let me tell you a very funny (slightly embarrassing) story that happened last week!!

so i was helping the english department at my school clean out their big and very outdated literature study books bc im best friends with all of them duh

anyway . im casually oohing and aahing at every book i see and stealing whatever poetry book i can find that they dont want anymore

until i come across this small pocketsized book! its teal and the spine is cracked and from afar the big S on the cover and the teal colour makes it look like fucking. Shrek. so naturally i was like ???? A SHREK PLAY???

and so i picked it up bc a gal got curious!! and i look closer and it turns out to be Henry IV part 1! and bc i cant keep my big mouth shut i yelled "OH M GOD ISNT THIS THE TOM HIDDLESTON PLAY???" and the entire office went. Quiet.

i'll talk about this once and for all since yall are so keen on forcing people to hate on the song (talking about anons). The song is objectively good well made from the instruments the orchestra sound jimins voice and him once again getting the job done the way it should be and getting the exact right feeling of the song across with his voice and making it dynamic (a capacity not many have). I'd be dumb if my judment of this song is not done based on its context which is my problem with the way many of yall are perceiving it. Context and timing is important to me personally when it comes to the way i feel about the releases of an artist i stan, its also why to me i never made a whole fuss over bts 3eng songs because in the bts context i felt like it was needed to get something light like that and they have already proved so much as artists through the years so going down a route with a song about love something updeat and just happy same way it was with ptd just fit in that specific context to me. In jimins case this song, is in the big picture of things is A BSIDE part of his album that i personally for sure will not be skipping when listening to the whole album and that goes to show how from a subjective perspective as well i like the song for what it is and how it was marketed. Haters make this fandom less and less enjoyable. Idk why so many people act like hating is normal and an expected part of the sport, specially with the recent events its showing so many disrespectful and imo even disgusting behaviours of the fans.

I'm not condemning criticism, or even disliking a driver, everyone has a right to not like a driver but I think we should all trace a line when the hate is to much which imo is what is happening but most of the people act like it's okay.

This are REAL people, and HUMANS, yes maybe they're also rich boys who drive fast cars but still, they're NOT fictional people whom you can wish death and harass.

Also hating and harassing other fans for having an opinion or liking a certain driver is also fucking disgusting. Period. Idc you think the driver did something irremediable, it's still fucking horrendous to bash on other people for having a different opinion to yours. And if you want to be treated with respect, you need to also respect others, so then dont be surprised those people wont respect you, like I've seen lately.

honestly yeah i do agree with this one, which might come as a surprise to some people who know me. i’m definitely a big hater about some drivers and i’ve got some intense opinions, but the difference is i keep them to tumblr or my personal messages with friends. it’s one thing to post about not liking a driver on a blog website that i doubt half the drivers even know about, or to talk shit with your friends in messages nobody else will see, but it’s crossing the line to go and post on twitter or instagram or tiktok, all of which are extremely public platforms that almost every single driver uses, and post death threats and the like. the truth is that driver hate has always been part of the sport, but it’s been on the side of too much for years now. and the hate against other fans, like you mentioned, is ridiculous. there are a couple of drivers on the grid that i really can’t stand, but i follow and am friends with plenty of folks who are fans of those drivers, and i’m not in their ask boxes or dms or text messages shitting on them for liking drivers that i’m not a fan of. it works the opposite way, too. if someone is hating on your favourite driver, just ignore them or block them if you don’t want to hear it. there’s no reason to harass people.

the big takeaway is, people just need to mind their manners and their business and understand what the limit is.

Izy (my idea ,technically OC, of the whole Iznmi and Marie once was) - she/her Marie - she/her Mim - whatever (the situation calls for)

while publically and online I don't talk about my ideas in detail or like, something closer to a finished product, I do like to use pronouns dramatically trying to make use of the English langauge (<- thinks in 2-3 languages at a time). In this case, it'd be towards mim's different aspects. as a diety (she/her), human facade (he/him), or like uh Ame-no-Sagiri (it/its) and other stuff they do while possessing people probably.

imagine there being an omniscient narrator but likes to be dramatic and talking to an audience in the voice of a certain character and from that "perspective" (<- desperately trying to explain their bullshit writing style). If I write from a Teddie perspective then the narrative would use "sensei" for Souji and describe details curiously, or an Adachi perspective where the narrative would use "idiot" and sounds very annoyed and lazy, or Souji using "senpai" and is particular with descriptions and with things that catch his eye, or, very vaguely, mim trying to distinguish their roles and identities as god and as this human they're acting as.

but the narrator is also its own guy and decides to make analogies that could foreshadow something or make things sound interesting or sound embarrassing and cheesy and (gritting teeth, punching the fucking air)

onto a more personal take though, I guess I do leave the impression I use they/them for mim pretty firmly but not really strictly! I am a silly guy I don't really care it's not really firm at all lol

Iznmi is all contracted because of the Horrors but I ended up sticking with it, without the added Horrors, because it got easier to type and my keyboard already learned the word in its autofill, so. I feel like the first time i sent that long ass rant message i didn't really fully express why i'm so in love with your stories and your writing so i'm gonna do it here and also share some other thoughts along the way! <3

First of all, the way you write feels so smooth and in place that i actually have a feeling i'm reading the canon material its self (it is canon idc) and also how you portray Gojo? the way he's in love with the reader, him being absolutely whipped for his children, him as a whole person? it feels so in character to me that it doesn't have anything off putting like you would enouncter in most Gojo fics. I suck at giving a thourough explanation but i will do my best: firstly, rip to my youth was an absolute gem to read and the way you've written everything, everyone, the way you've portrayed and written Riko healed my soul because i love her so much, she's my precious child that deserved the world. the semingly bad mouthed gojo behaviour, the way he's been a menace in hs and also the same time how reader seems to always ground him?? "it's my fault for thinking you could do better" (was that the line? i hope i got it right oof) please the way she can always bring him back on the ground and make him feel human, it's loveee, love LOVE that makes this man human and you have done such an amazing job showing that via his interactions with Geto and reader, even Shoko subtly! Also how you talked about friends also being platonic lovers and vice versa, im so ALL for that! i love how you portrayed that through them, the cuddling, hugs, gojo simply existing in her space because she got used to it and at this point pretty much allows it, and honestly for someone as weary and distrustful as Gojo, it would honestly take alot for someone to enter his shell like that and he allows himself to be vulnerable. I like how you write him as a guy that has no game and gets zero girls lmao because its true its canon, i like to think that he's more interested and drawn towards reader's attention and its her that he really wants but she's just so goddamn oblivious!!

Absolutely loved how you written them with Megumi and Tsumiki, Megumi being mama's boy, it's canon too i love to see it, Gojo being so touchy and clingy with reader is a big yes for me. So in conclusion, i also love you for leaving cultural notes and you're actually willing to stand up to fandom discourse and racism thats plagued within it, i wish people understood or tried to take japanese culture into account when writing Gojo or any other character, it really shows the nuance and its something thats being dismissed even in english translations, it just ain't there. But you, you've done it everytime and it makes me fall in love with your work all over again, i just think it's very neat and you as a person here and the way you interact with your followers is very pleasing, at least those that are nice and considerate towards you, i simply love your energy. Swallow (technically a thriller & Not Horror but. Pica freaks me out & the mc’s gets worse throughout the film. Has a happy ending though!)

Faces In the Crowd (another thriller so not horror & critics really didn’t like this one 🥲 but I thought the concept was hella cool & I enjoyed it so idc)

Battle Royale isn’t an English language film but it’s one of the best films ever made, period. I will not accept any criticism of it

Hush is also really good!! The premise is quite fun and the cat &mouse concept really gets flipped on its head, plus the ambience is incredible since there’s very little dialogue

The VVitch (SCARY)

Spring is another body horror film but it’s less (??) gory than AM; also there’s a strong romantic plot driving it which is cute in its own disturbing way

Carrie is a cult classic and for GOOD REASON!! Both the original and the remake are really, really good. I recommend both of em bc they aren’t quite the same :~)

Jennifer’s Body - again, cult classic level and it’s what it deserves

Misery is REALLY claustrophobic and that makes it more horrifying than the gory films on this list tbh

Lots of Stephen King books turned films are actually really good!! A Good Marriage was not so don’t watch that but Gerald’s Game is FANTASTIC. In The Tall Grass I haven’t seen but heard good things about - also IT was too scary for me and I had to turn it off LMAO

Omg I can’t believe I almost forgot A Cure For Wellness; this isn’t body horror but god it will make you squeamish AF - I had to sit down on three separate occasions to get through it LMAO. It’s a bit long and tbh the pacing is a bit too slow for me to consider it scary per se; but nobody will deny that the film is achingly beautiful. Sterile & clean and hiding very dark secrets. Not scary and yet terrifyingly scary??? I so recommend

The class was silent as they watched their homeroom teacher argue with the new nurse about something so simple. Yet you didn't get it. Shouta sighed at your answer but simply shook his head and handed back the medical kit, "You're lucky you're pretty"

Your mouth dropped open in shock and 1A opened their mouths to argue back. While they agreed that you were certainly not the smartest person here, Aizawa couldn't just say that! Huffing, you ripped the medical pack from him with your chin raised high. "You're not wrong... But I'm still offended. At least I shower everyday" the class bursted out into laughter at your comeback, causing a smile to form on your lips at their reaction. Shouta glared at you before turning it on the class, who immediately stopped.

Smirking towards your brother, you turned and began heading towards the door, happy with the thought of winning a verbal argument. Before you could rip the door open, your brother had captured you in his scarf and spun you back around. "You never play fairly Sho!" You screeched out, stomping your feet as you tried to pull yourself free from his bindings. You two were close in age, yet he was blessed with a quirk that could be used for fighting. It wasn't fair!

"What's going on in here?"

You gasped happily at the sound and tried to spin back towards the doorway but you managed to trip on the scarf. Letting out a squeal, the newcomer managed to catch you before you slammed onto the ground. "ALL MIGHT!!" The class screamed out, almost as excited to see their favorite pro hero as much as you were. Your face heated up in a blush as Toshinori's wide smile beamed down on you. Shouta let you out of his bindings as Toshi sent a silent glare his way, you two were siblings, but you couldn't fight back like he could.

"Always so protective over her" Shouta murmured as he watched Toshinori help you stand up straight. "Well when I see someone in need of help, I'm always there!" Toshinori hollered out with a laugh, trying his best to hide the fact that he showed a very intimate moment with you in front of the students.

But it was too late.

"Wait! Are you two dating!?" Your head snapped to the kid now standing. He had green hair and you knew exactly who it was based on everything Toshinori had told you about him. Izuku Midoriya, the kid who figured out everything and the one who will replace the man beside you. Toshinori tried to laugh it off but couldn't stop the knowing blush from spreading across his neck and face. Silence filled the room, everyone in it waiting for the other to break. "Okay! I have to get back now! Mind walking me back to the nurses station Mr. All Might? I still get lost. Haha!" Your voice was airy and ditzy, causing Shouta to roll his eyes towards you. He had no patience for those who weren't smart...

"She's really stupid but she's really sexy" a whisper hit Shouta's ears and he was quick to shoot his scarf to whoever it was. Mineta was wrapped up in the scarf, screaming and praying for forgiveness as he watched his teacher look at him coldly. "You will not speak of her in such a manner, understood? I'm the only person allowed to call her stupid. Got it!" Mineta nodded quickly and the class followed in fear, the look in their teachers eyes one they haven't seen before. Your brother set the youngster down before turning his hard gaze back onto you. A knowing smile graced your features, telling him that you sadly heard what the purple haired kid said. He'd have to apologize to you later for calling you dumb in front of the students...

"Alright! We are off!" You waved to everyone as Toshi drug you out of the room, halfway down the hall, you noticed that his grip was vice like. "Are you mad? Did I do something?" Your eyes went doe like as your heels dug into the ground, trying to stop him from dragging you any further. Steam exploded around you and in All Mights place now stood a very upset looking Toshinori. Your head cocked to the side, confused as to what exactly he was so upset about. "Shouta and I are just like that my love, it's not a big deal. I know I'm not smart and that's okay-"

"I dont want you to ever think you aren't amazing. I don't care what these people say about you-"

"I know Toshi-"

"Because you're so fucking beautiful and strong and amazing-"

"Toshinori, honey I know-"

"I just can't stand it when people call you stupid-"

Your lips slammed against his, silencing the rambling almost instantly. A few more of his words were muttered into your mouth before he gave in and kissed you back. You felt him relax in your embrace and pulled away slowly, making sure he could see your grin and how happy he made you. "I'm a ditz and that's okay. As long as you love me for who I am then nothing else matters" he nodded at your words, mentally restraining himself from interjecting and proclaiming that you weren't a ditz, you were you.

"But did you know that a kilogram of steel and a kilogram of feathers weigh the same? Because I thought the steel would be heavier." Sighing at your statement, he leaned forward a pressed a kiss to your temple. So maybe you were a bit of a ditz, but you were his ditz.

And that's all that mattered.

YGCMA songs and how they relate to c!Wilbur based off of yesterday’s lore (in my biased opinion)

This is so dumb and i literally don’t care. I can’t think about anything else other than doing this synopsis even tho like 28480329204 other people are going to do it. idc. 

(I listened to the songs earlier, and i’m also listening to them as i write the opinions. these are basically just my thoughts while listening tbh. im also not doing the full song, just some things i feel relate within each song)

- Jubilee Line

the lines at the beginning of the song, “hate to see you leaving / a fate worse than dying” could relate to how wilbur feels after tommy gets pulled back into the overworld. or, he could be referencing L’Manburg and how he hates to see his country leaving him (ouch). 

then we have the lines “your city gave me asthma / so thats why im fucking leaving / and your water gave me cancer / and the pavements hurt my feelings”. This could be in relation to L’Manburg as a whole. He put everything he had into L’Manburg and it only ended up hurting him in the end. yikes. 

now we have “shout at the wall / ‘cause the walls dont fucking love you” repeated. This could be in reference to when he said he was fucking kicking and screaming to get out of the train station. hes screaming and he doesnt care because it doesnt matter to him. it doesnt love him just like how the people of L’Manburg didnt love him. wilbur get therapy challenge.

so based on the lore from yesterday, we know that c!wilbur’s limbo was a train station (props to fanartists. i love you.), presumably the YCGMA album cover type deal. when he sings “Theres a reason / that London puts barriers on the tube line / theres a reason / that London puts barriers on the rails” repeated. if the train station looks like how they do on the album cover, there could be barriers where he is. maybe hes trying his best to just kill himself over again by jumping onto the tracks. just in an attempt to escape. jfc 

“theres a reason they fail”. he was still in the train station, wasnt he?

- Saline Solution

for this one, i feel like hes pretty far into the void and regretting his decision to have phil kill him. hes tired of being in a fucking train station for years on end. 

“i think this time im dying / im not melodramatic / im just pragmatic beyond any / reasoning for thinking ive got / fuckin rabies or something.” hes so fucking sick of being in this goddamn train station and he thinks hes dying. hes so pent up and sick of being there, maybe hes just in so much pain that he feels like hes dying. if hes been there for a while, hes probably bound to go crazy at some point, hence the “pragmatic beyond any reasoning.”

“I think ive lost my mind / blurring the fact and the fictions” this feels like he really does believe hes going crazy and is mixing up the things he really knows and the things his mind is creating for him. maybe this is when tommy first arrived and he cant tell if he real or not (thats a stretch but i figured id share it anyway.)

“I think ive made my choice / im a deceased playing victim / slip the face, slip the victory” he quite literally says that hes a deceased playing victim. hes literally saying hes dead HAHHAHAH anyway. maybe hes blaming himself again, because us c!wilbur apologists all know that hes very good at doing that.

“Sit secluded in hatred /.../” hes sitting in a fucking train station for god knows how long beating himself up over and over again and just hating himself. hes all alone. with himself. someone he fucking loathes.

this is honestly all i have for Saline Solution, but i will definitely add more later if i get different theories. 

- Since I Saw Vienna

This is my favorite song on the album and my comfort song so that could factor into this bit ahaha

im going to skip through this one a little bit and go to the line “The roads are my home, horizons my target / if i keep on moving, never lose sight of it / treating my memory of you like a fire, let it / burn out, don’t fight it, try to move on” this sounds like hes reminiscing on his home in L’Manburg and his presidency was something he relied on and he would fight to get it back, but now that hes dead and said that it should remain that way that he should just let it go. trying to move on from his symphony, forever unfinished. 

 “its been sixty weeks since i saw vienna / a bandage and a wide smile slapped across my face / ill pick up my hiking boots when i am ready / and ill put down my roots when im dead.” THESE LINES FUCK ME UP IN GENERAL BUT HOW THEY RELATE TO C!WILBUR RN IS JUST SUIBHYSBUSHDXNSKJDNHBD YK???? in the context that vienna is L’Manburg and he died, its saying that its been a long ass time since hes seen it and hes faking being okay about his death. he misses it but doesnt want to admit it. the picking up the hiking boots when hes ready is him moving on from his L’Manburg, and putting his roots down when hes dead is finally being okay with not living there/being an important part of it. he believed his death was the best for the people in L’Manburg and L’Manburg itself. it seems like hes still trying to convince himself. 

“Ill be gone then, for when you must be alone.” hes gone. hes dead. hes in the train station. he left the L’Manburgians alone and hes alone in his limbo. man. 

- Losing Face

this song is angry. hes so fucking angry. my thoughts are that this is about the following presidents after him. he feels like the L’Manburgians were happier without him and im pretty sure he believed that even when Schlatt was president. this is so evident in the lyric “Is he better than me?” Hes literally asking if the other presidents were better than he was. he doesnt believe he did everything he could to be the best president, even though we all know that he gave everything that he was into that country and then some. he broke himself for the L’Manburg but he doesnt believe hes enough. sheesh.

“Ive seen him / ive been him / ive felt the same way” even though he cant see the new presidents being president, he knows what its like. he knows that they might break under the pressure. hes been there. he knows how if feels. yikes. 

“Ive lost all meaning / ive lost my sense of hope” this feels like when he was nearing the end of L’Manburg when he blew it up, and that he feels like trying to win it back is pointless. he has no hope for it anymore, so why not give up? his mental state is already shit yk so i cant really blame him for feeling that way. 

“i dont care / i want you here / as long as youre happy, i dont care” this line. this fucking line. hes lost hope in being president, but he doesnt care. he just wants the L’Manburgians to be happy. that was his whole thought process while he was president. he didnt matter to himself, he just wanted them to be happy. he sacrificed his mental state for them. cries in wilbur apologist.

- Your Sister Was Right

He feels like he uses his friends. this whole thing is a projection of his shit ass mental state rn fucking hell. he feels like hes abusive. thats what everyones been telling him. they tell him he was awful and a shit president and all that jazz even though hes been killing himself trying to be the best for them but its still not enough (pigeon projecting? more likely than you think)

“every time that i miss you / i feel the way you hurt / and i dont deserve you / you deserve the world / though it feels like we were built / from the same dirt.” man. hes dead lol. he misses the L’Manburgians. not only were they his supporters, but they were all his friends too. every time he misses his friends he feels their pain of when he first blew up L’Manburg. he feels like because he caused them all pain that they dont like him and that they never liked him and that he is undeserving of their friendship. he still wants to be friends with them. he still loves them. he still wants the best for them. he thinks theyre so much better than him even though they all created L’Manburg together. in reality they are all the same, but their actions impact each other and he feels that his actions make him worse than them or less than. fuckisonmdfnpbhife

“a fucking waste of time” do i even need to explain this one? he fr doesnt belive hes worth it anymore and that hes literally a waste of time. hjkfbhnfve

this one feels pretty far into train station limbo to me as well. namely from “and im lonely / there i said it” this could either be him being lonely as president and feeling like he doesnt have anyone to talk to really because hes too busy trying to hold himself together for everyone. either that or hes lonely in the station and didnt want to admit it because this is what he wanted. he wanted to die. he wanted to be dead because he believed thats what everyone else wanted and he just wanted the best for them. 

“i could go away / i could pack my things and be gone before you wake” he could leave if they asked him to. he would do anything for them. 

“you know ive tried hard to love me too / it always seems to fall in, through” this line already physically pained me but now it hurts even more having to relate it to a character i love. we already know that his mental state was declining as his presidency continued, but this would confirm that hes just trying to love himself even though he can never seem to get it right. 

“my own personal sunset” this is just the ‘this is my sunrise’ line but different. my man misses the sun. fuck. 

- I’m Sorry Boris

this song is almost definitely from a long ass time in the limbo. 

“and im sorry / but, boris / im leaving / im not good for anyone here” boris represents L’Manburgians!! hes talking about how hes leaving the world by planning on killing himself. fuck. 

“we reached the end of a decade” mans been dead for a decade. sheesh. 

he then goes on to say that he cant believe hes leaving, he doesnt think he wants to leave them, but he thinks its whats best for them.

he talks about how they do all of these bullshit things before helping you and i know its in reference to london but for the sake of my sanity its about the presidency role and how it will fuck you up before bothering to help you not want to kill yourself.  

should i do a separate post about how i visualized it/about how i thought about the song in paragraph form like a lowkey explanation? idk how to explain it but in this one i wanted to just cover some of the lyrics of the songs and my thoughts on them. i think c!wilbur wrote these in the limbo after he died. i know this is also shit and Not Good, but i really just needed to get my thoughts out before it killed me. i also didnt reread this. its probably repetitive and shit yk. i do Not Care. id also love to hear thoughts on this if yall want to. if you made it this far i love you please hydrate and eat today and youre so sexy ahaha
