AITB for breaking my friend’s kokoro?

This was technically not something I had any control over, but my friends are saying it was my fault, so I feel like I may be the baka here, nya, rawr. I (M) am friends with two kawaii girls, who I will call R-chan and K-chan. Lately R-chan has been going through a lot. She recently recovered from rabies, and after that she was possessed by a neko demon and had to be exorcised. A lot has happened to me as well, as I was kidnapped by B-san (M); R-chan and K-chan rescued me, which I was very arigatoful for! B-san and I have since settled our differences, though, and now we’ve started dating. Nya. Rawr. Today, R-chan told me that she loved me. Before I had a chance to let her down gently, B-san showed up, so I told her that he and I were together now. Because of this, R-chan’s kokoro was brokoro and she died. She died because of me, and I feel terrible, nya, rawr.

So, am I the baka?

   The ginger beheld the one in front of him.. How apologetic he is. How desperately he was seeking Ren's forgiveness. How many things had taken place since that day. . .

      Of pain that shouldn't have been.

    Though, he couldn't blame Aichi, not in the slightest. He had just been trying to save everyone he loved and that love went beyond just those near and dear to him. No, this boy, no, this young MAN had so much love for the world and every person in it. Honestly the world didn't deserve such a pure hearted individual.

      His face is stoic. . . Red hues assessing the situation. . . How he had made them forget him. An unnecessary thing, given Ren HAD been right all along, that there HAD been another way.

   A heavy sigh leaves him, shoulders slumping as hands leave his pant pockets, before he gains a soft smile on his features. He steps closer to the bowing bluenette, a hand coming up to lightly tap against the top of his head.

            "Aichi-kun... I forgave you the day you left. And while the idea of keeping such a thing from Kai-nii was difficult... I still did it for you. You are just as stubborn as he is, who am I to try to go against that relentless will?"

   A soft chuckle leaves him, before he pulls the other into a tight hug.

            "I'm just so glad we got you back... I'm so glad I remember you, Aichi-kun. I don't want to live in a world where you don't exist nor in a world that I had to forget you. Not after everything you've DONE for me, not after everything you've SHOWN me."

“T-Thank you for letting me see you on such short notice, Ren.” His voice is soft and timid, typical of the Sendou as he walks into Ren’s office. He remembers all to well the last time he was here, even though to him it’s felt like ages. His sense of time definitely had been distorted while he was asleep with the Link Joker seed inside of him. All he had been focused on at the time was keeping it at bay, keep the very thing that had hurt his family, his friends, his planet, and Cray from ever getting out and causing chaos again.

That problem is gone now, the seed having been split by his avatar and scattered across the hearts of many fighters, but the wounds of such an event still remain. For Aichi, those wounds might not ever heal, especially the ones he personally inflicted upon those he held most dear. That is why he brought himself to the Foo Fighter Headquarters that day, to see one of the people he asked to keep his existence a secret from the world after they refused to seal him away…

“Please…Please forgive me!” Aichi says after bowing his head, his voice stronger and full of his remorse and guilt “I…I shouldn’t have placed such a heavy burden on you or Leon! I should…I should have listened to you! I should have looked for other options, but…I was just so focused on protecting everyone that I…”

He stops himself there, not wanting to say any more excuses. He came here to apologize, not to ramble. Aichi will understand if no one forgives him. What he did was horrible, even if he had good intentions. Regardless, he had to let Ren, Leon, and everyone else who got into this mess just how sorry he was. It was his duty to do so. That’s what his heart had been telling him to do since his fight with Kai and the crumble of Sanctuary.

Me after drawing something Silverwing-related YEARS after I've left the fandom

Somehow amazed that I can still get the style okay without much references LOL. Just like riding a bike egbjhdhbfsjdfbsdsdfbdf

Man, when I think about it, I never got the chance really to reveal all the stuff I had planned for my OC Stella in my fanfic Lifewing. Never got to reveal that she's Frieda's grand-daughter. Never got to expand on her relationship with my other OC, Axel. Never got to the end of my fanfic where she almost dies and Goth is just "NDFASJKNDSKAJ NO, MY DAUGHTER 😭" (he totally adopts her, the big goober). Also never got to write that big war scene I had planned. Never got to write Jarod's epic death (my kokoro is brokoro, but he deserved it LOL).

There's also a lot of things I would change in my fanfic, but there's a lot of scenes I would still keep relatively the same. TEMPTED to rewrite, but knowing myself - I'm not sure if I'm ready enough to dwelve back into it.

So I might just draw some stuff here and then 💜

There's absolutely no denying that Mikey would be the king of hugs. It's those type of hugs that feels absolutely genuine and gives you an energy boost in return. No matter how tall or shaped you are, you feel like his arms were made to hug you!

Raph is indeed a teddy bear and the kind of guy to lift you off the floor and swirl around playfully. Otherwise he just likes to enclose you in his arms - you feel protected and he knows that.

Leo feels like a warm blanket. He's soft and tender, and sometimes starts to rock his from from side to side while hugging, simply because he's happy to hug you! I see him as someone that likes to squeeze gently your shoulders or anywhere his hands lands on, jsut to emphazise how he likes holding you.

I'm absolutely biased about Donnie, but I would believe that he's not afraid to hug once he knows someone well enough (otherwise it's gentle pats or hugging back just for the sake of being polite). When he hugs, he wants to bury himself in the action - he'll nuzzle the top of your head, he wants to keep you as close as possible and never let you go. Being the tallest, he's not afraid to sit you up anywhere and hug you better. Bonus point if you wrap your arms around his neck! HE JUST WANTS TO MELT AND GIVE HIMSELF COMPLETELY INTO THE HUG 😩💜

Anyone else just occasionally imagines being squish hugged by each turtle brother? Just bayverse are so big. I bet the hugs are the best.
