Ok so i made a kinda au where they're still trolls but normal size and more human like-ish, like having phones and tvs and stuff

So im redesigning the characters in my new au, so stay tuned and if you wanna ask about it or want to request art of this au plz do im desperate to talk about it have more excuses to draw it

Trolls - Chuck AU

No one is going to read this post but what the heck!

For everyone who doesn't know, Chuck was a T.V show that aired in the early 2000s, it's spy thriller with a lot of office comedy, where a retail worker is suddenly sucked into the world secret mission and lies when a government computer program is downloaded into his head on accident. I highly recommend it. It's available on HBO Max, please watch it.

The Au opens with, Creek sneaking into a government facility and downloading a computer program, known as the Intersect. The alarms go off, and suddenly Creek is blowing up the room and trying to escape. He makes it outside but is gunned down by one John Dory. In his "last" moments, Creek emails the downloaded data to a trusted civilian friend....Poppy.

Poppy is currently living, not her best life. She's works in technology retail, as an member of the local BuyMore's NerdHerd, after getting thrown out of Standford, by her ex...Creek. She lives with her sister, Viva, and Clay her boyfriend, who are both successful doctors. Clay and Viva are currently trying to play matchmakers to get Poppy out of her slump, by inviting their co-workers/friends to Poppy's Birthday party. Meanwhile Cooper, Poppy's bestfriend and co-worker, is trying to sneak the birthday girl out the back door. The Party is a bust, and the sisters have a heart-to-heart over it. By the end of the night, Cooper and Poppy are playing video games together, and then Poppy gets the email from Creek. After sending Cooper home, Poppy opens the email, and all of the data gets downloaded in to her head. From this point forward anytime that she sees or hear something that is related to the information in her head, she gets a flash of government secrets. Poppy has her first flash, when in the shower while listening to the radio.

On the spy side of things, two organizations, NSA and CIA, are left to scramble after Creek stole all of their secret intel. They (I'm thinking Essence and Quincy would be in charge of all this) locate poppy, who they think is Creek's accomplice, each spy ring put their best on the case as they both want to control Poppy. NSA puts John Dory on the case, while CIA puts their Agent Branch. Sure, the whole situation is a ticking time bomb due to the tension between the brothers, but the situation should be handled quickly (key word should).

Branch takes an offensive approach to the situation. He walks into the BuyMore, charm turned up to 11, and flirts with Poppy, much to her shock. He's not fully convinced that she's a cutthroat spy, especially after watching her help a little girl and her dad. However, Quincy tells him to push forward. So, he breaks into her apartment in an attempt to steal her computer. It fails when Poppy and Cooper come to the apartment earlier then expected. So, he's forced to move forward with a romance plan. He eventually charmed a date out of her.

Poppy comes home with the news of the date, with excitement. She and Viva prep normally, while Branch prepares for anything with knives and poisons. Date starts out as normal, and Poppy tries to keep it that way, by ignoring the flashes she has on the news and other triggers. However, when they go dancing, Branch notices that John Dory is making his move, with his own capture team. Branch takes out the team, and gets away in a car chase all while revealing almost everything to Poppy about the Spy world and Creek. The chase ended on the roof with John cornering them at gun point where Poppy comes clean about the email and flashes. This leads to her explaining that what the visions are telling her is that there's a bomb in nearby hotel that will kill several members of government if it isn't stopped.

Long story short, Poppy defuses the bomb, and NSA and CIA are forced to work together on this operation due to the sensitivity of it. This leads to rising tensions between, John and Branch as they don't trust each other due to current and past events, Clay too. He knows all about the spy stuff due to it being the family business, but he wanted no part of it, and cut contact with his brothers (except Bruce) for it. And he doesn't want Viva or Poppy involved at all. However, he has to just accept that Poppy is apart of this dangerous world, at least until the Intersect is out of her head.

As the next five years pass, things change and Poppy becomes a fully fledge Spy and her relationship with Branch would move beyond just a cover, VIva and Clay marry and have a little girl, and more family secrets would be revealed as Peppy would've been one of the creators of Intersect Program.

Of course these roles aren't completely solid. I've figured out ways to make it, as Branch being the one who got the intersect, and whays for Clay to be that one. The Poppy is the intersect one, that has made to most sense so far.

Branch (Normal)

Empezando con nuestra protagonista aquí tienen algunos datos sobre ella

Personalidad: Seria, sarcástica, brusca, brutalmente honesta (de forma intencional y no intencional), enojona, gruñona, sensible (no lo admite), determinada, terca, amable (cuando la conoces bien), divertida (por accidente), humor negro, cínica, algo masculina y atlética

Apariencia: Cabello negro y largo normalmente recogido en una coleta alta o moño algo desordenado, piel grisácea, delgada, baja para su edad y ojos azul grisáceo casi gris.

Vestimenta: Suele usar ropa holgada mayoritariamente (especialmente cuando sale), siempre tonos opacos y sombríos, botas negras de combate, cuando está en casa o practicando deportes suele usar ropa más pegada como blusas y shorts.

Gustos: Leer, deportes, la poesía (secreto), su privacidad, ir en skate (a veces), el boxeo, Poppy (Branch: Mentira! >:v), estar con su pequeño grupo de amigos, el pastel de Fuffleberrys, el café y dedicar tiempo a su secreto

Disgustos: La música muy fuerte, que la toquen sin su consentimiento, cantar (al menos en público), Creek, Brozone, los dulces y bebidas empalagosas y la gente falsa

Amigos: Suki, Cooper, D, Smidge, Guy Diamond y Kismet

Dato extra: Cuando era pequeña (unos 3 o 5 años) sus hermanos se fueron de gira con su boy band y la dejaron al cuidado de su abuela Rosiepuff, al inicio mantuvieron el contacto mediante llamadas, mensajes e incluso cartas, pero con el tiempo estas disminuyeron hasta que dejaron de llegar (Actualmente ya no es así, pero rara vez les contesta o lee las cartas), después de un tiempo Rosiepuff falleció cuando ella tenía unos 7 años y fue acogida por la familia de Suki quien la quiso como a una hermana, pero ya no volvió a ser la misma, se hizo retraída y callada y su color se desvaneció, ocasionando las burlas de varios y las malas miradas de otros, a los 13 conoció a Hype que la había escuchado cantar mientras estaba almorzando en la parte trasera de la escuela y le pidió/suplico unirse a una banda que iba a hacer con sus amigos, tras pensarlo MUCHO (e insistencia de Suki), acepto y crearon Kismet, junto con la imagen de superestrella perfecta para ocultar que era Branch (cosa que agradeció, lo último que quería eran bichos raros acosándola) y su fama subió como la espuma, creando así una doble vida con una banda donde no abundaban las discusiones y con amigos que aprecia mucho.

P.D: Para facilitarme la escritura, los trolls tienen rasgos mas humanizados, pero siguen teniendo sus tonos de piel y cabello color fantasía, pero para compensar en mi AU los trolls tienen cola 😋

Me: Wouldn't it be funny if Mystra (under the alias "LadyOfMysteries") is on all the Gale Discords and reblogs horny Gale content on her Tumblr. @astraliaa & @bluebeebalmwrites: *proceed to create an entire nuanced YouTuber BloodWeave modern AU narrative over the course of the next hour* ~ I had to write it. ~ Astarion lies in the dark of his room, the only light the artificial glow of his phone, illuminating his face. His eyes narrow as he taps ‘play’.

“Hello again!” A tinny, almost muffled voice rings out cheerily. The man on the screen is about the same age as Astarion, perhaps a little older. He has long-ish brown hair scruffily tied back in a half bun, stubble, and large, tortoiseshell glasses. He's wearing the most heinous purple fleece. From what Astarion can see behind the man, he looks to be sitting in a fairly cluttered kitchen.

Astarion skips ahead in the video. Ten minutes in — ten minutes — the man says, “Anyhow, back to today’s Five Things About Magic video! This time, I’m going to look at five spells absolutely anyone can master. Even you!” The man points into the camera in a way that makes Astarion want to die. 

“First up, we’ve got a really easy one. This is a very handy little cantrip for lighting candles, getting the hob going, seeing in the dark, and so on. Obviously, at higher levels, it gets a bit more dangerous but we don’t need to worry about that just yet. Okay, here it is.” The man tilts his chin down, smiling into the camera before flicking his fingers at a candle on the table in front of him. “Ignis.”

The wick flares into life and the man winks. “See? Simple. And very manageable for anyone to get to grips with, even your granny who always regretted never learning magic will be able to grasp this one!”

Fire bolt is the only cantrip Astarion can do. Grimacing, he skips ahead again. The whole thing is about 45 minutes long. At one point, the entire screen goes blank as the wizard’s phone falls flat without him realizing. The video ends as he’s halfway through rounding up the information for the sixth cantrip on his list. In his Five Things video. Astarion doesn’t know why, but this grates on him even more than the hideous picture quality.

As he always does, Astarion tortures himself by obsessively refreshing the page, watching the likes go up exponentially. The wizard only just posted the video — at 1am on a weekday ffs — and the likes are already in the thousands. Astarion knows that, by this time tomorrow, they'll be in the millions. 

He scrolls down and flicks through the comments, just to fuel the acidic rage in his chest.

Hola a todos, soy Shoko, soy nueva en esto y se me ocurrió una idea para una AU/fanfic y quería saber si su opinión.

Que piensan de una AU Genderbend de Trolls estilo Hannah Montana? Donde Branch sea ante todos una troll gris, gruñona y amargada, pero en secreto y sin que nadie lo sepa es una estrella pop famosa que es el total opuesto a ella y Poppy un fan con una fuerte crush por la bonita y enérgica troll azul, pero que también tenga cierto interés por la troll gris y marginada de la aldea.

Leerían un fanfic de eso o debería dejar de ver leer fanfics de Trolls con música de Hannah Montana de fondo 😅?
