes.

She says that she "doesn't remember how often it would happen" but it was a regular thing that picked up speed after they wrapped filming. 

She also says that she did meet Sandoval's mom in Los Angeles and his mother was aware of the situation, although Raquel denies that she went to St. Louis with Sandoval (despite the fact that production has a picture of Raquel and Sandoval in St. Louis — amazing editing). The producer tells Raquel that he can read her face, to which she responds, "I know, I don't have a good poker face," and the producer encourages her to just admit it, which is when Raquel finally admits that yes, she did go to St. Louis and she "definitely felt really guilty."

When asked about the Jacuzzi night — the infamous Ken Todd reveal — Raquel says that they did not hook up that night, but then says that he asked her to say that and he is the only person she has right now, so she doesn't feel that she can betray him, because then she would "really have nobody." It's so obvious this man manipulated her. It's sick.

With this, she starts crying and says that this is the one story that she and Sandoval agreed they would get straight, and that Sandoval wanted to lie about it because it was "a really bad look" to hook up with someone's boyfriend when they went out of town for a funeral. She says all this through tears, and it's both satisfying and horrifying for her to finally admit this.

Wow. I did not expect to see a one-on-one unplanned interview with Raquel, and while it was not the reveal I had built up in my head, it was a satisfying ending to an incredible season of television for me. I am sorry that so many people had to get hurt for this television show to happen, but my god, it was fascinating to watch.

And say what you want about Raquel, but I think she is possibly finally understanding the full scale of what happened and is feeling the consequences of her actions. I truly hope she can grow from this and find the confidence to realize that Tom Sandoval is not the answer, and that real change and growth are possible.

Anime / Manga !

i love anime and manga. ive grown up with it ever since i was around 5. i would stay up on saturday nights till 7 am when inuyasha would start playing on adult swim. if i was ever too tired i would record the episode on our dvr and would watch it after getting home from kindergarten. crazy age to watch inuyasha but i always found it so cool.

also grew up on naruto. i am such a naruto nerd i have rewatched the og and shippuden so many times i can tell people which episode events happened, i can sing the openings in order, i can name most characters, etc. the naruto brainrot is bad. same thing with bleach and dragonball z. the new bleach has me so hyped i loved watching every episode made me want to rewatch the main series but i have no time so i just watch small clips here and there.

i love just about every genre of anime tbh. sports animes (baki, hajime no ippo, kengan asura, one outs, eyeshield 21, etc). idol animes (idolish 7, tsukiuta, tsukipro, etc). shounen, mystery, shoujo, literally everything. i have to be in a certain mood to watch mech animes but whenever one comes out that catches my eye i put all my energy into watching it. i think the only genre i dont enjoy much is isekai, i used to like them but new ones come out too often i cant keep up.

my day to day guilty pleasure is cars. i love cars. they are cool, go fast, go stutututu, whine, be loud, have cool lights, i love everything about a good car.

i have a brz! bought it myself and it is my pride adn joy. it is one of my favorite cars and when i bought it in november i literally cried. I drive manual and its so fun to me! i want to learn how to drift but im a bit nervous because i dont want to accidentally mess up anything in my car.

i love books i love reading. i love fiction, sci-fi, philosophy, nonfiction, fanfiction, everything. I was never into books like harry potter and anything with too many magical elements in them but always loved horror and more mystery thriller books.

i have been dying to buy more physical books to add to my mini library in my room but theres a few books on my backlog i need to complete before i do that.

i also have a slowly growing manga collection that i desperately need to add to.

i read all day all night on my phone but the feeling of flipping real pages is so satisfying and having the weight of a book in my bag is just so nice.

not to toot my own horn but my spotify wrapped minutes is always 140k+. i listen to music all day everyday. while doing homework, reading, driving, working, in class (pay attention dont be like me), watching stuff it doesnt matter. i have a terrible habit of getting bored of something very easily so i always multitask and need 20 things happening at the same time so music is amazing at keeping me focused.

i love 'underground archive', rnb, krnb, jpop, citypop, lofi, rap, edm, literally a whole lot of stuff. i dont like pop that much ive grown to realize same with country, i can listen to it but only if someone else wants to.

He’s quiet, and that’s how you know somethings off. Most people think it’s just the way he is, being able to count on one hand the amount of words he’s spoken to them over the years. Ghost doesn’t talk unless he has to, or unless he gives enough of a fuck about whoever’s talking to him, which is rare these days. He could go hours without talking when he was away, a fact that always broke your heart a little.

The truth is, you can never get him to shut up. When he’s home, he’ll talk your ear off about anything. The dog he ran past that morning, the way you should organise your socks, how good you looked wearing his shirt. He was talkative, which is how you knew that something was wrong when he came home this time.

Being the biggest guy you knew, it amazed you how he could walk with such stealth. Even the floorboards seemed scared to creak under his frame as he came through the door. You shot up, nearly flying over the back of the couch. He wasn’t due home for another two weeks— you knew because you were supposed to pick him up from the airport. He was home early, and of course you were ecstatic, but then you saw his face, still covered in that bone white mask, and you knew it wasn’t all good news.

“Simon.” You whisper as you walk towards him. He’d closed the door behind him, locking it, but hadn’t moved from there. Usually you were both bursting with energy when he came home, excitement and adrenaline pumping through your bodies at the long awaited reunion. He was looking down at you, and when you finally stood close enough, one of his hands came up, gingerly cupping your face. “You’re home!”

“Hey, baby.” He says slowly, eyes holding yours. The hand he had behind his back touched your side, and you looked down, seeing about a dozen roses in a bouquet, stalks fisted in his gloved hand. “Got ‘em for you.”

“They’re gorgeous. Here—“ You take them, letting the sweet smell fill your senses and move quickly to put them in a vase on the counter— a spot reserved for whenever Simon brought you flowers. It seemed to be a constant thing, and it never failed to have you feeling like the luckiest girl in the world. “I love them. Thank-you.”

“‘Course.” The tone of his voice only confirms your suspicions about something being off, and it has your heart dropping through the floor.

“You should of told me you were coming home. I would of come picked you up!” You smile up at him, trying to gage where his mood is.

“Finished early. Thought I’d surprise you.” His hands come back to your face, holding your head up at the perfect angle. There was a significant height difference between you, so you were in a constant state of looking up at him.

“Did everything go… good?” You ask tentatively. He’d told you some of the things he’s done over there with the 141, but you always try not to pry. You know it’s brutal, and he sees the worst of the world, so when he trusts you with something, you take it to the grave. When he doesn’t, you don’t ask.

“No. Nothing did.” He says, still holding your face up to his. You bend up on your toes, pressing a soft kiss to the nose of his mask. “I just needed to see you.”

“I’m glad you’re home.” Your arms wrap around his back, pulling him closer. You press your face into his chest, sinking into the feeling of him being home. After so long, it never gets any easier. Watching him leave, never really knowing when he’d be back. If he was safe. “You want something to eat? I can make dinner.”

He shakes his head, gently pulling your face back from his chest. When your hands snake up his front, he just watches you. He hadn’t even changed out of his clothes— still had that black paint smudged across his eyes. He must of gotten straight on a plane after whatever he was doing had come to an abrupt end. Your fingertips brush his jaw, the bottom of his mask, and when you go to pull it up over his mouth and nose, he doesn’t stop you.

“Can I take it off?” You check, feeling how stiff he is under your hands. He nods once, and tilts his head, allowing you to pull it all the way off. “There you are.”

“I missed you.” He says simply, but the words pack such a punch when he looks like this. To an outsider he’s hard at nails, sharp and pointy and dangerous to get close to, but you see him under the paint and the body armour. “Missed you so fucking bad, baby.”

“Prove it.” You see a flash of his teeth, just the smallest hint of a smile, and your stomach does a backflip because it feels like a win. Then, he leans in, kissing you softly, with the care he would hold broken glass— hands guiding you forward and up, thumbs tracing gently along your cheek bones.

You sigh, nearly melting into his body. Your hands wrap around his neck, toying with the short hair that he’d cut while he was away. You always have to fix it for him when he comes home— he just hacks away at any hair hanging out of his mask, mostly getting frustrated and buzzing it off until he can get you to cut it again. When your fingertips scrape lightly along his skull, he groans into your mouth.

“Fuck.” He mutters as you catch his bottom lip between your teeth, careful to only apply a little bit of pressure. You were sure he was covered in enough painful marks as it was— you didn’t want to add to it. He leans down further, chasing your mouth, foreheads pressing together.

“You wanna talk about it?” He shakes his head then dips down, kissing your jaw, nose nudging you to the side to get better access to your neck. Your breathe hitches and you sigh his name, him smiling in response against your skin. You can feel the black smudge of his face paint slowly covering your own, like a trail of all the places he’s touched you.

“I only wanna hear you sayin’ my name like that. Don’t want to think about—“ You say his name again, drowning out the thoughts of whatever happened over there. That wasn’t now— he was here, and safe, and if he needed to be distracted, that’s exactly what you would give him.

“Need you to wash this paint off first.” You murmur, your voice a little lower than normal, making him almost shudder. You drop your hands from his neck, letting them fall slowly between your bodies before you loop your fingers in his belt buckle, walking backwards. “You’ll get me all dirty.”

“I would’a thought you’d like that.” He grabs a handful of your ass, nearly making you trip over as you step back, but he catches you easily and picks you up, your legs wrapping around his waist. He presses his paint covered face to yours, kissing your nose and face wherever he can reach, and you can’t help but laugh at how ridiculous you must look now, covered in smears of black.

“I do. Just want an excuse to see you naked.” You taunt in his ear as he finally reaches the shower and flicks it on, still fully clothed. “You buzzed your hair again.”

“You know I can’t do it right without you.” He puts you down, quickly ripping off his own shirt before reaching for the hem of yours.

He’s slower with it, the fabric brushing against your sides, giving you goosebumps. It doesn’t matter how many times you take your shirt off in front of him, he always looks just as dazed as he did the first time, and you always get just as nervous.

“You’re so fucking perfect, baby. Come ‘ere.”

He pulls you fully under the stream of the shower. It’s one of your favourite places in your shared house— a giant shower head that let the water fall as fine as rain, with enough space for his giant body not to have to bend at awkward angles to wash his hair (when he had some). It was also well big enough for the both of you, a feature you both utilised every morning and night you spent together.

He works at your shorts next, easily slipping you out of the now wet cotton, leaving you just in a set of underwear. They weren’t particularly cute— like you said, you would normally dress up for him to come home, but he wasn’t due for two weeks. Simon didn’t seem to mind, hands running wildly over your body, eyes on fire. You were starting to see him clearer now, the paint running off his face and down his bare chest in shadowed droplets.

“God, Simon…” You lean back just an inch, seeing the new marks on his chest and shoulder. A new bullet wound in the right arm. A gash that extends all the way up his left side. It still looked like it was healing— the stitches must of only come out a few days ago.

“I’m okay.” He says, kissing your collarbone.

“I don’t like when you get hurt.” You whimper, feeling his strong hands grab your hips, pushing your underwear down. “Are you sure—“

“Let me take your mind off it.” He leans down further, kissing your chest, and then drops completely, landing on his knees in front of you. He was so tall that he still needed to bend lower to kiss his way down, feeling his lips press softly on your hip bones, then your stomach. “Look at you. Such a pretty girl.”
