i'm SO sorry for the huge gap in my activity here, everyone! unfortunately i am chronically ill, mentally ill, and disabled - and over these past few years (?) of inactivity, i've been going through a lot. tons of doctor's appointments, for a long time i was sleeping like 18+ hours a day...the like. reading about yandev grooming ANOTHER person and being creepy is gross, but not surprising. yuck. i'll try to clear out the ask box here if i can, but some of the asks are old!

Introduction tips

There's a standard layout you can use to attract more people, one starts with the layout.

If you have a pleasing layout for your introduction/pinned post, more people are more likely to stop and read it. Though it should be very clear and easy to read too.

You can add dividers, gifs, colored text, whatever you want really. Use text converters to make your type fancier looking, it's all possible.

If you're more minimalistic, that's fine, a simple intro with a carrd/renty/other intro site is sure to be ok. Of course those are optional as well.

Though you should include:

Your preferred online name (while using your real name isn't against any laws I'd highly discourage it)

Your preferred pronouns

Age (Only be specific if you're comfortable with it, putting "Adult" or "Minor" is valid too)

DNI (A dni is the perfect way to set boundaries and show you're not ok with certain types of people) (Can be just on Carrd/renty instead)

What people can expect to see on your account

Link to other social media accounts

Tagging:

When it comes to tagging posts, the more related to your interests the better, and don't be afraid to use more than one of the same thing just written a different way.

There are so many tags on this platform that people are bound to see your post if you tag it with more than 3 tags.
