Katrina - ?? - Frodo

The first two characters are more visual headcannons, especially the latter. Frodo, however, is the one I feel represents my Christine most. His entire story talks on themes of mental strife, and how his compassion and inner strength are the true hero’s of the story.

Frodo in the movies has such a gentle voice, and it’s exactly how I imagine hers, if not genderswapped.

Meanwhile Katrina has the pale, blond-haired, gothic inspirations that I tend towards. I basically rip my color pallete from her, haha!

Peter Cushing - Misfits - Christopher Lee

I make my Erik look as if he belongs in a black and white horror movie as much I can. I hope this gets across, but often I feel my design for him leaves me wanting for more. If I could change anything, it would be his shape language. All in all, however, I believe people enjoy him, so I’m happy at that.

And… the misfits skull. I’m not even a misfits fan so I feel like such a cheat. I just came upon him and, by gosh, I fell in love. It was everything my brain dreamed up when I read the novel as a child.

Vronsky - Samwise - Gregory Peck

Vronsky was an obvious choice. The pretty boy to trump all pretty boys. That little mustache he has is, without a doubt, EXACTLY how I imagine Raouls stache’.

Samwise, however, (and I apologize for flooding you with my LOTR x POTO mashup from hell) represents an understated part of his character. It’s always heart warming when he’s depicted as a support to Christine. He might not get everything right, but should Christine need it, he would risk life and limb to assure her safety. I think it’s sweet s’all.

Also Gregory Peck is here because he’s got.

The whole concept here is that something was happening at the moment, be it how they were laying in bed, how the hair pooled over the pillow, or how sokka was able to hold onto it. I actually like how Epic did Calypso.

It did not shy away from her dangerous/forceful nature in the previous saga and in this one she's just deeply non-sympathetic while compelling. Her vocals are overpowering Odysseus, she's overtaking the narrative. She shouldn't be but she is, and it fits her mythical character.

Not Sorry for Loving You is such a backwards "apology" and I love it because it fits Calypso perfectly. It's weird to say but I'm actually glad they didn't shy away from correctly portraying a character that never "learned to be better" in the original source.

Like, this is a Goddess, not a human. She does not have human morality, she is wrong for what she did to Odysseus. Her emotions are selfish, she's incapable of understanding that she hurt this mortal. She's convinced she's the one hurt and the world is unfair, and that's unreliable narration but it's so good.

edit: This is about how people in the fandom prioritize Odysseus and Telemachus (and even Diomedes, who is not in the Odyssey) despite the Odyssey also being HER story as well. I've seen many fics about Odysseus and Telemachus in their youth, and never really seen that for Penelope.

Tim whom is still banned from caffeine went into looking into other ways to get caffeine.

He went into anonymous source from someone name KingTuck4ever who talk about a energy drink that kept him up for weeks during a critical time of his life and Tim was at this point of desperate to spend any time of money he got.

Later that night, he received 6 very large Dark green boxes with a DP logo on it filled with Lightening Green tall soda cans with the name Ecto-Spark!, ingredients tags on the back, made with organic vegan products, DO NOT NEAR MEAT RELATED PRODUCTS, guaranteed to keep you caffeine deprived souls awake and alive enough to enjoy a night afterlife party! Or your money back.

Tim at the point didn't read the back as he pop open the top, smelling a strong scent of caffeine, carbonated bubble and a taste of lemon lime mixed with a tang flavor that had his mouth drowning nearly in drool.

He took only one experimental sip, before his eyes widen instantly and immediately began chugging the soda can for all the liquid caffeine it had inside. This was 1000 times better then Death Coffee Cup from his favorite Cafe that he was still banned from.

It felt like his whole body got electrified with energy and feel like he can run a whole 4 week marathon without breaking a sweat. This drink was like tasting nirvana after a week of being in a Gobi desert for his fucking soul.

Bruce can never know about this. He can't tell anyone about this drink. Not Damian, Not dick, not step, maybe Jason, but Cass can kept a secret since she knew body language. He might possibly go rogue and kill Bruce himself if Bruce tried to take this from him.

Meanwhile Tucker was amazed of the total amount of money he received from the anonymous Caffine obsessed ghost. Usually he ended up receiving old relics, Egyptian related artifacts, gold coins, etc but this is a first he got actually modern day money.

Poor dude must've been recently form a core to spend that much money. Good thing he had send extra since he know how crazy those caffine-obsessed ghosts can be over the new drink he made specifically for himself, Sam and Danny but it's nice to have extra cash for new tech making. Especially since Danny became high king of the ghost zone when he became 20 year old, and the amount of paper works that had been left for dust collecting could filled a planet to the very brim.

Took him, Sam, Danny, Ghost writer and Techno 5 months to fully turn at least 26% of sacrifical gifts from ritual, contracts, conquests, complains from territorial ghosts about humans taking their land/house/property/or about their murder, help hundreds of ghosts stuck in their personal hell of a limbo of their own death, guy name Constantine whom was rapidly becoming a pain in Tucker's ass especially when he got one contract form his former previous life about this guy.

Following an accident, Danny wakes up in Gotham City in a DC universe. Lacking any forms of ID or possessions beyond the clothes on his back, he’s forced to commit some crimes to survive. Minor crimes, but still.

And then he gets caught.

During the court proceedings, they come to the mistaken conclusion that he’s a Meta suffering from some psychiatric issues such as Cotard’s Syndrome (a real rare condition where a person holds the delusional belief that they’re dead/don’t exist/etc).

Thus, between his “need for mental treatment” and the concerns about housing someone with his unique physical traits, he is sentenced to spend time in Arkham Asylum. He’s under pretty low security aside from the anti-Meta stuff and has more freedoms than some other inmates, but it’s still not a great experience. Even at the best of times, Arkham is hardly a nice place.

Some of his fellow residents are decently chill all things considered, but lots very much aren’t.

I understand the stereotype of rich horse people but it's kind of gotten insane that anyone with a horse is now automatically seen as a landed gentry bourgeois so much so that people are straight up calling horses bourgeois creatures and calling for their ABOLISHMENT and even extinction like wtf is wrong with you. Don't let the era of the automobile erase the horses history as a beast of burden for the working class and farmers. Horses belong to the proletariat just as much if not more than the role of rich person's plaything.
