Okay so I have been reminded of something. So, There have been multiple times Kai's been referred to as selfish. While I do not know the context for all of these moments, I know there has not been a single moment in the show outside of the stuff with him wanting to be the green ninja in S1 along with the stuff that regarding the element staff back in S4.
There have been multiple times to work Kai has died or has made it very clear that he would die to protect another member of the team.
Some examples of these:
Back in S4 literally in the first episode of the season Kai said something that roughly meant "I should have died instead of Zane". Whoever Lloyd cuts him off saying "First it was being the green ninja now this can't you think about someone other than yourself?"
Despite not knowing how to swim towards the end of S5, Kai was the only one out of the ninja that could/ would swim because they wouldn't or would be less likely to die from it who was willing and did jump into the water to save Lloyd from drowning, Cole didn't jump into the water because if he did he would have died so he wouldn't have been much help. Meanwhile, Jay and Zane were fighting Moro leaving the ghost and the guy who can't swim to save Lloyd
KAI PRETTY MUCH RAISED HIS SISTER EVER SINCE THEIR PARENTS WENT MISSING/ GOT KIDNAPPED BY THE TIME TWINS.
KAI HAS SAVED LLOYD'S LIFE LIKE THREE TIMES!
IN DR KAI DIED TO SAVE NYA, WYLDFYRE, AND THE REST OF THE TEAM THAT WERE THERE!
If I didn't know any of this and this would have gotten brought up to me, I would have been annoyed as heck because this is a man who is willing to die for his friends yet they call him and have labeled him selfish when he has directly said that he would have died instead of Zane (causing Nya to lose her brother and only family that she knew was alive), has risked his life like three times to save Lloyd, And pretty much raised his sister yet. He's called selfish. The only one who hasn't done this is Zane and the only other people who haven't are some of the newer characters introduced in Dr. Who don't exactly see him that way. Seriously if I had to say how some of the new characters see Kai, I would say:
Arin: He wouldn't call Kai selfish. If anything, he'd be the kind of person that would glare at the other ninja because of things like risking his life to save Lloyd on multiple occasions saying that he would have been willing to die in Zane's place and even raising his sister even though he was like at the youngest four when his parents went missing. If anything, Arin would look up to this guy because he's gone through hell and back but is still willing to do anything for his team and sister even if they think he's selfish but he's only technically been selfish twice
Sora: very similar thing to Kai, but because she wouldn't have pretty much any of the context of all of the stuff that happened without being told stories of it or directly seeing some of the records from the cloud Kingdom (which I doubt you'd even get access to, unless Euphrasia gave her the access because Euphrasia might but not likely). So pretty much Sora would be the same thing as Arin but because she would be straight with no biases towards him because she isn't even from Ninjago!
Wyldfyre: She would see Kai as well. A father figure. Sure, he may not be the best dad in the world, but hey he's trying and he's not a terrible dad again. He's not the best either but no one's perfect. To be honest, I feel like if she ever learned about pretty much every member of the team calling Kai selfish at least once she would just go ballistic because she doesn't see him as selfish. She sees him as someone who's willing to and has died to save her and other people's lives. Directly saying that he would have died in Zane's place. Sure that would have left Nya without her brother But the world would be safe, He's risked his life on at least three different occasions to save Lloyd, back in the fire temple because it was about to erupt because for some reason it was put in a volcano, And despite not knowing how to swim being the only one out of the two that weren't fighting Morro who could have actually gone into the water to save Lloyd and he did that despite not even knowing how to swim. Then of course there's the time he actually died saving Nya and the rest of the team. And well sure he died at that point. His sister didn't need him and Wyldfyre had heatwave plus the rest of the team to keep her safe. Let me tell you when you know your dad is willing to die for you. You know he's a good dad and you know he's an extremely good dad when he has died for you!
Euphrasia: It's likely she's seen the scroll that Kai's Destiny was written on. She knows he's not selfish and the only times he has been was because of my adulteration because of the staff and when he wanted to be the green ninja. Outside of that, he's wrist his life more times than she's willing to count and has been willing to die for the team pretty much ever since Lloyd became the green ninja. Yet they refer to him as selfish. She doesn't get it.
Seriously I want this to be brought up in the show and for someone to go ballistic on the rest of the team because this mine has been willing to die for them pretty much ever since Lloyd became the green ninja and they took him for granted, not realizing who they had with them. Someone who cared for them a lot and was willing to die for them, even willing to die in the place of another member of the team when he died that one time, And yet every time they've called him selfish, he's seemingly never cared, still caring for them and willing to die for them. You can call him selfish after he's died to save his sister the rest of his team and at that point pretty much adopted daughter. If anything, he was selfless down to his very damn soul. And if anyone tries to tell me anything else I will punch you!

So I have seen that a lot of you have liked my drunk Morro thing. So another one of what I think would happen if you got a member of the Ninja team plus others from Ninjago drunk!
On part two of this which is probably going to become a series through posts once I start to get more ideas but on today's post, We're talking Cole!
With this one this is mainly going off the idea that Cole is actually a pretty damn nice chill and relaxed guy, especially when there's not missions going on (think something closer to movie Cole But that's just series coal when there is not some form of a world threatening creature/ creatures attacking Ninjago). Over though when you managed to get him drunk (Head Cannon that he has a very alcohol tolerance), THE BOY ACTS LIKE A PUPPY ON AMPHETAMINES!
Just imagine it! This through my head cannons; 6'3 buff gay dark-skinned Puerto Rican guy acting like a puppy on amphetamine because he's drunk! Imagine how that would go down for the ninja team!

I like how a lot of people assume that Morro would be the same when he shows back up in DR S3 In terms of personality. But how about real quickly? We entertain the exact opposite?
Instead of Moro being the same ghost that the ninja fought, he's pretty much the exact opposite of what he was like when they first fought him. He's quiet, shy, and seemingly has some of his own mental issues (happening as a result of feeling very bad for a lot of the stuff he did to Lloyd and the other ninja back during S5, Probably depression to be honest). Yeah he can still fight and is very confident in his fighting ability even if he doesn't have his element anymore (Because who knows. It's possible you might actually still have his element and Euphrasia is just the master of something similar, Kai Wyldfyre situation basically!)
No one would be expecting such a drastic change in how he acts. I feel like a lot of the team would start off thinking that it's just an act, but they'd likely slowly realize that it's not. (They would likely realize that it's a serious issue, at least in terms of his mental problems in terms of something like a potential suicide attempt for something like that. However, is completely possible that they might realize that the difference is real like is in. It's not just him faking through something that he'd actively do in battle. Something like actively trying to protect Lloyd potentially even almost dying to do so.)
To be honest, this is an idea. I use a lot mainly because let's be honest Morro wouldn't be the exact same as He was back in S5 or even day as The Departed. If anything, his personality is more likely to be closer to that of day of the Departed. I just think it's kind of funny that like half of the fandom thinks he's going to remain the same personality wise because let's be honest, he's not since if Dr. Would just be continuing his story from where it ended last and day of the Departed yeah, His personality is going to be vastly different if not even just a full 180 depending on what might have happened with him in between day of the departed and his reappearance in S3 of DR!

Okay, this is more of a head Cannon that came out of nowhere earlier today. That honestly and I don't even know where it came from at this point but:
When Morro gets drunk he acts like a cat that is high on catnip
Personally, I think this is just funny like imagine one of the ninja running after a very drunk Morro who is on all fours in a surprisingly fast. Meanwhile, the rest of the team or one of the newer characters (Arin Sora Euphrasia Wyldfyre) Just watches this whole thing. Go down either barely containing laughter or just absolutely dying laughing!

There's something about the Ninjago fandom that disturbs me. Specifically the fact that barely anyone is talking about what I'm referring to as the air horn incident AKA the time that Arin managed to put spinjitsu into what I'm pretty sure was an air horn then threw it at someone. WHY IS NO ONE TALKING ABOUT THIS??? Seriously, I would have expected more people to have talked about this! I know there are some people that probably have but I have not found a single post that talks about this! Seriously though, that whole thing is pretty much one of the very few reasons that I suspect Arin is the new master of creation or as an element that has something that has to do with spinjitsu. Plus we know that Wu is dead. Thanks to seeing what's probably a Will-o'-wisp with Wu's voice that takes a form that's kind of similar to Wu, or at least close enough to woo an appearance where you can easily say that it's him since it's pretty much just his silhouette, hat and all. So we know that woo is likely dead and considering the fact that the pretty much Elemental energy we see used when Arin threw the air horn now is spinjitzu who added on to it. Oh yeah, it's a golden shade of yellow. What color is associated with creation the few times we've seen it? Roughly the same shade of golden yellow! And sure, I haven't watched season 1 of dragons rising yet. But I have seen various bits of episodes thanks to YouTube shorts. Plus I've also seen people talk about it in full length videos too. Or at least the incident in question being mentioned a few times in other videos that aren't just the snippets of the video of the air horn incident happens in!
I wish to know why people barely speak of this!

I thought of something else. Specifically, remember that theory some people suggested around the time Euphrasia first showed up in dragons rising with the idea that her and Morro were siblings? Because this is a similar theory well kind of.
Basically my theory is Morro does come from the cloud Kingdom but he isn't Euphrasia's brother. This explains why Euphrasia was so scared to show her powers up until the ninja arrived and her introduction episode. There was someone before her with the same powers who after it was learned that he had them. With a green streak left in his hair as a reminder why he was exiled a trait that in all terms he had no control over being him having his powers.
The reason why he was exactly exiled, though maybe wasn't completely tied to his powers. More likely related to the people of the cloud Kingdom. Not exactly liking it when someone there ends up together/ in love with someone from pretty much any other realm. So when they learned that Morro had Elemental powers, they jumped to the conclusion that one of his parents must have come from another realm, so exiled him. Sure, that may have not even been true but, He was there anyway and was born there so it's possible.
Euphrasia was terrified to show her powers because there was someone before her who did and got exiled because of it. Or at least that's the conclusion that she Drew from it. Therefore, she was afraid of being exiled in fear of never being able to return. And to be honest, something like exiling someone just because they aren't like purebred or they have these powers that they shouldn't have is just dumb. So So what if this kid can manipulate the wind or whatever? Just because they are different in that way doesn't make it a bad thing!

Okay, this is something that's less of a s*** post than my last thing. But, There's a conversation that needs to be had that I'm surprised not many people have brought up yet, like I have seen people mention it before. I'm just surprised it hasn't come up very much. Said thing being what the f*** is Morro's element situation?
Yeah you might be thinking "But Kitsune, Euphrasia is the new master of wind. That means Morro isn't the master of wind anymore!" To that I tell you shut up and let me rant
Because there are actually a few ways that this situation can be treated in the show being the following:
Morro just isn't an elemental Master anymore be it. He giving Euphrasia his powers after the merge happened through some turn of events, Or Morro just returning from the dead or something similar post the merge and just not having his powers. Who knows? Well, the writers certainly do!
Euphrasia isn't the master of wind. She's the master of a very similar element, so Morro and Euphrasia have a situation very similar to Kai and Wyldfyre
Both of these have their own fun situations as to how Morro could show back up in the show. However, both of these can arguably be kind of fun. Since we have the option where Morro is now powerless and probably doesn't seem to give a f***. Back during the events of Day of the Departed when he left back to the Departed realm he may have just left the element behind, having either seen himself as no longer worthy of the element or the more likely option that he'd seen his time as having long past. So when he went back to The Departed realm he left the element behind letting it wandering Ninjago eventually the merge lands until it found and then bonded to Euphrasia
The second option is probably the more fun version though. With Morro still being the master of wind and learning about the person that has a similar element indirectly calling out the fact that she's probably not the master of wind and just has a similar element. He's probably chill about that whole bit though because he was practically raised by Wu who probably told him about a bunch of the types of elements that exist. Explaining that there are elements that are very similar to each other that can be mistaken for each other. So keep an eye out for signs that suggest this difference.
I've also noticed another thing that I'm surprised hasn't been brought to more people's attention, But Wyldfyre looks fairly similar to Skyler. Just going off of a hair color since they both have fairly bright red hair. Wyldfyre also has an element very similar to Kai's but not quite the same. This gives me the idea that maybe at some point in between the events of the last time that Skyler was seen in the show and the events of dragons rising Kai and Skyler had a kid that kid was Wyldfyre. Wyldfyre ended up getting caught in another dimension aka the realm of madness where she was then raised by a f****** dragon until the merge happened where she reunited with her dad without knowing that it was her dad!

Do you know what's not talked about much in the Ninjago fandom? Arin's parents. And personally I find some issues with them and well I haven't watched much if not all of Dr. I've at least seen enough of it through YouTube shorts to have a general idea as to what happens and the personality of many of the characters. And from what I can tell about Arin's parents, they probably aren't very good people!
There's a moment in one of the episodes. I don't know the names of but saw things to YouTube shorts which shows Arin talking to what's either a hallucinations of his parents or just his parents in a dream he's having and considering the way they talk to him, it makes me think they're manipulative and potentially mentally abusive of him. They do things like ask him if he The ninja are his family now and if He's forgotten about them, which makes me think they drilled something into this kid's head that he can't leave them no matter what or something similar to that effect. Which makes me wonder just why they're never spoken of in the fandom considering that, thanks to that, we're probably going to if we ever actually see Arin's parents see how much of pieces of s*** they are. And let me tell you that there is anyone that can help Arin get the idea of finding his parents when they're clearly pieces of s*** out of his head is probably going to be Morro. And no I'm not just saying that because I love Morro and we're getting him back in dragons rising though that is somewhat of the reason, at least with the dragons rising bit.
Mainly I point to you to season 5 and Day of the Departed. Look at how differently Moro acts between the two. It's clear that just considering the way Morro act in season 5 that he truly thought the preeminent could make him the great ninja even if it meant just stealing the gi from Lloyd like that does not make Morro the green ninja that just makes him a thief. By the time of day of The Departed Morro's gotten the idea of being the green ninja out of his head instead focused on trying to write some of his wrongs with the only thing he does in terms of writing. His wrongs is help the ninja save Cole though, even if just a bit indirectly, At the end of the day it is somewhat. Thanks to Morro that the ninja got Cole back. So it's fairly obvious just considering the difference in him acting is probably because of getting whatever stuff the preeminent drilled into his head or at least got the ideas into his head of out. And if he's done it with himself, it's likely he can do it with other people
Soap yeah in a way you could potentially consider this a crackhead theory, but considering the evidence that I have, It's at least possible. If you want to try to point out something I may have gotten wrong potentially just because I haven't watched all of Dr. Just put it in the notes.
Also, yes, you're likely going to get a picture of my design for Morro's Dr. Design eventually. I've just been bogged down right now because I have school, Plus family stuff or I just decided not to draw him because I didn't have the inspiration or something. But sooner or later you're likely going to get a barrage of Morro designs! Also sorry for bad grammar or spelling something wrong, I have dyslexia and have issues with reading so if I get any glamor wrong again put it out in the notes and the next time I get the chance to I will find what you are referring to and fix it.
See you next time I have a potentially crackhead theory or something to talk about!

You know something that as a theory doesn't make much sense, Just because Jay and Morro used each other's elements once on two separate occasions, which washer doesn't make sense multiple people jump to the conclusion they're Brothers
There are multiple reasons why this doesn't make sense.
First off, It is directly mentioned in season 5 episode 2 ghost story that Wu met Morro before the serpentine war in season 7 episode 1 we are told that the serpentine war happened roughly 40 years ago. So this means that Moro is at least somewhere in his '50s, maybe in terms of how old he actually is, There's also an argument that could be made for him being in his late '60s.
Secondly, We know that all of the ninja were roughly in their teens at the start of season 1. The only exception to this is Lloyd. I tend to say Jay is probably around 15 At the start of season 1 but the general consensus is the ninja are on the age range of about 14 and 16. The only other exception to this is Zane because he's a robot
Now try to convince me that Jay and Morro are biological brothers when there is much more proof against the opposite. Since to be honest, them using their others element once could be something in relation to how both wind and lightning can often be found in storms. Sure water is thrown in there too, but both of them have their interesting connections to water for Morrow. It's literally not being able to survive in the stuff because his body would just disintegrate because he is a ghost. for Jay is the fact he's literally married to Nya aka the water ninja.

Hello, I am back. So I remembered something that's seemingly a lot of people ignore or just don't pay much attention to in terms of stuff with Morro.
So we know that Morro was found by Wu when he was a kid. Thanks to the flashbacks in the general lore dump on Morro in the episode Ghost Story, but what seemingly everyone ignores is woo's saying that he found Morro not too long after Garmadon left to train under Chen. Which technically means that it's possible that Morro was a part of the serpentine war! However, it's also possible that he left before it started. Plus, considering the condition/state of things by the time Morro left, it makes more sense that he left before the serpentine war and considering how long ago the serpentine war was mentioned to be in hands of time, it's likely that Morro also died by the end of the war likely before then, as we know he died in the age range of about 15 to 20.
Conclusion; If Morro had waited a few more years to leave, he probably wouldn't have left until the end of the serpentine war and may have ended up not leaving as a result
Also yes eventually I will do some art of Morro's most recent design. I just haven't gotten to that yet. But I will at some point I will tell you that!

I don't have a Christmas drawing so instead have a picture of my mostly white cat:

His name is Apollo. We got him as a stray when he was a kitten. Now he's about 2 years old. He's supposed to be like a somewhat rare breed mix or something, so it's surprising we got him as a stray when he's the type of cat. He is since this breed costs like a few hundred dollars or something I don't know, but we got him as a stray. Next year I will hopefully have a Christmas drawing or we'll have one by tomorrow. Until then, have a Merry (Early) Christmas!
