It is his burrow and blanket.#The familiar soup and banter is his home. The familiar arguments and tension are also his home.#Notice how quickly he throws LWJ to the side once he has JC back in reach! 'He was so boring; I wish *you* were there!'#WWX is very quick to constantly remind himself that he fits within a very specific power structure and role.#He pushes boundaries but almost always only the boundaries that he knows he can push against.#Sitting here now and realizing that if WWX did take life more seriously and act more diligent he would totally usurp JC.#Because the contrast with Them (tm) is wwx is the one that gets in trouble and JC is the one that sticks to the rules.#That responsible appearance especially in contrast is the thin line that holds JC's self-esteem together.#And lets be fully honest. From JC's perspective the last week was also extremely intense and stressful.#It truly was a feat to travel so far so fast despite also being exhausted. Never knowing if it is all in vain.#JC said with his actions 'I would move mountains for you and dig through stone with my bare hands if it meant reaching you.'#and WWX said '[read]'#It's about wwx chronically asking 'why would someone care for me? I'm always tool to be used' than accepting that people love him.

It's been a long dang time since I last drew this squish lad!#This is the first time he's been requested for Requestober! :D How fun!!#I'm sure he'd play on Normal difficulty but it's hard for me to imagine the Valley as anything other than Peaceful#There's so many spooks and spectres and weird creatures! Of course it would be Normal at least!!#But it's also all so soft and sweet and slow and comforting ah... Peaceful....#I don't want Moomin to have to encounter a Creeper haha - though he'd probably just get mad about it being rude#''Well! That's no way to treat someone you've just met!'' Hehe <3#The bee was attracted by Moomin's flower accessories :3#I always draw him so cute he really looks like Snork Maiden haha#Moomintroll are androgynous anyway it's fine it's fine haha#I think Moominmamma would get really into raising bees and crops and the like :D#Moominpappa would probably be all about taming horses and fighting skeletons haha#Snufkin disappears going one direction and somehow loops back around from the other side after three days lol#Moomin would try to follow him of course but would return home before long - especially if Snufkin goes up a mountain!#Little My would be a griefer lol - steals any spare supplies and squirrels them away in a trapped chest haha#I like to imagine Snufkin explaining not to look in an Enderman's eyes from under his hat and Moomin sneaking little peeks#Hehe <3 I forgot how fun assigning Minecraft playstyles to characters can be!#A good reminder ♪

6.5hr in the car was rough. But I'm all bundled in my beddie bye and I have the box fan going (so glad I thought to bring it) and the view outside the cabin is beautiful and I'm going ziplining tomorrow morning
It is time to sleep bundled like a rat in its bedding and then have a wonderful day tomorrow
#speculation nation#the rat comparison is quite apt because i bunched the blanket all up and set the pillows around me#bc it's a king size bed and i usually sleep on a twin and i felt like a small prey animal out on a slab#easy pickings for the great predators.#theres also a mirror facing the bed and it's kind of stressing me out (bc im scared of mirrors in the dark)#but im being SoBrave and sleeping in the total dark so i dont have to see it (and thus it doesnt exist)#(i dont use a nightlight at home but i do have a digital clock that's pretty bright so it's effectively a nightlight#& ive realized total darkness is a bit unsettling when im used to Some illumination. mostly bc i cant fuckin SEE)#so me with my normal twin size mattess pressed against the wall + elevated into the air (bc top bunk of bunk bed)#PLUS side railings. i really do sleep in a fuckin rectangle huh.#but here i am on a square with a big room all around me and no wall pressed to either side of the bed.#see im a little prey animal on a slab. but it's ok i made a burrow into the slab. so i am safe actually.#it's actually pretty damn comfortable. tho i really should sleep so im not too tired in the morning.#in general if im absent over this next week just assume im doing mountain things. 👍
