you guys know i love the muppets, right? and that i'm on a quest to watch (almost) everything muppets related, right? and that this is a joyous quest i'm undertaking through love of the medium?

so you guys understand i'm not saying this lightly: i am SUFFERING through muppets now (2020). i am checking my spreadsheet and saying "well, it's only about 3 hours total". i am tabbing out to play games while i let it play in the background. i am heaving a sigh of relief every time we finish a swedish chef segment (titled "Økėÿ Døkęÿ Køøkïñ") bc it means that's one fewer horrible modern segment i have to watch in my lifetime.

#THIS IS A BAD MUPPETS SHOW. DON'T WATCH THIS ONE #the muppets #sb and l rambles #i also finished out the muppets. (2016) which was ALSO painful #i'm getting closer and closer to just declaring that everything muppet-related that disney has ever made is awful #which is a wild thing for me to say! bc i do honestly truly adore the disney muppet movies #but these shows are SO BAD and they are OUTWEIGHING that joy #muppets now #had to wait until here to tag it so it wouldn't show up in the show's tag #i think some people really like this show. love and light to them. i would burn the masters if i had access to the disney archives right now

I would guess for legal disclaimers and similar jokes? I liked them having a non-sinister lawyer character honestly. I could see most of the lawyers I interned with making those jokes.
