You didn't think I was going to leave you hanging, did you? I made a brief (lmao no it's not) tutorial with text and pictures of how I changed the settings to give Nicky more swiping freedom.

Disclaimer: I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing when it comes to NRAAS (and everything else in life tbh) and I was just clicking things with the vaguest notion of where I was going or what I was doing based solely on this post on Reddit and I just inferred the rest on my own. If this is wrong or borks your game or causes your computer to explode in a giant fireball of death or makes your parents not love you anymore or makes the IRS audit you every year until you die, it's not my fault. You were warned.

Welp, here we are, just you and me. Let's get started. The first thing you need is Sims 3. The second thing you need is NRAAS Retuner. The third thing you need is a lot of patience because there are more menus to click through here than...something with a lot of menus, Idk.

1) Locate City Hall in your town. I'm in Hidden Springs so this is what mine looks like. Yours may look different depending on what town you're playing in.

2) Click the City Hall bubble to open the general interactions menu.

3) Click NRAAS to open the NRAAS menu.

4) Click Retuner to open the Retuner menu. If you're wondering if the rest of this tutorial is going to be similarly painstakingly-detailed, yes, yes it is.

5) First we're going to change how many objects your Sim can steal per day. Click Settings.

6) Click General.

7) Click By Tunable XML. I told you there were a lot of menus. Just wait. It gets worse.

8) Scroll down almost to the bottom until you find Sims3.Gameplay.TuningValues.

9) Click that bad boi.

10) Click TraitTuning. We're almost to the good stuff.

11) Scroll down until you find kKleptomaniacTraitObjectsStealPerDay

12) Click it like you mean it.

13) Here's where the magic happens. Type in whatever number you want for the amount of objects your kleptomaniac Sim can swipe per day. The default is 3. As far as I know, there's no real limit to this number. You could probably put something ridiculous like 100 if you really wanted to, but I haven't tested that out myself so I can't recommend it. I was a little less wild by comparison and just increased mine to 10 swipes per day.

14) Click the checkmark to save your settings and return to the previous menu.

15) Now we're going to adjust the times of day your Sim is allowed to swipe objects. Scroll down until you find kKleptomaniacTraitSwipeEndTime

16) Click it, click it good.

17) Type in whatever time you want the game to stop allowing your Sim to swipe. The default is 6 as in 6am. Note: NRAAS uses the 24 hour clock for this. I left mine at 6am but you can change this to anything from 0 (midnight) to 23 (11pm). I do not know if this setting allows for half hours or even more precise times like 6:02 because I haven't tried it. You're welcome to mess around with it however you want but just know it may not work. It's possible this only allows for hours and not minutes. Again, I haven't tried it. Now Nicky will be forced to stop swiping at 6am and can't swipe anything else until the beginning time, which we're going to set next.

18) Click the checkmark to save your settings and return to the previous menu.

19) Now we're going to change when your Sim is allowed to start swiping. Scroll down until you find kKleptomaniacTraitSwipeStartTime.

20) Click it with gusto.

21) Type in whatever time you want the ability to swipe to start. The default is 19 as in 7pm, so by normal game settings you can only swipe from 7pm to 6am. I changed mine to 7 as in 7am. Now Nicky can start swiping at 7am until 6am the following day. See step 17 if you're wondering if you can set more precise times. I really don't know.

22) Click the checkmark to save your settings and return to the previous menu.

23) Click the X to back out of menus until you're back in the By Tunable XML menu.

24) Scroll down until you find Sims3.Gameplay.ActorSystems.

25) Click it quick before it gets away.

26) Scroll down until you find TraitTipsManager.

27) Click it with the combined might of your ancestors.

28) Scroll down until you find kKleptomaniacCountofStolenObjects.

29) Click it like you're getting really tired of clicking through menus.

30) Change this number to match whatever number you made the number of objects to swipe per day. The default is 3 and I changed the number of objects to swipe per day to 10 so I changed this number to 10 as well. Full disclosure: I don't actually know what this setting does, but I felt like if I didn't change it, something bad would happen. You're welcome to experiment with it if you want. I don't know if not changing this actually affects anything or if this step is absolutely crucial, so I included it just in case. It didn't make anything bad happen in my game and swiping all day every day works just fine for me, so I guess changing this didn't hurt at the very least.

31) Click the checkmark to save your settings and return to the previous menu for the very last time. You're done! You can close out of all of the NRAAS menus now and go enjoy your new swiping freedom!

There are a lot of other kleptomaniac-related settings to change and I haven't messed with any of them, so if you find something interesting in there, let me know in the comments or in my ask box, please. I know next to nothing about NRAAS's magical functions and I'm always willing to learn something new.

Not an official update but oh my God I am a genius. I finally figured out how to use NRAAS Retuner to make it so Nicky can steal 10 objects per day and start at 7am.

I do not care. I'm so happy I figured it out.

And look! It worked!

I probably did it wrong and my game is probably 10 seconds away from exploding into a giant fireball of death but I did it!!

Hello @frostedshore! Hope you don't mind, I've answered this as an ask/tutorial in case anyone else was curious how I roll for my sims sexualities

Basically, I also use NRAAS Storyprogression & MasterController to roll gender preferences for my sims, but I have custom balances set to make the chance of getting a non-straight sim a bit higher than the standard chance that comes with the mod

There's a very good explanation here on the NRAAS FAQ for how to determine your own custom gender balance if you want to use different settings to mine, as deciding your own percentages involves doing a little bit of maths!

My settings work out so that there is a 60% chance sims will not be straight, with 40% of my town being bisexual and 20% as lesbian / gay, if you want to just copy my exact settings here's how you do that:

Get to the NRAAS -> StoryProgression menu via town hall / a computer

Storyprogression -> Options: Main -> Options: Flirt ->

Chance of Bisexual Sim -> "57"

Chance of Gay Sim -> "20"

(Optional additional step):

When I enter a town, I often re-roll all undecided gender preferences for the whole town so that the premades will have more diverse sexualities, you need MC Cheats to do this bit

NRAAS -> MasterController -> Sim -> Intermediate -> Gender Preference -> "0"

To apply these settings:

NRAAS -> MasterController -> Town -> Randomize Undecided Gender Preference

I redo this last step every time a new sim in my household ages up into a teenager

I check sims gender preferences by clicking on the sim and choosing:

Nraas -> Sim -> Intermediate -> Gender Preference

From the following pop-up menus you can then see what preference they have for male sims and female sims, positive numbers signify an interest in a gender & negative numbers mean they aren't interested There's also an option for sims to ask other sims what their gender preference is under 'friendly' interactions if you have MC Cheats installed - but this way is just quicker for me!

Boutique Mod - DOWNLOAD

Inspired by the sims 2 shopping for clothes system, I present a sims 3 take on buying clothes, accessories and running a thriving boutique! Set up shifts, keep the racks stocked, and you might find yourself in profit!

Required:

Ambitions

NRAAS Master Controller + Integration Module

Optional:

ITF if you want to use the clothes mannequin and some visual effects.

Late Night if you want the animations for the security guard.

Seasons for extra interactions on the mannequin.

Savvy Seller Set for some visual and audio effects.

Full Documentation is included in the download. I spent a while writing it out, so please read thoroughly!

How Stores Work:

Set up a shift

Hire Employees (bosses count as employees so stores are fully functional with only one sim!)

Link at least one rack to the register

Open for business!

Employees:

Store employees can be given three types of roles: register attendant, sales attendant and security guard.

Employees will do their jobs automatically but you can always manually tell them to do things too like: restocking, dressing up mannequins, helping customers, among other things.

Customers:

Inactive and active sims can browse through the racks and have the ability to purchase items. They'll interact differently depending on if they are shopping at a clothes rack, accessory rack, or at a mannequin.

Inactives won't purchase outfits from mannequins unless you direct them to (or you enable auto-purchasing in the XML). However, they may "fake" buy clothes.

Once finished shopping, customers hold their bags and wait to be rung up! Take too long and they may abandon their purchase.

Shopping:

Adjust prices and restrict customers by age and gender to customise your store!

Clothes Racks:

Buy Clothes for your own sim, sims in your household, or (if you're an employee) suggest clothes for customers.

Employees that suggest clothes for customers can fulfil Ambition Stylist jobs this way.

Accessories Racks:

Choose accessories to be sold by adding them to the XML in the package file. The XML comes loaded with a few base game items already plus a couple modded items (Arsil's Sunglasses and lipstick - that won't be loaded unless you have them installed).

Sell buy-mode items as well as CAS items!

Make your CAS items wearable from your sim's inventory using your own meshes or my dummy accessory (see Documentation and XML for details).

Blacklist certain categories from being shown. If you want a dedicated shoe shop or an opticians, you can have it!

Try on products before buying them to see if they suit your sim. If there's a mirror in the room, they'll check themselves out in it.

Clothing Mannequin:

Try on the mannequin outfits to see if they suit your sim.

Plan different outfits to display and even set them to be rotated through seasonally.

Let your employees be creative and choose a random outfit for the mannequin to wear.

Buy clothes for your own sim, household members, or customers.

Allow or disallow inactives from automatically purchasing display outfits.

Security Gates:

Give your security guards something to stand and look threatening by.

You can try your luck at stealing from the shop. If you're caught, you'll have to pay up. If you get past the gates (or if there are no gates), enjoy your bounty!

Boutique Door:

Cloned from the Savvy Seller doors without the annoying 'kick-every-last-person-out-the-building-come-closing-time' feature.

Link this to a register and let the open and close sign automatically flip itself. Also, close the store or rename it, straight from the door.

Phone Interactions:

Ask for time off work (paid or unpaid).

Call in sick.

Cancel vacation days.

Downtown Roles Mod Tutorial - TS3 - Mature Gameplay Ideas

NSFW 18+ mature content / a long read   

TLDR: this is a compilation/recommendation list of mods, a tutorial on how to set up NPCs, and how to tie it all together to add some mature gameplay to your save. 😈

Misukisu/Virtual Artisan had a “Downtown Roles” mod that sadly does not work anymore for the latest versions of TS3. Her mod basically allowed players to add role sims to community lots so your sims could have more NPCs to interact with, making the lots feel more alive in a mature "downtown" sort of way.

I was inspired by her mod and I want to share how you can recreate and expand her mod’s functions with Nraas Register and Arsil’s Custom Generic Role mod. Some players might already know how these mods work, but it was a new discovery for me. I didn’t know how useful role sims could be! It got the gears in my dirty mind turning.

The main purpose of this mod list/tutorial: to add role sims to community lots for your main sims to interact with, while they’re out on the town. These will be sims outside of your household. Their main “job” is to hang out at the lot. You can let the game generate new sims to fill these roles, or assign existing sims in the town to fill the roles.

Examples of role sims you can create: 

A regular patron at a dive bar for your sim to befriend or make enemies with.

A sexy single sim at a beach, gym, pool, bar or club for your sim to mingle and hook up with. 

An escort at a brothel for your sim to woohoo with (Passion mod). 

A client for your sim to sell drugs/weapons to (MonocoDoll Vile Ventures mod and Arms Dealing mod) - I have not tested this but in theory it should work. 

You can add multiple role sims on each lot. You could have a number of partygoers on a club lot/a number of escorts on a brothel lot/a number of mobsters or criminals on a warehouse lot who will always be there when your sim visits.

Why role sims?

Townies are unpredictable - you never know which lot they’ll show up on, and how long they’ll stay. Role sims will consistently be there as the supporting characters in your main sim’s story. 

Having consistent NPCs at certain locations around town can help with story-driven gameplay scenarios.

You can move a household of your own sims into town and assign them to fill various roles. See pretty NPCs around town!

If you let the game generate new sims for the roles, then it saves you the hassle of setting up new households yourself. You can always edit them later in CAS.

Limitations: 

According to Arsil, it seems like sims who are already employed (such as most townies) will be removed from their jobs if they are assigned to be role sims. So I would avoid using any employed townies for this unless you are ok with that. Use unemployed residents instead.

I believe the role sim cannot leave the lot during the designated work hours. Your sim cannot form a group with them and go to another venue. However, you can invite the sim over or hang out afterwards from the relationship panel.

Mods Needed:

Nraas Master Controller + Integration Module

Nraas Register

Arsil‘s Custom Generic Role mod (both the floor marker and the desk)

Passion (if you want your sim to be able to have sex with the role sims on the lot or have the role sims dance on the stripper pole) 

MonocoDoll’s Vile Ventures mod (if you want to create NPC clients for your sim to sell to) 

MonocoDoll’s Arms Dealing mod (if you want to create NPC clients for your sim to sell to) 

How to Set Up: 

Step 1: Install the mods listed above. Then, open the save file you want to add some downtown sleaze to. 

Step 2: Find a community lot you want to add role sims to. This could be a bar, nightclub, brothel/motel/strip club, a run-down warehouse or block of buildings, casino, etc. I have downloaded many lots from Flora2 at ModtheSims and @simsmidgen here on Tumblr that fit the gritty urban vibe.  

Step 3: Enter Build/Buy mode. You can do this from Live mode. 

Press Ctrl + Shift + C, enter this cheat: testingcheatsenabled true 

Press the Shift key and click on the ground of the community lot. 

Click on “Build on this lot”. 

You can also enter Edit Town mode to renovate the community lot. 

Step 4: Place Arsil’s Custom Generic Role floor marker or desk on the lot. Place one for each role sim you want to create. They are located in Build Mode -> Community Objects -> Misc. If the desk looks out of place, use the floor marker instead. 

Step 5: In Live mode, click on the object -> Settings to set:

The name of the role (clubgoer/stripper/escort/mobster/etc.) 

The “work” hours the sim will be on the lot for 

The days off 

The motives to freeze or not (I recommend freezing all the motives to avoid interactions being interrupted/sims complaining due to low motives) 

If the sim you want to assign to the role already lives in town, click on the object -> Nraas -> Register -> Select -> Choose criteria -> select the sim from the list. I would avoid choosing any employed townies as they may lose their job when switching to this role. Choose unemployed residents to avoid conflicts.

Remove assigned roles: click on the object to remove the sim from the role.

Step 6: In Live mode, click on City Hall -> Nraas -> Register

Allow immigration: choose whether you want new sims to be moved into town to take the roles (enable this if you want the game to generate new sims for the roles) 

Allow immigration = False: if you set this option to false, then a new option called "Find Empty Roles" should appear. You can then assign any sim to the role object you placed, from City Hall.

Allow resident assignment: choose whether you want existing unemployed townies to be randomly assigned to fill the roles (I recommend to disable this. I had Buster Clavell show up to work at my strip club. NO!)

Pay per hour: I'm not sure how to adjust the pay for each custom role but you can just leave it at the default or change it globally

Remove roles: click on the object to remove the sim from the role, or click on City Hall -> Nraas -> Register -> Global Roles -> Remove by sim

Step 7: In Live mode, give the game some time to generate the role sims. Visit the community lot and have a look at your new role sims. The role sims should autonomously interact with other sims and objects on the lot. Using Nraas Master Controller, you can take the sim into CAS to give them a makeover, edit their traits, or replace them with a sim from your sim bin. 

Step 8: Make your sim interact with the shiny new role sims and play out the storylines you always wished were possible. Public hookups, functioning brothels, selling drugs and guns - this is what The Sims 3 was made for, baby!!! 

Related Mods:

Arsil’s Exotic Dancer Stage - if you have a club community lot, you can use this mod to hire dancers. You can use role sims to add other NPCs to the club such as guests, shady business sims, or non-dancer sex workers. 

Nraas Relativity - this handy mod can slow down the speed of time so your sim can spend more time doing their "activities"

Nraas Woohooer - if you don’t want the explicit sex animations from Passion, you could use this mod instead to provide more woohoo options. 

Passion - for brothels/strip clubs, this mod will add sex animations and the ability to have role sims dance on the stripper pole. 

MonocoDoll’s Vile Ventures mod and Arms Dealing mod - you can use role sims to create more clients for your sim to sell drugs and weapons to, like different individuals/gangs/mobs. You could have different clients hanging out at different spots in the city. 

LazyDuchess Lot Population - this mod populates community lots with townies, and they can interact with the role sims you’ve created. 

Service Sims Out on the Town - this pushes service sims to visit community lots, to add even more variety to your crowds.

Recommendations for optimising the world. I advise and even insist that you use with this world mods Nraas:Master controller,nraas Overwatch,nraas Register,nraas Traffic.(Links to them do not give, I think they have you and so all installed):)Optimise the world with these mods: remove unnecessary transport, generated by the game stray animals, paparazzi and tourists. The world is released in betta version as it was little tested (and I will not have such an opportunity in the near future, so I put it out to you earlier than planned).

Improved Maid Uniforms

I've never really liked how maids looked in Sims 3 compared to the rest of games. For some reason EA decided to go for a bare-minimum look, no stockings, no accessories, and simple heels. So I took matters in my own hands and fixed the way they looked. For female maids I changed the dress color from the default plastic-looking pitch black to a nicer black with a hint of blue that resembles maid dresses in Sims 2 and 4. Added dark stockings, changed the heels with the leather pump ones from base game, and added basic white pearl earrings. For male maids I changed the pants to a more formal pair with a belt from base game, and changed their color to match the female maid's dress. Added light pink gloves that mimic latex cleaning gloves, based on Sims 2's male maids. Lastly, changed the shirt color from light gray to white.

Technical Stuff

Due to the way the game was made, this mod might not work straight away. Most premade maids in different worlds already have set the default maid uniform, meaning that you need to remove their career outfit with Nraas Master Controller and then wait until the next day in-game so the game regenerates their career outfit. So please follow the previous instructions before reporting any issues. Randomly generated maids will use the mod's uniform by default, so no need to remove any outfits. I didn't add makeup to female maids because depending on the sim, some maids will show up with extra accessories or makeup, plus I wasnt able to make makeup work on the CAS Texture Unitool. It works the same way as normal careers outfits do, it depends on their everyday outfit.

I've always adored these set of eyebrows made by eruwen, but as with all brows, sometimes they look a bit too faint for my liking. My solution? Converting them into layerable, versatile make-up pieces to complement existing eyebrows.

Here I present to you eruwen's male eyebrows set converted as make-up, which were originally available only for men. After testing, those also work marvellously well on ladies, so I made them available for both male and female.

This has been a long-overdue project of mine, arguably what drove me into editing CC for personal use the first place. They look decent enough so I thought about sharing them with you.

Custom Map Tags for NRaas Tagger

Hello all,

I was wanting to add some medieval map tags to my game recently, so I started with those. But then I was looking at the current available map tags on NRaas and realized they really don't match the look of the game much. So I decided to remake the ones that I use and add them to my new set. After I was done, I decided to share it with all of you.

So here it is, 29 new map tags to be used with NRaas Tagger.

The bone assignment of the clothing isn't perfect. You may notice some imperfections when the sims raise their hands. I've done my best. 😥

As for the earrings, they are separated into left and right parts. If you're using NRaas settings, you can choose from several options: wearing only one earring, wearing the same earring on both sides, or wearing a heart earring on one side and a ribbon earring on the other. They can be worn in various combinations.

Get Pumped!

This started as just a simple solution to allow my Sims to work out without a TV, radio or gym equipment present but I’m a fitness nut so I knew I couldn’t stop there. I love working out and am always trying out new workouts or gyms like people try out food or clothes. It’s one of my favorite hobbies IRL so I was happy to try and make more exercise/fitness things for my athletic Sims.

This is the Exercise Mat I previewed a few weeks (months?) ago and I added a few more features like the ability to teach classes and also free weights (dumbbells and kettlebell).

Credit/Thanks: @aroundthesims for the free weights and kettlebell which are hers. I only recategorized them to Sports/Hobbies. Mats and board are EA. Animations by me, Mixamo and EA!

Exercise Mat:

Sims can do different floor and body weight exercises on the mat, which are skill gated:

Sit ups, squats: Level 2

Push ups, single-leg squats, bicycle crunches: Level 3

Burpees: Level 4

Sims can also stretch which has benefits if you do it before and/or after exercising. 

Stretching before: the Feeling Limber moodlet will prevent your Sim from getting fatigued so long as it is active

Stretching after: the Feeling Limber moodlet will remove soreness if you have it

If there is an instructor mat on the lot, you can assign the mat to the instructor mat so Sims will use it for classes

Instructor Mat: This mat lets Sims who have Athletic skill 5 or higher teach exercise classes. 

Assign Instructor - sets who the instructor will be for the mat

Schedule Class - self-explanatory; select a time a date to host a class

Start Class - if you don’t want to wait, you can start a class now. Instructors will wait 20 sim minutes (tunable) before starting the class to allow interested Sims to join.

Toggle Stereo - requires IP to work, adds a stereo to the instructor mat so you can play music during class

Free Weights:

You can lift dumbbells or kettlebells. That's pretty much it. These guys look super happy about it.

You only need one dumbbell. The other one is a prop which will be created once your Sim starts lifting.

Gym Classes:

Instructors can hold Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced gym classes, the difference in difficulty affects the fat/muscle delta, fatigue level and athletic skill gain. The ability to hold different class levels is skill gated at Levels 5, 6 and 7 respectively.

If you schedule a class, the instructor and any Sims that sign up for the class will be pushed to the lot an hour before the class starts. Sims cannot join a class after it starts but if they leave before the class ends, they still get charged.

The cost per person is based on the class level and the instructor’s athletic skill. If you have NRaas Career and the Instructor is in the Trainer skill-based career, they will also earn extra money and the funds will go towards their career advancement.

If there are no spots available, you can still check what time the class is and get information on the class if you want to show up and see if a spot opens up.

If classes are hosted on a non-park community lot, like a gym, 25% of the class fees will go to the venue (the venue owner will receive this if it’s owned).

You can check and sign up for scheduled classes on the gym board object. Instructors can also cancel classes there.

There are two "rewards" available: Top Trainer and Gym Rat. Top Trainers are Sims that have taught at least 20 classes. After achieving that, their classes are worth more and they also keep a larger percentage of the cost per student. Gym Rats are Sims that have taken at least 10 classes after which they get a discount on any other classes afterwards.

Notes: 

My suggestion is to organize the class room like how I have in my photos with the mats horizontal facing the instructor. I'd also space them out more than I did as some of the exercises involve a lot of jumping/moving around but I have small lots so I have to squeeze in as much as I can! With this plus Twin's spin class and yoga mods, I'm going to need a bigger gym!!

The instructor will face whichever mat is first in the list of assigned mats so I would suggest assigning the front center mat first.

You can have multiple instructors/instructor mats on the same lot but an instructor can only be assigned to one mat.

Sims cannot take a class if they don't have more than $400 in their family funds. You can change this if you like but I don't want my broke inactives spending money on gym classes (we have gym at home!)

If Sims are not autonomously joining classes or using the mat, it’s probably because you have too many advertising objects on your lot that are competing with it. You can up the advertising for the mat but it’s already quite high so you just have to figure out how to balance it. The Join Class interaction does advertise fun and social in addition to the standard Athletic Game Object advertising so I would suggest upping that in order to get more attention from Sims.

The animation of Sims picking up/dropping the free weight is kind of wonky. I may try to fix it later.

There’s a collection file for all the objects but you will find all of them under Entertainment/Sporting Goods. Nothing is more expensive than 150 simoleons.

This is set for YA+ because a) some of the animations will sink for teens and b) they are always trying to do their fucking homework around each other while I'm holding classes and it drove me crazy. You can change the ITUN if you want teens to use it but you've been warned.

Future updates: I'm already thinking about using a similar system to create dance classes. Making an active Dancer career is something I’ve wanted for a while and I have a Sim that would be perfect to test it.

Simblreen 2024 Gift #4: Doom Eternal Maykr Symbols as tattoos

Kar En Tuk! 🤘 (again!) A Simblreen can't go by without me showing appreciation for the modern DOOM games, in which I've been engrossed for roughly the past 3 months now. And, once again, it takes the form of tattoos!

This pack features a whopping 56 tattoos vectored from the art of Emerson Tung. As an aside, one brave person went ahead and translated all the Maykr writing in the codex entries. That sure is something!

⚠️ While these tattoos are availabe in 1024x1024px and made as vector shapes, the game will inevitably pixelate them. Some tattoos look best in larger sizes!

These are proper tattoos, NOT accessories, so you will find them in the Tattoos tab in CAS.

Available for teen-elder, unisex.

All come in 3 presets and 2 recolorable channels, except for the mirrored Z-like symbol, which only has one channel.

NRAAS Careers Mod

I decided to use game screenshots from The Sims 3 that I took during the testing period instead of creating detailed images because it takes less time compared to the other one and I've been quite busy these past few days. You may have noticed my new post format, which I'm trying out to see if it works for me. Since I started my Simblr account, I've been experimenting with what works or looks good with my theme. Hopefully, I will find something that I'll be happy with. So, I hope you'll be patient with me as I tend to change things every now and then. The Charisma skill is added as one of its metrics because this part-time career mostly involves interacting with patients and fellow medical staff. This includes tasks such as checking in patients, scheduling appointments and coordinating medical procedures with different teams in the hospital. Logic is also the other Metric as I think the longer you work in that setting you will eventually learn the medical jargons especially if you have been promoted to the highest level and need to accurately record everything during patient examinations. As stated above, you will need NRAAS Careers Mod for these careers to show up in the game and as long as you have the latest version of it, it should work for higher patches.
