Mod Bubbles is Okay

I have been speaking to Timeline Anon regarding the whereabouts of Mod Bubbles, and they just confirmed to me that Mod Bubbles is alive. Everyone in their family is safe and sound too.

Tbf I wasn't worried like some people were as having done research into hurricane damage, it can take anyway between a few days to a fortnight to get power back, it very much depends on the hurricane.

But they also confirmed that by Friday we should hear news from Mod Bubbles.

Now, even though that I'm sure everyone is relieved that they are okay, I would like to point out that while they are lucky, there are hundreds if not thousands of people who are not. Some have their houses destroyed, some have lost loved ones, and for some its both.

While me not being American means I cannot really relate, this is still human suffering. As such its important to support those who are not so fortunate.

Its very common during a tragedy to focus on celebrites or other important people who might be only mildly inconvinced by the disaster, while there are others who have lost everything. Its important as individuals that we reach out and look out for everyone, no matter who they are.

Either way this should ease your worries if Mod Bubbles is gonna be okay. They are so calm down.

As someone with autism, I agree wholeheartedly. Mental conditions aren't an excuse, they're not a superpower, a curse, a burden, whatever other people wanna call it, it's just a small part of who we are. If you repeatedly hurt and harass someone for whatever reason, that's a matter of character, not a condition. They can be explanations, but not excuses.

Of course. I may have autism myself, but I’m the same as everyone else. I can walk, talk, and do tasks just like any other people. And I can especially be held accountable for my own actions. It’s just a characteristic of mine, nothing more.

And yeah, setting up boundaries long term is important too. Stay safe out there!

Yeah, take it from me: people really aren't fond of when you don't allow them to ask things of the characters. Even if there's an in-story reason, it does feel like an artificial limitation and it can start to feel like railroading if you're not careful ^^;

When you've got a story that relies on audience interaction, you really gotta figure out a balance between when you're writing and how the asks can change things. It's best to ignore people who are deliberately trying to veer things off course completely, but letting the story remain flexible leaves you with a lot more opportunities

I honestly don't know what I was doing when writing that as that complicated things even more and just interrupted the flow of the story for a bit, as well as fact that I kinda of disappointed a few of my followers by doing that, hence why asking have been so quiet today as of late, despite me posting a story chapter that I believe is the best one of this arc so far, in terms of writing and characterization.//

Bubble Bath Runs Out Mod - Update

It was due time I added some more scents to the Bubble Bath runs out mod! So here are three more to add to your collection!

New Bubble Bath Types:

3-in-1 Shower Gel (if kUseInShower tuning is true, this will only be used for showering, not for bubble baths)

Deep Metal

Tea Tree

Features:

3-in-1:

Has a chance of removing the 'stylin' buff. If my hairdresser mod is installed, it may add the 'bad hair day' buff.

Can either give a positive or negative custom buff.

Deep Metal:

Trait positive ladies may get 'dazed' or 'nauseous' buff. Otherwise they may get the 'embarrassed' or 'inspired' buff.

Men have the chance to get 'nauseous' or 'anxious to advance' buff if trait positive. On the flip side, the buff can also remove 'anxious to advance' and 'overworked ' buff. Men may also get the 'pumped' or 'oddly powerful' buff.

Gives custom positive buff.

Tea Tree:

Removes 'bad nights sleep' buff.

Has chance to make sim nauseous for trait positive sims.

Gives either positive or negative custom buff.

Has chance of getting either 'wide-awake', 'itchy', 'smooth skin' or 'adrenaline rush' buffs.

Changes:

Bottles are now designated either male, female or unisex. The only thing this does is make certain sims more likely to use certain bottles while bathing. It doesn't exclude sims from using any of the bottles.

For men: 3-in-1 Shower Gel & Deep Metal

For women: Rose

Unisex: Scent Free, Tea Tree, Lemon
