Lloyd HC
I feel like Lloyd would be scared of wind bc of Moro and whenever there is a storm he would hide under the bed and all the Ninja would join him to make him feel better <3

First off thank you so much for the answer it was a great read. My second question has to do with my biggest gripe with show, that is wu keeping secrets. He never learns his lesson with it from Moro to asphera and the one I hate the most,Kai and nya’s parents. He was Kai’s fathers best friend and he never tells them anything about their parents except fact that they were elemental masters. That secret helped with whole Chen thing and I’m honestly surprised that the two weren’t furious that he didn’t tell them anything. So does he or garmadon tell them anything, and if not how does fsm and garmadon react to that?
You 🤝 me
Fixing plot holes with this au
So Wu not telling people things is a thing that happens a lot in the show, and obviously the reason is that Ninjago didn't plan ahead with their seasons until Dragons Rising. But I believe that the in-universe reasons are a) he didn't these things were important or relevent (I mean the Aspheera incident happened when he was a child so 🤷‍♀️) and b) he's paranoid about over sharing which leads to under sharing.
The whole Morro incident didn't happen in this universe (see: this post) so we don't need to justify that (thank god).
So if we take all that into account it leaves two main issues. Wu not telling them about their parents and not training Nya as a water ninja from the start. So let's get into that.
In this au, the reason Wu didn't tell Nya about her powers is because Lloyd was born too late (this is also the reason tomorrow's tea happened, it was the universe course correcting). He was supposed to be born well before the venom kicked in fully, so he would be a teenager roughly the same age as his guardians when fighting the Overlord. Instead, he was born not long before the venom kicked in and Garmadon was banished to the Underworld.
This meant that by the time the four ninja were beginning their training, they were quickly running out of time. In an effort to insure the four ninja of the prophecy plus the green ninja got enough training Wu deliberately didn’t tell Nya that she had water powers so he would’t have to spend time teaching her instead of the others. Especially since he doesn’t know much about water as an element, since he, garmadon and FSM couldn’t use it. So he also wanted to wait for Nyad before he started anything beyond basic training with Nya.
But by the time the prophecy was over Nya had already made herself as Samurai X and Wu felt bad about potentially destroying it by telling her. It wasn’t until the Preeminent tried to take over Ninjago that Wu finally got the confidence up to tell her.
Garmadon does not approve of Wu’s decision to not tell Nya about her powers at all. He thinks the longer he leaves it the worse it will be when she finally does get told - and she does have to be told, the ocean does not like to be restrained. But he leaves it since Nya is primarily under Wu’s care. FSM agrees with Wu initial decision to not tell her in order to spend as much time training the the other five
And now the previous elemental masters, which I will admit, was harder to work out, but I love a good opportunity for world building and plot hole fixing! In season four Garmadon says the reason that the ninja didn't know about the other EMs was because they were made to feel special. I assume this decision was to motivate them when facing the Ultimate Evil^tm. However, that doesn't really explain why Wu and Garmadon didn't tell them post-defeating the Ultimate Evil^tm.
Wu told all all four og ninja that their powers came from the First Spinjitzu Master, and the thing is in canon, he's technically not lying, he's just missing out the part where they got passed down through generations of elemental masters. In this au, he really isn't lying. The FSM boosted the fours powers so they could protect Lloyd better - some of their powers are directly from them. But moving on...
Ray was Wu's best friend, so when he went missing and Wu didn't have his powers to track him down, he was devasted. I think in part Wu's decision to not tell Kai and Nya about their parents was because he was grieving them still, and grief makes people do strange things. Obviously this is a mistake, as, like you said, it leads to Kai nearly being manipulated by Chen.
Wu not telling Cole about Lily was in a mis-guided attempt to help him salvage his relationship with his father. He had originally assumed that Lou had told Cole but when it became apparent that he hadn't, Wu left it - he didn't want to damage Lou and Cole's relationship further by revealing something that Lou had kept secret.
For Jay and Libber, Wu was aware that Jay didn't know he was adopted, and it was this that partly influenced his decision to not tell any of the ninja about their parents as it would lead to some uncomfortable revelations with Jay.
For Zane and the previous elemental master of ice, it falls into the catagory of simply not relevent. Zane does not have any relation to him, though he does learn about him when the Ninja eventually get sat down and told everything about the previous generation.
And of course Wu (in this au at least) has a problem of forgetting to tell people things. He was under the impression that the ninja all knew about his and Garmadon's heritage and that they also knew the FSM was alive, but of course they didn't.
Garmadon does not like that Wu kept all this a secret, but as I mentioned before he doesn't want to over step his boundaries and tell them. And he also has the problem of forgetting to tell people things - it's hereditary. FSM also does not like that Wu and Garmadon elect to not tell the ninja about the other and previous EMs. They believe that the elemental masters of each generation should be at the very least aquaintances with each other (they're a little biased, the first EMs are as good as family to FSM). But the thing is, between seasons 3 and 5, FSM pays very little attention to Ninjago. They were planning to find Maya and Ray for Wu, Kai, and Nya post Final Battle, but well, they forgot. Immortals - especially FSM - can have very bad time management skills.
Hopefully this covers everything and makes sense but if not just let me know. And feel free to keeps the asks coming because they're very fun to answer!

Okay so I have been reminded of something. So, There have been multiple times Kai's been referred to as selfish. While I do not know the context for all of these moments, I know there has not been a single moment in the show outside of the stuff with him wanting to be the green, ninja and S1 along with the stuff that regarding the element staff back in S4.
There have been multiple times to work Kai has died or has made it very clear that he would die to protect another member of the team.
Some examples of these:
Back in S4 literally in the first episode of the season Kai said something that roughly meant "I should have died instead of Zane". Whoever Lloyd cuts him off saying "First it was being the green ninja now this can't you think about someone other than yourself?"
Despite not knowing how to swim towards the end of S5, Kai was the only one out of the ninja that could/ would swim because they wouldn't or would be less likely to die from it who was willing and did jump into the water to save Lloyd from drowning, Cole didn't jump into the water because if he did he would have died so he wouldn't have been much help. Meanwhile, Jay and Zane were fighting Moro leaving the ghost and the guy who can't swim to save Lloyd
KAI PRETTY MUCH RAISED HIS SISTER EVER SINCE THEIR PARENTS WENT MISSING/ GOT KIDNAPPED BY THE TIME TWINS.
KAI HAS SAVED LLOYD'S LIFE LIKE THREE TIMES!
IN DR KAI DIED TO SAVE NYA, WYLDFYRE, AND THE REST OF THE TEAM THAT WERE THERE!
If I didn't know any of this and this would have gotten brought up to me, I would have been annoyed as heck because this is a man who is willing to die for his friends yet they call him and have labeled him selfish when he has directly said that he would have died instead of Zane (causing Nya to lose her brother and only family that she knew was alive), has risked his life like three times to save Lloyd, And pretty much raised his sister yet. He's called selfish. The only one who hasn't done this is Zane and the only other people who haven't are some of the newer characters introduced in Dr. Who don't exactly see him that way. Seriously if I had to say how some of the new characters see Kai, I would say:
Arin: He wouldn't call Kai selfish. If anything, he'd be the kind of person that would glare at the other ninja because of things like risking his life to save Lloyd on multiple occasions saying that he would have been willing to die in Zane's place and even raising his sister even though he was like at the youngest four when his parents went missing. If anything, Arin would look up to this guy because he's gone through hell and back but is still willing to do anything for his team and sister even if they think he's selfish but he's only technically been selfish twice
Sora: very similar thing to Kai, but because she wouldn't have pretty much any of the context of all of the stuff that happened without being told stories of it or directly seeing some of the records from the cloud Kingdom (which I doubt you'd even get access to, unless Euphrasia gave her the access because Euphrasia might but not likely). So pretty much Sora would be the same thing as Arin but because she would be straight with no biases towards him because she isn't even from Ninjago!
Wyldfyre: She would see Kai as well. A father figure. Sure, he may not be the best dad in the world, but hey he's trying and he's not a terrible dad again. He's not the best either but no one's perfect. To be honest, I feel like if she ever learned about pretty much every member of the team calling Kai selfish at least once she would just go ballistic because she doesn't see him as selfish. She sees him as someone who's willing to and has died to save her and other people's lives. Directly saying that he would have died in Zane's place. Sure that would have left Nya without her brother But the world would be safe, He's risked his life on at least three different occasions to save Lloyd, back in the fire temple because it was about to erupt because for some reason it was put in a volcano, And despite not knowing how to swim being the only one out of the two that weren't fighting Morro who could have actually gone into the water to save Lloyd and he did that despite not even knowing how to swim. Then of course there's the time he actually died saving Nya and the rest of the team. And well sure he died at that point. His sister didn't need him and Wyldfyre had heatwave plus the rest of the team to keep her safe. Let me tell you when you know your dad is willing to die for you. You know he's a good dad and you know he's an extremely good dad when he has died for you!
Euphrasia: It's likely she's seen the scroll that Kai's Destiny was written on. She knows he's not selfish and the only times he has been was because of my adulteration because of the staff and when he wanted to be the green ninja. Outside of that, he's wrist his life more times than she's willing to count and has been willing to die for the team pretty much ever since Lloyd became the green ninja. Yet they refer to him as selfish. She doesn't get it.
Seriously I want this to be brought up in the show and for someone to go ballistic on the rest of the team because this mine has been willing to die for them pretty much ever since Lloyd became the green ninja and they took him for granted, not realizing who they had with them. Someone who cared for them a lot and was willing to die for them, even willing to die in the place of another member of the team when he died that one time, And yet every time they've called him selfish, he's seemingly never cared, still caring for them and willing to die for them. You can call him selfish after he's died to save his sister the rest of his team and at that point pretty much adopted daughter. If anything, he was selfless down to his very damn soul. And if anyone tries to tell me anything else I will punch you!

another ninjago question or two
Who’s ur least Favorite character?
Favorite Villain?
HmmmmmmmmmMMMM
A while back, I would've said Misako WHOLEHEARTEDLY in an INSTANT. I freaking DESPISED HER, SO SO MUCH it was pretty funny actually, I'm glad I didn't use any social media at the time so people wouldn't have to hear my horrible takes at the time (not that I have any good takes now but. That's not the point). I just hated her so much since her first appearance, when it was revealed she abandoned Lloyd in a school designed to teach children to be bad ??, go on a history project and come back after ten years, empty handed. made zero sense to me. I just find it hard to empathize with her character or care about her now. Afterwards, it feels like she doesn't do much besides make a short annoying love triangle between her and garmadon and wu which I really hated as well bc i felt it was completely unnecessary (I honestly hated it more than the Jay - Cole - nya love triangle if I'm gonna be honest). After that I just feel like she doesn't do anything besides be Lloyd's mom sometimes. Nowadays, I definitely don't care that much, though she's probably one of the multiple Ninjago characters I just couldn't really pay attention to or love that much. one of them is surprisingly Lloyd for some reason. I DONT KNOW WHY. I love him in theory and I love the amount of trauma the dude faces throughout the whole series but for some reason I could never get myself to care about him as much as the other ninja ??. anyway, fun fact, Jay used to be my least favorite character the first time I watched Ninjago. I thought he was "too silly" "didn't take anything seriously" "annoying" but guess what, I quickly grew to love him (almost a little too much)
Eugrhghhh idkk probably a basic answer but maybe Moro or Harumi or Nadakhan? (Moreso what he could've been) or ULTRA VIOLETT (idk why but whenever she appears on screen I get really happy. like i straight up might've had a fictional crush on her or something) or FUGIDOVEEEEEEEEEE (I used to be freakishly obsessed with him I don't know what's wrong with me either, I still love him to bits, he also totally has a crush on jay and I hc as audhd for whatever reason so those are probably the reasons as to why I love him.)
You ??

Thinking about aspec ninjago headcanons btw. Im going to ramble about it now.
Harumi: romance repulsed aro and neutral asexual, to me. Giving her aro girl rage, which is different from normal girl rage btw.
Lloyd: perhaps basic but hes very aroace to me, searching for something to feel normal by, though it was romantic love.
Cole: asexual and demi-romantic ‼️I can’t entirely explain it But I Know. I like to think when he was younger he was really confused by all his developing peers because he never understood the whole dating thing. Mistook platonic love for romantic love with Nya (plus comphet cuz he’s still gay as fuck)
Nya: this ones all over the place. I’ve been leaning towards Aroallo Nya though, lately. Sometimes I like to indulge in aroace Nya too though. I love to hit girls in canonical relationships in canon with the aro beam.
Zane: aroace but very romance positive / favorable (and neutral otherwise), perhaps a bit aroflux. Very much prone to very queerplatonic sorts of bonds and feelings towards people.
Kai: sorry hes allo to me. Still love aspec kai hcs tho.
Jay: usually allo too but I’ve been thinking about aroallo Jay a bit lately. Something about desperately trying to fill an insecure ‘hole’ in him…
Pixal: asexual, to me. In my heart.
Morro: I fluctuate between aroallo Moro and demi-sexual Morro. Kind of ambivalent aesthetic attraction too.
Bonus addition, relationship hcs:
Qpr Pixane is the top tier of pixane btw, canon to me in my heart. I also really fw a pixal/zane/cole qpr where both Pix and Cole have romantic feelings for Zane, Zane has mostly platonic but deep feelings for them and acts requites a lot of romantic actions, and Pix and Cole platonically really love each other.
I only fw Qpr jaya too ngl, deep, deep non-romantic bond with those too in my personal canon. I like it better.
Kind of a big fan of bruise best friend dynamic where Jay only loves Cole platonically but Cole likes him romantically and its not a big deal.

If you like dolls? Does MGA stands in your name for this doll brand? I heard the owner like suing people so..
Naaaahhh MG stands for Mangle Garmadon and A is just Armagedon XDDDDD
I'm child of fnaf and lego ninjago (5 season is the best and I still believe Moro is gay as hell and he should become part of Lloyd)
And Mangle Garmadon was my first ever nick in internet anddddd when I was 11 i made furry oc that was called exactly this name XDDDDD I was so god damn cring
I started my doll hobby later (approximately when I was like 13... god damn it was almost 6 years ago, I'm so fucking old...) and belive me or not but when I was creating this name I wasn't thinking of MGA brand, I was thinking about my gilf
And Mangle was my favorite character in fnaf and since fnaf 2 premiered I was obsessed about her
Sooo basically I created this nic as a cring baby and I added Armagedon later because my friend told me that will be cool idea :V
So don't worry mate :3

Thx for all the clarification.
About the whole spirit world thing, I was thinking about the place with all the green ghosts, Moro and that big PotC kraken looking thing but I forgot the name of it. I was also under the impression that there wasn’t more than one spirit world.
Also, when exactly at the start of Ninjago did it state that the FSM was half Oni half Dragon? I have literally never heard that while I was still a Ninjago fan.
So I go on tumblr, and decide to look up the Chima tag because it was a Lego theme I loved when I was younger.
And I guess I was right about the internet: “You will learn something, wether you like it or not.”
