if you're fine with all the OTHER modern language in dragon age games but hate the use of words like gay or trans or non-binary then maybe seriously examine what you think about queerness and its place in history and fiction. ESPECIALLY if you are queer, you do yourself so much harm allowing yourself to think of explicit queerness as some modern invention that has no place in "historical" fantasy
