It’s hard to have the willpower to “be present” through a panic attack because it’s like… I’m just going to feel this way again tomorrow. What’s the point?
But anyway, why is it so hard to heal panic attack disorder??
For me, I think it’s because you have to learn emotional regulation/stress management from scratch. And you’re quickly trying to get yourself to function like a “normal person” = someone who experiences stress, but doesn’t feel completely overwhelmed by it.
Additionally, you’re plagued by people thinking you’re just lazy or a procrastinator… but it’s not a lack of self discipline. You’re fucking TERRIFIED of people / forgetting something you need/ feeling stupid for not knowing something etc.
All in all, you just get the sense that some people truly think that your life would be better if you could just “get your fucking shit together”. The most they’ll tell you is try breathing exercises or a a cold bath lmao.
But the root cause of your panic remains and it won’t go away with some health techniques alone.
And you are left to fight the dragon of people’s neglect of you, misunderstanding, and thinking that you are beyond help.
I’m not beyond help. I still really don’t know how to heal this yet. But I deserve help and I’m going to fucking get it. Give up on me if you want, bitch. I won’t give up on me😢🔥

Scorpio Through The Houses: Part 1
So as I stated in my previous post, Scorpio in our charts symbolizes where you face death and drastic changes within our lives. The house Scorpio sits in shows where you will feel this energy most prominently. It also symbolizes where you are feared because of your power. As well as, where you need to be guarded and protective about your secrets. This is also a great place to look at in your birth chart if you are looking to make drastic changes in your life.
Also, a slight trigger warning because I know the topic of death is very sensitive. I am not trying to gloss over anything or undermine the effects of death. I do believe though that especially when pertaining to speaking about Scorpio, death is something we can’t avoid.
Tumblr media
Scorpio 1st House: Your existence is filled with constant transformations. You are death itself. Scorpio in the first house creates for an individual who is always striving to evolve and change into a whole different being. However, the fixed energy of Scorpio can make this change to be internal and psychological rather than physical. When this change comes about physically though, people will notice as it is entirely different from who you were before. Some people will see you as not the same person they have met before. This should be taken as a compliment though, as it only shows the growth and progress you’ve made to grow out of your old skin. People fear or admire you because of your ability to withstand all hurdles life has thrown at you while still remaining strong. This can make others see you as a threat. Scorpio here is all about resilience and having the ability to fuel yourself again and again to come out on top. These people will face multiple challenges in life and how they maneuver through them is by peeling off old skin. Scorpio here is the embodiment of the Phoenix rising from the ashes to be reborn.
Scorpio 2nd house: Your sense of self worth and what brings you value is constantly changing. You may have faced significant financial challenges in the past that have made you keen on being on top of your financial matters. There may have been some fears of money growing up and a lack of financial security. There may have been a lack of security in general and not having adequate privacy. Eventually, you will need to learn to create a sense of security over your material possessions. By learning to get over your fears of wealth and financial stability you will gain a lot of power. Scorpio here can cause an individual to be very private when it comes to their financial matters. It can also be a significant indicator of inheriting valuable assets as well. In terms of your self worth, you keep the things that are valuable to you hidden from the outside world. This may cause other people to be skeptical of what you have to hide. May get questions about how you are able to afford your lifestyle?
Scorpio 3rd house: The voice of this individual is feared. People see how much power your voice has to be able to make things shake. These people are very cut throat. Your mind is feared because of your intellect and mental capabilities. There may have been a lot of drastic changes when it came to your education that you had to face. Getting access to education was not the easiest thing to do. You really do have a powerful voice though and a sharp mind. This is something that you need to own in order to stand in your own power, but be careful of what you say and how you say it. People will oftentimes try to manipulate your words against you. Your siblings may have feared you and could’ve had dramatic changes with them as well. You may have faced death within your relationship with siblings whether it be physical or metaphorical.
Scorpio 4th house: You’ve met death within your own home. This is really the harshest place to have Scorpio in my opinion. You may have faced a lot of drastic changes in your family dynamics. A family members death or absence could’ve played a huge part in how you were raised. Growing up may have been really intense with constant changes being thrown your way. The relationship with one of your parental figures could’ve been toxic. Your own family may have feared you and the potential you have. This could’ve led to you being shunned and being the black sheep in the family. There might’ve been a lot of secrets kept hidden from you by your family and vice versa. A lot of shadow work may need to be done surrounding your family. As you get older though, you’ll need to learn to make your home a stable place for yourself to be free and fully express your emotional needs. Having security within your own home may become a key priority. Your relationship with your family will transform over time.
Scorpio 5th house: Your talents and creative abilities are something that could’ve been hidden from you. This is where the changes come as Scorpio here can cause you to not have an idea of what interests you. There’s a need to explore multiple different outlets in order to find the things that light you up. You may be fascinated with things involving the occult, psychology, death and things considered taboo. Darker topics in life and the things others avoid can be exciting for you. Death can even be seen as something that fascinates you. Some people with this placement have fears surrounding childbirth and children. Children can be your greatest teacher in how you should make changes in your life. Taking care of a child can turn out to be extremely transformative. I’m not saying go pop out a baby though.
Scorpio 6th house: You meet death in your day to day. This means there are a lot of changes you need to face and adapt to on a daily basis. It can make you a problem solver who constantly tries to find issues that arise. However, you can have a tendency to self-destruct because of having to deal with daily pressures. This is what transforms you though. Everyday shouldn’t be the same for you and you deep down admire that. If things remain constantly the same you get sluggish and resistant towards doing anything. So change up the way you move throughout your day. Your routines are extremely powerful tools for transformation, so prioritize them in a way that resonates to you. Having terrible routines can make your self destructive tendencies more rampant. Drastic changes may occur to your health as well so be very careful of how you take care of your body. You may have some fears surrounding your own health. Remember to nourish yourself. You can also be very secretive about what you do in your day to day life.

The Moon: Gus Porter
Upright: Illusion, anxiety, intuition, uncertainty, complexity, secrets, the subconscious
Reversed: Release of fear/anxiety, revealing secrets, clarity, self-deception, repressed emotion, misunderstanding, misinterpretation
Who better to fit the Moon’s themes of illusion and secrecy than Gus the Illusion Master himself! The Moon card represents your fears and anxieties from past experiences clouding your understanding of the present and future, making it difficult for you to trust your own intuition. Gus is shown to struggle with false impressions of other people, from his misplaced trust in Mattholomule and in Bria’s gang, to his inability to see past an illusion of Willow, his first and best friend. Gus tends to take people at face-value and give them the benefit of the doubt, but when his trusting nature blinds him to others’ deception, it deals a heavy blow to his self-esteem—especially since a lot of that esteem is based on his talent for illusion magic. His trauma from being taken advantage of by his peers for his academic talents leaves him with such severe anxiety that his subconscious has created a defense response that dredges up other people’s subconscious fears and secrets—a power he eventually learns to weaponize.
We eventually see Gus work through his difficulties with illusions; Through the Looking Glass Ruins challenges but then reaffirms his passion for his illusion magic by forcing him to use it to defeat his deceptive peers, and by allowing him and Matt to resolve their mutual misunderstanding.  In Labyrinth Runners he is able to release his anxiety through Willow’s breathing technique, and to see through Adrian Graye’s illusions. Later he uses his powers to force Belos to reckon with his suppressed guilt by dragging his secrets up out of his subconscious. Because Gus gets a glimpse at these memories, he is allowed a clearer understanding of Belos’s past and Hunter’s status as a grimwalker. In a small moment in For the Future, his guess for what Luz’s palisman will be is the closest, suggesting that his intuition about others’ true natures is maturing.

♡Moon Throughout The 12 Houses From God's Eyes♡
Moon in the First House👑
Very happy people with a youthful disposition, would benefit from a career in therapy, counseling, or massage therapy.
Big, bright pretty eyes and a vigorous heart, this is the person you want by your side in a fight. In peace. In clarity and in joy.
The perfect example of "God's favorite."
♡♡
Moon in the Second House🙌🏾
It is a requirement to be mindful when it comes to spending finances, solely based on the need to "feel good."
A reminder to the moon in the 2nd House person, is "Use STRONG discernment when is comes to differentiating what is EMOTIONS VS A DOWNLOAD."
♡♡
Moon in the 3rd House💍
Bright personality, with a smart mouth. And attitude that is both endearing and sassy.
Most people can't stand a know-it-all with a consistent smug look of understanding and amusement on their face. But Moon in the 3rd house person just makes it look so Damm good.
♡♡
Moon in the 4th House🤣
A very scary mommy who always has a very full belly. This person has quite the appetite. For love, food, and attire from places like Marshall's and TJMaxx.
They truly enjoy the comfort of it all.
Can be very dangerous when upset. Proceed with caution.
♡♡
Moon in the Fifth House🩷
Ice cream, and billy goats. Ice cream and Billy goats.
Seems random? That's Because the moon in the 5th house IS RANDOM.
Always seems to have some money in their pocket. Veey lucrative people because their heart is always in the right place.
Finance advice for yall: BE HAPPY . if your at work and miserable, you will be broke. I will accept your "Thanks In Advance."
♡♡
Moon in the Sixth House😎
"The mom friend." "The work bestie." Who will ghost your a$$. If you so much AS DARE TO CROSS THEIR BOUNDARIES.
Similar to moon in 4th, this pookie has temper.
Except they will verbally decimate you, immediately to your face, because they can't miss their yoga class at 3:15pm because they wasted it on ENDING your reputation.
(Moon in 4th has alot of time on their hands, because they mastered time management at age 12 and will kill you. Slowly. Deliberately. And will celebrate with their elevated ancestors before the plans morph into 3d motion😳)
♡♡
Moon in the Seventh House💸
Omg. So many girlfriends. Or boyfriends. Depending on your gender.
Be careful with your boundaries. Too many soul ties makes for a unfit belly, and g3nitalia.
Mostly very polite and sociable, but has a detached air to them that they can sometimes be unaware of. Which can lead to heartbreak. TO either themselves or the 3rd party.
♡♡
Moon in the Eighth House🎇
BIG GOD. BIG BAG. GOTT A BIG GOD

Moon Overlays through the Houses
Tumblr media
1st House [ Self-Identity ]
Balanced: When their Moon is in your 1st house, it’s like they just get you. You feel comfortable being yourself around them, and they boost your confidence. You can express your feelings without fear, and you both vibe on the same level. It’s a chill relationship where you feel seen and appreciated for who you are.
Unbalanced: But if it’s off, you might feel like they’re always scrutinizing you. It’s like they have a magnifying glass on your emotions, making you feel insecure. Instead of feeling free to be yourself, you might feel judged or smothered. Their mood swings can leave you walking on eggshells, and that’s just exhausting.
2nd House [ Values & Possessions ]
Balanced: With their Moon in your 2nd house, you get a boost in feeling good about your worth and what you own. They support your financial goals and make you appreciate your stuff more. Together, you create a sense of security that feels solid. It’s like you’re both on the same page about what matters, and that’s refreshing.
Unbalanced: But if things go south, it can feel like they’re always critiquing your spending habits or trying to control your values. You’ll feel insecure, like you’re not good enough or constantly comparing yourself to them. It’s draining, and you may end up resenting them for making you feel like your worth hinges on their approval.
3rd House [ Communication & Learning ]
Balanced: Their Moon in your 3rd house makes for some awesome conversations. You’ll feel emotionally supported to share your thoughts, and that leads to deep, meaningful chats. It’s like you both inspire each other to think bigger and learn more. You’ll find it easy to express your feelings, which creates a strong connection.
Unbalanced: On the flip side, if it’s unbalanced, prepare for some drama. They might hog the conversation with their emotional baggage, making every discussion feel like a therapy session. Instead of having fun chats, you’ll feel drained and frustrated because they never let you get a word in. It’s like talking to a wall, and that gets old fast.
4th House [ Home & Family ]
Balanced: When their Moon is in your 4th house, you create a warm, cozy home together. They make you feel safe and comfortable, turning your space into a sanctuary. You’ll likely bond over family stuff and feel supported in exploring your roots. It’s nice to have someone who makes home feel like a place of love.
Unbalanced: But if it’s not balanced, you might feel like their emotional needs are taking over your home life. They could become overly dependent on you, making you feel like you’re their emotional crutch. Instead of a haven, your home can start to feel like a pressure cooker. You’ll feel trapped in a cycle of managing their emotions, and that can be draining.
5th House [ Creativity & Pleasure ]
Balanced: Their Moon in your 5th house brings a fun, playful vibe. You’ll feel inspired to explore your creative side, whether that’s art, hobbies, or romance. They encourage you to enjoy life and embrace your passions. Together, you create joyful moments that make you both feel alive.
Unbalanced: However, if it’s off, their emotional needs might steal the spotlight. They could become clingy or demanding for attention, turning what should be fun into a chore. Instead of enjoying your time together, you’ll feel overwhelmed and suffocated by their demands. It can feel like a drag instead of the carefree connection you want.
6th House [ Work & Health ]
Balanced: When their Moon is in your 6th house, they help you get your life together. You’ll feel motivated to take better care of yourself and create a good work-life balance. Their support helps you tackle responsibilities without feeling overwhelmed. It’s a great partnership for both of you to thrive.
Unbalanced: If the energy is off, it can be a real pain. They might criticize your work habits or health choices, making you feel judged. Instead of feeling supported, you’ll feel pressured to meet their expectations. It’s like they’re constantly watching you, and that can create a lot of unnecessary stress.
7th House [ Partnerships & Marriage ]
Balanced: Their Moon in your 7th house means you’re both emotionally in sync. You feel understood and supported in the relationship. It’s a strong partnership where you both can share your feelings openly and build a solid foundation together. It’s nice to feel that emotional depth and connection.
Unbalanced: But if things get off-balance, it can turn into a mess. They might lean too heavily on you for emotional support, making you feel suffocated. Instead of a partnership, it feels like a tug-of-war where their moods dictate everything. You’ll start to feel drained and resentful, wishing you could just catch a break.
8th House [ Intimacy & Transformation ]
Balanced: Their Moon in your 8th house creates deep emotional intimacy. You’ll feel safe exploring your vulnerabilities together, leading to real growth and healing. This connection encourages you to face fears and share your emotional baggage, making it a transformative experience that brings you closer.
Unbalanced: On the other hand, if the energy is off, it can get intense—like, way too intense. They might project their insecurities onto you, making you feel overwhelmed by their emotional chaos. Instead of a safe space, you’ll feel like you’re drowning in their emotional issues. It can be exhausting and leave you feeling drained.
9th House [ Philosophy & Higher Learning ]
Balanced: With their Moon in your 9th house, you’ll feel inspired to explore new ideas and experiences. They encourage you to think outside the box and dive into deeper conversations about life. It’s a relationship that feels expansive and full of potential for growth, which is exciting.
Unbalanced: However, if it’s not balanced, it can become a real headache. They might get dogmatic about their beliefs, making every discussion feel like a debate. Instead of exploring ideas together, you might feel like you’re constantly defending your views. It can turn into a frustrating back-and-forth instead of an enriching experience.
10th House [ Career & Public Life ]
Balanced: When their Moon is in your 10th house, they’ll be your biggest cheerleader in your career. They support your ambitions and help you feel more confident in pursuing your professional goals. Together, you can tackle challenges and celebrate successes, making your public life feel fulfilling.
Unbalanced: If it goes off the rails, it can be a total mess. They might overshadow your accomplishments or make it all about them, leaving you feeling unappreciated. Instead of feeling supported, you might feel used, as they manipulate situations to benefit themselves. It’s exhausting to feel like you’re always in their shadow.
11th House [ Friendships & Aspirations ]
Balanced: Their Moon in your 11th house means you’ve got a solid friendship vibe. They’re supportive of your dreams and aspirations, making you feel understood in your goals. Together, you inspire each other to reach for more, creating a strong emotional bond that feels uplifting.
Unbalanced: But if things go sideways, their emotional needs can start to overshadow your ambitions. You might feel like you have to cater to their feelings instead of focusing on your own goals. It can get draining, and you may find yourself questioning if this friendship is even worth the emotional labor. It can turn toxic fast.
12th House [ Subconscious & Spirituality ]
Balanced: When their Moon is in your 12th house, you’ll feel a deep, spiritual connection. They help you explore your inner world, and you’ll likely have profound conversations about feelings and dreams. This relationship can feel really special, like you’re both on a higher emotional plane together.
Unbalanced: But if it’s off-balance, watch out. They may project their insecurities onto you, dragging you into their emotional struggles. Instead of a supportive connection, you’ll feel overwhelmed and suffocated by their issues. It can feel like you’re losing yourself in their drama instead of uplifting each other.

Werewolf by Night: Red Band (Vol. 1/2024), #2.

Scorpio Through The Houses: Part 2
Tumblr media
Scorpio 7th house: You are married to death. This is the literal embodiment of corpse bride. You love relationship connections with people that transform you. There’s a deep need to want a partner that feels secure and powerful enough to defend you. While others may fear your partner, you find a deep sense of safety around them. There’s definitely an air of mystery surrounding your love life and relationships. People think you are closed off when it comes to speaking about your love life and you like to keep it that way. However, there may be a tendency to be very possessive and protective of your partner. Likewise you may want a partner that is obsessive over you. While this can be seen as negative, the truth is you just desire someone that you can share the chaos in your life with. You want your relationships secure because you want to feel like you can fully express the deepest parts of your emotions and share your secrets. A desire to be consumed by your connections with other people and be transformed to a whole new being. You want to be changed through the relationships you have. Other people may fear you because you can be seen as someone who is very picky about who you hang around. The truth is you value loyalty, so you’re very skeptical about who you want to lean on.
Tumblr media
Scorpio 8th house: This one was a little hard for me to describe as the themes of the 8th house and Scorpio somewhat merge into one another. However, what separates Scorpio in the 8th versus other houses is that these individuals will strive for death. There is an innate understanding of the cycles of death and rebirth. They charge fearlessly into danger and deadly situations in order to become renewed. It’s probably because they have inherited a lot of trauma and dealing with difficult challenges growing up. Once they get down to uncovering the shadows that have plagued their past, they become very skilled at dealing with things that others are scared of. Unafraid at diving head first into the void and coming out transformed. Reckless behavior can be an issue though because of the idea that you’ve dealt with death before so you can do it again. Other people fear your ability to still remain unscathed and brave even through the darkest times. Scorpio here is really a reservoir of personal power and endurance. It’s a placement of building tough skin to deal with the pains of life.
Tumblr media
Scorpio 9th house: Death is seen as something worthy to be revered. Scorpio on the 9th depicts how you deal with themes of faith and belief. These individuals believe that death is a part of life that we all must go through. Death is seen through a philosophical lens for them. Whatever belief system they have can help cope with the inevitability of death. They pursue and try to learn more about the darker themes of life. Higher education and travel are very important for you, as it transforms your understanding about the world around you. These are the people that come back after a trip and are a completely different human being. A deep desire to understand the pain and emotional complexities of humanity in a wider lens. This might lead you to pursuing psychology, diving into the occult and learning about things considered taboo. Some will fear your beliefs and the amount of knowledge you may have. Knowledge especially about things that aren’t usually spoken about. Others will think you are psychic for being able to point out the shadows in their own lives. Many will rally behind your beliefs and support as they believe you have valuable information to offer. The issue is when you manipulate the information you know and using knowledge for your own personal benefit.
Tumblr media
Scorpio 10th house: Scorpio here shows that you meet death within the public eye. The way you have changed and grown over the years is put on full display for others to see. They are oftentimes viewed as someone who is deadly and can face a lot of demonizing scrutiny. I’ve noticed a lot of people can be obsessed with the transformations these people have made. You will probably have to deal with authority figures being threatened by you. Tendency to be called a liar and receive hate for not being the same person others believed you to be. When it comes to your career, you may face a workplace where your coworkers and bosses are afraid of you. So you will have to deal with these people alienating and trying to diminish you. The reason being is because they see the amount of potential you have. There is an innate ability to become someone that transforms the way things are done. Being able to change how the industry you are in functions and having radical ideas to push things further. The public view of you can be filled with people that are obsessed and protective over your business accomplishments. As well as, people that will try to not give you credit for all the hard work you have done. Whatever field of career you choose can involve you looking into the darker themes of that field.
Tumblr media
Scorpio 11th house: Death is your best friend with Scorpio in the 11th. You have dealt with constant changes and challenges when it comes to your network of friends. A lot of your friend groups have significantly shifted over time. There is a tendency to keep company with people that have faced significant hardships in their lives. It’s because you like to make friends with people that will transform you. You learn a lot from them and become anew through them. Stagnant friendships and connections don’t sit right with you. There has to be an evolution involved in order to be your friend. This might make you secretive about the people you hang around. That’s cause others may view your friends as intimidating and scary. You personally have built deep emotional bonds with your friends that others can’t see. So you become protective and hide your friendships from facing scrutiny. Some of your friends though, can be shady people. You may have dealt with a lot of backstabbing in the past so you are very picky on who you like to keep company. A negative aspect of this would be not trusting the people in your community. Feeling like you don’t need friends or anyone to support your needs. This lack of trust can cause you to even become slightly manipulative and controlling over your friends. So be careful and remember that you will find friends that demonstrate loyalty.
Tumblr media
Scorpio 12th house: In the 12th house, Scorpio symbolizes meeting death when you are alone. These people face death on their own. The constant internal battles and transformation they face are kept hidden behind the scenes. These are the type of people to have a fun and optimistic exterior, but once alone can become pessimistic. The reason being is when you are alone, that is when you can see your own shadow. All the deepest parts of yourself, traumatic events and wounds are brought up to the surface. It can be terrifying to some as it is parts of your psyche that has been kept hidden away. You can sometimes have random flashbacks of events that have been painful to you that you believed you outgrew. The issue lies when these people are afraid of being by themselves. Don’t be afraid as this is a great source of your power. You gain a lot of insight and knowledge when you are alone. Isolation is extremely transformative in order to help you become a better version of yourself. Treat your alone time with a lot of love and care. Learning to be a nurturing figure when no one is around is key for your self development. This is why others may fear your ability to withstand being by yourself and still retaining your personal power.
