My opinion about Harry Potter Ships (2/2)

Wolfstar (Sirius Black/Remus Lupin): Beautiful. Just beautiful. They're THE Marauders Era couple. 😆

Remadora (Remus Lupin/Nymphadora Tonks): I have to see the development in a canon couple to like it- and in the movie they were suddenly like "We're a couple now :D". So no, not my ship. 😕

Jilly (James Potter/Lily Evans): Why not. After all, they both did bad things. "But Severus also did bad things" Yeah, he did. But James bullying him was also bad. So was Lily laughing when his "best friend" was being sexually assaulted.

Snilly (Severus Snape/Lily Evans): Before their bond broke they were good friends so I'm okay with it. Although sometimes I think they both deserve someone else.

Sirily (Sirius Black/Lily Evans): I didn't know the existence of this ship until now- but you know- it's nice. I like it.

Regulily (Regulus Black/Lily Evans): Wouldn't they also be called something like Starflower? Even the name of the ship is nice.

Remily (Remus Lupin/Lily Evans): I will only say the ship name ✨Moonflower✨ is beautiful as well as the ship.

Rosekiller (Barty Crouch Jr./Evan Rosier): Fics made me ship them 😅

Bartylus (Barty Crouch Jr./Regulus Black): The fics also made me ship them ngl

Moonwater (Remus Lupin/Regulus Black): I prefer Sirius with Remus/Severus/James and Regulus with Barty but they're okay 🌸

Jegulus (James Potter/Regulus Black): I know it's popular, but I'm neutral about it. I don't hate it, neither I love it. I like some fics of them tho.

Jeverus (James Potter/Severus Snape): I LOVE IT! But just because I read fics where James changes before bullying gets too far and Severus turns into a Death Eater. And fics with them having a healthy relationship. If they were toxic in the fics I wouldn't like it.

Snirius (Sirius Black/Severus Snape): They're kinda like Jeverus and they are Slytherin/Gryffindor. I will only say that.

Reverus (Regulus Black/Severus Snape): Ooooh they're cute 💖

Snucius (Lucius Malfoy/Severus Snape): Two Slytherins? One of them is a brunette and the other is blond? I LOVE IT.

Arthucius (Lucius Malfoy/Arthur Weasley): Dron 2.0 but in the previous generation. 👌

Wolfdragon (Lucius Malfoy/Remus Lupin): I don't know what made me ship them, but I love this ship ❤️

Stardragon (Lucius Malfoy/Sirius Black): They're- kinda interesting 🧐

Lucissa (Lucius Malfoy/Narcissa Malfoy): They're literally the best "partners in crime" relationship of Harry Potter.

Jamcissa (James Potter/Narcissa Malfoy): If the ship is between a Malfoy/Black and a Potter, I'm in 😉

Jucius (Lucius Malfoy/James Potter): I think the same thing as I said in the previous ship 🎶🎶

Prongsfoot (Sirius Black/James Potter): Two Gryffindors? Friends to lovers? Gay wizards? Yesyesyesyes-

Moonbucks (James Potter/Remus Lupin): It's similar to Prongsfoot so yes 👌

Narlily (Narcissa Malfoy/Lily Evans): The fanarts made me ship them ⭐⭐

Bellamort (Tom Riddle | Voldemort/Bellatrix Lestrange): I have the feeling they would be toxic so no. The only way I could accept it is if they were both sane enough to have a healthy relationship.

Belladolphus (Rodolphus Lestrange/Bellatrix Lestrange): Yes. they have to be together. Although I only like them if they're not toxic.

Quirrelmort (Tom Riddle | Voldemort/Quirinus Quirrell): I mean they could be a good couple if both of them (again) were sane enough to have a healthy relationship. Unless we're talking about AVPM- which would be a big YES.

Snarry (Severus Snape/Harry Potter): Nope. I see Severus as his father figure and nothing else.

Tomarry (Tom Riddle | Voldemort/Harry Potter): I headcanon them as platonic soulmates. Besides I ship Tom with Abraxas and Harry with Draco 🤣

Bellamione (Bellatrix Lestrange/Hermione Granger): For me they're like the previous two ships. They would just have a platonic relationship.

they're sooooo soft and fluffy and annoying i fear. james gives him expensive gifts daily & remus loves being showered with nice things. remus watches james workout & listens to him intently & james absoutely loves the attention.

when their relationship gets more serious, remus tries to run away & james proceeds to just tackle him & confess his feelings & force remus to speak his own mind too & tell him how he feels.

james has extremely high standards in terms of attention & romance that he expects remus to match and remus is such a people pleaser he tries super hard to so and james loves him for it.

remus panics a lot over classes and exams & james doesn't mind helping him out, helping him study and giving him tips. and remus doesn't mind the random doodles that will always end up all over his notes after a study date together.

remus doesn't always agree with james' actions but he'd never say anything. james can always tells anyway & will occasionally stop for him. very occasionally. but remus always gets over it anyway.

remus absolutely loves wearing james' quidditch jerseys. after getting over his initial intimacy issues. remus knits jumpers for james & james constantly wears them, even when its a bit too hot

James had kissed many people for stupid reasons. Kissing his friend because his girlfriend dumped him for no reason was not at the top of that very long list but he was starting to think it should be. Or maybe Remus should be on the very short of list of people he should have kissed sooner.

He'd think about it when Remus' hand wasn't up his shirt and his other dangerously close to his dick. Or when he wasn't practically hanging off of Remus as he treated him like a piece of meat. There was something James enjoyed about being desired.

Admittedly they'd chosen a pretty bad spot to get touchy in, it was barely even shaded. Then again it had only started as a kiss to get Lily and Sirius to back off. Sirius because Remus had never truly forgiven him for the prank two years back and they couldn't go back to how things had been but Sirius always got flirty at parties and Remus just couldn't handle it. Lily because she kept trying to apologise for breaking up with James without giving him a reason at all.

"Oi!" Peter shouted at them. James pulled back and grinned at Peter over Remus' shoulder. "You two can stop now, they're both moping in the corner." Remus snorted even as he kept groping James.

"Or we could take this to the heads dorm," James said. Remus hummed. Lily had stopped sleeping in there after she'd left James, leaving it all to him. Though he did sleep in the old dorm room too some nights.

"Privacy sounds good," Remus agreed. Peter sighed but shrugged. He pulled his hand out of James shirt, but instead of backing away he kissed James once more. He wasn't complaining, more the opposite really. Remus pulled back that time, and James was happy to drop his arms from Remus. He grabbed onto one of James' wrists and lead him out of the party. Lily and Sirius both watched them go, Sirius with jealousy and Lily a little bit of regret.

A one night stand with your best friend probably wasn't a good idea. Or maybe a one night stand with one of your long time crushes wasn't a good idea. James could think about that when he wasn't laying in bed naked next to an asleep Remus.

you know, aside from prongsfoot there are very, VERY few ships in this fandom that uses the ship tag or even the ship name when talking about platonic relationships. like, you rarely see “platonic! *insert ship name*” even in minor ships like ronharry or moonbucks when we don’t mean it romantically. we always say “a and b’s friendship”. and ik that’s a mouthful and this is generally a non issue but it is very interesting to note that no other romantic ship in this fandom gets the “but i only see them as platonic/brothers!” treatment as much as prongsfoot does. most especially in its ship tag.

James’s heart sped up just like it had over the past few years. When Remus read to Harry, his voice soothing and tender. Remus switching to a book for James after Harry fell asleep. Remus giving Harry a bath and James hearing Harry’s giggles down the hall as he made them dinner. Remus glancing up at him across the table. Remus singing Harry to sleep in that somber Welsh voice. Remus telling Harry to stop running and the heat flaring in James with the command in Remus’s voice. Remus letting Harry touch his scars. Remus groaning in pain and pleasure after letting James massage him after fulls. 

How had he not realized before? Remus was his home.

🫠 Not a fuck anyone, just a vent. I’m leaving my job at Moonbucks and going back to Reindeer Coffee. I’m taking a bit of a pay cut, but I can’t stay with Moonbucks anymore. I’m currently on a leave of absence because it made my mental health complete shit. I’m moving to a much smaller Reindeer Coffee Store (it’s drive thru and walk up only, no lobby) and I’m a shift leader, an opportunity I was never given at Moonbucks. My question is, since it is such a good opportunity despite the paycut, why do I feel so damn guilty about quitting? My manager isn’t mean to me at all and I really like my coworkers, so I guess that’s a factor. But I need to leave. My previous experience with Reindeer Coffee was really good, and I can only hope it’s also good this time. I’m just so conflicted. Fuck. 😣
