#star wars #the original trilogy #boba fett #darth vader #hi. sorry for star war jumpscare. genuinely #i feel like ive kinda been on an art hiatus lately due to health stuff #i got diagnosed with a parathyroid disease recently (wahoo) so now i know why i have been feeling so bad! need more tests though #anyway. in the mean time most of the entertainment my brain can handle has been like. youtube clip compilations of shows and movies #not even the actual shows or movies. literally just sections of them on youtube #i wish i was joking #the only reason i know what happens in succession is because i have watched it in disjointed order in youtube compilations. not joking #anyway so ive learned a lot more about star wars than i ever. thought i would #mostly just the original trilogy and prequels. some of the old comics & books are interesting too #(sick to my stomach) i like darth vader he has like the same personality as ganondorf except he had no good reason for doing anything #when vader/anakin does literally anything weird or unacceptable it like. makes me laugh so hard its like jerma when he sees a car accident #boba fett’s costume design has been rotating in my head a lot too it’s very good #he’s very colorful and like. matte/unpolished compared to vader and it makes them a cool duo visually #those 2 are my favorites. vader why is the space cowboy the only person aside from sidious or tarkin who is allowed to get mad at you #sidious is my 3rd favorite. he sucks so bad as like a person that you just. you have no expectations of him except just being evil #so its just really funny like everything he does is horrible and he’s so happy all the time like good for him #i’m making it sound like ive never seen star wars before. i have i just never really cared about it until i got an endocrine disorder lmao #but yeah idk art may continue to be slow while im figuring out treatment stuff #if anyone reading this also has or has had hyperparathyroidism im wishing the strength & radiance of 1000 beautiful horses upon you

Idk. I'm not a Car™ guy, I like a vroom vroom and the engineering that goes into them, but speed and power numbers just aren't that interesting to me so I don't pay much attention to them.

But just now i was watching this video where they were hyping how much this mustang build they have done was the Fastest™ car one of the crew members had ever been in. And they told the speed.

92mph.

And like. I know that a car getting Up to 92 eventually and a car getting there in like 7 seconds is the difference here. That is absolutely an extremely powerful vehicle.

But I live near one of the roads here in Texas where the speed limit is 75mph and the unofficial speed limit was for a long while "whatever your car can do" so I've put 92 down on basically every vehicle, besides my big beautiful van, that I have ever driven. so that 92 figure being their Peak and what they use to describe how cool this car is to a lay audience is Extremely funny.

92 mph, the same speed my 0 trade in value 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee had a grand time doing before she was Rudely removed from my possession(about a month before her breaks finally crapped out rip my beautiful Geri (short for geriatric)).

#for people who do not drive: The posted speed limit is what you're supposed to be doing Technically #but if everyone around you is going faster that the speed limit by a good margin. You are the one most likely to cause a crash #Match the speed of the cars around you not the signs unless you're in the sort of vehicle that can enforce speed limits #like my big beautiful van #shes slow and reminds people of their own mortality

I just used it as an example because cleft lips and palates are a really good example of the quirks of bilateral symmetry, BUT I do actually have a cleft lip in BB LMAO

It's Lizardstripe because she got a glow up in BB, is one of the smartest and most competent background characters in the rewrite, and has an expanded friendship with both Bluestar and Yellowfang. I gave her a cleft lip because unironically it is such a cool feature and it deserves a million examples of positivity.

Her son Deerfoot also got it, he also got a glowup as a TigerClan rebel.

I should give it to more cats honestly... and more lip features in general. I love you people whose lips naturally curl above the teeth. I love you people with cleft lips, both severe and minor. I love you people who have had mouth surgery and have visible scars.

finally got up to goat lake

#one of the most beautiful alpine lakes ive hiked to. snow lake might beat it but i cant think of any others that are prettier #but driving home we passed by the lake 22 trailhead and holy shit. cars spilling out of the lot. parked for like a mile along the highway #i dont get it like if i saw that many cars at a trailhead i would NOT do that hike. there are other trails!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!#how do u even enjoy a hike if its that crowded ?? bumper to bumper traffic on a trail sounds absolutely miserable to me #rusthikes

made a wholeeee smorgasbord of random foods and had a nice lil dinner with my niece. Let my indoor cat run around in the snow (she hated it)….I also ran around a bit….

#I have this intense need to take a very specific video in the cemetery of my favorite statue #and woke up to snow and by the time we got there it turned to grosssss ass rain #then it started crazy snowing of course after the sunset #got snowed in and went in to look and play guitars haha #it'll probably be gone tomorrow but someday i’ll get my snowy pics AND video hopefully #has to be snowing actively it's a very specific artistic urge ok #I have this rly neat motorized tripod gadget that my dad got me a while ago you can get the most incredible videos especially moving around #after my cemetery snow adventure I'm all set where's spring #my friends sending me palm trees and beautiful weather snaps and I'm sending back blizzard pics #made her gay very californian brother audibly gasp lol #it’s so pretty though I love the first few snows #I wish I wasn't scared of going into the cemetery at night like I would but l'd need a group of ppl to go with #my angel statue in there all snowy right now and I can't get to her 😠#it’s not even that far away too #need to get to mount auburn someday during snow tried that last year but barely got any #the roads are so bad though now I just drove my niece to her boyfriends up and down steep hills too #my car handles it well though compared to my old one holy shit idk how I survived winters #I'm about to be a plow driver because they genuinely suck so bad I could do better #pay meeeee
