Just wondering, is there anyone on here who is also reading or has read The Lost Causes by Jessica Koosed Etting and Alyssa Embree Schwartz? I'm almost done and it's been a gripping read so far, and I'm loving

The perfect day.

My current read, I’m only half way through this book but I love it. It is a sad story of two broken people who are injured from two differing incidents yet find a way to fall in love with each other behind the hospital curtain.

Sort of reminds me of the Fault in our Stars (although completely different circumstances), we all remember how big this book was especially in the tumblr community.

Last Violent Call, Chloe Gong

I finished reading the first of the two novellas, A Foul Thing yesterday and eeeeeeeeeeeeeee *incoherent screeching*

It was everything I had wanted and more! *sigh* I'd missed Julietter and Roma they're the baddest and at the same time the cutest duo ever! I had been devastated at Our Violent Ends' ending and I love Chloe for giving us this glimpse of their life in the aftermath of the explosion!

I loved that they couldn't decide whose surname to take upon getting married, because they wanted to take each other's names, and ended up coining their surnames to create a new one. Also, this part had me smiling so wide -

'It's Juliette Montagova." She lifted her hand and waved her fingers, flashing her gold wedding ring while she continued onward and exited the living room. "I'm a married woman. Roma, come help me get the knives, would you?"

You can take Juliette away from gangsters, but you cannot take the gangster out of Juliette. She was as murder-y as ever haha. One of my favourite FMCs to ever exist! Roma was as smitted and as easily riled as ever haha. I loved how he bought a bouquet of roses for Juliette in the middle of tracking a lead lol. Always thinking of his wife....

Also Juliette trying to have a fight with Roma because apparently it isn't normal to not fight with your spouse whom you've been married to for 5 years was hilarious! They're so adorable!

I love how Chloe tied this storyline with Foul Lady Fortune! I'm excited to read This Foul Murder now!
